ANIMAL’S GREETINGS

Hello my friends

The weather here today is quite warm for
up here, the same as it has been the passed
few days.  Right now it’s 86 F degrees at
3:30 PM.  Yesterday (Saturday) I finally got
Judy’s lighthouse painted and put together
so she could take it to her sister’s house
Saturday night which was last night for
Craft night,  They all did different things.
Judy decorated the lighthouse and it came
out pretty nice.  I’ll put a couple of pictures
of it in my stationery.  I had some trouble
with the painting and all,  but it came out
quite well.  Now we’re working on a plan
to be able to put it outside without it being
peed on by our two little monsters hehehe.
Judy found a good sized bird bath that I
can attach it to so she can put sand and
rocks in it,  but we will have to wait till
next payday to buy it.  In the mean time,
I reckon the lighthouse will stay sitting
in the living room on a chair LOL.  Don’t
want it to become but only a pee stain 🙂
They think anything in our yard is fair
game for being peed on.  OK it was,  but
that lighthouse is off limits hehehe.  So
what else is going on around the Pearce’s
Place?  It’s actually been a great week.
Last Monday I got a package from my
daughter.  It was a Journey T shirt and
she sent me an American Express gift
card for 100 dollars.  I used half of it on
a drill,  screws and paint for creating our
lighthouse 🙂  I’m sure I will be using the
drill again.  When we get the bird bath,
I’ll drill holes and attach the lighthouse to
it so Judy can fill the bird bath with sand
and rocks.  We will be picking up rocks
out of our driveway hehehe.  I can’t wait 🙂
I enjoy doing things like that.  Anyways,
most of the week was with deciding what
to do with the pots and how to paint them.
The ideas bounced around,  but it came
together.  Yet there is more to do before
we can set Mr. Lighthouse outside LOL.
It seems my topics keep bouncing back to
the lighthouse don’t they hehehe.  I’ll try
to change topics this time.  We’re thinking
about taking a drive down to Cutler ME
for some pictures next month.  That’s way
south of us on the coast.  Cutler is an old
Crab Fishing town.  It has maybe 10 or 12
more people in it than New Limerick LOL.
New Limerick’s population in 2014 was
490 according to the 2014 census hehehe.
The population of Cutler was about 507 🙂
I’m sure we will take tons of pictures.  We
went down there a few times before and
took tons of pictures,  but I’m sure we’ll
find more wonderful sights to take pictures
of.  It looks like we might get some rain
next week,  but not much.  Right now the
sky is clear and blue with maybe a cloud
scattered here and there.  Rocky is in here
lying at Judy’s feet.  Benny is where he’s
most always at,  in the living room playing
lookout LOL.  Nothing gets passed him 🙂
Though there are times that I wish a few
things would get passed him,  such as our
neighbors and loud trucks driving down
the road hehehe.  He’s a good boy and it
seems Rocky is learning from him,  which
is a tad scary LOL.  They both go nuts if
they think somebody is here.  At first,  all
Rocky did was waited for Benny to start
getting wound up thinking somebody’s
here,  but now he does it on his own LOL.
When we say do you wanna go for a ride,
Rocky does exactly the same as Benny
and gets all excited.  OK he might do it in
a different way such as spinning in circles
and all,  but that’s his way of showing that
he’s excited LOL.  Here’s something that
I’d like to share with you.  I am sick to
death of politics and wish November was
already here and gone.  I just pray that
we don’t end up with Drumph.  All I can
do is vote and pray.  So being I hate to
talk politics,  next topic.  It looks like this
week will be a nice one.  Our grandson
Christian is coming over tomorrow to
spend the day and possibly the night with
us.  So it looks like our week will start
off well.  We always enjoy having him
with us.  We usually end up watching
Youtube gaming videos,  but being he’s
coming Monday,  we will spend a few
hours watching one of our favorite TV
programs,  American Ninja Warriors.
Our oldest grandson Chance is planning
on trying out for that next year.  He’s
been doing a lot of parkour and other.
I hope he makes it.  It seems God has
most surely blessed our home.  He has
shown us many times that He is still
protecting us.  I’m sure many angels
and spirits are watching over us.  Many
times I can feel their presence.  Our
blessings are abundant,  though many
times we may not see them through the
clouds of struggles.  Yes God is always
in control whether we can see His hands
in motion or not.  Today,  if you’re with
distorted pathways of life,  say a little
prayer and let God’s peace to find your
heart and mind.  Now,  I believe it’s time
for me to begin my quest back through
all that I’ve written here to see if I can
find a good word or phrase that I can
use for the title for today’s brand new
poem.  So it’s away I go to that place of
my recollection that I always like to call
RECOLLECT VILLE.  I think I may
have found a decent title not too far
back in my writing.  Now to see if I
can do anything with it 🙂  Here goes.

Clouds Of Struggles

Times of torment
withered days
make real hard
to see through grays.
Clouds of struggles
timeless found
might look bland
to look around.
Yet God’s blessings
there and to
are but maybe
not in view.
The time and place
for God’s Own Will
might be times
that sights conceal.
Clouds of struggles
might rain down
lightning scattered
thunders sound.
So don’t give up
in times of troubles,
for God gives strength
in clouds of struggles.

So there ya go.  Stuff that goes on inside my
head LOL.  I hope that you understood and
maybe even enjoyed the poem 🙂  Also I hope
you enjoyed my rambling.  I know most of
my rambling was consumed with,  well you
know LOL,  the lighthouse.  I’ll be thrilled
when we can put it outside,  but that’ll have
to wait.  Until then,  I guess it will be a night
light for the living room hehehe.  Ok,  before
I get too far off track,  I need to ask you to
continue to keep my sister Peggy in your
prayers.  She is getting weak from chemo.
I’m sure though that God’s Hands are on
her.  I love you Peggy.  I know you read
my journals and I hope that my silly words
and poems put a smile on your face.  Call
me any time.  So I reckon it’s time for me to
be telling you what I tell you almost every
week and that is,  I wrote some more poems
and haiku.  Yep,  10 more poems,  but none
are Christmas poems this week LOL.  Also
I wrote 22 more haiku for all of the haiku
lovers out there.  I hope you can find 1 or 2
of either or both that you like.  Now it’s
time for me to start my search for that not
so great at hiding off switch,  but not before
I wish you a most wonderful weekend or
whatever’s left of it and a truly blessings
filled week.  Remember,  Jesus loves you
and we do too.  Now,  where are ya hiding
ya silly off switch.  WHOA,  I almost didn’t
see ya,  but then you did as you always do
and peeked out and I saw you then.  If you
would learn to stay put and not be trying
to see if I can see you,  I might not see you.
Hiding behind my Digital DVD camera was
a pretty good hiding spot,  but again,  you
moved and blew it.  Maybe next week 🙂
Gotcha,  see ya CLICK zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

God bless from Bill,  Judy,  Benny,  Rocky
and the spirit of Milo Pearce

P.S  A link to Judy’s new book as at
the end of the journal along with the
others.  Enjoy 🙂

Now it’s on with the poems and haiku
10+1 and 22 hehehehehehehehehehe 🙂

A Stormy Sky

A summer’s day
a stormy sky
brings forth rain
to then apply.
Scenes are painted
waters pouring
a stormy sky
is so alluring.
Raindrops falling
filling thirst
a stormy sky
that’s not rehearsed.
Without practice,
without waste
a stormy sky
shows minutes taste.
Scenes of thunder
lightning too
a stormy sky
creates its view.

