ANIMAL’S GREETINGS

Hello my friends

So here I am again with another few words to say about
snow LOL.  Where has spring hidden at?  I haven’t seen
it since my wife and I moved to Maine where most of her
family lives.  I’m a Texan and used to seeing spring,  but
since we moved up here December of 2007 I haven’t seen it.
LOL,  it goes straight from winter to summer.  I do or did
love snow,  but I do get tired of the white stuff after about
5 or 6 months of it LOL.  Oh well,  our little boys have fun
playing with me in it.  Of course Benny loves the snow a
bit more than Milo LOL.  Benny’s still a pup.  Milo is an
old man like me hehehe.  He’s 9 years old.  Benny is only
2 years old.  They keep Judy and I entertained.  God knew
that we needed them and they needed us.  It’s just a tad
cold outside right now.  21 F degrees to be more precise.
This dad burned computer is giving being a pain in the
behind.  I managed to finally get a malware off of this
thing that was giving me a hard time,  but now all of the
emails in Windows live show only dead links in places
there should be pictures LOL.  I hate Windows 8 and
all that is in it.  That is why I use my other PC that still
has Windows XP and Outlook Express on it to do my
emails and send LOL.  Yet when my old PC died and
the dude that moved my files over to this piece of junk
it sort of messed me up,  being you cannot export from
Windows Live to Outlook Express.  It will only export
from Outlook Express to Windows Live.  Fortunately
I had backed up my email addresses so I was able to
to import them into the PC I bought specifically for
doing my emails that has Windows XP and Outlook
Express LOL.  It’s just got a real small monitor,  but
I will maybe one day invest in a larger one for it :).
So enough with my bickering about Windows 8 and
all of its garbage LOL.  It’s not the end of the world.
Benny and I went outside this morning and while he
romped around in the snow,  I took a few pictures
of the scenery as well as a few of him hehehe.  The
sky was so blue as the clouds floated passed.  I had
to take a few pictures of it.  Benny was climbing
all over the snow mounds LOL.  Milo was in the
house lying on our bed with Judy watching cartoons.
We were up all night watching some new found TV
programs.  Most of our favorites has ended their
season and so we found something else to watch
until the new seasons start.  I fixed Judy and I some
breakfast a few hours ago and after we ate,  Judy
said she was still sleepy,  so she took a little nap.
Now she’s keeping Benny and Milo in the bedroom
so they won’t bother me while I try to write hehehe.
When they’re in here,  they want my undivided
attention LOL.  Milo was just scratching at the
door wanting in so Judy is bringing him and Benny
in to give them their Dentist Sticks LOL.  That will
maybe keep them pacified for a bit.  Hehehehe
it sure is loud down there in the floor.  “Crunching
crunchy crunch :)”.  Now,  they have finished with
their Dentist Sticks.  Maybe it will be quiet for a
little while hehehe or at least until I finish with this
mess LOL.  The sky is now mostly cloudy as the
sun is going down.  At least it’s not snowing hehehe.
We have quite enough snow outside thank you :).
It is very beautiful outside with the snow against
the distant scenery.  God is most surely the best
artist.  He can paint a picture so intense that our
eyesight can only perceive portions of its beauty.
I take my camera out most every day and try to
capture as much of His magnificence  in a frame
that I can.  Yet it seems that my photos are never
even close to what He painted.  Each day gives us
many things to see of God’s handiwork.  Don’t let
a moment to steal the joy of a lifetime that God
paints for us to see.  Look passed the corruptness
that we have done and see all of the beauty that
He has done.  Often our own clouded perception
will prevent us from seeing the miracles that God
has given us.  I thank God for the blessings that
He gives me every day.  I may not see them at the
moment,  but I know that they are there.  I guess
I need to cease my rambling and take a little look
back through all that I’ve written here to see if
I can find a good word or phrase that I can use for
the title for today’s brand new poem.  So,  it’s off
I go to that place of my recollection that I always
like to call RECOLLECT VILLE.  I think I might
of found a good title,  but must check to see if it’s
not been used already LOL.  Nope,  I ain’t used
it yet,  so here goes nothing hehehe.

