ANIMAL’S GREETINGS

Hello my friends
&
Happy Halloween

So how’s life in your part of the world? We’re supposed to get
about an inch of snow today and less than an inch tonight. Also
it’s supposed to snow tomorrow. Who knows it might snow more.
Right now I’m having the dickens of a time seeing my PC monitor
being it went out and I was forced to hook up the old 12 inch one
off of Judy’s old computer from years ago. Hopefully I can find
a cheap 22 inch or larger sized monitor for sale somewhere soon.
This is killing me. I was going to trade off with Judy being she
has a 20 inch monitor, but this little monitor doesn’t have any
speakers and I would have to move all of my speakers over to her
side of the room where there isn’t any available plugs. Sooooo
I will try my best with this tiny monitor, but my eye is having
a hard time seeing it. It will be impossible in a few minutes so
I’ve gotta finish this article as soon as I can. My right eye gets
strained and weakened real fast due to my inability to retain
potassium and it gets low and takes my eyesight with it LOL.
Oh well, I can see for a brief, so I guess I need to hurry and
get this written :). Maybe Judy and I can venture up north to
Presque Isle Maine where I think they have a super WalMart
and I can find me a decent sized and priced PC monitor some
time this week. Ok so before my eyesight goes completely I
guess I need to move on to another topic. Judy’s birthday is
November 6th next Saturday. Ain’t telling ya her age hehehe.
She’d kick me in the rump, but she will then be the same age
as me LOL. I have already given her her present which was
the camera, but we’ll most surely do something special, unless
she doesn’t want to. We shall see! Well, it ain’t snowing yet,
but it’s 31F degrees right now at 8:00 in the morning, so it
could start any moment. I’ve got a die hard fly in here buzzing
around. He’s just trying to stay warm LOL. Our little radiator
heaters are still doing the job of keeping us warm. We have
not had to turn on our central heat as of yet thank God. The
heating oil prices are very high, but we do still have almost
a full tank of kerosene, so when we do have to use it, we
are set for the winter. LOL, that’s if it ain’t a repeat of the
2009 winter which stayed below zero for a month or so and
I do not mean centigrade :). There were a couple of weeks
that it stayed around 30F to 50F below zero. Brrrrr is right!
We shall see what this winter holds for us hehe. I’m sure
God will take good care of us. He always has. There might
be times in your life that you feel that God is not there, but
God will often allow us to live and learn as life goes by, yet
there will be times that beginnings and endings meet and
find us confused. No one likes to lose a loved one, but we
all have our allotted time in life and then it is time for us to
leave to a different plain of existence. Our journeys depend
on how we live and believe. Do you believe in God and do
you love His Son? Do you do your best to help others and
do you trust in The Father that He is there? Do you seek
for His Will in life even at times when your own will tries
to take hold? We will most surely make mistakes time to
time and fail, but through Jesus there is forgiveness and
understanding. Let Jesus into your heart today and find
that relationship that can help you to carry on through
life even through the torment. He will not allow more than
you can take. He knows our limits, yet we will often
think that we cannot handle many of the problems that
come our way. Keep in contact with God through Jesus
and you will find the strength. Now before I totally lose
sight of my itsy bitsy monitor, I need to be taking a little
trip back through all I’ve written here to see if I can
find a good word or phrase that might work well for the
title for today’s brand new poem. So it’s off I go to that
place of my recollection that I like to call RECOLLECT
VILLE. I do believe I found a good title. Now let’s see
what, if anything at all, I can do with it. Here goes…

He Knows

He knows you
and He knows me
through right now
and history.
He knows timeframes
we become
sometimes silent
said and done.
He knows flavors
we will choose
and allows us
win or lose.
He knows pages
written down
with a smile
and with a frown.
Jesus knows us
as we are
when we’re near
or very far.
Do you know Him?
He knows you.
He knows if you’re
false or true.

I hope you enjoyed that poem and it made some sense to you.
Also I hope you enjoyed my rambling. Keep me in your prayers
that I am able to find a decent sized PC monitor. I can hardly
see this tiny thing. I could barely see my 22 inch monitor so
you can figure this 12 inch one is giving me a hard time hehehe.
Hey guess what? It’s beginning to snow a little bit outside LOL.
I guess I need to be searching for that old off switch, but before
I do that I need to tell you what I tell you every week and that
is, I wrote some more poems. Yes, 10 more poems with 4 of
them wintry Christmassy style. Also yes once again I wrote
22 more haiku. I hope you like a few of the poems and haiku.
Oh yea, today is Halloween. Happy Halloween to those of
you that celebrate it. Don’t eat too much candy hehehehehe.
With that said I must wish you a most wonderful God filled
week. Remember, Jesus loves you and we do too. Now,
to find that confounded off switch. It’s found a place to hide
within this itsy bitsy monitor hehehe, but I see it. GOTCHA
See ya CLICK zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

God bless from Bill and Judy Pearce

Now on with the poems and haiku
10 and 22 hehehehehehehe 🙂

Lessons Setting Sun

The days change
as dark to bright
as the same
as day and night.
Moments come
and then bestow
where the minutes
come and go.
The days bring
a chance to be
much more better
than history.
Lives are given
ways to breathe
with some choosing
to believe.
Let the days
that moments bring
show beginnings
such as spring.
Let tomorrow
be as done
seen as lessons
setting sun.

Winds of Wonder

Winter winds
blow quickly through
with some clouds
in a sky of blue.
It’s conclusions
might just be
things of time
for us to see.
Many trivial
moments sights
might just be
someone’s delights.
Winds of wonder
sing and dance
as a winter
times romance.
Winters moments
drawn and seen
are the pictures
some demean.
Let those seconds
when and why
become blessings
days apply.

Giving His Drumbeats

Drumbeats of rhythm
defeat the silence
sounding as voices
moments of violence.
Continued drumbeats
into the nights
sing of their rhythms
someone ignites.
Patterns so loosely
sounding insane
might be the voices
that you’re to attain.
Gathered as heartbeats
drumbeats are heard
as many patterns
of word after word.
Listen more closely
to what you hear
and you might find them
a bit more sincere.
They might be found as
moments so lost
into the night
of wintertime’s frost.
Singing the songs
as gentle drumbeats
within the rhythms
that always repeats.
Paving an echo
with timeframes to go
found in the drumbeats
amidst the white snow.
Then as the rhythms
sink in your mind
let yourself dream
of a great Christmastime.
That very drumbeat
of which that you heard
might not then seem as
oh so absurd.
It might be echoes
of the little drummer boy
doing for Jesus
what He does enjoy.
Giving his drumbeats
in the bright starry light
as they’re remembered
deep in the night.

He Is Near

Points of thunder
make their goal
seeming as some
rock and roll.
God’s musicians
playing well
all the songs of
show and tell.
Some see thunder
as a fright
in the midst
a deep dark night.
Points of thunder
are best seen
as the fragrance
of a dream.
Hear the drum rolls
of its sound
that reverberates
all around.
See the lightning
here and there
as it lights up
everywhere.
Hear the thunders
every word
as a blessing
to be heard.
God’s meditation
given free
sounds to hear
sights to see.
Many nights
to see and hear
letting us know
that He is near.

