ANIMAL’S GREETINGS

Hello my friends

How have you been? It’s been getting a tad nippy up here
the passed few days. Hehehe even Benny don’t want to be
outside for very long. It’s not so much the temperature, but
the 40 and 50 mile and hour winds that tend to drop the chill
factor down to brrrr and below LOL. Gotta hang onto the old
screen door when letting the boys out to go potty or it’ll blow
off LOL. Benny had a poopy butt this morning and Judy did
the washing of his rump this time. I guess between the wind
and the cold, he hurried a tad too much hehehe. Anyways,
he enjoyed the shower so much that he was running all over
the house ecstatic sounding like a miniature horse galloping.
I guess Milo is overdue a bath, so I might give him one a
bit later. Yet, firstly making sure that he has done all of his
duties outside before. Hehehe Milo has a weak bladder and
he can’t hold it for long. Fortunately he dries very quickly.
It’s 17 F degrees right now at 4:42 PM and white outside.
Yep, it snowed a bit last night and the forecast is for a bit
more in the next few days. As December grows closer,
we will be seeing much more of that white stuff that Benny
and me love to play in. Now, onto another topic. The man
that is in charge of the Public Access TV Program in New
York has picked out quite a few of my poems he is wanting
to have read on his program. He’ll have actors reading my
poetry. He said that the program will air the first week of
December and it’ll be uploaded to YouTube and Vimeo, but
he would send Judy and I a DVD copy of the TV broadcast.
We can’t wait to watch the Christmas program. All though
it’ll only air in Westchester, Putnam and Dutchess Counties
in New York, so ones elsewhere will have to watch it either
on YouTube or Vimeo. I’ll post them when I get the links.
The video might be able to be purchased on DVD, but I’ll
find out about that later. So, what else is going on up this
way? Hmm, well Judy just took the boys into the bedroom
to watch TV and give me room to think hehehe. I’m not
sure, but I think they’re watching Finding Bigfoot :). I’m
still waiting for the episode titled We Found Bigfoot and
it was Bill Pearce LOL. I used to always get teased about
the size of my feet. My dad always said I had a real good
foundation. Hehehe yea and I said like a blow up boxing
clown huh. For those of you too young to know anything
of a boxing clown, a boxing clown was a child’s punching
bag filled with air usually looking like Bozo the clown LOL.
It was round and weighted at the bottom keeping it from
falling down. Hehehe so now ya have had a little history
lesson. Maybe a useless history lesson, but none the
less a history lesson :). Hehehe Now Judy is watching
Bruce Almighty LOL. It’s a funny movie. The boys
are lying on the bed with her, yet seeming uninterested
in the movie LOL. I think they only like cartoons and
their favorite is Tom and Jerry hehehe. Yea I know,
they just like to watch the images and hear the sound
effects hehehe. I’m sure they have no clue of what that
is going on one way or another hehehe, but then I may
be wrong :). Boy, that wind is blowing hard out there.
Our scarecrow has already blown away and might be
in Canada by now LOL. It’s actually been sort of quiet
around here the last few days of course aside from the
boys yelping time to time either wanting treats, wanting
to be played with or needing to go potty. Benny hasn’t
even barked too much at the sounds of our neighbors
slamming car doors and snowplows that go up and down
the road time to time to keep them cleared for traffic.
Of course we don’t have all that much traffic, but it’s
great for us, being our little Mazda isn’t the greatest
on snowy roads LOL. It does though manage to make
its way through the stuff as long as it’s not too deep :).
I thank God for all of the beauty He allows me to see.
Being I love to do photography, it works great for me.
I actually can’t wait till we get our first HEAVY snow.
It always looks so beautiful. I know it’s a pain for
those that have to get out in it to go to work, but for
me, it’s great. I’ll take the boys out and we’ll have
a blast playing in it while taking a few pictures here
and there of our antics as I did last year. Thank You
God for all that you have given us and all that You do
that we’re unaware of. Judy, I and the boys are very
grateful for You bringing us together as a loving family.
If you are with struggles as you journey on your way,
then let God have your load and He will give you the
strength to make it another mile. Life will often seem
as tons of nightmares, but the Heavenly dreams will
become the highlights of the venture as time passes
by if you will let them. Don’t just live in regret for all
that you have done or been put through. Thank God
for allowing you to find the lessons. Sometimes, the
best lessons are from a grueling highway of life, for
you’ll remember the bumps. Yet, while remembering,
also take note of what took you down that pathway
and use it as a tool of prevention. God expects us to
do our part. He will not do for you what you are able
to do for yourself. Now with that said. it’s time for
me to begin my little journey back through all that
I’ve written here to see if I can find a good word or
phrase that I can use for the title for today’s brand
new poem. So, it’s away I go to that little place of my
recollection that I like to call RECOLLECT VILLE.
I think I may have found a good title, but gotta check
first to see if I haven’t used it already hehehehehehe.
Nope, ain’t used it, so here goes nothing :).

Highway of Life

When changes are displayed
in seasons we view
the highway of life then
might misconstrue.
We might see the wrong ways
of highways detail
and think that they’re always
just leading to Hell.
Yet with the many
of bumps we will find
the highway of life will
show its design.
Often as lessons
that we could not see
the highway of life
will show history.
The many times sights
and sounds that we found,
might be God’s guidance
to His solid ground.
The highway of life
is often viewed wrong
while many will say they
do not belong.
Let now your ventures
of highways of life
fill you with lessons
and not full of strife.

Okey-dokey, there ya go. I did write a Thanksgiving
poem. It’s amongst the list of poems below hehehehehe.
Good Lord of Mercy, that wind is blowing hard now :).
Benny is even barking at it hehehe. I guess I better get
this finished before a tree is blown over into the power
lines somewhere and knocks out our electricity hehehe.
I’ve been saving my writing as drafts ever so often being
I have had the electricity go out on me before when I was
almost done and had to start again from scratch and that
is not fun. LOL that happened just about a month ago or
so hehehe. It happened once, NOT GONNA HAPPEN
TWICE hehehe. I have a battery back up, but it seems
that the battery has gone bad and needs to be replaced.
One day I will buy another one when we can afford it,
but until then, I’ll save to draft as I write :). Now I think
it’s time for me to be telling you what I tell you every
week and that is, I wrote some more poems and haiku.
Yeppers, 10 more poems with 3 of them being Christmas
poems and 1 being a Thanksgiving poem. Also I once
again wrote 22 haiku for all of my haiku lovers out there.
I hope you find a few of one or the other that makes
you smile or even think. Now I believe it’s come to the
point and time that I need to begin searching for that
ornery off switch, but not before I wish you a most
wonderful God filled week and Happy Thanksgiving.
Always remember, Jesus loves you and we do too.
Ok dude, where are ya hiding this week. Really!!!
Honestly, I don’t understand how you think you can
hide on my tissue box, when ya know I have tons of
allergies and grab a tissue more often than the wind
blows LOL. Gotcha, see ya CLICK zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

God bless from Bill and Judy Pearce
(and Benny and Milo)

Now on with the poems and haiku
10 and 22 hehehehehehehehehe 🙂

Christmas Point of View

When snow flakes fall
from clouds of white
the Christmas point
of view is in sight.
Then some lights
of red, green and blue
will be ones Christmas
point of view.
Songs so joyful
sung united
will be found with
ones excited.
When the snowflakes
gather each day
the Christmas point
of view will sway.
Giving ones sights
to change their mind
about the thoughts
of Christmastime.
The seasons magic
thereunto
is the great Christmas
point of view.
Finding peaceful
through the sadness
while Christmas joy
is filled with gladness.
Allowing Christmas
to be cherished
and not be just
times that perished.
The Christmas point
of view should be
felt deep within
not just what you see.