The Small Lighthouse

An oceans roar
of waves that crash
is found with ships
as winds will lash.
Across the sea
and ocean wide
a small lighthouse
is applied.
Scenes displaying
a rocky shore
so a captain
knows before.
The small lighthouse
brightly shines
guiding ships
from rocky mines.
It might be small,
but brightly guides
captains ships
on ocean rides.
Journeys through
each endless wave
the small lighthouse
saves the day.

A Perceptive Glance

As people pass by
and judgments are made
a perceptive glance
might sort of degrade.
You might overlook
what’s under the skin
with your perception
of how things begin.
The person you’re seeing
might not be so bad,
but in your perception
you get really mad.
A perceptive glance
that you and I see,
might be very wrong
from A unto Z.
We all have our differences,
some standing out,
a perceptive glance
might be with much doubt.
Yet ones we’re judging
might be better still.
A perceptive glance
needs see of God’s Will.
Looking passed color
and where ones have been,
a perceptive glance
needs help ones begin.
God gives them mercy
and so we should too,
a perceptive glance
that bonds me and you.

Life Changing Force

The weather of problems
with pot holes and bumps
gives us the lessons
to get over humps.
That life changing force
of daylight through dark
God and His wisdom
with life to embark.
Changing directions
from left unto right,
that life changing force
displays a new light.
It takes some acceptance
of past to today
to allow all the changes
we do and we say.
Time is a journey
with rocks in our course
and so many lessons
a life changing force.

Pointless Words

Ones with judgments
found in herds,
often give us
pointless words.
Painted inwards
what they see,
things they choose to
disagree.
Pointless words
of now and then
are what many
enter in.
Minds all scattered
there and to
with their senseless
moments view.
Often as a
flock of birds,
many flutter
pointless words.

Before Then

Destinies
of timeless ways
come before
and after days.
Before then
and certain times
now is found
as curvy lines.
Some rectangles,
squares and more
with some circles
times adore.
Before then
we might of seen
a timeless place
of in between.
Minutes tick
and tell the time
before then
of yours and mine.

Serenity Sky

The sights up above me
are bluish and grey
clouds forming scenery
day after day.
A sky filled with beauty
of a God painted theme
displays a journey
to a magical dream.
The serenity sky
filled with life and a prayer
floats on as a vessel
with God’s breath of air.
Each moment is a place
that’s gathered in time
found as a blessing
so wondrous divine.
Each scene is changing
as the minutes go by
displaying all the beauty
of serenity sky.

A Simple Mirage

In a nightmares desert
there holds such a place
a simple mirage
of our time and space.
A minute is counted
while seeming as longer
a simple mirage
might become stronger.
Maybe just a moment
or time that has passed
a simple mirage
might be shadows cast.
Lessons of a time frame
are often not clear,
but found in a moment,
another times year.
Things might of seemed as
times camouflage
and turned into lessons
from a simple mirage.

Blue Waters

Amidst a lake
of waters blue
I saw a duck
within my view.
It swam so fast
the ripples gained
behind as shadows
times attained.
In blue waters
scenes grew fast
what was then
became the past.
Clear and blue
the depths displayed
the sight of fish
as waters wade.
Yet the depth
was greater than
the sight I saw
that was so grand.
In blue waters
time stood still
to paint a dream
that was so real.

Sky Of Night

Darkened phases
less of light
finds me here with
sky of night.
Stars that twinkle
give a gaze
often with a
cloudy haze.
Sky of night
becomes a place
searching praying
for God’s grace.
While I’m looking
at the view
the sky of night
seems so anew.
Starlight changing
in my sight
through the phases
sky of night.

Haiku
for Jun 25,  2016

Now is a moment
that the future will reveal
with lessons to gain.

Tomorrows journey
begins with footsteps today,
so begin walking.

Without some raindrops
the sunshine is just a waste,
for life will dry up.

A flower’s hopeful
might be a large sod filled vase
with it’s name on it.

Looking for starlight
in the darkness of the night
is hard through the clouds.

A shadow of life
is that of a reflection,
yet darkened to see.

Birds that are singing
are not always so happy,
but that’s all they’ve got.

A weed’s own response
to a lawnmower mowing
is saying I’ll be back.

God paints a mural
on the sky up above us
that many don’t see.

The face of a home
is displayed as a heartbeat
with hope that can grow.

Wisdom of cactus
shows us how it can blossom
with little water.

Near to a tall tree
might be a younger sibling
in need of sunshine.

Without our free will
we would be only robots
without striving life.

Rose petals of time
disperse after summer’s passed
leaving memories.

Glancing in mirrors
you might see inside yourself
what others don’t see.

Beneath a pathway
there could be some memories
that we’ve forgotten.

Jumbled emotions
can grow an immense journey
that needs avoiding.

Likes of another
might not intertwine with yours,
but we can still love.

Catching falling stars
takes a whole lot of dreaming
and patience within.

Various flowers
make their own ecosystems
to keep them alive.

Chance is a value
that many will never see,
while not having faith.

Our likes and dislikes
are what that make us human,
for we’re each unique.