I Thought I Heard

Jingles of bells
are heard so clear
in my mind
this time of year.
Songs remembered
of a day
as a wonderful
magical sleigh.
A jolly guy
just flying around
Christmas eve
above the ground.
Magical times
of my memories
seem as a time
that nobody sees.
Old Santa Claus
late at night
delivers before
the mornings light.
This I recall
with my first toy
when I was just
a little boy.
All of the blessings
given so free
from Santa Claus
to little old me.
In my sleep
I thought I heard
a jingle of bells
as I inferred.
Then old Santa
said real clear
I will see you
soon next year.

In A Dream

Long journeys
taken in time
are sometimes
in the mind.
Times remembered
found so sweet
are the journeys
none compete.
In the middle
found in frame
we find times
we wish again.
Looking closely
to the views
we find younger
pairs of shoes.
Times remembered
that we’ve found
have no strength
to come around.
So remember
all you’ve seen
and relive them
in a dream.

On Passed Tomorrow

On passed tomorrow
the minutes will flow
leaving us wantings
of where we’re to go.
On passed tomorrow
minutes of snow
might leave the trails
of how we’ll bestow.
On passed tomorrow
moments will grow
to our own visions
we’re wishing to know.
On passed tomorrow
God might just throw
ways so unlikely
from days long ago.
On passed tomorrow
from times all aglow
now might conclude as
the wrong way to go.

Time Might Change

Now and then
when and where
times might seem
to not compare,
Often fragments
that we view
might not seem as
good to do.
Yet some actions
dawning sun
might need daily
said and done.
Often people
will be found
judging us
each time around.
Now and then
when and where
some might seem to
just not care.
Sometimes people
hand in hand
simply do not
understand
and their viewpoints
that they say
might be just a
day away.
Time might change
and help them see
who that’s you
and who that’s me.

Learned All About

Lessons from actions
sometimes are learned
yet they are sometimes
not so discerned.
Often a moment
found out of place
one might envision
good on their face.
Lessons are painted
on our tapestries
sometimes as flowers,
sometimes as trees.
Many will concur that
then needs repeated
due their timeframes
a little conceited.
Lessons from moments
that we’ve acted out
might lead to pages
learned all about.

I Long Await

Anticipated
Christmastime seems
living now as my
own moments dreams.
Ventures of sugarplums
dancing delight
seem to be visions
in my dreams at night.
Christmastime pleasures
seeming as gold
as all the stories
surely are told.
Singing the songs
of that special time
seems to now live on
inside of my mind.
White snowy pictures
painted and found
on evergreen trees
and also the ground.
Christmastime scenes
are found with a smile
seen on the face
of a wintertime while.
Subsequent blessings
I long await
for that of Christmastime
to come create.
Scenes all around me
seem to descend
displaying winter
just like a friend.
Snow is beginning
coming one day
displaying its own
wonderful way.
Long and awaited
it’s surely been
for that of Christmastime
to then begin.

Haiku
for Oct 30, 2010

Looking for answers
might lead you to conclusions
that you did not want.

Too many flowers
can disrupt all the beauty.
Sometimes less is good.

Snow falling earthwards
might seem to come from nowhere,
yet it floats and lands.

On a midmorning
a shadow might enlighten
what the day will be.

Memories from time
can reflect onto right now
and cause them to fade.

Gradual footsteps
lead many on a journey
that leads to nowhere.

Complacent people
desire to go no further
and become stagnant.

In wintertime’s view
is the sequence of snowflakes
falling to the ground.

Heavenly pleasures
come from Jesus and pure love.
Other pleasures lie.

An answer from time
might be found in a second
you were not ready.

I am only me
and myself cannot be you,
so why even try?

Yesterdays fury
can determine now today,
so be real careful.

Snow will encompass
all that it can land upon
and make it as white.

Evenings will follow
a moments long adventure
throughout the day.

Youth is a timeframe
we often take for granted
until it’s too late.

Words from a wise man
could be simply misunderstood
causing you to fall.

Many traditions
come from places far away
and are misconceived.

Opening a thought
allowing time to rush in
could suffocate you.

Windows of forethought
can become your own hindrance
if now is ignored.

Having a moment
and then using it wisely
might still fall apart.

Tall trees in the wind
wave goodbye to all the leaves
as they fall to Earth.

Patterns are displayed
as snowflakes lands gracefully
and await others.

ANIMAL’S GREETINGS

Hello my friends

How have ya been? I’ve been same old same old.
Judy got her new camera, but I have had to do some
adjusting to it, being it’s not a high dollar camera as
our other cameras are hehe. Yet for a 100 dollars it
works fairly well. We are going to try and go again
either Wednesday or Thursday to get some pictures
using it. Last week they didn’t come out as good as
we had planned. I adjusted the settings afterwards
and the pictures seem to be better now. We’ll give
it another go this week sometime. I took a few with
my camera and as usual, those pictures came out
good so it wasn’t a wasted trip. The next time Judy
might also bring her old camera to take some pictures
along with her new camera. I wish I could afford to
buy her a new good camera, but they cost quite a lot.
Oh well, she loves the camera hehehe. It’s purple 🙂
and it does take decent pictures NOW, but ya gotta
hold it still and give it time to focus. It has an auto
focus on it. It’s a Vivitar Vivicam T328 with a 3 inch
touch screen, 3x optical zoom and 8x digital and it
has 12.1 mega pixels. Anyways, it’s onto another
topic. The weather up this way is fairly nice. Today
is a bit cloudy. It’s supposed to get sunny by noon
time, but after that hehehe back to the old cloudy
skies with rain scheduled for tomorrow and Tuesday.
Who knows what it’ll actually do? The weather has
a way of changing at the drop of a hat LOL. I’m sure
snow will be making its intro real soon. Yet for now,
it’s not too bad as far as cold weather is concerned.
Right now it’s 45F at 11:50 AM and it’s supposed to
get all the way up to 47F hehehe. Tonight it might
get down to 32F though. Nope it ain’t too bad hehe.
Onto yet another topic. Judy’s place of business
has been having a few stumbling blocks due to the
fact that when the old diner finally got reopened,
the restaurant that was started is seeming to be
losing business. They are all returning to the old
diner. I kind of figured that that would happen.
Now they need to work on a different menu at the
restaurant to get the customers to start coming in.
It’s not cool to have the same menu for both hehe.
I’m sure they will resolve the issue soon in some
manner. Life goes on. God gives us ways to deal
with the issues at hand, but many of the answers
may turn out to be something we don’t want. Yet,
answers are there. Sometimes the answers are to
simply have patience and wait. Often more than
many those are the answers being we’re not at the
right place and time for any physical movement to
be made. Life has a way of throwing us curve balls
and making us stumble. Believe it or not, those
moments of stumbling will make you stronger in
time. We learn from our mistakes hehehe or at
least a few do LOL. I know a few that seem that
they will never learn, for they keep trying the same
thing expecting different results. If you keep doing
what you’ve always done, you’ll get what you’ve
always got. Sometimes a little change is necessary
to put you back on track. Let God be your guide
through His Son Jesus Christ. You might stumble
time to time, but He will be there to pick you up
and dust you off. He knows we must stumble to
learn the correct paths and so He lets us do what
we will. The point is, He will be there when you
need strength to get up and continue on with life.
Don’t let the troubles your incurring to cause you
to give up on life. Let those troubles make you
stronger. Use them as tools of wisdom and surely
you will find the answers. Now to end my long
winded rambling mode and begin my search for
a word or phrase that I might be able to use for
the title of today’s poem. So it’s off to that place
of my recollection through all I have written here
to that place I like to call RECOLLECT VILLE.
I do believe I found a good title. Now let’s see if
I can do anything with it!!! Here goes……