Clouded Perception

Looks of another
might deceive your view
your clouded perception
might not see so true.
The moments displaying
might be mistaken
what your perception
has surely partaken.
Scenes that we may have
found gone awry
clouded perception
might see just a lie.
For many moments
we’ve found day to day
are just our perception
that’s gone all astray.
Let not a moment
that displays in time
become as your only
view down the line.
Remember that we all
often fall down
so don’t be so quick to
judge ones Hell bound.

Alrighty then hehehe,  there ya go.  I hope you managed
to stay awake through my rambling and you enjoyed the
poem.  It’s a little after 7 PM and the sun has gone down.
The temperature has dropped to 16 F as well hehehehe.
It’s supposed to get down to –4 F by morning.  Tomorrow
it’s supposed to be a high of 19 F degrees LOL.  Nope
it ain’t spring up here :).  The boys are sleep in their lil
doggy beds in between Judy and I and before Milo starts
snoring I guess I need to finish this up.  So I reckon it’s
time to tell you what I tell you every week and that is,
I wrote some more poems and haiku.  Yeppers,  10 more
poems,  but once again no Christmas poems hehehehe.
Maybe next week.  Also I wrote 22 more haiku  for all
of my haiku lovers out there.  LOL I actually got a bit
carried away and wrote one extra,  so there are 23 of
em this week.  I hope you find one or two of either or
both that you like.  LOL Milo just started snoring :).
I could swear he sounds just like a pig snorting hehehe.
Could he get a little closer to the radiator heater LOL?
He’s lying with his head right up against it hehehehe.
I guess when he gets too warm,  he’ll move or poach
himself hehehe.  I’m sure he’ll move.  It’s not nothing
new.  They both do it quite often,  especially after
they have come in from outside LOL.  So,  I guess
I need to be searching for that confounded off switch,
but not before I wish you a most wonderful and God
filled week.  Remember,  Jesus loves you and we
do too.  Now to find that off switch.  Ok,   where are
ya hiding this week ya silly thing?  LOL hiding on
Milo’s head wasn’t quite that great huh.  Just a tad
warm for ya I reckon hehehe.  I saw smoke coming
from you.  Gotcha,  see ya CLICK zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

God bless from Bill and Judy Pearce

P.S.
Judy helped me to come up with some new titles
for a few of my poems below.  Hehehe one of them
is called I Don’t Know,  cause when I asked her
what’s a good title to use,  this what she said LOL,
yep you guessed it hehehe,  “I Don’t Know” 🙂

Now on with the poems and haiku
10 and 22+1 hehehehehehehehe 🙂

Life of Times

Sights we’ve seen
each passing day
will be often
gone away
Life of times
is sometimes seen
that of colors
red and green.
Different ventures
far and wide
life of times
is found inside.
With each journey’s
stepping stone
some might seem
they’re all alone.
Yet Lord Jesus
can be there
with a little
moments prayer.
Life of times
of passing days
can be strength
in wondrous ways.
Bringing joyful
found designs
into your own
life of times.

A Chance At Love

Without some love
found inside you
there might be
a saddened view.
You need to love
yourself inside
before true love
can take a ride.
Learn to love
what God has made
inside your heart
so Heaven laid.
Let not hateful
to reside
within your heart
no love applied.
Hate the ways
of evil done
but find love
through God’s Own Son.
Learn to look
within a mirror
and see life
a little clearer.
A chance at love
can be so true
if God lives
inside of you.

Looking Seeing

Many portions
of our sight
looking seeing
seems in flight.
Knowing going
steps in time
looking seeing
might just rhyme.
As some echoes
found repeating
in our mind is
looking seeing.
Not allowing
now today
looking seeing
fades away.
Let the journeys
of your sight
look to see
what’s really right.
Looking seeing
what that’s true
now and then
in front of you.

When Winter Passes

Seasonal changes
from snowflakes to rain
makes many people
to always complain.
When winter passes
it leaves in its wake
time for green grasses
and flowers to make.
Scenes might still be with
a bit of white snow,
but it will melt then
to help things to grow.
Blessings so wondrous
found within each sight
under the snow
will then see daylight.
Trees start to blooming
they’re leaves oh so green
when winter passes
and changes the scene.
Flowers then blossom
with colors so great
when winter passes
to another times date.