ANIMAL’S GREETINGS

Hello my friends
&
HAPPY FATHERS DAY

It’s a warm one today.  A high of 85 F degrees,
which I’m sure that a few of you may consider
cool LOL.  Not for this guy.  Anything over 80
is hot to me.  Yes I am a born and raised Texan,
but I am very hot natured.  Right now it’s 84 F
and I’ve got our portable air conditioner set on
high :).  Judy fixed us some omelets when we
got up.  Now she’s over at her ex’s house with
her kids.  They’re having a cook out and all.
She said that her ex isn’t supposed to be there,
but it just doesn’t seem like the thing for me to
do for Fathers Day.  Going to her ex’s house
isn’t my cup of tea so to say.  So it’s just me and
the boys here.  We had a visit a bit after noon
from some of our old neighbors.  They were
some of our very best neighbors.  I totally miss
them.  It was great seeing them.  I wish that
the oldest son would of been with them.  That
would have made it perfect.  Anyways,  I hope
they come back again one day to visit us.  So,
what else is going on in this part of the world?
Well,  Judy finally made it home last Sunday
from her cousins wedding in Massachusetts.
Actually she didn’t make it home until around
4 AM Monday morning LOL.  They stopped
off at their brothers house in Connecticut on
the way back.  Plus is was raining and Judy
was having to drive slower than normal.  Me
and the boys were happy that she was finally
home.  Last week was less than eventful as
we didn’t do much.  We did though make a
trip to town for some groceries and then we
stopped by the Houlton Farms Dairy in hopes
of getting some ice cream,  but apparently
everybody had the same idea that day and so
we decided to just go home and come back
another time.  The next day (Friday) I drove
us back to town and there were but only a
few there this time,  so we got our ice cream
treats LOL.  Thursday I took pictures there
and to,  but being I was driving Friday,  no
pictures hehehe.  But I did manage to take
quite a few Tuesday and Thursday.  I’ll put
a few of them in my stationery 🙂  There were
some beautiful clouds in the sky this passed
week.  To me,  a blue sky can be sort of
boring,  but you add a few clouds here and
there and you have a picture.  A photograph
from God.  Have you ever noticed that if you
look up at the clouds long enough,  you can
see pictures forming.  Mountains,  trees and
even people seem to form in the sky.  To me,
it’s God’s Hands with brush strokes from
Heaven.  Benny and Rocky are doing well,
but it seems Rocky is wanting my undivided
attention.  I just stopped and gave them both
some pigs ears LOL.  That’ll keep them busy
for a while.  We give them treats that help
to keep their teeth healthy and strong.  Too
many people only give their dogs soft stuff,
which in time messes up their teeth.  We
do though give them Bark en Bacon time
to time along with other treats.  We want
our boys happy LOL.  Rocky is lying in
the floor right behind me gnawing on the
pigs ear I gave him hehehe.  Benny has
his in the living room on the recliner that
he uses for his lookout station hehehehe.
Benny is our little guard dog.  Nothing
gets passed him.  NOTHING LOL!  He’ll
know that Judy is home as she is turning
off of the county road.  He’s got some good
ears.  It’s funny as ever LOL,  when Benny
starts barking,  Rocky will come running
to see what it’s all about.  When Rocky
gets excited he starts spinning in circles.
Anyways,  as I said before,  it’s been a
typical non eventful week and everything
is pretty much same ole same ole.  I had
to stop for a moment,  because Rocky was
in the living room making a racket.  It
seems that he wants Benny’s pigs ear and
Benny ain’t giving it up LOL.  I brought
Rocky in here with me and put an end to
that hehehe.  Those two can drive you
crazy when they get all wound up hehehe.
Rocky has made a habit of waking us up
when he thinks we should get up and he
doesn’t give up until both Judy and I are
up hehehe.  He’ll paw at the side of the
bed or even jump up and bounce on us.
Benny on the other hand just rolls with
the flow.  My daughter just called up to
wish me a Happy Fathers day.  Although
her phone reception was always getting
lost.  Hehehe she called back about four
times to try and finish our conversation,
but I think after the 4th she gave up 🙂
And people ask me why we have a land
line LOL.  No we cannot take our phone
with us on the road,  but then I’ve lived
without a cell phone for almost 60 years
now,  so I reckon I’ll be OK with a land
line as I’ve had all my life.  It doesn’t cost
near the price of a cell phone  and that’s
a plus hehehe.  OK,  next topic.  It seems
to be cooling down a bit outside.  It’s 81F
now at 6:35 PM.  Judy and I might do a
little bike riding tomorrow.  Right now
both of us are having no trouble riding,
but it’s the getting on and off of the bikes
that presenting problems hehehe.  We’ll
get it with practice.  First off,  the last
bike I rode was a stingray  and that was
well over 40 years ago LOL.  Our bikes
are full sized with 26 inch wheels which
makes for a lot of lifting of the legs to get
on and off LOL.  I’m sure we’ll gitter done.
Practice rides and then when we get the
hang of it we’ll take some rides down the
road to Cameron’s Market and thereunto.
I’m looking forward to it 🙂  I let Rocky
out of here a few minutes ago and he’s
still pestering me LOL.  I guess he don’t
want Benny’s pigs ear anymore.  Now
he wants another treat,  which he ain’t
getting being there are 2 dishes of dried
food in the floor.  He just needs to quit
being picky and eat LOL.  Although I
think he just misses Judy and wants to
tell me about it hehehe.  This house has
gone to the dogs.  Yet,  I thank God for
these little boys and I most surely thank
God for putting Judy in my life.  Yes we
have our disagreements and problems,
but we’ve learned to manage through
them with forgiveness.  We know that
non of us is perfect and we all make our
fair share of mistakes.  Life is a journey
through speed bumps and pot holes that
become lessons making us stronger if we
just don’t give up.  Ok with that said I
think it’s time for me to begin my little
quest back through all that I’ve written
here to see if I can find a good word or
phrase that I can use for the title of
today’s brand new poem.  So it’s away
I go to that place of my recollection that
I always like to call,  RECOLLECT
VILLE.  I believe I found a decent title
around the middle part of my rambling.
Now to see if I can do anything with it.
Here goes…

Brush Strokes From Heaven

Joyful the clouds form
painting the skies
filling it with beautiful
things of surprise.
Brush strokes from Heaven
so magically form
where life of wonders
is surely reborn.
Sometimes the artwork
will seem as my dad
looking down at me
with joyful so glad.
Then as those brush strokes
are changed once agin
I can see daddy
from where all he’s been.
He’s now just watching me
from clouds up above
sometimes though with me
within his true love.
God took a good man
and gave him some wings
brush strokes from Heaven
where each angel sings.
I can often hear him
my daddy up there,
as his spirit joins me
with true love and care.
Time is just a moment
that we cannot see
brush strokes of Heaven
that God gave so free.
Loved ones will leave us
but still be around
not in the physical
sight or with sound.
Those clouds in the sky
of seventy time seven
are filled with God’s love
as brush strokes from Heaven.