The Troubles

Scenes of times
just might inlay
the sort of signs
of your dismay.
Troubled views
from where and when
might be news
from where you’ve been.
Scenes might show
their bitter pills
of where you go
and how it feels,
but of course
the troubles found
have a source
of solid ground.
Life might seem
to be disgraced,
but your dream
might be misplaced.
Let Lord God
to show you how
to not applaud
what you endow.
Learn from then
of how and why
where you’ve been
to now get by.

©By Bill Pearce
Oct 24, 2010

Hehehe there ya go. LOL I thought surely I had written
a poem titled The Troubles, but nope. One using the
word Troubles, but not The Troubles. So now I’ve got
a poem titled The Troubles. Hehehehehe it gets harder
every week to find new titles, being I’ve written well over
6000 poems 🙂 Yeppers I’ve been writing for many moons.
I hope you liked the poem. I might do some poems soon
in my old styles. I enjoy playing with different ventures
of poetry. Yet there are some styles that just don’t turn
me on. None the less, we’ll see what I do next week 🙂
Now I think it’s time for me to be telling ya what I always
tell ya and that is, I wrote some more poems and haiku.
Yeppers, 10 more poems with 4 of them being wintry
Christmassy styles. Also once again I wrote 22 haiku.
I sure hope you like a few of them. I guess it’s about
time for me to be searching for that old off switch, but
before I do that I must wish you a most wonderful week.
Remember, Jesus loves you and we do too. Now to
find that confounded off switch hehe. Found it hiding
behind my eyelids waiting for me to sleep hehehehehe.
See ya CLICK zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

God bless from Bill and Judy Pearce

Now on with the poems and haiku
10 and 22 hehehehe 🙂

Winter Will Be

Wild winters mornings
comes blowing in
just like the mornings
of time and agin.
Fall is releasing
its moments hold
to winters doorways
that times have foretold.
Coldness is breathing
winters white smile
that will be coming
to one day compile.
Wonders of wintertime
will be well seen
soon on the tall trees
causing them to lean.
All of the patterns
are found then on cue
as the clouds fill up
a clear sky of blue.
Winter will be unleashing
its magical array
that displays Christmas
coming one day.

The Seconds

Blissful the seconds
come and revive
times that we’ve wondered
are we alive.
Often the seconds
are but a phase
displayed on moments
we’re in the grays.
Though we may miss them
due to our sight
found in the daytime
also at night.
Times oh so blissful
do come to being,
yet they’re not often
what we are seeing.
Sometimes a second
can be founded
with so much peaceful
you’re astounded.
It takes a minute
to sometimes see true
how that a second
can surely change you.

Stop A Moment

In ones worries
some will find
times disarming
peace of mind.
It is often
worries view
that will capsize
all you do.
Don’t let worry
to be seen
as the echoes
bad cuisine.
Use the lessons
from a time
to guide minutes
own design.
Stop a moment,
say a prayer
then let Jesus
give fresh air.
Let your worries
be the phase
learning lessons
will and ways.

Its Time To Be

I’m now awaiting
wintertime’s view
to come and display
oh so brand new.
Wintertime’s moments
white as can be
displayed as echoes
of my history.
I’m now just watching
the clouds floating by
up there above me
found in the sky.
I know that soon
the white snows design
will be announcing
that wonderful time.
That which is Christmas
found amidst winter
will be the season
then front and center.
I’m now just waiting
its time to be
with the beginnings
of which I can see.

Peace Can Still Be

Peace is a journey
many will make
when they are standing
at their mistake.
Some find the journeys
tormented ways
as they’re unleashing
their bad displays.
Peace can still be
in our moments time
if we will one day
just change our mind.
Letting Lord Jesus
live in your heart
is a good moment
you can impart.
Let your self-will
to fall to the side
as you let Jesus
then to abide.
Peace will come surely
if you’ll atone,
for then you’ll never
ever be alone.
God will give peaceful
through our everyday
if we will take time
to kneel down and pray.

Wintertime

Feel the wind
within your fingers
as the coolness
sort of lingers.
Feel the settings
changing hue
with the windy
ways so true.
Hear the sounds
of wind that blows
here and there
as times echoes.
Feel the breeze
of its own task
blowing through
your daily grasp.
Watch the leaves
that blow around
here and there
upon the ground.
Feel the windows
open wide
as dear winter
comes inside.
Soon the doorways
that we see
will be white
upon each tree.
Every moment
that we find
will be seen
as wintertime.

The Fury

Ones with fury
might explode
somewhere surely
down the road
and then maybe
one might be
in the wrong times
history.
Sometimes fury
you unleash
might just end
what could be peace.
When that fury
you do find
seek a moments
peace of mind.
For the fury
of the past
could become
your shadows cast.

Aggravations

Aggravations
come and go
with the moments
that we know.
Many mornings
may just seem
as a nightmare
not a dream.
When those times of
aggravations
seem as many
devastations
let God help you
see a view
that is better
then to do.
Let the times
that aggravate
be a time
of passing date.
Learn to look passed
history
and find better
sights to see.

God Has Plans

Left finds favors
in the right
with its shadows
day and night.
We need different
ways to view
here and there
and thereunto.
We would surely
be found sad
if we saw just
good no bad.
It’s the portions
that we see
that determine
good degree.
Two sides stories
need be told
so to harness
good from old.
God allows us
times to view
so to learn
what’s best to do.
If no sickness
comes around,
then ones thankful
aren’t so sound.
If you’re stricken
with a time
find the blessings
in design.
Loss of life
or times unglued
look for all
you’ve misconstrued.
God has plans
for all that’s done
with each new
and rising sun.

So Divine

See the stars
at night that glow
in the winters
night of snow.
See the passion
filled with glee
as you fathom
Christmassy.
See the moon
so round and bright
on a winters
snowy night.
Fill the winds
that blow on through
in the nights
so fair and true.
See the clouds
just blowing by
as they’re letting
snowflakes fly.
Look for rhythms
on each page
one by one
in center stage.
Seek to find
what that’s adored
as you make
that time explored.
Look for footprints
in the snow
in the path
of where you go.
Watch the stars
as they shine
in the winter
so divine.