Scenes Remembered

Wonderful magical
times long ago
many remember
as seasons white snow.
Yet many people
don’t have it so true
as scenes remembered
in their point of view.
Christmas to many
is green glowing bright
found without snow
yet lit up with light.
Driving around
while searching to find
many lights glittering
at Christmastime.
The scenes remembered
might not be so cold
and it might surely be
same as the old.
Wonderful magical
Christmas snowscapes
are often found as some
video tapes.
A Wonderful Life
ones watch in December
often brings joyful
as smiles burning ember.
Those scenes remembered
as just black and white
are often the greatest
of Christmas delight.

Faded Sights

Morning comes
with shadows phase
leading into
blacks and greys.
Faded sights then
are then seen
as a shadows
hollow dream.
Minutes pass
as seconds gain
with faded sights
ones can attain.
In those faded
sights of time
there can also
be sublime.
Scenes created
by a place
or then maybe
someone’s face.
Faded sights from
now to then
might remind us
where and when.

Christmas Arrival

Many a snowflake,
and many a style
prepares for the seasons
Christmassy smile.
Painted with glittering
lights all aglow
the Christmas arrival
is often in snow.
Song ones are singing
with joyful attune
bring in the smiles of
Christmastime soon.
With every second
and minute of day
the Christmas arrival
has so much to say.
Words filled with passion
and joyful accord
the Christmas arrival
is Heaven’s reward.
Displayed with a manger
and Jesus within
the Christmas arrival
forgives us for sin.

Can You Hear The Bells?

The sight of old Santa
is soon on it’s way
as Santa and reindeer
make their display.
Flying across the sky
in a sleigh full of toys
to give to all of the
good girls and boys.
Can you hear the bells
that jingle in the night?
It’s Santa with reindeer
in the moonlight..
Christmas Eves journey
is found in the sky
as Santa makes distance
as his reindeer fly.
He lands on the roof tops
as the story foretells,
with ones saying momma
can you hear the bells.
The jingling jangling
that’s heard from the roof
could be old Santa
with each reindeer hoof.
So, now as I end this
poem that foretells
tell me now truly
can you hear the bells?

Thankful For You

I seek the wonders
of Thanksgiving Day
giving us blessings
in a Godly array.
Thankful for Jesus
and thankful for love.
Thankful for all of the
gifts from above.
I’m thankful for people
that entered my life.
I’m thankful for you dear
my loving wife.
I look around me now
and see shining stars
that are the blessings
God’s given as ours.
Two little doggies
that we treat as boys
that are so often
just playing with toys.
They came from Heaven
to do what they do
and I’m thankful for them
and I’m thankful for you.

To Judy Pearce,
Benny and Milo

From me 🙂

When I Sleep

The dreams I see
with passing sheep
are very well counted
when I sleep.
One two three four
sheep are on their way
to try and help me
before light of day.
The dreams I find
when the sheep are gone
are often displayed
mornings dawn.
The wakened morsels
here and there
is when I sleep
not very fair.
My painful body
still lays there aching
seeking for dreams then
none awakening.
For when I sleep
I find I am better
to cease the day
no matter the weather.

Delivering Love

Scenes in a storybook
written and read
are often mistaken
for all that is said.
The Christmastime story’s
of Santa Claus
are often found
with oohs and ahs.
Many will read them
and understand
that Christmastimes magic
is like seasons sand.
The purpose of Santa
is delivering love
coming from Jesus
Christ from above.
Santa is an image
of giving so free
what God has done
for you and for me.
Delivering love
on a magical night
Christmas Eves journey
we each should delight.

Beyond The Way

Found in amazement
sometimes might seem
beyond the way a
magical stream.
Those minutes of joy
that we photograph
could be a cloud
of a whitish giraffe.
The streams of story’s
found in the sky
leave many wondering
how, where and why.
All of the paintings
that God does bestow
give us some beauty
we see from below.
The epic surroundings
we find day to day
could be some clouds found
beyond the way.

The Passing of Time

With but a moment
the passing of time
will become shadows
of both yours and mine.
Things we remember
or slightly recall
the passing of time might
show over all.
Days we have chosen
to put in the past
are still maybe scenes
of a shadowy cast.
Don’t let those moments
be just bridges burned.
The passing of time should
be lessons learned.
Look for the blessings
you found from the bad
and the passing of time
won’t then be so sad.

Haiku
for Nov 22, 2013

When today is gone
it will be yesterday found
as just memories.

Looking for pictures
in the fluffy clouds above
might find some people.

With passing of days
there are glimmers remembered
as just a mere phase.

Wintertime’s snowflakes
that come floating from above
paint some blissful scenes.

Never ending times
are found in our memories
as likes and regrets.

A violet sunset
expresses itself through art
combining blues and reds.

A turtles venture
is a slow moving process,
of patience and strive.

With many praying
there are blessings uncounted
that then come to be.

Today brings hopeful
if yesterday’s remembered
as many lessons.

Too many people
leave worries in their pockets
and do not empty.

No is a meaning
that many misunderstand
as bad not for good.

Waking to bad news
doesn’t mean that it can’t change,
for time moves along.

Misleading phrases
make ones to stumble blindly
without not a clue.

Soon winters snowflakes
will encompass the season
with scenes to display.

With words of haiku
many will find their own thoughts
within the three lines.

Beyond a threshold
might be a new beginning
you never thought of.

Scenes from the seasons
display as flowers blooming
or snowflakes falling.

Having a problem
can turn to having answers
if you work on it.

With tomorrows thoughts
comes the changes in the night
that might change the thoughts.

Looks are just skin deep,
for beyond the skin is true
and so hard to see.

A true chainlink fence
still has quite a few weak spots
that need attention.

When one stops talking,
their thoughts will continue on
thinking of what’s said.

