A Grand Magnitude

ANIMAL’S GREETINGS

Hello my friends

Well October has arrived and left September in its wake.
Whenever the rains cease a bit, Judy and I are planning
on going on a picture taking drive in search for fall colors.
There’s already some changes in the leaves with the view
that we have out our front door hehehe. I went on a little
journey the other evening through the woods and it got a
tad dark real quick. I found myself lost amidst the trees
and shrubs and fell into prayer. God please get me out of
this mess. He guided me through as I saw a light in the sky
that was coming from Houlton 8 miles away. I went that
direction and soon found my way out of the woods hehehe.
Also I saw where Judy had turned on our porch light as
I was coming out of the woods. She was wondering where
I was LOL. I was all scratched up from stumbling about
blindly in the dark, but nothing bad. I’ll know next time
to not go for a nature walk if it’s beginning to get dark.
I was just wanting some pictures. I got a few good shots
before it got dark. Nothing fabulous hehehe, but none
the less better than nothing. If you’re seeing this in the
stationery format, you’ll see one or two of the pictures
I took before it got dark. My legs are sore as they can
be right now. Feels like I’m walking on mush hehehe,
but it was good exercise. Exercise that I won’t be doing
again any time soon LOL. My legs and hands look like
I got in a fight with a bobcat hehehe. Anyways, on with
the journal. Today is mine and Judy’s tenth wedding
anniversary. We’re planning on going out to eat at the
Governors Restaurant and then taking pictures along the
way there and back, but still not sure. The weather
is how shalt I say, a tad on the rainy side. Yeppers it’s
raining AGAIN. Sheesh, at this rate, it will be snowing
as soon as it stops raining LOL. It started raining as
soon as it stopped snowing at the end of April hehehehe.
We’re what ones would call, a bit water logged! Yep,
I’m tired of rain, but I’m sure that a number of you
down south would love to have some of this freaking
wet stuff LOL. Now it’s onto another topic. Judy and
I are still doing our regular scheduled programs hehe.
Still doing our farms on Farmtown. I have managed
once agin to get to the final score which is now 260,
but I’m sure they will be moving the final score once
agin soon and even adding yet another farm for Judy
and I to mess with hehehehe. We’ve been playing
a Big Fish hidden object game called Hidden Object
Crosswords. It combines two of our favorite types
of games. Yet I suck at crossword puzzles hehehe.
Judy’s good at them, plus these are not as hard
as some I have come across LOL. You figure out
the word, then look for the item be it a turtle or a
mirror on the page. But until you figure out the
crossword, you know not what you are looking
for LOL. Anyways, we have a few more games
to play as soon as we finish this one. It’s cheap
entertainment hehehe and we need something to
keep us from going bonkers up here. There’s not
much else to report from up this ways in North
Eastern Maine. Soon there will be snow. I see
where a few states below us have already gotten
some snow. Nothing of a grand magnitude, but
none the less snow hehehe. God is always busy
with His artwork. You never know what designs
He will decide to paint as time goes by. Try to
enjoy the many paintings He hangs on the daily
gallery as you awaken each day to a new dawn.
Don’t let the troubles of yesterday to interfere
with what can be today. Find the blessings in the
scenes that God gives us each day. Often they’re
right in front of our face. Now I believe it’s time
for me to begin my little journey back through
all that I’ve written here to see if I can find a good
word or phrase that I can use for the title for
today’s brand new poem. So, it’s away I go to
that place of my recollection that I like to call
RECOLLECT VILLE and I believe I may have
stumbled upon a good title in my journey hehehe.
Now let’s see what, if anything at all, I can do
with it. Here goes………..

A Grand Magnitude

The morning of blessings
comes in with bliss
as a grand magnitude
of Jesus kiss.
Painted as pictures
found on display
is a grand magnitude
day after day.
Often our viewpoints
are found as blue,
but we have choices
to start off anew.
Leaving the sorrow
that yesterdays found
and seeking blessings
on solid ground.
A grand magnitude
is found in place
waiting each day
with a smile for your face.
Let each and every
venture arrived
find as many blessings
daily derived.