Signs We Pass

Window shopping
for a smile
signs we pass
might then compile.
Smiles we’ve seen
in wondrous places
on the strangest
peoples faces.
The signs we pass
with questions why
often grow
as we go by.
All those signs
from here to there
that at times
don’t seem so fair,
yet at times
those signs we pass
might say slow
don’t go so fast.
Let your shopping
for a smile
begin inside
for a little while.
Then your shopping
might just find
better smiles
from time to time.
Don’t let signs
of passing days
make you see
but only greys.
Signs we pass
might be mistaken
from a time
that we were shaken.
Learn to let go
of what’s done
forgiving you
and another one.

New England Spring

There’s still white snow
that falls down each day
New England spring
from March into May.
The seasonal changes
will only begin
when summer gets closer
to wintertime’s end.
New England spring
is only a time
found on the calendar
southern design.
Yet way up here
in Northeastern Maine
Spring only comes
more snow to attain.
Surely then wintertime
lets loose its hold,
then close to summer
it’s not all that cold.
So,  up here we only
see spring has sprung
when it has passed to
summertime’s sun.

The Heart of  Dog

A dog shows it’s love
often when we do not
the heart of dog
is often forgot.
We are found hateful
to each one another
when a dogs love
goes then much further.
God sent a dog
to show us so true
what that should live
inside me and you.
The heart of a dog
is forgivingness found
even we we’re not
often around.
It shows a smile
to cheer when we’re sad.
The heart of a dog
is the best that I’ve had.
I thank God for dogs
that smile every day
showing their love
in a wonderful way.
The heart of a dog
is a blessing so true
that God has given
to help me and you.

Looking Upwards

Skies of white
with falling snow
looking upwards
now below.
I see snowflakes
fancy free
looking upwards
over me.
Skies of beauty
snowy filled
make my eyes
to be so thrilled.
Looking upwards
I find true
a sky of white
no sight of blue.
Scenes so snowy
and so cold
looking upwards
I behold.

I Don’t Know

Time to time
and to and fro
I must say that
I don’t know.
Lost in wonder
filled with dream
my mind flows
a minutes stream.
Pouring waters
thoughts unheard
I don’t know
become my word.
For the journeys
that I find
I don’t know
lives in my mind.
Often roadblocks
come in place
to slow down
my daily race.
I don’t know then
is my words
as if questions
flocks of birds.
Often I’m found
to and fro
with my answers
I don’t know.

Life’s Excuses

Things we’ve done
without true reason
life’s excuses
come in season.
Giving reasons
for our journeys
often turns to
dreams attorneys.
Often what we
should of said
turns to crossroads
in our head.
Life’s excuses
live and breathe
how so many
do believe.
Not allowing
what that’s true
to be seen
within our view.
Life’s excuses
need to cease
while we seek for
daily peace.
Letting truthful
become found
as we seek God’s
solid ground.

Haiku
for Mar 22,  2014

With but just a thought
a timeframe can be twisted
into a pretzel.

Many times meanings
are lost behind perception
and found without truth.

Blue skies above us
might be hidden from our view
just as clouds of words.

Believing blindly
is the show of real true faith,
but don’t be stupid.

Don’t let your wording
to become a fish story
that is only lies.

Morning brings sunshine
often hidden from our view,
but yet it is there.

Living in a life
that is awakened with smiles
will display sunshine.

Time becomes longer
when it’s filled with impatience,
so breathe in some peace.

Walking on thin ice
guarantees a little swim
if you’re not careful.

When trouble arrives
let God help you deal with it
and you’ll be OK.

The look of liars
is often found in actions
that they’re not aware.

Nobody’s alone
when Jesus lives in their heart,
so know Him today.

Cherished are the times
that we remember so well,
but maybe not so.

When amidst some rain
have some faith for a rainbow
that comes afterwards.

Our likes and dislikes
display our differences
and alikeness’s.

Wisdom comes knocking
often when we’re mistaken
and learn the hard way.

The sight of snowflakes
when it’s supposed to be spring
brings me confusion.

Moonlight’s reflection
makes nighttime into daytime
as glimmers of white.

Beyond perception
is our decisive thinking
what we want to see.

Limbs may be hidden
under winters fallen snow,
but they will survive.

Sunshine’s snowy day
is a bright one reflecting
with blinding array.

Fearing tomorrow
is a worry not needed,
for now is today.

Allowing others
to determine your feelings
gives them great power.