Haiku
for Oct 23, 2010

Some people don’t see
passed their own nose on their face.
Their vision’s hindered.

A storm might arise
when the patterns are unleashed
as anger and hate.

In a looking glass
you might find the true moment.
That’s why ones don’t look.

A butterflies flight
transposes into the sunlight
as a sweet flower.

Songbirds of winter
sing of Christmas and snowflakes
in the dawn of day.

Links to a spider
climb as webbings of desire
to capture their prey.

Mornings signature
makes its way across the field
as shadows of trees.

Hope is a blessing
with moments of elation
that comes from Lord God.

A roses flavor
mirrors its beauty to bees
that come for pollen.

Today will prosper
while the minds of many fail
and see only bad.

Heaven gives hopeful
for the lives that come and go
with pure love and peace.

Looking to the skies
you can see mornings glory.
It dawns a new day.

Conclusions rampage
begins without looking clear
to see the answer.

Within a journal
many pour out their feelings
that ones misunderstand.

Leaves are now falling
so gracefully to the ground
to lay then and rest.

Summertime’s minutes
pass on to shadows of fall
with winter coming.

Looking deep inside
many will not be pretty.
Seek past exterior.

Lasting impressions
are often made on people
in their worst moments.

Genders of flowers
are seen by the honeybees
collecting honey.

A mind is deepest
when in a forest of thought
with trees of cover.

Portions of thoughtful
could become raging rivers
if put to good use.

Inside a minute
a moment can grow blessings
with a little prayer.

ANIMAL’S GREETINGS

Hello my friends

How have ya been? I hope your fall season is a pretty one.
So far it’s rained more than not up here hehehe. I ordered
Judy a new camera for her birthday being her camera seems
to be going on the fritz. Her birthday isn’t for a few more
weeks, but she needs/wants it to take pictures with me hehe.
So it should be here Monday or Tuesday. Hopefully we’ll have
a few days without rain such as Wednesday and Thursday
so we can go and get some good pictures. I’m making a few
of our very first fall pictures that we took or should I say I
took down in Lewiston Maine back in October of 2008 as
today’s stationary. Judy was visiting with her daughter
while I went and took a little journey walking down the road
to find fall colors. I found them at a college just a couple
of blocks away and it was most surely worth the walk hehe.
I hope you that are receiving this in stationary format enjoy
the pictures. If you’re not and you would like to see some of
the pictures, they are uploaded to my FaceBook hehehehe.
Ok so it’s onto yet another topic! Today is a little cloudy,
but other wise it’s not raining LOL. It’s supposed to be a
high of 53F today with tonight a low of 36F. Tomorrows
high is supposed to be 47F with low of 29F brr hehehehe.
It ain’t as bad as it’s gonna get LOL! I expect the temps
to start dropping much lower in the next couple of weeks.
Oh yea, I’ve got some great photos to use in my stationary
for Halloween. Ones I took the same day we took our
drive up north of us to take some fall pictures last week 🙂
I might begin using them next week hehehe. We’re still
doing our every day thing such as playing farming games
on FaceBook and watching all of our specially selected
TV programs hehehe. Yep, this is life in the fast lane!?
We don’t do too much being it cost money to do a lot of
things, but we’re happy to just enjoy our time together 🙂
I’m still in search of our first snow. I know it’s gotta be
getting close hehehe. I do love snow! It’s just that I get
a tad tired of it after the first 2 months LOL. It gets to
the point of ridicules hehehehehe. Yet I turn into a little
kid when I see snow and love to play in it. Of course it
does get ccccold at times. I’ve said many times, that
God gives us blessings everyday, but we often will lose
them in our clouds of gray. Look through your many
problems and find those blessings. They surely do exist.
I myself at times will let the clouds clutter up my view.
Sometimes I’ve gotta force myself to look passed the
moments view. Sometimes Satan is found standing in
the path of our blessings and we’ve gotta go through
him. God will give us the power if we will just have
faith and move forward. Use common sense though
being sometimes that old evil guy has nothing to do
with it. Sometimes it’s our own wanna taking the reins.
Let time run its course, for there are things that must
be done to get us from here to there. Now I guess it’s
time for me to begin my little venture back through
all I’ve written here to see if I can find a good word
or phrase that I can use for the title for today’s new
poem. So it’s off I go to that place of my recollection
that I like to call RECOLLECT VILLE. I believe I
may of found I good title. Now let’s see if I can put
together some words in form of a poem using it hehe.
Here goes nothing!!! Maybe so LOL…….!

Clouds of Gray

Times might flurry
hurry to
what you scurry
worry true.
Clouds of gray
may be found
worn to fray
dismay around.
Time might find
entwined with gray
with your mind
aligned in way.
Onwards troubles
double true
in a bubble
thereunto.
Yet the times
of rhymes of force
lessons chime
Divine recourse.
Truth is seen
between our sight
as God’s sheen
shows what that’s right.
Clouds of grey
away will go
leaving days
of ways to grow.

Well, there ya go hehehe. I went back to a little of my
old style poetry. I like to write different styles every once
in a while. I guess though my favorite is the lyrical ballad
styles hehe. Yes I tend to stray from the distinct ballad
formats of repeating, but most can be put into that format
without any trouble LOL. Being I’ve been writing poetry
for well over 40 years now, I think I’ve tried every way
possible which includes all of these below hehehehehe
Acrostic Style, Ballad Style, Clerihew Style, Diamante
Style, Epitaph Style, Free Verse, Haiku, Limerick Style,
Monody, Monorhyme, An Ode, Palindrome, Pantoum,
Quatrain Style, Shape Poetry, Sonnet, Tongue Twister,
-and Villanelle. I guess I get bored time to time and try
a different way once in a blue moon. Yet I do prefer the
lyrical ballad style. No matter, I hope you enjoyed the
poem. I guess I need to be searching to find that blasted
off switch, but before I do that I need to tell you what
I tell you every week and that is, I wrote 10 more poems
with 3 of them wintry Christmassy styles. Also I wrote
once again 22 more haiku. I hope you enjoy a few of
them. With that said I must wish you a most wonderful
week. Remember, Jesus loves you and we do too 🙂
Now to find that confounded off switch hehehehehehe.
Found it acting as my shadow mimicking every move.
LOL GOTCHA, see ya CLICK zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz!

God bless from Bill and Judy Pearce

Now on with the poems and haiku
10 and 22 hehehehehehe 😉

Not Seeing Clearly

Signs of times
display so true
within our oceans
and skies of blue.
Certain moments
come into play
as the signs
display every day.
Ones mistakenly
leave their own shapes
found in the times
that never escapes.
Repeated thresholds
opened and closed
show how so many
certainly dozed.
Not seeing clearly
how that their time
makes up our futures
dismal design.