Well, there ya go! I hope you enjoyed my rambling
and maybe even the poem hehehe. Hopefully the poem
made some sense to you. I never really know if what
I’m saying is understood correctly, but then I’m sure
God allows whomever to receive what they need to
hear. Just as in a church service. The preacher may
be understood by half of the members in a different
light due to the struggles that they are going through
at that moment. Well, Judy is up and she brought me
and her some cereal to eat. I’ve gotta hurry and get
finished with this journal so I can go and wash out my
beard that now has cereal and milk in it hehehehehe.
Yuck is right LOL! I guess it’s time for me to be telling
you what I tell you every week and that is, I wrote
some more poems and haiku. 10 more poems with
2 of them Christmassy/wintery styles and I wrote
2 poems to Judy for our anniversary. Yep, I also
wrote 22 more haiku for my haiku lovers out there.
I hope you like a few of the poems or haiku or both.
Now I believe it’s time for me to begin my search
for that silly off switch, but not before I wish you
a most wonderful God filled week. Remember,
Jesus loves you and we do too. Now to find that
freaking off switch. Found it stowing away in my
cereal bowl which once garnished Honey Smacks,
yet is now in the sink awaiting to be washed hehe.
Gotcha, see ya CLICK zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

God bless from Bill and Judy Pearce

P.S. My sister in law Barbara is still needing your
prayers. She is undergoing the cancer treatments
and they are getting her down with the outcomes of
her appearance. Please keep her in your prayers.
Love ya Barb….Hugs

Now on with the poems and haiku
10 and 22 hehehehehehehehehehe 🙂

Always It Will

Paging lifestyles
moments miles
reconciles
of two together.
Life compiles
two down the aisles
of married whiles
that last forever.
Many a frame
is now to attain
with the same name
of lovers true.
Now we’re the same
as daily we gain
in a lovingly chain
of wonderful hue.
You and I dear
now are so sincere
with year after year
with love to fulfill.
For I see clear
your love oh so near
that lives with me here
as always it will.

Where It Did Begin

Looking outwards
seeing in
I find moments
that begin.
Seeing turnstiles
in and out
I am sometimes
filled with doubt.
Often judgment
that I find
is not found
as better mind.
Looking outwards
seeing true
often pages
change their hue.
Looking inwards
sometimes seen
shows the colors
red and green.
So when sometimes
you’re not clear
what that’s true
with yesteryear,
take a step out
and look in
and see where it
did begin.

Points of Reference

The weather changes
with the hours
marking all that
time empowers.
Life brings echoes
into view
with the changes
so anew.
The moments fly
as wings on birds
or some horses
found in herds.
Seconds pass by
with each minute
giving chances
found within it.
Seconds counted
turn to days
as the weather
changes phase.
Minutes echo
through the while
marking changes
to compile.
Points of reference
are discerned
with some moments
we have learned.

God’s Blessings

Winter’s solace
comes with snow
as the winds
begin to blow.
Seasons changing
with the times
as dear winters
scenic signs.
With reminders
of the day
that Lord Jesus
came our way.
Winter’s moments
come to be
shining times
of history.
Times of Christmas
truly so
with God’s blessings
that we know.
That of Jesus
Christmas morn
when that baby
was then born.
Maybe not the
rightful day,
but His blessings
surely pay.
Now let Christmas
live in you
as God’s blessings
now so true.

A Much Better You

Wonderful times
of nickels and dimes
or sweet little rhymes
of now and agin
are those designs
that timeless entwines
in strange little lines
of where and to when.
We’re often found
with times all around
that don’t seem so sound,
yet we are still there.
Pages abound
that brought us around
to times that astound
that none can compare.
Often our judgement
is just a fragment
with so much absent
of better choice.
Then discontent
is found where we went
with times so Hell bent
and troublesome voice.
Let God to guide
you from the inside
as you confide
in all He can do.
You’ll then reside
with Jesus applied
and hopeful supplied
for a much better you.