Well,  there ya go.  I hope you liked the poem
and maybe even my rambling hehehe.  If not,
then SORRY LOL.  Maybe next week.  You
do know that I cannot always write what you
like,  don’t you ;)?  I don’t know anybody that
can please everyone all the time or for that
matter everyone at all LOL.  There’s always
those that will never be happy with the things
that you do or say.  So sad but true.  Yeppers
some people cannot be pleased unless it’s by
making others miserable and that seems to
please them for some stupid reason.  There’s
nothing I can do about that,  so either enjoy
my writings or don’t read LOL.  I decided to
give the boys some Alpo T Bones and that
seemed to pacify them for a while.  Rocky
is now in the living room with Benny and it
seems I do not hear him pestering Benny
for his pigs ear hehehe.  LOL He might of
got it while Benny was not paying attention.
Who knows.  At least they are not making
a racket in there.  It makes it rather hard
to think when Rocky is barking at Benny
or Benny is barking at the neighbors LOL.
So it looks like I might be able to finish this
up.  It’s now 7:30 PM and 79 F degrees.
I love this time of the day <3  It seems as
though Heaven is pouring peace on the
evening.  Even being retired,  I still love
this time of day as well as the mornings.
The sun as it sinks or rises becomes such
a magical scene that so many fail to see.
Take the time to watch the dawning of
a day or the sun to sink in the west and
start the painting of the night sky.  You
will most surely find a miracle that will
help you smile.  Before I say anymore,
I want you to continue to pray for my
sister and a few of my Facebook friends
that are also stricken with cancer.  God
answers prayers.  Now,  I believe it’s time
for me to be telling you what I tell you
almost every week and that is,  I wrote
some more poems and haiku.  Yeppers,
10 more poems,  but none of them are
Christmas poems this week hehehe.  I
did though write a real short poem that
I will include so that ups the count to 10
and a half LOL.  I also wrote 22 more
haiku for all of the haiku lovers out
there.  I hope you can find 1 or 2 of
either or both that you like.  With that
said I reckon it’s time for me to start
my search for that old confounded off
switch,  but not before I wish you a
most joyful weekend and Fathers day
or what ever’s left of it and a truly
blessings filled week.  Remember,
Jesus loves you and we do too.  Now,
where is that ornery off switch hiding
this time or should I say giving very
little effort to hide LOL.  Oh my,  I
think I see a bit of movement behind
my respirator AGAIN.  For Heavens
sake,  couldn’t you put some effort
into hiding.  You do know that you’re
a tad bit larger than my respirator
don’t you?  Sheesh,  maybe next week.
Gotcha,  see ya CLICK zzzzzzzzzzzzz.

God bless from Bill,  Judy,  Benny,  Rocky
and the spirit of Milo Pearce

P.S  A link to Judy’s new book as at
the end of the journal along with the
others.  Enjoy 🙂

Now it’s on with the poems and haiku
10+1 and 22 hehehehehehehehehehe 🙂

What Lives Inside

Life is full of ups and downs
with many disagreeing,
but our views of now then
might just be how we’re seeing.
So as our choices you and I
find places they collide,
look beyond the views we see
and find what lives inside.

Waves Of Past

Time’s as an ocean
fathoms so deep
with waves of past
for life to keep.
Things remembered
oceans swells
waves of past
that time expels.
Scenes of beauty,
days gone by
waves of past
gives times reply.
For the dawning
new days found
waves of past
seem so profound.
Lessons pictured
shadows cast
found within
the waves of past.

Gradient Sunshine

The phases of glimmer
from sunshine I see
come from the ages
God gave you and me.
Glistening mornings
come oh so divine
filled with the blessings
of gradient sunshine.
Scenes seem as magic
with a wonderful flair
filled with the blessings
of God’s love and care.
Gradient sunshine
so surely is seen
flowing from the sky
as a sun painted stream.
Then with some rain clouds
it surely will show
gradient sunshine
as an arching rainbow.

Rememberies

The days we saw
a sunny sky
and sought a kite
to fly so high.
The leaves that blew
with whirling winds
that you had found
with favorite friends.
Rememberies
of timeless scenes
of splashing in
those country streams.
The days we saw
that none compared
rememberies
of times we shared.
Slides we slid
and swinging so high.
Can you remember
you sought hard to fly.
Through the woods
to search and find
a favorite place
like fermented wine.
Then as darkness
swept the scene
pages turned
as a great cuisine.
The imagination
came alive
to tell ghost stories
to survive.
Rememberies
of times back then
can come alive
and again begin.

Disoriented

Circles spinning
change our view,
time to time
the things we do.
Disoriented
times can be,
as we’re spinning
fancy free.
Hurries become
sometimes found
troubled minutes
round and round.
Feet that scurry
through the haze
often find some
dismal days.
Disoriented
can come from
lack of patience
days to come.
So as minutes
are sought wise
disoriented
won’t surprise.
Circles spinning
will slow down
giving peaceful
sight and sound.
Let God’s blessings
find their place
without rushing
in a race.
Disoriented
will then pass
with some patience,
shadows cast.

Life Finds A Way

Looking in the mirror
you might become sad
for the things that you wanted,
but never ever had.
Life is a true mystery
as daylight meets dark
with all our wants and wishes
we seek from the heart.
But yes life finds a way
to disperse what we need
from Lord God above
maybe as a tiny seed.
The echoes of our past
might seem as a horror story,
while looking at today
and looking for the glory.
But yes life finds a way
through God’s wanting will
to give us what we need
with the blessings to fulfill.
We might not understand them,
but His blessings are everywhere,
the answers to our needs
from a minutes moments prayer.
Though so often we won’t listen
and still seek every want
and create our own miseries
to torment us and haunt.
Yet still life finds a way
to make good from the bad
if we’ll just give it a chance
and seek to be glad.

Cosmic Dawn

The beginning of time
is a place to see
filled with confusion
in history.
The stars that twinkle
a cosmic dawn
with the beginnings
that continue on.
The cosmic stage
is set for a scene
with past times echoes
on a window screen.
Planets formations
are magic to appear
in the cosmic dawn
of times yesteryear.
God with His paintbrush
displays in the sky
a bluish coloration
that goes up so high.
Then with a spaceship
seeking for Mars
the cosmic dawn
displays the stars.
Beyond comprehension
the sky continues on
with unending space
and a cosmic dawn.

The Spirit Of Life

Hopeful decisions,
timelessly found
often have worries
filled with astound.
Places of heartbeats
wondrous and true
the spirit of life
begins then anew.
Visions of peaceful
alive in a phase
bring forth so many
in wonderful ways.
A moment of prayer
that prays for the seas
gives many blessings
down on our knees.
The ocean is filled
with so much pollution,
it needs our help
with better solutions.
Even our forests
are becoming slim
with ones illusions
of how to begin.
The spirit of life
needs us to realize
that we need to change
how we live our lives.