All The Actions

Within a fraction
of what we find
there is a portion
found in our mind.
Often the motions
led thereunto
are just a portion
of what we should do.
Yes many segments
of our own ways
are headed into
some selfish displays.
It’s when we seek
for God’s will to be
that we find better
for our history.
The future’s standing
in our shadows view
as it’s concurring
from what we do.
So if you change now
how you survive
you might also then
keep us alive.
For all the actions
done by each one
reflect on some others
with each rising sun.

I’ll Catch Pictures

Fall has risen
standing true
in the colors
now anew.
Scenes around me
show designs
of the colors
from the times.
Soon comes winter
in the scene
as it covers
leaves of green.
Snowflakes dancing
will be found
as they’re landing
on the ground.
Trees will catch them
one by one
in the winters
then and done.
Then I’ll frolic
in the snow
with my camera
as I go.
I’ll catch pictures
here and there
of the snowflakes
everywhere.

See What You’ve Got

Open your eyes
and see what you’ve got.
Your might just find
that you’ve got a lot.
Open your mind
to what can be done
and then begin
with each morning sun.
Let not your worries
to live then and thrive.
Let Jesus have them
as He lives inside.
Open your eyes
and view different scenes
that you have always
sought as demeans.
See things with different
eyes as you view
all of the things
you once saw askew.
Often our viewpoints
found in a day
are just misleading
times will and way.

Change Your Past

If you’re seeing
in the mirror
your misfortunes
so much clearer,
then try changing
what you see
through your future
history.
Now’s a moment
that can find
you a different
point and time.
It takes changing
here and now,
for much better
to endow.
It might not
be done too fast,
but in time
you can change your past.
Not the past
of yesterday,
but the past
of a different way.

The Joy of Christmas

Certain times Christmas
might seem to shine
oh so much greater
than nows Christmastime.
Yet if we let them
to live and breathe
then in the future
we can believe.
Finding in Christmas
certain times joy
inside the grownup
little girl and boy.
Find deep within you
that feeling you had
and then this Christmas
be happy not sad.
Let all those moments
that you remember
become a joyful
times burning ember.
Remember the tree
all lit up with lights
as it would twinkle
deep in the nights.
Don’t let this Christmas
to be sad and blue.
Let the joy of Christmas
to live within you.

The Raindrops

It’s rainy and wet
outside now today
and it looks as if
it won’t go away.
I’m now trying
to see past the rain
not to just sit here
and fume and complain.
I smell the fragrance
of mornings desire
throughout the rain
and all its entire.
I sense beginnings
of ending of fall
as I just sit here
now through it all.
The pitter patter
of raindrops on tin
sing me a song
with a fast blowing wind.
Sweetness of morning
now almost noon
sing a pitter patter
of raindrops in tune.
So now the raindrops
found in my sight
I have found surely
how they delight.

Dark of Night

In the night
of darkened hue
there’s not seen
a sky of blue.
Yet up high
within the night
there is seen
a ball of light.
In a starry
night in phase
there’s the moon
of which I gaze.
Seen up high
a little while
that big moon
shows its lifestyle.
In the night
it shines so bright
with the stars
in dark of night.

If You Have Shadows

Shadows of Christmas
shine on the walls
along with the blessings
someone recalls.
All of the shadows
might be misled
dreaming of Santa
while tucked in your bed..
Shadows become as
timeless to find
as Christmas comes then
time after time.
Some find the stories
shadowy viewed
a little troublesome
and misconstrued.
Don’t let sad shadows
to live in today.
Make this great Christmas
a wonderful way.
If you have shadows
then look for signs
of all the blessings
from thens Christmastimes.

So Many Letters

Letters are written
inside of my mind
and no one reads them,
but me time to time.
We all have letters
of timeless arrays
that we have written
inside of the days.
Times we remember
that no one can see,
simply because they’re
our own history.
Letters as journals
collected and stored
things that we hated
and also adored.
Often a letter
will one day be heard
told to another
as word after word.
Yet those that here us
might not understand
all of the letters
of times rubber band.
Times that we found
repeated as so
that turned to letters
that we used to know.
So many letters
of times that I find
I’ll just continue
to keep in my mind.

Haiku
for Oct 16, 2010

Some see a storm cloud
and some see new beginnings
through storm clouds of time.

Tomorrows flowers
might not bloom until springtime,
yet they’re still alive.

Peace is a venture
many take without knowing
and end up confused.

Fall displays colors
in a short winded moment
that lasts a few weeks.

On display through time
could be your many blossoms
seen in the wrong light.

Heartbeats episode
is just a rhythm in time
keeping you alive.

Ones without conscience
end up living regretful
as truth comes to light.

Tomorrows questions
could have answers in today
through what you’re doing.

Windows and doorways
will open and close in time
with some confusion.

Often perception
is in the beholders eyes
and a bit unclear.

The weather of time
makes its portfolio seen
as echoes on stage.

Links to our burdens
find ways of connecting time
through our memories.

Sometime tomorrow
it will be as yesterday
with new tomorrows.

Learning a lesson
could become less tormenting
if we would listen.

The scent of the rain
brings to life all the feelings
of blessings from God.

Rainbows in the sky
make their way to stories told
as a pot of gold.

Temporary segments
are the seconds that we find
that lead to minutes.

Tumbleweeds blowing
remind us of the ghost towns
that have diminished.

Within an inkblot
there’s an imagination
awaiting to thrive.

Beyond a valley
there’s a story to be told
that has not been seen.

Stupidity lives
in the choices of many
and what all they do.

Ones playing mind games
will be found as the losers
for it will reflect.