ANIMAL’S GREETINGS

Hello my friends

It’s another day in paradise or whatever this is hehehe.
Another week has passed and Thanksgiving Day for the
USA is just around the corner. Yeppers, Christmas is
also getting closer with each passing day. It’s supposed
to start raining this evening on into tomorrow evening.
Right now it just looks like it could rain with cloudy skies
above and temperature of 43 F degrees. It might be a bit
warmer tomorrow with temperature of 54, but forecasts
for the rest of the week thereafter are predicted at the
mid 30’s to the mid 20’s by the end of the week for day
time temperatures LOL. Judy and I have bought 100
gallons of heating oil, but at the moment, the furnace
is not working, so we’re waiting for our landlord to fix it.
Until then, we’ll continue as we have using our trusty
radiator heaters in all of the house. I’ll turn the one in
the living room off when the furnace is operational again.
Yet, the temperatures have not been all that bad lately
and the electric radiator heaters are doing pretty well :).
It runs up the electric bill a bit, but it’s better than us
freezing and better yet, the water pipes freezing and
bursting. So, what’s happening around the Pearce’s
Place other than the weather LOL? I think Benny’s
upset that the snow is gone hehehe. I assured him it
will soon return and he will once again be a ball of snow
prancing about as a rabbit through a field of grass :).
I’ve gotta stay outside and play for Milo to want to
do anything in the snow, which is no problem, being
I love to play in the snow LOL. Next topic hehehehe.
Judy and I have been playing around with a program
called Bitstrip on Facebook. We’ve made all sorts of
little cartoons of ourselves and a few of our friends
and family. Judy and I can still find a few silly things
to keep us busy :). She just told me that she’s going
over her sister Trudy’s house tomorrow evening to
be with her mom so that Trudy and her hubby Dennis
can go out and celebrate a late birthday dinner for him.
So Judy will either take the boys with her or leave
them here with me, but it really don’t matter to me.
She said if she’s not home in time to watch the Voice
then for me to record it for her. No problem! Well,
it’s nice and quiet around here right now. I fixed Judy
and I some fried eggs, sausage and toast and fixed
the boys their dog food. I even fixed a couple extra
sausages for the boys :). They’re both lying in their
doggy beds in the floor right now between us. Milo
wanted more, but I said NO, Lie Down and he and
his little brother Benny crawled into their beds and
are now sawing logs LOL. This passed week, Judy
and I have been a tad under the weather and not
felt like doing much more than sleeping, but I’m
sure it’s all due to the weather changes. It’s also
making my arthritis to become almost unbearable,
but that’s life. The only thing I can take for it is
Aspirins and they only help a tad, but then cause
me more problems that I will not mention LOL.
Let’s just say, they involve the restroom hehehe!
None the less, I will continue being my old silly
self as long as I can breathe :). LOL, Milo’s doing
some snoring down there. If he keeps up like he is
he’ll have sawed enough lumber for a large city of
fireplaces LOL. I’ll do my best to try and block
out his snoring rhythm so I can write, but it’s not
gonna be easy hehehe. So, here I go! Judy and I
have almost finished our Christmas shopping, but
we have still one or two left to get gifts for. We
always like to start our Christmas shopping early
in the year. LOL I had to wake Milo up to stop his
snoring. It was getting too loud to ignore hehehe.
He gave me a grumpy look like, What now? LOL.
He just dropped back to sleep and I heard a small
zzzzzzz which I hope doesn’t turn into another large
ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ.
LOL Too late, here we go again! Even with his
snoring, we love him. His little brother hasn’t
started snoring as much as him, Yet hehehehehe,
but he does snore. Benny and Milo were a gift
from God that we would not trade for. Even with
the snoring :). They love us unconditionally and
we totally love them. God loves us unconditionally,
but He asks for us to love Him back so that we
may be allowed in Heaven. I had to wake up the
boys and take them to the bedroom so that I can
think LOL. Judy went in there with them and
closed the door. She said to let her know when
I’m ready for her to come and help me edit this
mess :). Yep, this house is an eventful one with
the boys and their antics. While I was cooking
breakfast, Benny was sitting watching me and
then ever so often he would make a dash to the
computer room and back. Milo stayed in the
computer room with Judy, barking at the door,
because he wanted me to hurry hehehehehehe.
Thank You God for all that you have given us
and all that you have done. Even the bad times
have their special points of light that were true
blessings in disguise. Don’t let the sadness to
envelop you! Find the blessings that you have
maybe not been aware of and overlooked as
the days have passed. You might be surprised
at all you find. Let The Light of Jesus shine
within your heart and it will help you to expel
the darkness. Now since the snoring has been
taken to the other room hehehe, I guess it’s
time for me to be taking a little venture back
through all I’ve written to see if I can find me
a good word or phrase that I can use for the
title for today’s brand new poem. So it’s away
I go to that place of my recollection that I like
to call RECOLLECT VILLE. I think I might
of found a decent title, but gotta see if I haven’t
already used it. Nope, so it’s good to go :).

Find The Blessings

Scenes of blunder
many find
when they look
within their mind.
Find the blessings
through the grey
and you’ll smile
and be OK.
Don’t let thunder,
lightning too
become all
you daily view.
See the rainbows
that come on
as the moments
move along.
Find the blessings
day and night
and you’ll surely
be alright.

There ya go! I hope it makes a little sense to you.
The boys must be awake, being I can’t hear Milo
snoring and believe you me, there’s no door that
can completely drown out that sound LOL. They
are probably watching TV with momma hehehehe.
Life at the Pearce’s Place hehehe! Well, it’s 6 PM
and pitch black outside. I guess I need to get this
finished so that I can get Judy in here to help me
edit this mess, so I reckon it’s time for me to be
telling you what I tell you every week and that is,
I wrote some more poems and haiku. Yeppers,
10 more poems with 6 of them being Christmas
poems. I wrote 3 more poems the day after I
wrote these poems, but I’ll post them next week.
Also I wrote 22 haiku for all of my haiku lovers
out there. I hope you like a few of either or both.
Now I believe it’s about time for me to be finding
that off switch that loves to try and elude me :),
but not before I wish you a most wonderful God
filled week. Remember, Jesus loves you and
we do too. Now to find that ornery off switch.
LOL hiding in the saltshaker might of worked
if it had been full of salt and not been CLEAR.
Gotcha, see ya CLICK zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

God bless from Bill and Judy
(and yes of course Benny and Milo)

P.S. The first two poems I wrote the week before
and the first one is one I wrote about Facebook.
LOL it’s sort of silly :), but if you are one that
does Facebook, you’ll understand it.

Now on with the poems and haiku.

Facebook With Pokes

Friends find the minutes
connecting them to
a Facebook with pokes
from me then from you.
We’re watching that poking
to bring forth an array
of friendships from humor
in a Facebook display.
Poking bringing smiles
as I poke you back
we find the many minutes then
humorous fact.
So when you poke me
be prepared for a return
my poke back to you then
that you will discern.
A lifetime of friendship
can grow day to day
as a poke here and there
with not much to say.

Heavens Kiss

With glimmers of blue skies
and shadows of sun
the Heavens kiss sweetly
as new day’s begun.
The seasonal journeys
that seem to arrive
are as Heavens kiss
shows that it’s alive.
Pages as turnstiles
glimmer so brightly
the Heavens kiss found
daily and nightly.
The angles the views
that form as pure bliss
are seasonal stories
as Heavens kiss.
Then as the days grow
a pure sight is seen
as that of Heavens kiss
aquamarine.
The blue skies I see now
glimmer with love
even through storm clouds
found up above.
Then within Heavens kiss
truly from God
I watch the days change
giving applaud.

