ANIMAL’S GREETINGS

Hello my friends

This passed week has been more like spring.
Right now it’s 76 F degrees and for the rest of
the week it’s supposed in the lower to mid 70’s.
Yep,  that’s spring weather.  I think the boys
are enjoying the warmer weather and all,  but
I’m sure they still miss the snow.  They loved
to play in it.  It will most surely return hehehe.
In the mean time,  we’re going enjoy spring
and summer 🙂  Yeppers,  the trees have leaves
on them now and the dandelions have begun
sprouting up all over the freaking place LOL.
Our new neighbor is mowing right now.  He
might managed to get a few of them sneeze
weeds mowed,  but in the process stir them up.
The new neighbors seem to be decent,  but
time will tell.  You can never truly know a
person in just a few days.  Nope,  as we all
do from time to time,  we put up a front
while wanting to make a good impression 🙂
Yet,  reality seems to always surface and
the real you says hello.  You might not do
it intentionally,  but it’s something we all
do at certain moments,  like applying for
a job or meeting someone new.  So what
else has been going on around this place?
Well,  we’ve been doing pretty much the
same ole same ole.  Watching all of our
favorite TV programs and trying to find
new ones to watch as many have season
finales.  It’s great that we enjoy pretty
much the same programs and all.  There
are a few that we don’t like as the same,
but we still watch them and enjoy them.
At the moment both of the boys are tired
and sleeping in the floor between Judy
and I.  Actually Rocky is using Judy’s
computer chair leg as a bed and Benny
is in a doggy bed right beside me.  They
must of worn themselves out from all of
the pandemonium of treat time and the
fact that they kept me up most of the
morning,  wanting my attention.  It
was mostly Rocky.  I was trying to
get some sleep and he kept coming to
my side of the bed and finding my hand
to lick on it and play with it.  I was on
my back trying to rest and he kept on
messing with my right hand.  Finally
he went to Judy’s side of the bed and
jumped up and over her to get to me
and I had to catch him and say,  go to
your own bed you silly thing.  Let dad
get some freaking sleep will ya LOL.
Then he laid down in the floor right
beside me for a bit,  until getting ip
and finally going to lie in his own bed 🙂
I guess he was missing Benny LOL.
I had let Benny out to go potty with
Rocky,  but Benny wasn’t ready to
come back in when Rocky was and
so I was getting the repercussions of
that hehehe.  I might have to lie back
down after I finish writing,  because
my eye is really tired.  Yes I said eye.
Most of you know I am blind in my
left eye LOL.  My right eye gets the
brunt of it all while trying to do the
job of 2 eyes hehehe.  Anyways,  I
don’t think there’s much to watch on
TV tonight so I might grab me about
30 or 40 minutes of nap time if the
boys will allow me hehehe.  Gotta
love them boys <3 🙂  Normally if
it’s just me in the bed.  the boys will
just jump up and go to sleep hehehe.
That’s the same that they do with
Judy,  but if it’s both of us lying in
bed,  they tend to get excited.  OK
Rocky gets all excited.  Benny still
just heads to the end of the bed and
lies down.  It seems that they will
worry about one another.  Like if
one of them is still outside,  then the
other will come to tell us to let them
in.  Rocky starts spinning in circles
when he gets excited LOL.  These
boys bring us a lot of smiles even
through their cantankerousness 🙂 <3
Yep,  they keep us moving.  Rocky
just told us that he needs to go out
and Judy let him out and of course
Benny went out with him hehehehe.
My weather program says only 10%
chance for rain,  but I can smell it.
My senses are rarely wrong hehehe.
My Spidy senses are a tingling LOL.
Yes,  I’m weird,  but aren’t we all
in our own little ways.  Each one of
us has a weirdness that lives and
thrives.  You might not display it as
I do,  but I’m positive you do.  It’s
our humanity of differences in the
melting pot of life.  We all have our
own ways of doing things,  but you
might hold back your way of thinking
in fear of being called out weird or
wrong.  God made us each one with
our own patterns.  Even identical
twins or mirrored twins have their
differences.  Thank God for your
unique heartbeat,  for that’s what
that makes you special.  You might
think that you have nothing great to
share,  but even the smallest of things
can be largest through a turnstile.
OK,  now I believe I have gone and
rambled quite enough and it’s time
for me to be taking my little trip
back through all that I’ve written
here to see if I can find a good word
or phrase that I can use for the title
for today’s brand new poem.  So,
it’s away I go to that place of my
recollection that I always like to
call RECOLLECT VILLE.  Hmm,
I think I found a decent title just a
few lines back.  Now I’ve gotta try
and formulate some words together
in form of a poem using it hehehe.
Here goes nothing 🙂  LOL and that
might be so true,  but I’ll try 🙂