ANIMAL’S GREETINGS

Hello my friends

So how’s life treating ya this time around? I hope that
it hasn’t been too rough for ya. It’s not been too bad up
here. The weather has been cloudy most every day this
passed week and it looks like it shall continue hehehehe.
Judy and I did finally make it out for our picture taking
drive, but we had to head up north instead south towards
Haven Maine due to it raining down south of us. Judy
went on line and found out that the foliage a few miles
north of us was supposed to be the best anyways, and so
we headed up towards Presque Isle. We managed to get
some great pictures. I am going to try and upload a few
to my Facebook today being I finally got all of my photos
edited hehehe. Yeppers, if you’re receiving this journal
in stationary format, you can see a few of the pictures.
It was hard to decide which ones to use for my stationary,
but I couldn’t use them all being I took over 130 hehehe.
Judy also took quite a few. We had a great time taking
pictures and just going out for a drive. Afterwards we
stopped off at Taco Bell and got us some tacos to go :).
That was Wednesday! We spent Thursday recouping
from all the walking LOL. We’re thinking about doing
it again this Wednesday, but this time heading down
to Haven Maine where we had planned to go in the
first place hehehehe. Maybe the colors will have had
a chance to enhance by then. Actually we shall see how
we feel when Wednesday gets here LOL. Thursday it’s
supposed to rain again as it did last week. What’s with
Thursdays and rain hehehehe. Oh well, we’ll see what
happens! So it’s onwards to another topic! Judy and
I are still enjoying our TV programs Ghost Hunters,
Ghost Adventures and Destination Truth hehehehehe.
We also still love to watch NCIS and Criminal Minds.
We’ve found ourselves watching Monk once in a while.
Monk used to be one of our favorite TV programs :).
We do still like to watch it time to time when there
ain’t nothing else on . Isn’t it a miracle how God can
put two people together that totally enjoy the very
same things when they were 2100 miles apart in the
beginning! Yes there is no limit to what God can do.
It’s us that put the limits on what we think can be
done through Him. Judy also writes poetry, but has
not written any new poems lately. We actually met
in a poetry egroup in April of 2001 and we grew to
know more about each other as I became her tutor.
My dad passed away in April 2001 and so God sent
me Judy to help me make it through it. We’ve found
blessings in each other. God can do wonders with
a moment that we ourselves consider too short or
without hope. Let God do what He does best in
your life. Let Him be your guide as you allow Him
to put that special someone into your life. I found
that with my hurry and seeking what and who I
thought would be best for me, only sent me to my
own destruction. Pray and be who you are, Not
who others would wish you to be. God gave us
each one a uniqueness in our personalities and not
everyone will fit in our world. Let God fill up the
void with His Will for you. Now it’s about time
for me to be hushing my rambling before this turns
into a freaking book hehehe and begin my venture
back through all I’ve written to see if I can find
a good word or phrase that I can use for the title
for today’s brand new poem. So it’s away I go
to that place of my recollection that I like to call
RECOLLECT VILLE. I believe I found a good
title. Now let’s see what I can do with it hehehe!
Here goes nothing…. Hehehe maybe so!!!

No Limit

We put the limits
on all God can do
when we’re discerning
of me also you.
He has no limit
on what can be done
through every drop
of blood from His Son.
God can make minutes
to gather much speed
giving us surely
what all that we need.
He has no limit
on now and today,
for God can surely
help us every way.
There is no limit
on how we can learn
if we will let Him
to help us discern.

Ok, so there ya go! I never know if what I’m writing
will make any sense to anybody but me hehehehehehe.
Oh well, hopefully a few of you understood the meaning.
Well today seems like it will be sunny until around noon
and the clouds will overtake the skies once again hehe.
It seems it’s always cloudy up here LOL. I guess the
clouds have gotta go somewhere hehehe. It might begin
snowing in the next week or so. God only knows. Yet
the weather is surely looking more and more like winter
every day and also feel like it 🙂 LOL. I guess it’s time
for me to be telling ya what I tell ya every week and
that is, I wrote some more poems and haiku. Yeppers,
10 more poems with three of them wintry Christmassy
type poems. Also I wrote yet again 22 more haiku 🙂
I hope you enjoyed my rambling and maybe even the
poem. I also hope you enjoy a few of the poems and
haiku. With that said I need to be searching for that
old off switch, but not before I wish you a wonderful
God filled week. Remember, Jesus loves you and
we do too. Now to find that off switch. Found it all
huddled up to the radiator heater trying to stay warm.
Gotcha, See ya CLICK zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

God bless from Bill and Judy Pearce

Now on with the poems and haiku
10 and 22 hehehehehehehe 🙂

Our Own Desires

Things might consume
your inner feelings
with all the fractions
that you’re believing.
From all the times
found out of control
your inner feelings
might steal your goal.
Let lose of sadness
from when you’ve failed
and let them be as
lessons compelled.
Don’t be consumed
with what you’ve done
from when you’ve walked
and you should of run.
Our own desires
found on display
might just consume
our time every day.
Don’t let your wanna
to always be found
guiding your footsteps
all there around.
Use common sense
as days come to peak
and make good use
of your week to week.

Secondhand Words

Words of wisdom
find ways unto
sometime just making
a fool of you.
Used out of context
sometimes a word
might just be found as
a little absurd.
So often wording
that one’s repeated
might just leave them
seeming conceited.
Words are better
said understood
used in the nature
that which you should.
Don’t use the words
you don’t understand
for they may not
be good secondhand.
Often repeated
our words that we say
could be discerned
a little bit gray.

Transitions

In falls transition
comes many scenes
sequenced together
over the greens.
Yellows and browns
with reddish tints
and many others
timely intense.
Fall opens widely
with many leaves
found in perception
how God conceives.
The leaves will blow
down to the ground
where their colors
then are found
and then November
opens real wide
allowing wintertime
to come inside.
In through the door
comes its prelude
of winters snowflakes
then to conclude.
All falls transitions
leave then that day
for the beginning
of April and May.

Sometimes Moments

Rain might fall
and leave us wet,
yet in time
we might forget.
Trials of fires
might just burn,
but in time
we might just learn.
Times might move
beyond our view,
but in time
we’ll see what’s true.
Many troubles
might be found,
but with God
you’ll be more sound.
Sometimes moments
left in time
are just leaving
us a sign.

A Magical Moment

Through my window
I can see
cold winds blowing
every tree.
Through my window
I can view
all God’s blessings
every hue.
Through my window
I enjoy
all the minutes
that deploy.
Through my window
I can sense
all that Lord God
does dispense.
Through my window
I can feel
all the feelings
oh so real.
Through my window
things just seem
as a magical
moments dream.

Moments In Time

Seasons will come
and seasons will go
sometimes with sunshine
sometimes with snow.
Maybe with raindrops
and maybe wind
as all the seasons
choose then to send.
Seasons might display
what we can’t see
such as the wind
that blows every tree.
Seasons will change
as time moves along
leaving the essence
of times singing song.
Singing so fluently
seasons will shine
all of their every
moments in time.

He Will Be With You

Finding a threshold
within the view
might leave you wanting
something brand new.
We will most often
see something shine
that of which surely
isn’t so fine.
So if you’re seeing
new ways of going
make sure they’re true
in all they’re bestowing.
Sometimes a threshold
looks very good,
but it has hidden
what’s misunderstood.
Don’t step so blindly
into a threshold
without first having
God’s Hand to hold.
He will be with you
guiding you true
as you learn lessons
of what not to do.

Christmas Joy Embrace

Soon is coming
winters face
as white snow
from place to place.
Winters coldness
will be found
as white snow
there on the ground.
Soon is coming
winters time
found within
its own design.
Winters season
found on cue
brings us Christmas
then to view.
Santa’s sleigh ride
starts one night
long before
the morning light.
Christmas dreaming
brings that day
lights just gleaming
every way.
Twinkling blinking
color schemes
found within
our Christmas dreams.
Found with snowflakes
whitish hue
winter brings us
more to view.
White snow angels
and snowmen
built each winter
time agin.
Christmas lights
are also hung
as the songs
are also sung.
Soon is coming
winters face
with its Christmas
joy embrace.