As Morning Breaks

When night is done
with no mistakes
there is sun
as morning breaks.
Then the seasons
seen on cue
are the reasons
for the view.
As morning breaks
it shows design
what partakes
from Lord Divine.
Minutes pictures
many see
as the fixtures
given free.
Seasons patterns
open wide
some as Saturn’s
show outside.
Telescopic
visions found
as synoptic
from the ground.
Even sailors
seas and lakes
find much more
as morning breaks.

Scenes of Color

Picture painted postcards
of so long ago
display scenes of color
in the essence of snow.
Trees seen just glittering
within every sight
as the many scenes of color
display day and night.
The thoughts we remember
live on like no other
found as the visions
of many scenes of color.
Christmas with the family
that time does recall
are now scenes of color
with trees oh so tall.
Maybe a Christmas angel
or a star there on top
of the tree scenes of color
that never shall stop.
All of those memories
of the Christmastimes joy
become scenes of color
as a little girl or boy.

The Whitest Day

Looking through visions
of sights there and to
I can see snowflakes
so white and brand new.
With every second
that time moves along
I find that the snowflakes
are singing a song.
Then, as it gets closer
to great Christmastime
I find that the snow is
making a design.
Sometimes as snowmen
or snow angels too,
then sometimes tree limbs
that glitter in view.
The seasons show truly
the Christmas array
joyful so wonderful
the whitest day.

Dreamers of Snowflakes

With portions of hopeful
and portions of dream
a person can change what
maybe might seem.
Dreamers of snowflakes
can paint a field
bringing a Christmas view
timeframes can yield.
With each perception
of each dreamers day
rain can be snowflakes
the middle of May.
Dreaming of Christmas
and snowflakes attire
brings many dreamers
with hope to aspire.
Dreamers of snowflakes
can make now to be
inside their minds found
so Christmassy.
Picture painted morsels
of snowflakes design
dreamers of snowflakes
most surely can find.
Then if they continue
with faith that it’s true
the dreamers of snowflakes
can feel and see too.
Christmas of hopeful
that’s more than a dream
found as a blessings
glorious scene.

Searching Through

Sitting staring
searching through
times from now
and thereunto.
I see now my
shadows face
standing in
my last times place.
Watching waiting
Christmastime
searching through
my own design.
Winters snowless
days were found
then in Texas
times around.
Christmas snow was
only seen
when I slept
within my dream.
Searching through
I saw a place
found as blessings
Jesus Grace.
Now these days,
white snow I see
and God’s grace
still lives with me.
With the echoes
I remember
searching through
I find December.
Blessings of that
Christmas day
that live on
in every way.
Joyful moments

Meadows Shine

Seasons wonders
find their stand
as the meadows
turn so grand.
Snow of turnstiles
enters through
giving meadows
such a view.
Meadows shine
with that of white
snow from seasons
pure delight.
Winters threshold
comes December
as a burning
snowy ember.
Meadows shine
is found and laid
with a Christmas
serenade.
Patterned gateways
hills and crest
meadows shine
their very best.
Christmas pictures
many take
of the meadows
wide awake.
Glistening snowflakes
far and wide
meadows shine their
seasons ride.

Angels of Snow

Rhythms of eras
seasonal shows
become the ventures
each time it snows.
Times we remember
winters before
might be the angels
of snow evermore.
December values
of Christmastimes hue
angels of snow then
comes into view.
Painted as pictures
out there to see
built by so many
like you and me.
Then as the snowflakes
fall from the sky
angels of snow then
might say goodbye.
Christmas snow beauty
becomes more to see
than just of some angels
of snow given free.
Christmas beginnings
seen snowy white
display the blessings
God did incite.
With His Son Jesus
He did truly so
wash away sins
with angels of snow.
White as a snowflake
our sins wash away
when we thank Jesus
for Christmas day.

The Days and Times

Finding a footprint
from some other days
might be a problem of
wrong other ways.
The days we seek for
and times we recall
might bring the journeys
with many pitfalls.
So many pathways
with bumpy days roads
might just be moments
with real heavy loads.
Taking on too much
as moments occur
might make your vision
of minutes a blur.
Sometimes a pathway
of waited designs
will make much better of
the days and times.

Haiku
for Nov 11, 2013

Looking for footprints
within yesterdays mistakes
will display lessons.

A journey to now
takes a loosened grip on then
to allow today.

Wintertime’s windows
open up with some snowflakes
in New England Maine.

Now is just a time
that then does not belong to
so learn how to change.

Morning brings glimmers
of the dawning of sunshine
from beyond the trees.

Many flowers grow
knowing that they will soon die,
but they enjoy life.

Trees filled with white snow
glisten in mornings sunlight
as wintertime’s show.

Skies find their moments
as some clouds will cover them
painted with designs.

A searcher of truth
might find more than they wanted
and regret searching.

Links to a chain
as bicycle to sprocket
help us move forward.

Fragrances of snow
billow in Decembers air
with thoughts of Christmas.

Leafless trees of fall
find themselves with snow on them
making as some leaves.

A weeping willow
that finds itself in winter
soon weeps with snowflakes.

A single snowflake
becomes a large mound of snow
when joined by others.

Thoughts of summertime
become wintertime’s thinking
as many dream on.

Yesterdays insight
might become mere stupid thoughts
as we remember.

Bliss is a sight
that can be found from within
if you look deeply.

Another milestone
might gather from your mishaps
and make you stronger.

Looks are deceiving
as we assume we see true
what’s on the inside.

Morning times array
brings us new chances to choose
with our wrong or right.

Knowing yesterday
does not mean you know today,
for it might have changed.

Lifeless one might seem,
but alive they might just be,
but out of your sight.