Our Own Patterns

The pictures that ones see
in our lives of day to day
might be subsequently seen
as the most ridiculous way.
For our own patterns formed
are the way God meant to be,
for what that makes you,  you
is what that makes me,  me.
We might so often falter
in our daily times cuisine
and our own patterns might then
find nightmares in a dream.
We’ve each got our own perspective
of which way and what time,
while often in your doorway
might just be your own design.
Lord God made us each one
with the ways our circle turns,
found as our own heartbeats
within our own patterns

There ya go.  I hope you liked the poem
If not,  then maybe next week.  Did all of
my rambling put ya to sleep?  If so,  then
at least one of us got a nap LOL.  Every
time I go to the bathroom or kitchen or
for that matter any part of the house,  I
have Rocky right behind me hehehe.  He’s
my little shadow.  Although,  he also does
that to Judy.  Benny just watches from his
perch on his favorite recliner.  He listens
for the words,  treats or food LOL.  He’s
always ready for those 2 things.  Plus if
Benny thinks I am giving Rocky too much
attention,  he’ll come in and scoot himself
between me and Rocky insisting that I
pet him LOL.  They always pester Judy
for treats hehehe.  I guess they think that
she’s the treat lady hehehe. They love her.
Rocky’s lying in the floor right behind her.
We enjoy having their little heartbeats
around.  They keep us entertained 🙂
So,  I reckon before I get caught up in
Rambles Ville again,  I need to tell you
what I tell you almost every week and
that is,  I wrote some more poems and
haiku.  Yeppers,  10 more poems with
an added 3 that I wrote yesterday while
Judy was at her sister’s house making
crafts,  but none are Christmas poems.
Anyways,  once again I wrote 22 haiku
for all of the haiku lovers out there.
I hope you can find 1 or 2 of either or
both that you like.  Now,  I believe it’s
time for me to begin my search for that
not so great at hiding off switch,  but
not before I wish you a most blessed
weekend or whatever’s left of it and
a truly wonderful week.  Remember,
Jesus loves you and we do too.  Now,
where oh where is that off switch at?
Where oh where can it be?  Can it be
hiding behind my aspirins or my soda
water?  Nope,  I see it.  You would
think out of all the time that you’ve
had to find a good hiding spot,  you
would find a better place other than
behind my eyedrops you silly LOL.
Gotcha,  see ya CLICK zzzzzzzzzzzz.

God bless from Bill,  Judy,  Benny,  Rocky
and the spirit of Milo Pearce

P.S  A link to Judy’s new book as at
the end of the journal along with the
others.  Enjoy 🙂

P.S. again,  it snowed again last Monday.
The boys totally loved it hehehe.  I took
them on a field trip 🙂

Now it’s on with the poems and haiku
10+3 and 22 hehehehehehehehehehe 🙂

Bike Riders

Beginning by morning
on down the road
I’ve seen bike riders
carry a load.
Struggling up hill
then gliding down
morning bike riders
to and from town.
We’ve got the notion
to join in the ride
on our bicycles
with efforts applied.
So you might see us
soon day to day
riding our bicycles
a slow motion way.
Yes we are old now
and we don’t go fast
so if you see us then,
just go on passed.

What Seems To Work

Thoughts of a concept,
figured and found,
might bring you good luck
or just bring you down.
What seems to work
on a day long ago,
might find today now
you really don’t know.
With minutes found passing
as time ticks along
what seems to work
might be very wrong.
Don’t be discouraged
how time frames inlay,
for sometimes our journey
is for another day.
Often the doorways
with what seems to work
might in fact surely
leave you in the dirt.
You might find one day
that moment,  that time,
what seems to work
that clears up your mind.

Heaven Holds True

Lives come and go
from here where we are,
while time marches on
as a living shooting star.
Heaven holds true
its sweet streets of gold
waiting for us
and time to unfold.
We’re on a journey
you and I of our own
headed down pathways
we might need atone.
God sends us angels
to help us along
maybe as friendships
that grow oh so strong.
Many are walking
or running to view
while some are doubting
what Heaven holds true.
Time is a gateway
to what we will find.
Heaven holds true
the greatest of time.

Dog Star

That star at night
on the heels of the Hunter
shines oh so bright
and makes many wonder.
The Dog Star entails
the stories well told
a fantastic picture
that the stars unfold.
Standing with a sword
and shield in the sky
the Dog Star is where
the Hunter’s heels lie.
Its brightness procures
its place in design
found in formation
of the zodiac sign.
It’s known as Sirius
the Dog Star by night
displayed in the sky
while shining so bright.
A fantastic wonder
that so many see
the Dog Star we find
in this large galaxy.

Journey’s of A Leaf

A windy day showing
a pathway to see
gives reason for believing
what God gave for free.
Pictures painted daily
as a formula found
journey’s of a leaf
that fell on the ground.
Distantly the breezes
are bringing forth scenes
painting us a picture
that could be our dreams.
The scenes then concur as
a ticking time bomb
the journey’s of a leaf
that are there and then gone.
Life becomes a pattern
that blows in the yard
journey’s of a leaf
as a fall greeting card.

