Even The Sky

ANIMAL’S GREETINGS

Hello my friends

I’m getting a late start on this being I had a rough night
last night. I’m feeling better today. So how’s the weather
in your part of the world? It’s rainy as always up here in
Northeastern Maine. Judy’s behind me on her computer
enjoying her time off. She’ll be filing for unemployment
tomorrow and hopefully later dates maybe get on Maine
Care and or Social Security disability. Yet, for now we
are doing OK. We went picture taking Friday and got a
few good shots. I’m putting a few in today’s stationary.
I got Judy a new camera that seems to be as good or
better than mine hehehe except for the part of it having
no view finder, but cameras with view finders cost a lot
more. In any sense, we are planning on taking a few
more pictures on the next non rainy days LOL, when
ever that might be. Judy and I have been playing our
hidden object games as always hehe. We finished yet
another last night and now we’re ready to start another.
We traded on duties this morning LOL. She washed
dishes and I made breakfast and served it to her and
I in the PC room 🙂 It’s nice and cool today. Right
now at 2:03 PM it’s 55F degrees. The high for today
is supposed to be 59F. Not quite Texas weather huh!
Nope, I hear that down south it’s rather hot. My mom
said they are needing rain badly. We’d sure like to
share if we could hehehe. There ain’t much else going
on up this ways, other than the same old same old 🙂
Today as usual, we will be doing all of our FarmTown
farms, playing our hidden object games and watching
a few of our favorite TV programs. Welcome to The
Wild World of Pearce’s hehehe. God is still looking
out for her and I. I can sense angels all around us
protecting us and guiding us. I’m sure we will have
our share of pitfalls, but that’s life. LOL my neighbors
kid is riding his four wheeler outside and it’s a little
distracting, but I’ll finish this mess one way or another.
Life has it’s share of ups and downs, but it’s those
times of down that make us more thankful for the ups.
Let not life’s troubles to take away your joy. Look
for the silver lining in the storm. Sometimes we may
need a little rain to make us appreciate the blue skies
that much more. Even a sky needs a few clouds to
make it beautiful. The clouds are as art work from
God. Now, when you see a few clouds, I want you
to remember all of this and look from a different
perspective. OK so I guess it’s time once again for
me to be taking my little trip back through all that
I’ve written here to that place of my recollection
and see if I can find a good word or phrase that
might work well for the title for today’s poem hehe.
Try saying all that in one breath LOL! So it’s off
I go to that little place I like to call RECOLLECT
VILLE. I think I found a good title. Now let’s see
what if anything at all I can do with it hehehehehe.
Here goes….

Even The Sky

Sometimes darkness
needs to come
so to enhance
the daily sun.
Even the sky
of cloudy view
need some clouds
to enhance blue.
Sometimes problems
daily scenes
enhance better
reds and greens.
Even the sky
of daily times
helps a poet
with his rhymes.
Sometimes darkness
needs to be
so to enhance
what we see.

I hope that made some sense to ya hehe. It’s a poem about
viewpoints. Often by changing our perspective on the things
we see, we might also see the rainbows through the storms.
A little life knowledge that I’ve learned, yet even I still have
days that it’s hard to see the rainbow LOL. I’m human and
I have my flaws hehehehe by the truck loads. We all have
our flaws. Some may stick out worse than others, but none
the less we all have them. If you think you have none, then
I wanna see ya walk on water hehehe. I think you get my
point huh. Ok so it’s time for me to once again tell you what
I tell you every week and that is, I wrote some more poems
and haiku. LOL I know haiku are also poems, but it helps
me to tell you what I wrote ya. So, I wrote once again 10
poems and 22 haiku. 2 of the poems are Christmassy styles.
I hope you enjoyed my rambling and all and maybe even
enjoyed the poem and a few of the poems I wrote Saturday.
I reckon it’s time for me to be searching for that old off
switch, but not before I wish you all a most wonderful
God filled week. Remember Jesus loves you and we do too.
Now, to find that freaking off switch that likes to play
hide and seek with me hehe. Found it hiding under the
electric blanket trying to keep warm brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
Gotcha, see ya CLICK zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

God bless from Bill and Judy Pearce

Now on with the poems and haiku
10 and 22 hehehehehehehehehe 🙂

Your Worries

Time might find
confusing states
from the mind
of different dates.
Sometimes views
of thereabouts
are just shoes
of ins and outs.
Many choices
bought and seen
are the voices
submarine.
Undermining
all we do
when defining
thereunto.
Time might find
a better place
when in mind
of Jesus grace.
Let your hurries
fade from view
and your worries
may then too.

Aftermath

Troubled darkness
comes in sight
when in view
from wrongful light.
Often viewpoints
different day
can make better
of the gray.
Yet some troubles
said and done
are of our own
rising sun.
Starting truly
troubled thought
from the choices
we should not.
Timeless echoes
you and me
can be better
God’s degree.
If we’ll let Him
guide our path
we will change
our aftermath.