ANIMAL’S GREETINGS

Hello my friends

How has your weekend been? It started snowing early this
morning and it’s still coming down. Milo needed to go potty
and Benny ran down the steps with him when he got a look at
all of the white stuff that has returned. Hehehe Benny loves
snow. Every time he went out we had to wait for him to get
a little too cold before he was ready to come in. He spends
his time running around in it and sticking his face down in
it LOL. Yep, Benny is our snow dog hehehe. It’s beginning
to look more like wintertime up here. This snow might melt
away though due to the next few days being above freezing
just a bit. It’ll bounce back and forth before winter finally
settles in. Judy went back to bed and took the boys so to
keep them from pestering me while I try to write LOL
She was trying to watch some TV until the satellite lost its
signal. It happens time to time when the weather gets a
bit rainy or snowy, but not all of the time thank God :).
So what’s been going on around here this passed week?
Hmm good question! The boys have been their regular
ornery selves. It’s getting whiter as the minutes pass :).
Judy had a great birthday last Wednesday. We went and
got her a small cake and me some pie being I don’t care
much for the cake she chose LOL. I told her to get what
she wanted 🙂 We then headed off to Subway and got us
some sub sandwiches. After that, we stopped off at the
Dunkin Donuts on the way home and got a dozen donuts,
and when we got home we watched TV all evening while we
just enjoyed the day. Oh yea, I also got my tattoo of the
boys Wednesday :). It came out nice. The boys are now
running up my forearm LOL. The girl did a great job 🙂
Judy loves it. I guess it was sort of a birthday present
for her and a belated one for me hehehe. It didn’t cost
a lot so that worked out great. Judy and I are enjoying
the sights of the white billowy hue from our front door.
I think that I enjoy it a tad more than her though LOL.
Although I don’t fancy the slippery steps that comes
when the snow has turned to ice. Yet, with the beauty
there must be some misery LOL. So, what else is
going on around this crazy place? I just talked to my
mom, and her sister my Aunt Anna came to visit her
yesterday along with Anna’s granddaughter and hubby.
Mom said they had a great visit. Hopefully Judy and
I will make it down south to see her next year. We’re
planning on April, but God only knows. We’re hoping
our little red Mazda will make it. It is old ya know :).
I just heard the snowplows going down the road again.
I guess the snow’s building on the roads a bit hehehe.
Oh yea, before I forget, I have been asked to allow
my Christmas poetry to be read on a public access
TV program out of New York. He found my poetry
on my friend Ben Geurts Old Fashioned Christmas site.
Isn’t that great! He said he would send me the info
of time and date it will be on and send me a DVD
of it after it has been aired. He also said that he’ll
upload them to YouTube and Vimeo so others can
see it as well. Judy and I are totally excited, So,
that’s about all from our side of the street LOL.
God has been good to us, even if I have ended up
with a few more bumps and bruises hehehe. Yes,
this house most surely has angels within it watching
over us. Milo was just scratching at the door in his
way of saying he needs to go outside. So I let him
out and yes of course Benny went outside too and
romped in the snow LOL. Milo even spent a little
time outside enjoying the snow. He’ll have to get
used to it LOL. I guess I need to be stopping here
and do a little reminiscing back through all that I’ve
written here to see if I can find a good word or phrase
that I can use for the title for today’s brand new
poem. So, it’s away I go to that little place of my
recollection that I like to call RECOLLECT VILLE.
I think I found a good title, but I must check to see
if I haven’t already used it LOL. Nope, so it’s a
go. Hope it makes sense hehehe.

Enjoying The Snow

With every snowflake
that falls from the sky
Heaven is swaying
in its by and by.
White is the goodness
that comes from above
found as the snowflakes
flavored with love.
Enjoying the snow as
snowflakes falls down
also is magnified
then on the ground.
So if the snow flakes
with seasonal hue
are now just bringing
a frown within you,
look for the blessings
through Jesus each day
as white as the snow is
with sins washed away.
Find the snow falling
as Heaven’s great show
then find a moment
enjoying the snow.

Ok, so there ya go. I hope you enjoyed my little poem.
I never have a clue of what I’m gonna write about hehe.
It sometimes comes out goofy LOL! This time though, it
was a little deep hehehe. Snow, ya get it. Yea, I know,
not funny LOL. So I guess I need to be hurrying up to
finish this so I can fix Judy, I and the boys something to
eat. Judy said she wanted EGGO’s and sausage and I
will of course fix the boys some dog food. They might
even get a couple of sausages a piece if they’re good
boys! Now, I think it’s time for me to be telling you
what I tell you every week and that is, I wrote some
more poems and haiku. Of course this time hehehehe
I wrote them all just a day or 2 after I wrote my other
poems, but yes I wrote once again 10 more poems
with 3 of them being Christmas poems. I also wrote
22 more haiku for all of my haiku lovers out there,
but I wrote them the day before Judy’s birthday :).
I hope you find a few of one or the other or both
that brings you a smile or a lesson learned. Now, I
think it’s about time for me to be searching for that
silly off switch, but not before I wish you a wonderful
God filled week. Remember, Jesus loves you and
we do too. Now to find that off switch. I think I see
it hiding amongst my aspirins in my aspirin bottle.
If you’re gonna hide, make sure it’s not a place that
I’m gonna be looking often due to pounding headaches
and also make sure the bottle isn’t CLEAR hehehe.
Gotcha, see ya CLICK zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

God bless from Bill and Judy Pearce
(and Benny and Milo)

Now on with the poems and haiku
10 and 22 hehehehehehehehehehe 🙂

Seams of Life

Times as clothing
rip into
as seams of life
are withered view.
If the stitching
is not found
as ones holding
truth around,
then the stitching
might let go
and leave you standing
all alone.
Times we wake up
to a mirror
we might need to
look much clearer.
Don’t let seams
of life fall prey
to the withered
day to day.
Leaving turnstiles
filled with strife
can then weaken
seams of life.

Many Clouds

Seasons greetings
moments view
many clouds will
share with you.
Some as rain clouds
some as snow
many clouds will
tell us so.
Often mornings
day to day
we’ll wake up to
clouds at play.
Floating as a
daily sign
telling of the
moments time.
Even Christmas
comes in clouds
as some maybe
snowy shrouds.
Maybe even
clouds of white
will display a
Christmas sight.
You might see a
sleigh up there
in the fluffy
clouds of air.
Santa waving
smiling true
in his cloud like
seasons hue.
Many clouds might
show a face
of Lord Jesus
filled with grace.
If you watch them
close you’ll see
many blessings
given free.

Sounds of Joyful

While with a saddened
momentous time
hearts are enlightened
to God’s design.
The sounds of joyful
that many see
often are found through
their history.
When with a memory
held sad but true
God’s sounds of joyful
can live in you.
Allowing His blessings
within your heart
can make the sounds
of joyful impart.
Don’t let your passed days
that you remember
become as troublesome
times burning ember.
Let Lord Jesus Christ
change how you view
and then His blessings
will live in you.

Heartbeat’s Ride

Hear as the rhythms
of many are found
that of a heartbeat’s
ride with a sound.
Beating as rhythms
true loving way.
A heartbeat’s ride
will make many sway.
Many emotions
gathered and gained
a heartbeat’s ride
will have attained.
Yet with a false beat
heart of desire
it can but only
lead to fake fire.
The loving emotions
flames of another
might be extinguished
as lies will just smother.
Let not your heart to
be tossed aside.
Find the right road to
your heartbeat’s ride.

I Don’t Care

When winters weather
comes my way
I don’t care
I’ll smile each day.
I’ll look for snowflake
everywhere
because the cold then
I don’t care.
When those snowflakes
hit the ground
I’ll be seen just
walking around.
Making footsteps
where I go
for I don’t care
for I love snow.
When you see me
you might wonder
if I’m senseless
seeking blunder,
but I don’t care,
because I do
love the snow
with seasons view.
With each snowflake
I find joy
from my inside
little boy.
You’re only as old
as you think,
so I don’t care
with snowy wink.
You might see me
cold and frazzled
often when I’m
tired and dazzled.
For the snow might
blind my sight,
so I might go
out at night.
Then my snowy
many trails
will be seen
as nights details.
Here and to
then back inside
after my nights
footstep ride,
for I don’t give
a bit of care
if you stop and
stand and stare.
Yet I do care
if the snow
is found in
much subzero.

