ANIMAL’S GREETINGS

Hello my friends

So how are you this weekend. Are you ready for
the week. It snowed on us again Friday night and
we got about a foot or more of snow. Had a little
trouble opening our screen door hehehe. The snow
was holding it closed, but with a good swift push
it came opened. Judy and I had to dig out our car
and move it so our landlord could come and plow
our driveway. He didn’t come until this morning
though. Oh well, now the mound of snow outside
is much higher. We tried to build a snowman, but
it was just a tad too cold and the snow wouldn’t
stick together right. Yet I did manage to find some
big balls of snow already frozen together and used
them to build a little snowman hehehe snow baby.
OK so what else have we been up to? I took a few
pictures yesterday and early in the morning before
light while it was snowing LOL. Boy those were
some BIG snowflakes. We’re expecting a little
more snow Monday and Tuesday. Judy and I
had fun last night playing on all of our farms in
FarmTown on Facebook. Harvesting, plowing,
and planting along with some decorating hehehe.
Don’t we lead such a exciting life LOL! There’s
not much else to report from up here in the cold
north. Actually the weather hasn’t been too bad.
Oh yea, yesterday when I was looking outside
I saw our neighbors having a snowball fight and
I took a few pictures of them LOL. Like I said,
there ain’t much that has happened new up here
that’s out of the ordinary. It’s Maine hehehehe.
Judy and I are watching the Jetsons on TV right
now LOL. Oooooh how thrilling!!!! There’s not
much on TV good to watch on Sundays. So here
we are on the Boomerang (cartoons) Network :).
I fixed Judy and I some breakfast a little while
ago and now Judy’s goofing around on her farm
at FarmTown while watching the Jetsons hehe.
God is still watching over us and making sure
we have what we need. We have each other
and that’s the greatest of things to me. Life is
sometimes hard, but it’s with the hard times that
we grow stronger. Look back on your life and
see what all you have endured through life and
see how it has made you tougher and forged
you into a stronger human being. Thank God
for the trials of life as well as the blessings that
came giving you a smile. Our lives are a stage
being set for many different acts that we may
not understand, but God knows what the final
page shall turn. Now I believe it’s time for me
to once again return to that little place of my
recollection through all that I’ve written here to
try and find a good word or phrase that might
work well for the title for today’s brand new
poem. So it’s away I go to that place that I like
to call RECOLLECT VILLE. I believe I may
have found a good title. Now let’s see what
I can do with this thing. Here goes…

God Knows

Now is a moment
that time has shown
that which He has
already known.
God knows today
and then tomorrow
will be with gladness
and also sorrow,
but He then also
knows that it will
help you with timeframes
to then fulfill.
Yes truly God knows
how we will be
right now and moments
in our history.
God sees beyond now
and what it shall show
as we each get up
and daily will go.
Let Him to guide you
wherever you turn
and He will show you
some lessons to learn.
God knows that we each
might need a hand
sometimes in days
to help us withstand.
Let Him to help you
find what is true
and you will one day
be made anew.

Ok so there ya go. I tried to write the poem while
watching the Jetsons, but I ended up having to mute
the sound LOL. It was too distracting hehehehehe.
So I reckon it’s time for me to be telling you what
I tell you every week and that is, I wrote some more
poems and haiku. 10 more poems. I wrote 2 of the
poems earlier in the week. The rest I wrote yesterday
along with the 22 haiku that I write for all of my haiku
lovers out there. I’m still asking for prayers for my
sister in law Barbara and my good friend Tiny/Donald.
So with that said I reckon it’s time for me to search
to find that silly off switch, but not before I wish you
a wonderful God filled week. Remember, Jesus loves
you and we do too. Now to find that silly off switch.
Found it hiding behind my Yoohoo can. Hehehe love

A Big Smile

When sorrow’s found
look for a smile
found in a moments
minute or while.
Look beyond sadness
and find a grin
from maybe places
that you have been.
When right nows burdens
shadow today
search for some sunlight
on through the grey.
Let not your sadness
to spread around.
Take all that frowning
and flip upside down.
So if you’re frowning
take this to heart
maybe some effort
will tear it apart.
Leaving a big smile
then thereunto
coming from somewhere
deep within you.

Seasons Of Sight

The essence of today
is found in a minute
paved with some heartbeats
found there within it.
Today finds a breath
in times many places
sometimes well hidden
inside many faces.
The essence of today
inside certain times
is painted with many
different designs.
Now make your focus
on things that are good
while seeing clearly
today what you should.
Leave all your negative
seasons of sight
as just some lessons
to help you do right.

Snowy Mornings

Snowy mornings
cold and white
bring my eyes
a scenic sight.
Winters pictures
display true
with their scenes
of whitish hue.
Snowy footprints
come and go
when ones trudge on
in the snow.
Yet now pathways
from our door
lead to nowhere
anymore.
For no footsteps
have been made
through the white snow
that is laid.