Serenade

Stories of silence
with only the wind
becomes the journey’s
for life to begin.
To simply serenade
a moment of time
the wind then blows
a wondrous design.
A leaf then flutters
while passing through
that serenades time
with a magical view.
Seeming as a picture
a prolific dance
the leaf in the wind
displays a romance.
A time of nature
that God has made
that’s brought to us
to serenade.

Do What’s Right

Words as windows
in our minds,
face expressions
show the lines
Mornings shadow
comes and goes
often with
what no one knows.
Times uncounted
add up fast
as it’s one day
in our past.
Life with worries
counted true
might become
a part of you.
So as moments
come in sight
always try
to do what’s right.

Hazy Blue

Cloud filled mornings
come in view
filled with scenery
hazy blue.
Various patterns
in the sky,
hazy blue
displays so high.
Some as fragments
clouds of time
bond together
their design.
Our perception
you and me
hazy blue
is like the sea.
Oceans swells
up in the sky
hazy blue
makes clouds to fly.
Soon there is
a brand new view
found within
the hazy blue.

Haiku
for Jun 18,  2016

Life’s mysterious
as each day brings decisions
to go or to stay.

Desperate measures
bring hurry to the table
that often is wrong.

Flowers of beauty
explode with many colors
as springtime is found.

Summers beginning
is found near the end of June,
but spring’s remembered.

A sky of pure blue
gives way for some clouds of white
to create artwork.

Out of the ashes
comes the hopes and dreams of time
that never gave up.

Looking to the ground
you might see your own shadow
as it follows you.

Many shades of life
come with a lot of viewpoints
and our perceptions.

The rains of summer
are as a moment of life
that comes from Heaven.

Ones thought immortal
as we may have thought when young,
found that we were not.

Sharing a small breeze
might be a plant in nature
below a large tree.

Patience is our life
as we learn from impatience
or become troubled.

A dirty window
will show life of bitterness,
so clean up your view.

The needs of many
outweigh the needs of the few,
but don’t be a fool.

Mornings of blissful
comes from acceptance of life
and not just smiling.

Beyond a heartbeat
is a life that is bleeding,
wanting to exist.

When you are dismal
seek for a fresh breath of air
from Lord God above.

Various doorways
give way to places to be
filled with mysteries.

So many answers
come with more questions to ask
to keep us busy.

An asthmatic man
finds it hard to breathe in life
and struggles to live.

The base of a lamp
holds the true composition
of the light that shines.

Peace is a virtue
that can be acquired through prayer
and meditation.

ANIMAL’S GREETINGS

Hello my friends

It’s another rainy day today and it looks as
though it will continue for a few more days.
Judy and her sisters went down southward
to Massachusetts for her cousins wedding
and they’re all staying in a 10 person tent
at the park where the wedding ceremony is,
being they couldn’t afford a motel.  Anyways
Judy headed out at 6 yesterday morning to
pick up her sisters in town and then headed
south.  Judy won’t be home till maybe late
tonight.  I miss her and the boys miss her too.
Every time they hear a sound,  they think it
is her coming home and that was cute for a
while,  but now it’s getting a little irritating.
LOL,  Benny will hear something and start
barking and heading for the front door with
Rocky not far behind spinning in circles 🙂
When Rocky gets excited,  he spins in circles.
Anyways,  they have calmed a bit coming to
the conclusion that every thing they hear is
not Judy coming home.  They’re good boys
and they miss their mom.  So does daddy 🙂
Last night was very quiet.  I did enjoy the
time to myself though.  I believe everybody
needs a little alone time.  Being that both of
us are retired,  we are together quite a bit.
That doesn’t mean that I don’t miss her when
she’s gone.  Anyways,  onwards to another
topic.  Our bike cover came Thursday and
now we can put the bikes outside and when
it rains they won’t get wet.  I ordered us a
bicycle  pump to keep our tires aired up and
it should be here no later than Friday. Next
I need to get us some chain oil to keep the
bikes lubed so they don’t rust up.  I might
in the next month buy us some bike lights,
but I doubt we will ever be riding them at
night 🙂  I cannot believe I was able to buy
an Urban Schwinn 700c 7 speed bicycle
for only 50 dollars 🙂  I got a great deal at
Walmart.  It had been marked down at least
three times and then the sticker price said
75 dollars and when she scanned it at the
desk it was 50 dollars.  So yes,  I got a good
deal 🙂  Judy’s Huffy Cruiser cost well over
twice the price of mine.  My bike’s red and
hers is pink.  So we’ve got some bike riding
planned for this week.  Of course slowly but
surely being neither of us has ridden a bike
in a few decades hehehe.  We both took some
practice rides in the driveway the other day.
Hopefully the weather will clear up a little
so we can begin riding.  If it’s not raining it’s
snowing LOL.  Judy called me last night
from Massachusetts after the reception and
said it had rained a little bit there.  I sure
would of loved to see her and her sisters
camping in a 10 man tent.  Although,  the
tent that her sister brought is a big one.  I’m
sure it would be a noteworthy photo to be
put in the record books LOL.  Judy said
she took tons of pictures with her camera.
I sort of feel like I’m trapped here,  being
Judy took the car.  It would be horrendous
if anything happened,  but I don’t foresee
that.  Of course,  who does hehehe.  Maybe
someone totally paranoid,  but that’s not me.
I do though worry about her and her long
drive home,  but she does have her sisters
with her.  Barbara,  Trudy and Dena went
with Judy.  They’re splitting the finances
for the drive.  I hope they had a great time.
They’ve got a long drive back home,  but
Judy said they were going to stop at their
brother Arty’s house in Connecticut on the
way home.  So she might not be home till
late tonight.  I’m listening to my Moodcapes
radio station right now.  It’s very relaxing.
I do most of my writing while listening to
it.  There is only music,  no singing.  I sent
my mom one of the songs from the radio
that one of my good friends on Facebook
wrote and recorded. Kevin Kendle is his
name.  I’ve got a lot of musician friends.
I guess it might have to do with me being
a musician too hehehe.  Oh yea,  I was
listening to a dude play a harmonica the
other day and it made me remember when
I too used to play one.  I then went and
ordered me one from Amazon.  I used to
be pretty good with a harmonica.  I took
piano lessons when I was real young and
my dad gave me guitar lessons,  but I still
prefer the drums.  If we lived in a larger
home and I might buy another drum kit,
but my old messed up joints don’t function
well enough to play as I used to when I
was younger.  So I guess it’s just as well
that I jam on my conga drums.  I can still
make them sing hehehe.  When I get my
harmonica I’ll see how that goes and then
I might buy a harmonica holder that fits
around my neck so I can play my conga
drums and harmonica at the same time 🙂
We’ll see LOL.  In the mean time,  life
continues on.  My appetite has been none
existent the passed few days.  Due to my
many health issues along with Judy not
being here,  I have not had the urge to eat.
I ate 3 and a half donuts yesterday with
Judy before she left at 6 AM,  but that is
all I’ve eaten.  I might grab a bite if I get
hungry,  but being food just goes right
through me,  it does not make me want to
eat.  I’ll survive 🙂  I can remember way
back before I met Judy that I did not eat
but once in a while and I survived.  LOL
so before you tell me to eat,  don’t.  Here’s
a bit of ignorance to share with you.  My
so called doctor/CNP (Community Nurse
Practitioner) called me a liar when I told
her I did not have a colon.  I told her she
needs to review my records before calling
me a liar.  She said but first she wants to
set me up for a (get this) Colonoscopy.
She also argued with me about my blood
and my potassium level saying,  you do
know that a low potassium level can kill
you don’t you.  Sheesh,  my temper began
to skyrocket along with my blood pressure.
I told her that my body does not retain
potassium and it has been as is for over
2 decades and yes I am fully aware of it.
She just rolled her eyes which made me
even more angry as she just pushed on.
That has to be the one time in my life that
I wanted to hit a woman,  but I held back
and just walked out of the office with the
little gal that worked for her on my heels
saying, here are the papers to get the work
done and all.  I told her to go back in there
and tell her I said NO.  Now to add to this,
I got a message from the Katahdin Valley
Health clinic apologizing that they had not
entered in my medical records that I gave
them LAST YEAR and that was why Dawn
did not know.  I told them that somebody
needs to be fired and for that matter Dawn
had no right calling me a liar.  She didn’t
come right out and say it,  but she said it
in her actions and wording.  Anyways,  that
has been something that has had my dander
up LOL.  OK now,  I’ve vented hehehehehe,
on with the journal.  Right now it’s looking
real rainy outside,  but it’s only 58 degrees.
Tomorrows high is supposed to be 54 F 🙂
Again,  not too bad.  It’s 2:40 PM right now.
I cannot believe how quiet it is in here aside
from the music on the radio of course LOL.
I think Benny has given up barking at every
little thing he hears coming to the conclusion
that maybe mom will be late hehehe.  Rocky
is lying in the floor right beside me.  Benny
might be in here after a bit.  I cannot wait
for mine and Judy’s bike rides.  That has me
all excited.  We’ll take our cameras with us
to snap a few pictures of the scenery here
and there,  of course when we stop to rest 🙂
Not while riding LOL.  I thank God for all
of the blessings He has given us.  We might
not have the greatest life,  but we have love
alive in our home.  Yes we get angry at each
other from time to time,  but that’s part of
life which means forgiveness is a large part
of our lives as well.  Forgiving others does
not always mean allowing them to hurt you
or lie to you again,  but you can clear your
side of the fence.  Judy and I are faithful to
each other and trust keeps us from throwing
stones/words.  There will be times that we
need time alone,  for as I,  you surely need
that time to rekindle your peace.  Too much
time together with anyone can become as a
ticking time bomb waiting to explode.  Take
some time out for yourself,  if it’s but only to
just sit and watch the clouds floating across
the sky.  Thank God for the many blessings
that you have and ones that you might not
yet be aware of.  Now I believe it’s time for
me to be taking my little journey back on
through all of my thoughts I’ve written here
to see if I can find a good word or phrase
that I can use for the title for today’s brand
new poem,  So it’s away I go to that place
of my recollection that I always like to call
RECOLLECT VILLE.  I though believe that
I may have stumbled on a fairly decent title
just a few lines back.  Now to see if I can do
anything with it.  Here goes 🙂