Friends of Time

Creating memories
is what we do
when we move forwards
then there and to.
Maybe then even
some friends are found
as all the moments time
then goes around.
Some will be short lived,
and others will grow
becoming as loved ones
that times bestow.
I have found many that
still are so true
living and breathing
as that of new.
Those friends brought seasons
blessings alive
as all my memories
now do survive.
All of God’s blessings
I surely find
deep within my true
great friends of time.

Looking For Snow

With every minutes time
that passes by
I’m often looking for
snow in the sky.
Seeking for Christmastimes
sights then to see
found as white snowflakes
fancy and free.
My mind stays just searching
for that display
looking for snow that’s
Christmassy way.
The closer it gets to
December skies
I’m often found with
Christmastimes eyes..
While seeking snow
with each rising sun
I am found wanting
Christmas to come.
Yet the excitement
of waiting that while
keeps me just dreaming
and found with a smile.
Thinking of Christmastime
as moments flow
I am found smiling while
looking for snow.

As The Rain Falls

When mornings arisen
and the new day’s begun
I hear the rain fall
as the clouds hide the sun.
The weather’s quite soggy
as the rain falls down
making most everything
wet all around.
The seasonal showers
of November morn
are filled with echoes
the raindrops adorn.
The pitter patter sounds
of raindrops this day
are so serenading
that I just drift away.
I listen to them speaking
as I drift off to sleep
falling as a storybook
mindful antique.
For as the rain falls
it brings forth a view
that which I cherish
with each day anew.
Life is replenished
with each drop of rain
when mornings arisen
from my windowpane.
Then as the rain falls
with each passing stride
I have God’s blessings
with peace deep inside.

In My Shadows

Found as doorways
time has showed
in my shadows
I’m bestowed.
Christmas windows
I’ve looked through
in my shadows
show them true.
Books of essence
Christmas morn
in my shadows
I am born.
Truth of blessings
God gave me
in my shadows
they are free.
Things forgotten
long ago
in my shadows
I see snow.
Segments written
done and said
in my shadow’s
a Christmas sled
Scenes of wonder
starry bright
in my shadows
I delight.
Christmas doorways
show pure love
in my shadows
from God above.
Living pictures
I can see
in my shadows
little me.
Me much younger
standing tall
in my shadows
spring through fall.
Seasons patterns
find a place
in my shadows
saved by grace.
While I dream of
Christmas morn
in my shadows
Christ was born.
Jesus came to
show me true
in my shadows
life anew.
Now I see that
Christmas glow
in my shadows
to and fro.
In my shadows
I now find
love from God
and peace of mind

Looking To Heaven

Beyond my existence
of now and before
I find I’m someone
a little bit more.
Looking to Heaven
I seek who I am
and why I’m here
and saved by The Lamb.
I’ve done many things
in my times passing days
and been shortsighted
my life was a maze.
While seeking only
what I could perceive
I often found what all
that caused me to grieve.
My many mishaps
of then and beyond
brought me conclusions
that God’s never gone.
He watched me forever
and guarded my quest
allowing the lessons
that would be the best.
Looking to Heaven
I now praise His Name
through His Son Jesus
with grateful exclaim.
So as I’m counting
and looking to Heaven
I am forgiven now
seventy times seven.

Haiku
for Nov 5 2013

When a doorbell rings,
a turnstile is displaying
to open or not.

Left brings a circle
when it’s continued in time.
so turn right sometime.

Leaving a passed day
as a moment not released
can cause much baggage.

Temperaments viewpoints
often derive with good or bad
due to situations.

When anger displays
look for ways to deal with it
that’s none destructive.

A house that falls down
might still hold its foundation
if God is within.

Peace is a journey
that many seek with footsteps
and not from inside.

Looking for flowers
as the winter snow hides them
might take patience.

Knowing a story
and deriving its meaning
needs you to look deep.

Morning comes to be
as beams of light glimmer true
over the tree limbs,

Soon is emotion
that hurry is involved with
bringing ones worry.

As seconds will pass
they’ll leave pieces of themselves
within each moment.

When the first snow falls
it finds many with pure joy
watching the snowflakes.

A snowmobiles ride
finds a billowy sunset
that leads into night.

Searching for a smile
might need you first with a smile
that’s pulled from within.

Looks are just skin deep,
for who we are is deeper
as heartbeats of time.

Painting a picture
needs a good eye for detail
and a good choice.

Seeking a rainbow
when a storm’s finally ceased
might take some waiting.

Some thoughts for today
might surely change tomorrow,
for they’re not concrete.

With many running
there will have to be losers,
so don’t feel too bad.

Efforts of a rose
find a place within springtime
first as just a bud.

Nothing is precise,
for our actions have some flaws,
whether seen or not.