Today’s the day
to change your view
on the things
you say and do.
Yes today
can be alright
if you change
what you delight.
Sometimes changes
there and then
just need minutes
to begin.
So if you are
sad today
change your outlooks
will and way.
Let your heartbeat
find the force
to decide
a better course.

Young To Old

Stories told
from young to old
find their place
in time and space.
Rhythms heard
of every word
find a voice
of someone’s choice.
Moments glance
has a chance
to change the sight
of day and night.
Now our stories
ships and dories
can sail true
with wondrous view.
Yet decisions
of our rhythms
find the pages
of our ages.
Let your scene
to not demean
what all you see
in history.
Find the good
that’s understood
and lessons told
from young to old.

Find Out What Is Right

Moments mind
can see a change
through the sight
of something strange,
But so often
what that’s seen
is just merely
an awkward scene.
Not seen truly
in our sight
what that’s true
and what that’s right.
Let not judgment
pass so quick
for you might just
end up sick.
Saddened for
misunderstood
as you find out
what you should.
Let the answers
come in sight
as you find out
what is right.

Times Now Found

Blessings found in
day to day
are best seen when
we each pray.
Letting visions
come to view
of the blessings
through and through.
Don’t let sorrow
take your smile
and prevent
another mile.
Find the blessings
God has laid
in your path of
minutes made.
Let today not
be just sad,
for what all that
you once had.
Find the blessings
from the past
what’s remembered
that will last.
Yet don’t live in
just that day.
Seek for right nows
every way.
Blessings from the
times now found
as some moments
that astound.

Right now’s a river
flowing so strong
to many places
right also wrong.
Right now’s a dreamers
scenes paradise.
Displaying flourishing
dreams so precise.
Dreams of a wonderful
time that is found
seen from a magical
time all around.
Flourishing dreams
will come as a potter
making the waves
of rivers of water.
Let all your dreams
to be understood
what that is bad
and what that is good.

Don’t Let The Echoes

Now is an echo
of yesterdays time
found as a rhythm
inside of our mind
and with that echo
can come a new view
from yesterday
to right now so true.
Now is a pattern
that we can see
from all the patterns
from history.
Let all the echoes
to not be absurd
as just redundant of
word after word.
Now is an echo
that we each can turn
into some better
times to discern.
Don’t let the echoes
to choose today’s view.
Use all the echoes
to make today new.

Heartaches of Time

Nobodies heartache
is not so great
that it cannot be
changed now to date.
Heartaches of time
can be now repaired
by God above
that has always cared.
Let not your heartache
to be stored away
as you find sorrow
in your every day.
Let Jesus help you
to find now through prayer
a peaceful moment
of fresh breath of air.
Don’t let your heartache
to live all the while.
Find now through Jesus
today a new smile.

Haiku
for Feb 25, 2012

Today’s a journey
with winter snows of pure white
and trudging therein.

Morning has risen
when the night as bid goodbye
and sunlight is seen.

A moments effort
can determine what’s resolved
be it good or bad.

A glimmer of now
comes as pages that are turned
in the book of life.

Wintertime’s snowflakes
awaken with mornings sunlight
seen through many clouds.

Effortless dewdrops
will rest on springtime’s flowers
helping them to grow.

A certain minute
found amidst many hours
might bring memories.

Leaves fall to the Earth
leaving pictures to be seen
as a great blessing.

Proving your sadness
does not give you any muscle
on tomorrows smiles.

Wearing a snowflake
that has fallen from the sky
can help you find joy.

Momentous segments
that we each will remember
seem sometimes surreal.

Revving up problems
will guaranty you troubles
that you might not need.

A little flashlight
will only shine when turned on
and so will a heart.

Links to tomorrow
come as building blocks of time
that we may not see.

Blissful are blessings
that are found when we’re searching
and answers to prayer.

Seeing ones sadness
does not always give welcome
to any advice.

Yearning for true love
can take you down bumpy roads
that lead to despair.

Scenes in mirrors
reflect only what they see.
It might just be you.

Within a letter
are chances for many words
to make reactions.

Simplicity is found
when we find that God knows best
and we let things go.

Lifestyles comparison
is sometimes viewed in wrong light
with bad perception.

Glimmering sunlight
shines on the white snowy ground
while blinding my view.

There’s not a second, minute
or an hour that God is not there
for you. Don’t let the day to get
ahead of you without first taking
time to have a talk with Him.
Life can become better if we’ll
cease focusing on all of the bad.
Today is a blessing in itself with
new things to discover and new
memories to be made. Enjoy
the time you have, for there is
no guarantee of tomorrow here
on this Earth. Time will pass.
Heaven or Hell awaits us all.
It’s up to you! Which will it be?
