ANIMAL’S GREETINGS
Hello my friends
It’s been
another weird week to pass us by
as the weather continues it’s up and
down
stride. Right now it’s 25 F degrees and the
rest of the week’s
high’s supposed to be in
20’s and 30’s and we’re expecting snow
all
throughout the week. Anyways that’s our
winter. Yep, warmer than
normal. So what
else is going on up here? It’s been another
week of the
same old stuff. I’m actually
looking forward to the snow, so that I
can
go out and play with the boys in it and take
a few pictures. I’m
evidently the only one
up here there loves the snow. I believe it
could
be due to me be raised in Texas and
not seeing that much snow. It makes
me
feel like a kid and the snow is so magical
as it creates masterpieces
out of landscape
and anything else it lands upon. The days
are slowly but
surely getting longer. Judy
and I went to Walmart today to do a
little
shopping being we got paid Saturday. We
didn’t have much to shop
with before LOL.
We’re doing OK. I’ve been getting a
little
claustrophobic due to having nowhere to
go or anybody, friends or
family to visit,
but I guess I’ll survive. Judy and I have
plans on doing
a little miniature golf this
year. I found a place near where we
live
that we can go to play. Judy’s said she’s
never played miniature
golf. I’ve played
it a few times, but I am no expert LOL.
Nope, but
it’s not about being good at
it. It’s about having fun. If we like
it,
we might go again sometime :), maybe
even a few more times. We found
out
today that one of our real good friends
that is nearly family is very
sick from
what the doctors think was a spider bite.
They are telling all
that she might not
live and to visit her now if you are able.
At the
moment the doctors aren’t sure
of what bit her, but with speculation
it
could of been a spider that bit her
on her neck. Please send Marissa
your
prayers. She’s only in her late 30’s we
are not for sure at the
moment. She’s
way down at the Portland Hospital
that’s about 250 miles
south of us. It
is so sad. I am still praying for her a
speedy and full
recovery, but in the
doctors views they don’t think she will
live. God
has been good to Judy and I.
We do have our fair share of problems,
for
the most part, we survive. Thank
You God for always watching over us
and
sending your many angels to help
us when we’re in need. Now I
believe
it’s time for me to begin my search back
through all that I’ve
written here to see
if I can find a good word or phrase that
I can use for
the title for today’s brand
new poem, so it’s away I go, to that
place
of my recollection that I always
like to call RECOLLECT VILLE.
I believe I
may of stumbled on a good
title a little less than halfway back in
my
rambling 🙂 and now after checking
I see that it has not been used yet,
so
used it shall be. Here goes…
Telling All
Words and
phrases
our minds perceive
so often are only
as a web we
weave.
Creating stories
from words ones say
might be only lies
from
a dismal day.
Many are journeys
that words may tell
times within
minds
of a sickly spell.
Often what’s heard
is but only the
pain
while not telling all
and not to explain.
Don’t just
assume
that what ones say
is really the truth
within a weary
way.
Listen to moments
that ones may show,
but don’t assume it’s
all
you need to know.
For so many times
a person may fall
leaving
perspective
and not telling all.

I hope you liked and even understood
the poem and you were not
too bored
from all of my rambling. Please say a
prayer for our friend
Marissa. She is
in need of many now. So I guess that’s
about all that I
can think of to tell you
aside from what I tell you every week
and that
is, I wrote some more poems
and haiku. This week though I only
wrote 8
poems due to me working on
my books converting from JPG to PDF,
but there
is one semi Christmas poem
in the mix. I also wrote 22 more haiku
for all
of the haiku lovers out there 🙂
I hope you can find 1 or 2 of either
or
both that you like. Now I reckon it’s
time for me to begin looking for
that
hardly elusive off switch, but surely
not before I wish you a
wonderful
and blessings filled week. Remember,
Jesus loves you and we do
too. Now,
where can that confounded off switch
be trying to hide this
time? Hmm,
looking in a few of its previous hiding
spots. LOL OK so that
is sort of new.
I was looking through my desk a little
while ago trying to
find a old heating
oil receipt from DOC’s to see when it
was that I bought
heating oil last and
found some old phone numbers that
I printed out. I
laid them on top of my
desk and that seems to be where that
little ornery
off switch chose to hide 🙂
It was right up under it trying not to
move,
but as usual it couldn’t stay still.
Gotcha, see ya CLICK
zzzzzzzzzzzzzz.
God bless from Bill, Judy, Benny, Rocky
and the
spirit of Milo Pearce

Evening Awakens
Sunshine
glistens
as it fades away
displaying signs
of the end of day.
Maybe
of colors
that of a flame
orange to yellow
times to attain.
Evening
awakens
with scenic glow
a time so divine
a seasonal show.
Winter
might be
a glistening find
helping to display
an evening’s
shine.
You may perceive
the gold of bliss
that of a moment
a
seasonal kiss.
Look to the sky
and watch it form
colors of
time
again to be born.
Imagine its phase
as life’s memory
within the
sky
for many to see.
Seeming timeless
it may become
evening
awakens
end of the sun.