Rekindle Your Peace

Let not your worry
to leave you in fear.
Rekindle your peace
through God so sincere.
Look for the blessings
that you might of missed.
Rekindle your peace
through times reminisced.
Find in an instance
times that have been.
Rekindle your peace
let God enter in.
When anger befalls you
with times bitter ways,
rekindle your peace
to shine other days.
Let not foretelling
to fill you with woe.
Rekindle your peace
and let it to flow.
So now as today
might not be so great,
rekindle your peace
before it’s too late.

There ya go.  I hope you liked the poem and
it spoke to you.  Also I hope you enjoyed my
ramblings.  As many of you know,  I began
writing this to myself back in 1994 and now
to this day I’m kind of still writing it to me
to help me clear my mind and all.  Hopefully
it helps you too.  I did something yesterday
that I have never done and that is posted my
sobriety date.  Yesterday was my 26 years
of sobriety.  Yep June 11,  1990 is when I
made the decision to change my life being
I hated my life and how things were going.
So,  now you know hehehe.  I’m sure that
I’ve posted all of this in my journal at one
point and time,  but it was a long while
back.  Anyways,  my sister is still needing
your prayers.  The cancer treatments are
making her very weak.  I love you Peggy.
If you ever want to talk to me,  you can
call anytime.  I understand that you and
I are not the same and you don’t like to
talk on the phone,  but I just wanted you
to know that you are welcomed to call.
So hmm,  I can’t think of anything else to
tell you other than what I tell you almost
every week and that is,  I wrote some
more poems and haiku.  Yep 10 more
poems with 1 of them this time being a
Christmas poem.  Yeppers,  Christmas
is always on the brain.  I love snow and
I love Christmas.  So sue me hehehehe.
I also wrote 22 more haiku for all of the
haiku lovers out there.  I hope you can
find 1 or 2 of either or both that you like.
LOL Rocky got a hold of a squeaky toy
that I had hidden over here right beside
me and he’s having a blast with it LOL.
So I reckon it’s time for me to begin my
search for that off switch that has yet
to have found a good hiding spot,  but
before I do that,  I need to wish you a
wonderful weekend or whatever’s left
of it if anything and a blessings filled
week.  Remember,  Jesus loves you
and we do too.  Now,  where is that
off switch hiding or maybe trying to
hide this week?  Hmm,  I believe I see
a bit of movement in Rocky’s fur that
I’m fairly sure is not fleas hehehe.  Yep,
there ya are.  I might not of seen ya
if you would not of been playing as
an explorer fighting through the brush
also known as hair hehehe.  You silly!
Gotcha,  see ya CLICK zzzzzzzzzzzzz.