Needed To Ask

In few seconds
a minute will pass
leaving a portions
shadow to cast.
Minutes will grow
as time moves along
leading us where
its right, maybe wrong.
In a few breaths
breathed in every day
some will find peace
and some will find gray.
In but a second
time will conclude
things that we know
and what’s misconstrued.
Seconds will surely
bring us a task
with a few questions
needed to ask.

Falls Colors

Fall colors blessings
now surround me
flavored and textured
the greatest degree.
Mornings arrival
brings me its view
A shadows blessings
here thereunto.
Falls colors changing
red, yellow, brown
up in the trees
and also the ground.
Often the colors
make different hues
with many greens
and many blues.
Fall is a season
found as romance
that sort of puts me
into a trance.

Wonders of nature
display through windows of time
as sometimes unseen.

In a mere shadow
there might be an illusion
the mind can’t perceive.

Hearing a moment
could be just a mere echo
of what that has passed.

Flowers of decades
make their way through tomorrows
as seedlings of time.

Harvesting seconds
makes hours out of minutes
that might be bitter.

Lands and grooves of time
determine how many go
and their uniqueness.

Sunshine gives heartbeats
to flowers that are blooming
and helps them to grow.

Behind a rosebud
there is another flower
awaiting springtime.

Scenes of yesterdays
are planted as tomorrows
through today’s actions.

Vigilance brings good
when it is used correctly
and not to hide lies.

Tempting a person
could cause your own destruction,
and Satan loves that.

Watching the wind blow
finds me stood here just dreaming
of falls ecstasy.

Points of a pencil
can be sharpened way too much
to where they’re useless.

Within the minds eye
there’s an imagination
made from conclusions.

Everyone’s chances
are made up of the minutes
found in a moment.

Sadness in detail
comes from life of yesterdays
that today can change.

Time paints us pictures
with brushstrokes we never see
and sometimes ignore.

Ignorant people
are not ones simply stupid.
They don’t wish to learn.

Onlookers wonder
how so many can survive
without any help.

Hands are held tightly
as tomorrow is acquired.
This is hopefulness.

Years will pass quickly
while minutes might seem frozen
in our moments time.

Displaying true love
needs a little time to grow
before it is true.

ANIMAL’S GREETINGS

Hello my friends

So what’s up in your neck of the woods hehe? Is it getting
cold where you are? It’s getting cold up here. It got down
to about 34F last night. It’s supposed to be a high of 56F
today and repeat last nights temperature tonight hehehehe.
Yep, summer is done and gone. Fall is definitely making
its appearance. Judy and I are planning on taking a drive
to take pictures either Wednesday or Thursday towards
Haven ME. Also when Judy and I went for our anniversary
dinner at Smyrna Mills we noticed some great fall colors, so
we’re going to head out that way first. We might take a few
side roads as we’ve done in the past hehehe. I’m looking
forward to it and I know she is too. We both love to take
pictures. Hopefully next Sunday I will have some great
pictures to put in my stationary email . I took a few good
pictures out our front door Friday. So you can see that
the colors are coming alive. Of course there are a lot more
evergreen trees out side our front door view, but there are
enough of the other kinds to make a difference. I’m sure
that in the next few days, the colors will be even more
vibrant as also all the ones we are going to drive to find.
I can’t wait hehe!!! Onto another topic. It rained a bit
up here, but nothing like it did way down south of us. We
mostly got a lot of wind. The rains are definitely needed
up here. Oh well, we’ll survive! Oh yea, I got a bit of a
surprise Tuesday hehehe. My mom got remarried on the
27th of September (Monday). I am glad she found a good
man to share her life with. I know she misses dad, but
I am sure he would want her to move on with her life.
I haven’t met Vernon yet, but I will this winter as well
as him and mom are planning on a trip up this ways next
spring/summer. He has never been to Maine and wants
to come up and visit and explore. So after Judy and I
get back from Texas this winter, we will be expecting
company. Not sure if they will be bringing my sister or
not. She really wants to come back up and spend more
time than she did in 2008 when her and my mom came
up. In any sense, I am looking forwards to seeing them
and many of my friends when Judy and I make it down
in or around February. My old neighbor Brian is now
gone. I already miss being able to drop in on him on the
way back from the mailbox. I hope he stays in touch
like he said he would. Judy loved the ottoman storage
unit that I bought her as well as the perfume and candle.
I also wrote her a little anniversary poem. It will be the
first in the line of poems. I wish we could of gone out
somewhere and stayed for our anniversary, but it was
not only not in the budget, but the fact that she had to
be back to work this morning at 6. Oh well, we enjoyed
our dinner out. Not much else went on other than our
same old daily schedule :). We played farm games and
watched TV LOL. Oh what a life!!!!hehehe?? Yeppers
we had a nice evening together. I canceled my doctors
appointment, being it was looking more like she was not
going to do anything, but focus on all that cannot be
repaired. Yet, tomorrow (Monday) I am giving a call
to Medical City in Dallas and see if they can fax her
my records from there so I will not have to argue with
her anymore about whether or not I have a colon hehe.
They also have all the info on my blood disorder and
my low potassium which is caused by not only my 24-7
diarrhea, but my body not retaining potassium as well
as calcium and my many other problems. My blood
is screwed up and has been since I was born. Nothing
anybody can do about it though. I’ve seen all the top
specialist and they left me scratching their heads hehe
wondering why I’m still alive. That’s life with God at
work. He does things far beyond our comprehension.
There are reasons for everything in life. Sickness and
death play a big role in the whirlwind of life. I don’t
try to understand it as much as I used to, but I do still
time to time sit and wonder. Is something going awry
in your life today? Take note and understand that it
has a role to play in the future. Many lessons come
from the turmoil that comes into play. Have faith
that God has control. Just do your best and let Him
do His. Now with that said, I reckon it’s about time
for me to be taking my little trip back through all I’ve
written here to see if I can find a good word or phrase
that I can use for the title for today’s poem. So it’s
away I go to that place of my recollection that I like
to call RECOLLECT VILLE. I do believe I found
a good title. Now let’s see what kind of poem I can
stir up using it hehehe. Here goes,,,,stirring……

Take Note

Don’t let troubles
that you find
just live on
within your mind.
Take note daily
what’s been done
and then make
the new begun.
If you’re worried
now today,
let God show
another way.
Find your vision
now and then
and take note
of where you’ve been.
Many lessons
found in time
might have troubles
in design.
Yet those troubles
might have clues,
so take note
of how you choose.