October Wine

October flavors
pour just like wine
as they uncover
time after time.
Scenes all around me
shower with colors
painted with time
that this time uncovers.
Displays of leaves
are glamorous hue
some seeming brown
and some seeming blue.
October shadows
come into play
as that of winter
that’s blowing our way.
All of the flavors
displayed so fine
are of the glimmers
of October wine

You’re The Best

Marking moments
on a page
of a wondrous
scenic age.
A calendar
of moments fires
is filled with
true loves desires.
We have found
another day
here and now
some miles away.
You and I
found true love
to surely grow.
Now those moments
I remember
are as love
and burning ember.
You and I
will always be
making love
our history.
Holding true
our vows of time
as we follow
their design.
Hand in hand now
we’re together
with true love
to last forever.
Yes some problems
will be found
but we’ll always
come around.
God will help us
daily true
to do what we
need to do.
You’re the best that
I can see
which that God has
given me.
I love you
my honey pie
and will till
the day I die.

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY
I love you Judy

To Judy Ann Pearce
From William Earl Pearce II

Timeless As A Dream

I now search the clouds
that cover me as shrouds
and see angels in the sky
as clouds of life float by.
Scenes are moving fast
with shadows that they cast.
Paintings up above
are flavors of God’s love.
Here and there about
storms will scream and shout.
Stories of designs
are there as daily finds.
Found as so complete
as Earth beneath my feet.
Subsequently found
as rain upon the ground.
Painting scenic views
to put beneath my shoes.
Waters running fast
in echoes oh so vast.
An angel that I see
is flying fancy free
with the clouds that blow
where that they will go.
Watching them float by
makes me wonder why
that I can’t float too
within the sky of blue.
I close my eyes real tight
and dream I can take flight
and then as I look down
I see me on the ground,
dreaming dreams so sweet
that nothing can compete
and then as I awaken
I find I have been taken
down a rushing stream
so timeless as a dream.

Your Daily View

An essence of
a memory
can make good
a destiny.
Yet the thought
you memorized
could be found
as bad advised.
Something as
a yesterday
that just needs to
fall away.
Often minutes
we remember
are just troubles
burning ember.
Let God help you
find the place
that is better
given grace.
An essence of
a prayer come true
can make good
your daily view.

Built By Snowflakes

With a snowflake
time is paved
as more snowflakes
then are saved.
Mounded up
in such a stance
as they seem
as white romance.
Painted snowflakes
from the skies
seem to be
of different size.
None alike
as they float down
landing softly
on the ground.
I watch closely
as they fall
and build statues
standing tall.
Some as walls
of moments time
built by snowflakes
oh so fine.
Others build a
storybook
that enhances
every look.

Haiku
for Oct 2, 2011

A little patience
can make a problem to leave
so try a little.

Troublesome echoes
come as tormentors of night
if we don’t forgive.

Wintertime’s snowflakes
seek places they can gather
without asking us.

Summer’s remembered
as a heat wave of turmoil
and also fun times.

Forgetting friendship
could leave you with much despair.
Friendship is golden.

So many lessons
come from the hard knocks of life
that we remember.

Walking with a cane
gives us help to make the day
just as God helps you.

Often forgiveness
will help you to sleep better,
so learn to forgive.

Peace is wonderful
when it is shared with others
through God’s Only Son.

Kindred relations
sometimes argue fuss and fight,
but still might agree.

Being a winner
might not be good as it seems.
You might win trouble.

A shower of love
might be a river gone wild
from someone not true.

Many a problem
comes with answers to questions
that we may not see.

A heartbeats rhythm
might seem that it’s complacent,
but be within want.

Forgetting yourself
could end in much destruction
focused on others.

Snowmen of winter
stand as shadows of the day
that children have built.

Scenes we recognize
are often just memories
of our yesterdays.

Bringing a venture
into today’s moments turnstile
needs a little thought.

Clashing of people
can bring ideas that blossom
into lessons learned.

The loss of yourself
in a moment of your greed
can bring you sadness.

Not stopping for air
could leave you without a breath
and end suffocated.

Believing in things
sometimes takes a little faith
in things you can’t see.