God bless from Bill,  Judy,  Benny,  Rocky
and the spirit of Milo Pearce

P.S  A link to Judy’s new book as at
the end of the journal along with the
others.  Enjoy 🙂

P.S. again
The last poem is about my dad 🙂

Now it’s on with the poems and haiku
10 and 22 hehehehehehehehehehe 🙂

Dance Of A Star

Night’s filled with moonlight
are seen near an far
with a telescope vision
of a dance of a star.
Seen only as a twinkle
many miles another day
the dance of a star
is wonderful display.
Dancing through the cosmos
as a little ballerina
the star shows its passion
in a skyline arena.
At times like a heartbeat
and others like a dream,
the star continues dancing
as a magical scene.
Time seems to stand still
from near to afar
with a telescope vision
of a dance of a star.

Evenings Parade

Marching in as seconds,
minutes are acquired
as time continues onwards
with all that is transpired.
The evenings parade of then
might bring a certain view
sometimes as a cloud
or painted with some dew.
The evenings find a way
to become all they can be
a sight from Heavens skies
or a place in you and me.
Shadows might seem marching
to their own times beating drum,
but yet the evenings parade
might be guitars to strum.
Seconds go unnoticed
sometimes within awhile
as the evenings parade
shows us its moments style.
Time is but a story
sometimes within the shade
painted as a turnstile
found in evenings parade.

Love Awakens

The passion of Christ
is more than a gleam.
It’s that of a turnstile
to our greatest scene.
True love awakens
as His Heart is found
filled with true passion
in each sight and sound.
Heaven pours mercy
as raindrops so pure
as love awakens
with its great allure.
God gives us moments
that we might not see
filled with His Love
in a wondrous degree.
When the right footsteps
are found then partaken,
that’s when we’ll see that
true love awakens.

Animated Thoughts

Tracking through actions,
some standing still,
often some people
will never fulfill.
With no animation
in their thoughts and ways
there will be only
the shadows of days.
No animated thoughts
to do what is right
leaves just a dreamer
with no actual sight.
Don’t let your footsteps
to become just a nail
hammered with denial
no life to set sail.
Find your own way now
with a certain degree
with some animation
much better to see.
Yet don’t be stupid
to move at all cost,
for you might be wrong with
animated thoughts.

Sky Of Beauty

Blue skies displayed
sometimes pink,
sky of beauty
Heaven’s ink.
Cloud formations
change the sight,
within daytime
and in night.
Sky of beauty,
scenes are made,
blue with white clouds
lemonade.
Poured as patterns
time fulfills,
blessings counted,
Heaven spills.
Then as nightfall
comes to be,
sky of beauty
turns to sea.
Oceans vessels
in the night,
sail with Heavens
own starlight.
Then as nighttime
holds its place,
sky of beauty
fills with grace.
In the moonlight
there is found,
sky of beauty
all around.

Sunflower Memories

Portions of a time
that live in my mind
are as my memories
of sunflower seas.
Poured across the way,
a sunshine day,
becomes as a smile
a wonderful while.
Texas and each bloom
my mind is attune,
moments I recall
spring, summer and fall.
Those fulfilled days
in sunflower phase
still live and breathe
in how I perceive.
Those days are gone,
for time’s moved on
those bright yellow seas
sunflower memories.
Yet I can still dream
of a bright yellow stream
of sunflower days
and a wonderful gaze.
Sunflower memories
are the best harmonies,
songs from my past
are now shadows cast.

A Magical Story

This is a story
about me maybe you,
things around Christmas
that we used to do.
Shopping with your mom
to show what to buy,
displayed in a window
a store caught your eye.
Maybe a dolly
or a choo-choo train
that you have wanted
sometime and again.
A magical story
about Santa Claus dreams
with letters written
of wonderful things.
Then out with daddy
to fetch a good tree
to put in the house
and light up to see.
Then singing songs
so Christmassy great
of wonderful moments
that you cannot wait.
Maybe even making
some paper ornaments
with so many colors
from wonderful prints.
You might even pop up
some popcorn to be
ornaments strung up
hung on the tree.
Your siblings might laugh
as you smile and say
I’m waiting for Santa
to come on his way.
Yes a magical story
so many have read,
that still lives and breaths,
a time never dead.

Bewilderment

Windows of visions
might often find gaze,
found as bewildered
a moment of phase.
Scenes we’ve discovered
while we look around
fill with bewilderment
and quite astound.
Scenes such as motions
of leaves in your view
blowing around then
here thereunto.
Unending moments
that God does bestow
find us bewildered
of wintertime’s snow.
Yet even before that
the colors will fall
leaving bewilderment
found over all.
Leaves found so magical
painting the ground
as an unseen Artist
guides them around.
God can do wonders
with most anything
summer through fall
and winter through spring.

A Lake of Ripples

Floating in a boat
with pole in hand,
a lake of ripples
looks oh so grand.
A splash when I cast
in waters depth,
a lake of ripples
shows its breath.
Rocking the boat
as a baby to sleep,
a lake of ripples
is very deep.
A fish then jumps
and splashes me,
a lake of ripples,
much to see.
Sometimes glassy,
time moves on,
a lake of ripples
is never gone.

I Think Of You

The minutes gain
as time moves on,
I think of you
from dusk to dawn.
The days I search
to find your face,
I know that you
are in God’s grace.
My loving dad
of timeless age
I now recall
as center stage.
Thinking of you
is getting clearer
whenever I look
within the mirror.
Our faces match
so very true,
my life forever,
I think of you.

The light of the moon
becomes a romantic dream
for ones to hold hands.

Noble is a rose
as it flourishes beauty
for a summers day.

The sweet summer rains
come to revitalize the Earth
helping things to grow.

Oceans waves of time
become the essence of life
as pulsating scenes.

A trees branches sway
as a breeze shows its power
and rustles the leaves.

Distant thoughts of time
can sometimes seem they’re alive
when they are long gone.

Countless emotions
might be troubles desires
that fuel your problems.

A minute that’s passed
might of had some importance
that can’t be retrieved.

Life in your viewpoint
can look like an empty room,
but be filled with hope.

Breathing in today
allows God’s blessings to thrive
and be part of you.

Various flowers
are merely only just weeds
attempting to live.

The bird that’s early
does not always get the worm,
but might get eaten.

Airplanes in the sky
keep the wind beneath their wings
so to stay airborne.

A lazy person
will acquire others patience
or watch them leave.

Flavors of ice cream
describe so many lifestyles,
but they all will melt.

Perceptions of life
might not look like it belongs,
but it might blend in.

Because of our past,
the future might not look good,
but change is within.

Delivering rain
from the Heavens above us
is the work of God.

Peace can be procured
through Lord God and meditation,
then patience will gleam.

Beyond a storm cloud
lives the life of a rainbow
waiting to be seen.

As the sun finds rest
and the eastern sky goes dim,
the night sky is found.

Knowing right from wrong
is truly bred into us,
but we will still learn.