ANIMAL’S GREETINGS

Hello my friends

It’s been a sore bum ride around here with it being hard to sit
or even lie down, but my bum seems to be healing up gradually.
It’s still bruised and swollen, but it’s getting better. Yet still
hard to wear pants being the waist area where my pants fasten
and belt goes through the loops is where the sore swollen spot
goes up to. Oh well, it’ll heal I HOPE ;). So, what else has
been going on around here this week? Not much! The boys are
still their little ornery selves. Milo drives me nuts often with his
backing up to my legs and bumping me to get my attention LOL.
Benny does that to him, so I guess he learned it from Benny.
I have no clue of what that means other that he just wants me
to do something, but can’t put it into words. One site I went
to said that it could also mean that he is claiming me. So who
knows. LOL We claim him and Benny as our kids. Milo just
does it so often LOL. Judy cracks up in laughing tears when
she sees Milo using his backside, NOT REAR to nudge at
me hehehe. Benny does the same thing to Milo when he wants
him to play with him, so heck, that might even be the reason
Milo does it to me LOL. In any sense, the boys are nutty as
always. I would say as the day we brought them home, but
they both had to have a few days to get to know us and their
new home before they found they loved it and began their on
playful ways. They both will ask permission if they can get on
the bed with us and if I say no, then Milo will go lie in his own
bed and Benny will do whatever hehehe. Remember, Benny
is still a pup. He does though most times end up in his bed
beside Milo especially since the weather has gotten much
colder. We don’t keep the living room as warm as we keep
our bedroom and computer room for apparent reasons LOL.
The only time we actually go into the living room is to head
out the front door hehehe. OK so, we also do our exercises
in there, but we kind of like it being a little colder in there
for that. We haven’t done our exercises lately due to my
sore bum and all, but we will get back to doing them soon.
It’s 34 F degrees right now at 4:30 PM. It wasn’t supposed
to get above 31 degrees, but only God truly knows what
the days will be like exactly :). It’s supposed to get down
to 25 F degrees by Monday morning. No snow as of yet
over this way, but I’m sure it will come soon enough. Up
50 miles north of us in Caribou they got a bit of snow last
week, but I’m sure that even it did not stay on the ground
for long. The temperature has to stay at freezing or below
for at least a day or two before the ground can get cooled
down enough to actually hold snow upon it. Of course there
have been times that it freaking snowed so much so fast
that the snow didn’t have a chance to melt and it piled up
and stayed on the ground. But the ground might have been
at least close to the freezing point to where the snow gave
it a helping hand. So there ya go hehehe a lesson in snow.
Also another factor is the big snowflakes are often not
as likely to pile up and cause problems because the very
reason they are humongous is because they had begun
to melt on the way down and stuck together with others
causing a big one which will often melt as soon as it hits
the ground. Although that’s not always the case and if
the temperature is right, then they can be the benefactors
of compiling weight due to the moisture within them and
cause to pile up on homes and trees causing them to be
overloaded and break and crash while crushing homes.
But it’s actually the smaller snowflakes that will most
often compile making snowdrifts and become many feet
deep if it continues, being they are frozen and do do not
melt as they just gather thousands upon millions. I’ve
seen more than my share of both. Many trees were
unable to hold the weight of those heavy flakes and as
soon as they built up on their limbs came crashing down.
That’s often what causes downed power lines. OK, so
it’s off of the snow lesson 101 hehehe. Judy went over
her sister Trudy’s house and all of the sisters and their
brother Rick celebrated their birthdays even if a few
were not for a few months or had already past hehehe.
Me and the boys just stayed home enjoying some guy
time hehehe. I think milo has been worried about me
since I was hurt. He knows I don’t feel well. Benny
also shows that he’s worried, but Milo does a slight
overkill LOL. They love us, what can I say! We love
them also. Judy’s birthday is November 6 and we’re
still in thought of what we will do to celebrate. Either
get subs from Subway, or if I can manage to afford it
get her something else to eat, but she says she wants
Subway, so I reckon that might be it. I wish we were
rich and I could buy her something fancy like that
purple jacket that she’s had her eyes on at WalMart,
but after paying all our bills, it doesn’t leave me with
much. Of course she pays her part of the bills, but we
have it set up where I pay half and she pays half. It
doesn’t actually round off to half, but we don’t view
our money and hers or mine. It’s ours! It all goes to
the same place. LOL, Milo is having a dream and
making funny noises in his sleep while he lies in the
floor right beside me in his doggie bed. Benny is in
his own doggie bed to the left of Milo. Of course
they often play musical doggie beds and end up in
one or the other so they are owned by both hehehe.
They will every once in a while end up lying in the
same bed together to keep warm and snuggle. Yep,
they love each other. I’m getting a tattoo of them
running up my arm Wednesday. It’s also sort of
a birthday present to Judy being she’s been wanting
me to get that tattoo for a while. She told me she
can’t wait to see it. So, I’ll have the boys with me
wherever I go hehehe unless I lose my arm LOL.
The things we do for one another for love hehehe.
I thank God for allowing me to meet her and for
us to have bonded together while bringing these
two boys also within our circle of love. Yes, we
do get irritated with one another time to time, but
love heals the wounds and calms the spirit. The
days we spend together I could never put a price
upon. They are priceless. And if we should ever
be separated for any reason, those memories will
still thrive as blessings. I’m sure death will take us
one day, but even after death, love lives on and
the spirit still lives with you. Then when the other
finds their time knocking on Heavens door, we will
be reunited and made whole with joy for our boys
will be there too along with all of our family and
friends that have gone before us or that will be
there in time. Judy and I know that Jesus is here
watching over us as well as many angels such as
ones that have gone before. My dad is here, for
I can feel his presence. I talk to him often and he
answers me inside my mind. I can hear his spirits
voice speaking to me. If a loved of yours has
passed on from here and entered Heavens gates,
then they are not faraway, for their spirit will
still be there with you. They can be with you at
the times that you need them. Just speak their
name. Their spirit knows not of distance or of
miles. They can be in multiple places to be as
comfort to you. Have faith in God and don’t let
the loss of the flesh to bring you the conclusion
of the end. It’s just the beginning. Our time here
in our fleshly bodies should be used as a growing
time. Learn to love and to have faith in God in
all that there is. Life should be cherished as we
watch the sunrise and the clouds drift on by with
the sequences of blessings that come as artwork
that God has painted. Look beyond the turmoil
that you might be perceiving at the moment and
find the beauty that is sometimes hidden behind
blind eyes. Now with that said, I guess I need to
cease my rambling and begin my title search back
through all that I’ve written to see if I can find a
good word or phrase that I can use for the title
for today’s brand new poem. So, it’s away I go
to that place I like to call RECOLLECT VILLE.
I believe I might have found a good title and
after checking to see if I have used it before I’ve
found that I haven’t, so here goes 🙂

Perceiving

Through our perception
the days found ahead
might be connections
to a mindful of dread.
Scenes that we’re viewing
of each day gone by
we might be choosing
the wrong how and why.
Perceiving a moment
of time that you see
might need atonement
to change your degree.
Let not the seasons
that you see each day
to give you the reasons
to act a bad way.
Find all the blessings
through God’s Only Son
by not transgressing
with each day that’s done.
Find now the rainbows
in many hearts breathing
through all the windows
of better perceiving.

Ok, so there ya go. I’m in a gabby mood today, can ya tell?
LOL, hey, I have my moments! So today has been rather
calm. No rain and the sky has been fairly clear. Yep LOL
clear enough to hopefully charge up our solar powered out
door lights. Cloudy days don’t do much good hehehehehe.
The lights are for the boys when they go out to potty. We
have a porch light, but the bulb in it takes a little while to
warm up and get bright enough to see LOL. I could change
the bulb, but it hasn’t blown sense I put it in there 6 years
ago, so I’ll leave it till it blows. It’s 30 F degrees right now
at 6:00 PM. Judy’s not feeling too well, so I think she’s
heading to bed to watch TV in a bit. Her allergies are just
about to get the best of her. She knows she’s lucky to not
have them 24 7 every day of the year as I’ve had for most
of my elder life LOL. There has not been a day that I have
not been sneezing, with a stopped up or runny nose hehehe.
There’s not anything that I can take for it due to my other
health issues other than generic Benadryl hehehe and it
don’t do very good other than send me to the bathroom :).
That’s life! So, I try to find the rainbows through the
the storms. Ok, before I begin rambling incessantly
again hehehe I guess I need to tell you what I tell you
every week and that is I wrote 10 more poems with 4
of them this week being Christmas poems. I also once
again wrote 22 more haiku for all of my haiku lovers out
there. LOL this week I got in a writing mood and wrote
all of my poems for next week as well. So, all I’ve gotta
write next week are my haiku :). I hope you enjoy a few
of my poems and haiku. Now it’s about time for me to
be searching for that off switch, but not before I wish
you a most wonderful God filled week. Remember,
Jesus loves you and we do too. Now to find that off
switch of havoc hehehe. There ya are ya little varmint.
I see your little eyes peeking out from behind Milo’s
backside. Gotcha, see ya CLICK zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

God bless from Bill and Judy Pearce

P.S. Oh yea, Milo turned 9 years old on the 31st.
He’s a Halloween boy hehehehe. We took a lot of
pictures of him and Benny wearing party hats hehe.
They looked so cute :). I’m putting a few pictures of
Milo’s birthday in my stationery. I’m also putting a
picture of Judy and I in our Halloween masks LOL.
Like I needed a freaking mask hehehehe!