Weekend Summers

Weekend summers
shine so bright
that they fill me
with delight.
Weekend summers
bring to view
signs of life
so fresh and new.
Weekend summers
day to day
bring us colors
bright array.
Weekend summers
special time
disperse joyful
peace of mind.
Weekend summers
found in place
bring the smiles
of face to face.
Weekend summers
said and done
start by mornings
rising sun.

Mornings Breeze

Mornings breeze
comes blowing in
with its time
to then begin.
Little kisses
on my face
are the breezes
place to place.
Not so seen,
but felt real good
mornings breeze
will knock on wood.
Making noises
in its way
as it starts out
every day.
Many chimes
of here and there
could be signs
of its affair.
Ringing as the
leaves on trees
you might hear
the mornings breeze.

Life of Christmas

Life of Christmas
sometimes seen
is as colors
red and green.
Certain flavors
come to mind
with the thought
of Christmastime.
Breaded puddings
tasty treat
brings the view
I wish to meet.
Christmastime
with family
right around
the Christmas tree.
Singing songs
all together
seems to last now
and forever.
Life of Christmas
now I view
new beginnings
me and you.
Times will pass
and find today
memories
of faraway.
They live on
inside my mind
as remembered
Christmastime.
Today is new
with sights to see
right around
our Christmas tree.
You and I
shall find a place
found as Christmas
Jesus Grace.
So be thankful
what you see
all God’s blessings
given free.
Life of Christmas
can be found
daily always
coming around.

To Decorate

Looking to the sky
I search to see
sights of life
high up above me.
I sought through clouds
so fluffy white
for a sign
of wondrous sight.
I spent the day
just gazing high
at the bluish
summer sky.
I saw some clouds
just rolling in
so to make
the rains begin.
Then while looking
searching true
I saw time
begin anew.
Clouds with raindrops
held in place
so to pour
upon my face.
I sought not to
just complain,
but enjoy
the moments rain.
Sometimes clouds
are needed true
to decorate
the sky of blue.

Thoughts

Within summer
winters while
lives within
a dreamers smile.
Often winters
scenic views
lives within
a moments news.
Summers moments
live and breathe
with ones wanting
winters breeze.
Winters coolness
said and done
to give way
from summers sun.
Yet we often
will in sense
seek for summers
heat intense.
Swimming moments
ocean bound
as the hot sun
goes around.
Then with summer
comes a dream
that of winters
timeless scene.
Brought as Christmas
thought entails
that of songs
of Jingle Bells.
Thoughts of Santa
and his sleigh
make ones wish for
Christmas Day.

Heartbeats

A gale of heartbeats
blowing strong
brings in stride
a life anew
A gale of heartbeats
across the way
brings to light
a hopeful view.
A simple gale
of blowing winds
creates heartbeats
day to day.
Making viewpoints
seen and viewed
as some hope
across the way.
A gale of heartbeats
blowing strong
represents
an ocean view
found within
a scenic tide
as a time
for me and you.

Picture Window

A picture window
fantasy
brings to life
a sight to see.
A moments crossing
found in phrase
paints the view
of coming days.
A picture window
now in view
now displays
a sky of blue.
Now this moments
window scene
displays through
the minutes screen.
Televised
by now today
this great window
on display
shows a wondrous
place survived
that of summer
now derived.

Before The Canvass

Many will hurry
to paint their view
even if it’s not
them so true.
Before the canvass
there is none
leading to
a dawning sun.
Do not paint on
empty space
without canvass
there in place.
Let God’s blessings
guide you true
to the canvass
that is you.
Then begin
with how you feel
with the canvass
that is real.
Before the canvass
lessons grow
then the canvass
makes them show.
Let your journey
far and wide
be a canvass
God in stride.

Haiku
for June 11, 2011

Letting fear guide you
might often be good to do,
but then maybe not.

Seeing as people
we will often judge others
by our own viewpoints.

The length of sorrow
is deduced by our vision
or owner thereof.

A flowers journey
begins with a seed of life
planted in the ground.

Ones poor sightedness
can lead them down bumpy roads,
so be as their eyes.

Long winding journeys
will often cause illusions
while seeking an end.

The summers in Maine
are devoid of Texas heat,
but I still miss it.

Beginning a day
means to let yesterday go,
and just learn from it.

Shadows of yourself
will follow you in darkness
so don’t try to hide.

Answers to problems
are often yesterdays views
of today’s problems.

Sunrise comes early
as the sky becomes bright blue
filled with a few clouds.

The essence of time
is sometimes an illusion
dispersed by wantings.

Counting the minutes
could leave you in much despair,
so enjoy right now.

A ghost left behind
finds itself staring at time
just wanting a grasp.

Scenes from yearbooks
remind us of who we were
or how we viewed then.

Yesterdays two step
might not fit in today’s life,
so learn how to dance.

Painting a vision
needs a little bit of life
with some true colors.

Watch a tree sway
as it blows in the days breeze.
It’s learned to adapt.

Tears from an onion
are provoked by its defense.
It knows no other.

Calling out at night
in the sandcastles of time
may just give echoes.

Yesterdays footprints
might be found in tomorrow
as lessons disguised.

A one sided fence
leaves but only one view point
that may be all wrong.