Mural’s Beginning
So many moments
time may
unleash
heavenly paintings
filled full of peace.
Seeming as
murals
upon scenic walls
God is the painter
a season befalls.
Began
as a picture
that’s so very real
moments in essence
on life’s
windowsill.
Heavenly paintings
the hills may seem
in winters of
white
lifetimes of dream.
For as the scenes
continue their
style
mural’s beginning
gives us a smile.

Silence is Golden
Looking in a mirror
life might
expose
the scenes from within
that nobody knows.
Sometimes within
us
is a story to tell
of a time in our mind
of a wishing well.
We
might remember
where hills came alive
in times so magical
we found as
surprise.
Potent fond memories
continue to live on
as a time and a
place
of a so distant dawn.
For the moment lives
and isn’t too far
away,
as it lives deep within
each wondrous display.
Also within
pictures
it breathes a breath
of times remembered
of which came to
rest.
Don’t let the scenery
of good times to die
hold them
tightly
to never say goodbye.
Keep the memories
of the days of
olden
living in your dreams
for silence is golden.

Leaving Eve
Driving from time
that
minutes surpass
you may just find
a shadow you cast.
Leaving
memories
a view of a phase
you might discover
a new path to gaze.
A
road to illusions
that might be surreal
as they become as
a
heartbeat’s appeal.
Such as evenings
with yellowish tint
in rearview
mirrors
of where you went.
Timeless journeys
as places to
perceive
remembering then
when leaving eve.

Memories of Milo
Christmas of times
recordings of
bliss
begins as a journey
of a seasonal kiss.
Taken as a
blessing
footprints in snow
written as memoirs
moments bestow.
Pages
from a book
of endless dreams
always burn brighter
as Christmas
scenes.
White snow billows
as a certain song
Christmas essence
as
time moves on.
Creating memories
of our doggy friend
memories of
Milo
are within the wind.

Sunny Days
Flowers blooming
sights which to see
seasons
discovered
is life given free.
Doors to Heaven
will open a
path
displaying scenes
of future and past.
Take a look around
and
see the sights
seeming as artwork
a painter delights.
So often
moments
can pass thereunto
leaving our shadows
for others to
view.
Found as footprints
our lifetimes portray
within the
flowers
of day after day.
Take time to enjoy
the flowers of time
on
the sunny days
or phases you find.
Find you a sight
that creates a
style
moments of splendor
illumed with a smile.
Times as flowers
as
lifetimes to gaze
found as blessings
on bright sunny days.

Within a Photo
Living as a breeze
that
seconds inlay
time begins moving
as day after day.
Pictures are
taken
as a breath of air
minutes consumed
with pixels of flare.
Dots
all connected
to become a scene
deep within a photo
a time all
agleam.
I often find myself
searching to find
a time to remember
and
awesome design.
Time comes to life
as a hidden detail
deep within a
photo
a dogs wagging tail.
You might even see
a man standing
there
with camera in hand
a picturesque flair.
Finding then a day
a
moment’s design
within a window
of time after time.
Allow then a
breath
of a scenic parade
deep within a photo
a timeless
cascade.

Our Two Boys
Four
paws standing
in snow of white
become as artwork
a wonderful
sight.
Standing together
they watch a while
their wagging tails
and
each little smile.
They’re our two boys
we love them true
for they give
smiles
in all that they do.
They frolic in snow
that winter’s
inlaid
and even in spring
as snow starts to fade.
They are our
boys
so filled with love
for they were a gift
from Heaven
above.
They’re a bit ornery,
but we don’t care,
because they are
our
answers to prayer.
They give us thanks
for their doggy toys
with
wags of their tails
they’re our two boys.

Haiku
for Feb 1, 2020
Time is but a thing
that so many
misconceive
thinking it stands still.
Our efforts of life
should be
displayed in actions
not within our words.
Haste can destroy us
as
hurry finds many holes
for us to fall in.
Standing in a storm
you
might think it’s meant for you,
but it’s passing through.
The length
of a chain
determines distance of grasp
or lack of
movement.
Mornings give chances
to correct our yesterdays
with
lessons we learned.
So many trials
are from the wrong turns we
made
when we hurried through.
Windows to springtime
are often seen
with changes
such as melting snow.
Challenging struggles
can often
make you stronger
learning your limits.
Rivers of lifetimes
might
rush through our emotions
leaving some ripples.
The sky above
us
can reflect within a pond
showing many clouds.
When frowning too
much
you can cause downfalls in life
that grew from your
face.
Within a mirror
you might find a reflection
that mirrors the
past.
Fields of daisies
can overtake the moments
hiding the
grasses.
Making decisions
is a chore that many cease
due to their
failures.
Grabbing breaths of air
from that of suffocation
can
create much fear.
Losing your marbles
of moments disarray
might be
due to age.
The lessons we learn
can become enhanced gateways
to
new things to learn.
Many discussions
begin with many
answers
creating questions.
Leaves of emotions
are as yesterday’s
shadows
blowing in the wind.
Holding to the past
you might prevent
any growth
from finding today.
Yearning for true love
there may be
many liars
seeking for your hand.