Well alrighty then hehehe…… I hope that made some
sense to ya! Yeppers, I’ve had my share of troubles,
but I can see how I’ve grown stronger through them.
Sometimes though, I do wish I hadn’t been such a tough
learner hehehe. Ok, so off of that 🙂 I think it’s about
time for me to be searching for that old off switch, but
before I do that, I need to tell ya what I tell ya every
freaking week hehehe and that is, I wrote some more
poems and haikus. Yeppers 10 more poems with the
first one our nine year anniversary poem. Yep, I also
wrote a couple more Christmas poems LOL and yes
of course hehehe I wrote 22 more haiku. I might even
add the Burma Shave poems I wrote Tuesday for one
of my egroups that was asking all the members to see
what they could come up with. I ain’t ever thought
about writing Burma Shave poems hehe but they came
out fairly well 🙂 Ok with that said I must be wishing
you a most wonderful week. Remember, Jesus loves
you and we do too. Now to find that confounded off
switch that loves to elude me. Found it in my bottle
of useless generic Imodium. Hehehehehe! don’t ask!
See ya CLICK zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

God bless from Bill and Judy Pearce

Now on with the poems and haiku
10 and 22 heheheheheheheh 🙂 hehe

Nine Years

In a time of moments gray
you brought me a better day.
You brought to me a life with joy
that which nothing can destroy.
With the minutes passing views
I see daily better news.
Written in the center stage
you and I with age to age.
Wedding bells within my heart
rang aloud yet far apart.
Time had passed unto the day
that the distance went away.
You and I were brought together
to live as one then and forever
and as we grow with each detail
our true love will never fail.
Time might throw a bitter piece,
but our love will never cease.
So now nine years has passed true
with you with me and I with you.
More years surely will pass by
filled with love that’ll never die.

Finding

Finding a rhythm
in patterns of time
might lead to fractions
of minutes of rhyme.
Finding a porthole
from here unto there
might lead to sections
that none can compare.
Finding a nickel
in a coin of phrase
might lead to knowing
what truly one says.
Often it’s finding
that brings into view
and then it’s losing
that clears it up too.
Finding a minute
in seconds of hours
might be the thing
that surely empowers.

Wintertime Days

In midst of winter
comes moments of snow
displayed with Santa
and his HoHoHo.
Wintertime flavors
tasty and white
display most surely
each day and each night.
Cold weathers windows
open real wide
letting the feeling
of Christmas inside.
Christmas with blessings
of Heaven and peace
come through the doorways
with Jesus release.
Found in the middle
of seasons displays
Christmastime heightens
the wintertime days.

How We’re To Grow

Our future standing
might not be seen
as that of greatness,
but just to demean.
Our past moments
of things that we’ve done
might be remembered
as seconds to none.
It’s what you’re doing
this minute right now
that will be showing
what we do endow.
So let this moment
to be seen as good
and not mislead ones
with what not we should.
Our future standing
that we need to show
should be of Jesus
and how we’re to grow.

Autumn So Fine

Fall is surrounding
the scenes that I see
displaying surely
so abundantly.
Patterns of colors
are painting my view
within the season
of autumns ado.
Fall is surrounding
my own window scene
adding to colors
from tree leaves of green.
Shadows of autumn
display at night
only as echoes
until mornings light.
Now’s the beginning
of autumn so fine
as it continues
to make its design.

Things Remembered

Sounds of harmony
heard by my ears
seem as the fragrance
of my yesteryears.
Many beginnings
and endings the same
harmonize surely
with time to attain.
Things remembered
from then unto there
echo as moments
that none can compare.
Found in harmony
time might display
moments confusion
from every which way.
Yet without then
our time could not be
for it’s the maker
of nows harmony.

Could Be Lessons

Today’s venture
with so much to view
could be the meanings
a little askew.
Many will wander
without fully knowing
what they are doing
or where they are going
and their today’s
from yesterdays finds
could send destruction
inside of their minds.
Today’s a portion
coming from then
that could be lessons
to help us begin,
yet often many
will just fall away
as they’re repeating
their own yesterday.

Through Our History

Pointless is thunder
if lightning’s not found
for it’s the wording
within lightning’s sound.
Clouds that have gathered
might just explode
leaving us raindrops
upon our lives road.
Clouds have a meaning
that we may not see,
for they are gathered
through our history.
They create moments
tornados and more
and also shadows
of hurricanes door.
They also bring us
a rainbow up high
sometimes as archways
across the blue sky.
So take a listen
and look then to see
all that’s created
through our history.

Winters Explosion

Winters explosion
will soon be found
with its white snow
all over the ground.
Snow all around us
scenes far and wide
there will be glimpses
how trees do abide.
Under the white stuff
holding their own
they will be doing
as they’ve always known.
Helping the scenery
of which I adore
white in cloud ceilings
and also snow floors.
Wintertime’s headway
brings at a glance
oh so much beauty
from its own romance.

The Dark Nights

Mornings will come
and end the dark nights
leaving remembered
our times hidden sights.
Yet sometimes minutes
from nights own array
someone will frightfully
see in the day.
So if you’re doing
what you shouldn’t do
deep in the darkness
that night does accrue,
remember that Jesus
sees you so well
and can determine
if it’s good or Hell.
Mornings will follow
our own history
so make real sure
it’s goodness to see,
because in the darkness
the evil will hide
only what problems
that you keep inside.
Let Jesus help you
with your darkened night
and He will brighten
and make it alright.

Haiku
for Oct 2, 2010

Minds of a flower
will bloom together as one
as springtime arrives.

Timeless of tempters
is a virtual standing
often with trouble.

Footsteps of others
are heard as many echoes
on yesterdays floor.

Peace from a tree leaf
floats gracefully to the ground
to be swept away.

Passion of winter
makes its way through the summer
and on through the fall.

Cities are growing
within our own conclusions
as moments of time.

Leftover meanings
from where that we have listened
might be delusion.

Answers to questions
sometimes will reveal truly
what we do not know.

Ignorance is one
that gets up and walks away
without seeking why.

Giving a second
to someone that is in need
might make a lifetime.

With white snows embrace
comes the coldness of winter
to welcome some warmth.

We will see winter
as it shows us its glory
through its snowy trails.

True oceans of life
swim deep down below our view
that we’ll never see.

Our very own heart
beats of life every moment,
so why can’t we too?

Tomorrows displays
might be seen through our insight
from our yesterdays.

Pictorial fragments
that are displayed by others
might not be so true.

Tasting the dewdrops
from a morning that’s arrived
can be most blissful.

Ignorant people
leave us wakes of stupidity
if they do not learn.

Jumbled up flowers
in a bed that is too small
might not grow too well.

Timid type people
will often just run away
and never know why.

Time makes a journey
that we many times don’t see
until it’s over.

Left over snow
melts quickly in the sunlight
as wintertime fades.

Here’s a few of my efforts at Burma Shave poems

The car ahead
had brake lights on
and left me wishing
that I had known.
Burma Shave

In the phrase
of many men
they can’t wait
to just begin.
Burma Shave

Doors will open
letting through
times we thought
we surely knew.
Burma Shave

Time might pass
before we see,
but no matter,
it’s history.
Burma Shave

Left might always
seem as right,
but it sometimes
fades from sight.
Burma Shave

When in wonder
do you find
mere confusion
on your mind.
Burma Shave

In the primal
thoughts unclear
you might find
you’re filled with fear.
Burma Shave