Now on with the poems and haiku
10 and 22 hehehehehehehehehehe 🙂

Seasons Change

Time will pass
as seconds move
seasons change
within their groove.
On through spring
and into summer
seasons change
that we discover,
Life might seem
to drift on by
seasons change
we can’t deny.
Then as autumn
fades from view
seasons change
to winters hue.
White snow falling
here and there
seasons change
with debonair.
Then as snowflakes
find their home
seasons change
to what we’ve known.
Living pages
turning fast
seasons change
with shadows cast.
With each morning
that will dawn
seasons change
to just move on.

The Waiting Game

As we sometimes
wait and wonder
we might see
lightning and thunder.
The waiting game
that ones perplex
is just often
words of text.
Scenes one seek for
in their stride
often changes
with the ride.
The waiting game
that time perceives
sends emotions
tangled weaves.
Changing with their
could of been
the waiting game
is time agin.
Lessons from their
hurried strive
leave so many
half alive.
Use some patience
to attain
much better from
the waiting game.

Christmas Morn

With snow that falls
on winters day
soon is seen then
great array
Minutes seconds
hours too
Christmas morn
comes into view.
Sparkling crystals
snowy white
is by morning
quite a sight.
As the snowflakes
land in place
Christmas morn
is saving grace.
Scenes that display
far and wide
Christmas morn
will then confide.
Painted as a
tapestry
Christmas comes
for us to see.
Decked with billows
times adorn
this is greatest
Christmas morn.

Heaven’s Waiting

While we walk on
moments mile
life might be just
in a while.
Things we’ve sought for
days ahead
might become just
stories said.
Heaven’s waiting
us to find
Jesus Christ
and peace of mind.
Many might just
hurry on
leaving us to
miss when gone.
Yet those loved ones
Heavens mile
might now look
with joyous smile.
For they’re watching
you and I
as God’s angels
by and by.
Heaven’s waiting
for the time
of our story
then sublime,
Yet until then
and above
we must fill our
hearts with love.
Letting Jesus
deep within
for forgiveness
of our sin.
Heaven’s waiting
surely so
for the way
that we’re to go.

Bittersweet

With our actions
comes results
from some children
and adults.
The bittersweet
of things we’ve sought
might be seen
as Satan bought.
Let not wanting’s
fall awry
and just haunt you
by and by.
Look to Jesus
for your needs
and He’ll plant His
wondrous seeds.
The bittersweet
of times accord
might be Hell
you can’t afford.
Look to see if
it needs be
what you’re seeking
now to see.
Yet if life finds
troubled feet
learn to learn from
bittersweet.

Winters Shine

Beyond our footsteps
are the makings
what we’re wanting
or partaking.
Winters shine is
found as snow
beyond our footsteps
high and low.
Scenes are billowed
snowy white
winter shine
comes into sight.
Moments wondered
sought for too
become glimmers
in our view.
Winters shine then
shows its face
with a snowflakes
falling grace.
Floating down so
peacefully
winters shine
for us to see.
Then as each one
is then found
winter shine is
on the ground.
Snowy fields
of time to time
are the echoes
winters shine.

In The Midst

In the midst of a storm
some rain will fall down
maybe then dowsing
everyone there around.
The storm might just come
as a season of trial
bringing about troubles
mile after mile.
In the midst of today
a storm might arrive
bringing about segments
that nobody’s dry.
The troubles emotions
might be sink or swim
in the midst of a storm
of a time and agin.
Within the storm clouds
in the midst of each day
there are some clear skies
coming your way.
Each daily moment
that displays so fine
might be with troubles
and end with sunshine.
Let not the emotions
the storm clouds bring you
to hinder your vision
that God gives to view.
Life is with turnstiles
through journeys in time
that display sorrow,
but end with Divine.
Seek for the lessons
through each stormy blitz
and find the many blessings
found in the midst.

My Yesterdays Christmas

Through portholes of time
and yesterdays seen
I can remember
my life as a dream.
My yesterdays Christmas
is living in me
as a voice I’m recalling
of which I can see.
Sounds and aromas
displayed as some pictures
found within fragments
of sweet Christmas fixtures.
Times that were childlike
of me long ago
my yesterdays Christmas
displayed white as snow.
I still remember
my loving family
together while singing then
so Christmassy.
My mom played piano
while dad, sis and I
sang Christmas songs
of the sweet by and by.
My yesterdays Christmas
will always live on
as a memory within me
of times other dawn.

A Snowflakes Dream

Through all the snowflakes
I find a dream
floating so gracefully
as a sky stream.
Pouring as floating times
then white as snow
the flakes fall as blessings
to us down below.
Christmastimes scenery
decked out so sweet
as some snow ice cream
that many eat.
Even ones Christmases
might be displayed
as that of pictures by
Thomas Kinkade.
A snowflakes dream
can grow beyond sight
displayed as Christmas
with thoughts we delight.

Christmas Grows Closer

Seconds make minutes
as hours will pass
Christmas grows closer
with each shadows cast.
Decembers snowflakes
will be soon found
as that of Christmastime
coming to town.
Seasonal wonderful
ways we recall
found after autumns great
colors of fall.
Christmas grows closer
with each step in time
bringing the wonderful
thoughts so divine.
Then with the moments
that we each remember
Jesus becomes our
great burning ember.
Though we should always
thank God above
for sending Jesus
so filled full of love.
Christmas grows closer
with each passing day
when soon it is here
the greatest display.

Haiku
for Nov 1, 2013

When seasons arrive
they bring forth many blessings
that we may not see.

While shadows move on
they display many actions
of whom they follow.

Autumn leaves falling
brings forth a welcoming sight
as winter is found.

Beneath ones worry
is often a silly thought
that brought the worry.

Links to our problems
are often found in pages
read in bad lighting.

Within tomorrow
thrives the thoughts of yesterday
that live in today.

A simple journey
can become as troublesome
if blown out of view.

Today’s perception
might be found just misconceived
as lights are so dim.

Winter winds now blow
as the gates of winter shine
to show December.

Morning comes quickly
as a sleepless night concludes
with a few tired eyes.

Looks can be shadows
of what others might perceive
and not who they are.

Life can be better
with a little help from God
and a little faith.

When a storm begins
look for shelter in Jesus
and He will give strength.

Lessons from flowers
begin with many seasons
of rain and sunshine.

A simple heartbeat
can grow to be a blessing,
so don’t overlook.

Having a mindset
and not letting the truth breathe
might cause your demise.

Wonders of Christmas
come as thoughts from long ago
that live in today.

Moments we prosper
might be downfalls of others
so don’t gloat too much.

A little hopeful
can bring joyful to others,
so send them a prayer.

Knowing when to stop
can prevent an avalanche
of troubles ahead.

Belief of a lie
that ones say that is been said,
might be just gossip.

As the Earth rotates
it shows signs of it’s patterns
that many will see.