Absence Of Time

The sky is a painting
an artist perception,
God with His paintbrush
needs no correction.
Time is His pathway
that’s always enough
to display some artwork
as clouds with a fluff.
The absence of time
is His there to gain,
to decide what to do
with lightning and rain.
God holds the choices
time frames to choose,
what is to gain then,
what is to lose.
Always remember that
God has control
with the absence of time
in His to and fro.

When Last Is First

Now is just a moment
that time has displayed
when you might seem first
in what that is made.
Yet with a turnstile
opening and closing
what might seem first
might be decomposing.
For as we’re beginning
our journeys through time
we might switch places
with rhythm and rhyme.
It might mean accepting
the changes in life
and not just allowing
a heart filled with strife.
For when last is first
and first is found last
it’s still found complete
the time frame the task.

A Little Nudge

Stagnated minds
often need someone
to help them to see
what can be begun.
Maybe a little nudge
to open their eyes
and help them to see
what time can arise.
Sometimes a second
that you give to them
can be the very thing
to help them begin.
Maybe in the future
you might then find too
you need a little nudge
to get you on through.
So don’t be a heartless
self appointed judge,
for sometimes we all
just need a little nudge.

Within The Stars

Up above me in the sky
the sights are always changing.
Daytime shows the fluffy clouds
that are always rearranging.
Nighttime shows a different view
with stars so bright to see
twinkling in an endless ocean
that God gave you and me.
Seasons find the minutes changing
showing lights of green,
maybe of my own perception
in that starlight scene.
Pages seem to turn to show
our galaxy of praise
found within the stars we see
and also light of days.
The sights above might seem to be
a sky with flying cars,
but it is our galaxy
that’s found within the stars.

The Largest Things

When largest meets
a place and time,
the smallest might
be best design.
The largest things
we think are best,
might not be
what wins the test.
The size alone
that we perceive,
might not show
the best to weave.
It’s not always
size that counts,
but the wanna
by the ounce.
If you’re always
diamond rings
you might want
the largest things,
but large has
no guaranty
on happiness
or history.

Laughable

A joke,a prank,
a timeless ploy
so laughable
might just annoy.
Without a thought
of right or wrong
so laughable
might not belong.
A certain style
a moment done,
so laughable
might make ones run.
Without planning
what to do
so laughable
might just be you.
The joke the smoke
and mirrors made
so laughable
might be mislaid.
So don’t just joke
and seek a smile,
for it might be
a saddened while.
The time you meant
so laughable,
might end up not so
apropos.

Scenarios

Lost in changes
time is seen
our scenarios
in-between.
Portions tattered
often born
are so often
pages torn.
Times scenarios
now and then
become doorways
where we’ve been.
Stages standing
holding true
our scenarios
through and through.
With each minute
moments find
our scenarios
in our mind.
Ticking time bombs
that might blow
our scenarios
to and fro.
Scenarios of
our now today
need Lord God
to guide our way.

Displacement Of Your Heart

As the rhythm of a drum
that’s beating as a heart
the days can go on living
while a moment falls apart.
Displacement of a second
that an hour seems to find
can turn into a storm cloud
with confusion on the mind.
A day amidst our journey
can become a lightning bolt
lit up through our pathway
and leaving quite a jolt.
The doorways that we enter
might not be so good to go,
for often they are trouble
filled with bitterness and woe.
Lord God can make the journey
a most precious work of art
even through the moments
of displacement of your heart.

Haiku
for May 20,  2016

Sometimes anytime
is the proper reaction,
but sometimes it’s wrong.

Looking to the west
for the sunshine’s arrival
can be hard indoors.

Waiting on flowers
could turn into a stalemate
if they’re not watered.

A gleam of sunshine
can brighten up darkened days,
but take heed the rain.

Clouds filled with moisture
will soon become too heavy
and raindrops will fall.

Afternoon shadows
will be seen from the sunlight
that hides behind trees.

Faded memories
can be revived by pictures
to entail the time.

Choices of a bee
are that of seeking honey
or defend the hive.

Countless are the days
that many will be echoes
of what they did wrong.

Less judgment from us
could allow growth between us,
for God’s the true judge.

A starry night sky
can become a captains map
to guide through the seas.

Chances for summer
come as minutes from springtime
to bright sunny days.

With windows opened
you can let in the raindrops
and breezes that blow.

Our past and present
might often seem as echoes
that we have not learned.

Meaningless chatter
can become as a lesson
for us through patience.

A bird in the sky
seeks a place of which to land
and rest from its flight.

Dreaming of snowflakes
can grow a prospective sight
deep within your mind.

Yes can become no
with the perception we see
and how we react.

Storms growing in life
are often begun by us
and our choices made.

Within our worry
can be troubles surmounted
grown by our own thoughts.

Discovering views
might disclose our ignorance
of things that we thought.

Realities paint
is used by mother nature
to color the scenes.