Your frosty friend Bill 🙂

ANIMAL’S GREETINGS

Hello my friends

Well, another week has passed as we’ve entered
into the month of June.  The weather up here has
been fairly nice.   Today’s high is supposed to be
71 F and right now at 4 PM it’s 70 F.  There’s a
100% chance of rain tonight.  Judy’s going to set
her plants outside to hopefully be revived.  It looks
like it’s supposed to rain all week long.  I do love
the cooler temperatures up here.  I miss my home
state Texas,  but I don’t miss the heat.  I wish we
were able to travel to Texas at least once or twice
every year to visit family and friends and of course
drive to our favorite place,  Port Aransas Texas
and take our walks in the waves.  We’ve got tons
of pictures and videos that we took on our many
trips down there when we lived in Greenville TX,
but we would love to take some more.  Yep,  that’s
what I miss,  family, friends and places.  I had to
shut our window a minute ago.  Our neighbors
are having a cookout and the smoke was coming
in our window.  Although I stuck the vent to our
portable air conditioner in the window and now it’s
blowing the fumes away 🙂  Earlier today I had to
get out my new keyboard for my PC,  because my
other was getting contrary.  many of the letters and
numbers would not type when I hit the keys along
with many of the letters and numbers being worn
off making me having to type by memory hehehe.
I’ll wear these off I’m sure LOL.  I do type a lot 🙂
Judy and I have been sick for most of the week,
but I don’t think it’s the flu,  being that neither of
us has had a fever.  Judy is doing a lot better now,
but I’m still coughing my insides out.  I do have
those allergies from Hell ya know hehehe!  Yep,
my allergies are seasonal,  spring unto winter and
winter unto spring hehehe.  There’s never a day
gone by that I’m not sneezing with a running nose
or as is coughing my insides out.  Although I’m
hoping that the coughing calms down a bit.  I have
asthma and that doesn’t help either 🙂  Right now
it seems my coughing has subsided a little bit thank
God.  I would love to be able to get a little bit of
sleep sometime in the near future hehehe.  Most
people don’t realize that I’m only able to get a
an hour’s worth of sleep a night,  due to all of my
health issues LOL.  I do more catnapping than
anything 🙂  OK dognapping,  but that sounds like
an offense LOL.  The neighbors are still out there
cooking with an old fashioned fire pit.  They’re
chopping wood for kindling to keep the fire going.
Judy and I took our car Friday and had the oil
changed and it inspected,  so it’s good to go for
another year.  This coming Saturday,  Judy and
her sister Trudy are taking the car down south
of us to Massachusetts for their cousins wedding
and Judy will be back Sunday night.  So it will
be just me and the boys hanging out together as
we often do when Judy’s gone.  They’ll head out
Saturday morning.  So it will be me the lonesome
dove flapping my wings amidst the four legged
boys.  I’ll probably spend the day writing poetry
or something LOL.  If it’s not raining,  I might
even take the boys out for a field trip,  but as of
now there is a 30 to 40% chance of rain for next
weekend 🙂   That can always change ya know 🙂
I can hear our neighbors using a chainsaw now.
It’s a bit noisy.  LOL kids.  Their pants are down
below their butts.  Yep,  it seems we’ve got some
young neighbors.  Not much on the conversational
part either.  I’m old enough to be their grandpa 😉
As long as they behave and don’t make too much
racket,  I have no problem with them.  LOL I do
sound like an old person don’t I!  I’ve turned into
my dad hehehe.   Calvin must of worked out a
deal with them that he would reduce their rent
if they would keep the place mowed,  being they
have been mowing our yard and the field in front
of us.  Now if they would just weedeat a little bit
that would be great LOL.  Though if I am able
this week I might get our battery operated weed
eater out and cut the ones around our house,  but
only if I’m feeling better than I do now.  I have
noticed that since I closed the window and turned
on the AC that my coughing has calmed down.
Those Dandelions will tear me up every time they
pop up their little yellow heads and especially when
they go into their white seed formations.  Of course
if it’s not them,  it’s something else hehehe.  That’s
my life LOL.  Oh well,  enough with the whining
and onto another topic.  Here’s a little humor for
ya.  Last year,  Judy and I decided to switch our
telephone landline provider from Fair Point to
Pioneer and Fair Point sent us a bill for about 52
cents,  but to pay our bill on line Judy could only
send them a dollar and so now EVERY MONTH
we get a letter from them saying they owe us 48
cents LOL.  They could save the money on postage
and just send us a check for 48 cents,  but NO.
Nope they spend a whole bunch more sending us
the envelope with stamp and papers inside to tell
us that they owe us 48 cents LOL.  So I guess you
can see why we switched huh hehehe.  Fair Point
is stupid aside from Pioneer being a lot cheaper 🙂
It’s a crazy world hehehe.  There are days that I
find myself wondering how some of these people
breathe being their thinking processes have no
sense of arrangement LOL.  It’s just a bunch of
thumbtacks in a mayonnaise jar.  So I reckon I’ve
gone and done a ton of rambling and now it’s time
for me to be looking back on all that I’ve written
here to see if I can find a good word or phrase
that I can use for the title for today’s brand new
poem.  And so,  it’s away I go to that place of my
recollection that I always like to call RECOLLECT
VILLE.  Though I believe I found a fairly decent
title just a few lines from the beginning that might
work.  Now to see if it will work or I just end up
with a bunch jumbled perspectives LOL.  Here goes.

Family, Friends And Places

Through time and patience
friends are found
in places we’ve been to
then there around.
Family, friends and places
so timelessly seen
become as our heartfelt
moments of dream.
Minutes might dissipate
leaving you dry
asking all the questions
who, where and why.
An episode remembered
might surely live agin
family, friends and places
as time enters in.
Like connecting the dots
on a paper of white
family, friends and places
again might unite.

There ya go!  I hope you liked the poem.  I know,
it’s not one of my better poems,  but what do you
expect hehehe.  I ain’t perfect.  Nope,  far from it.
Did my rambling bore ya to sleep?  I hope I put in
enough levity to keep you awake hehehe.  There’s
not much else to report about from up this ways 🙂
Wait a minute,  did I say there was nothing to tell?
I beg to differ with myself 🙂  We went to Walmart
and bought me a bike Friday.  It’s a red 7 speed
Schwinn with 26 inch wheels.  I got it on clearance
for 50 dollars.  Now Judy and I can go riding.  We
bought her pink bike also with 26 inch wheels last
month.  Though hers is more old style with pedal
brakes instead of hand brakes.  She didn’t want
one with gears.  So as soon as we get a little bit
better at riding being neither of us has ridden a
bike in decades hehehe,  we’ll get the dog trailer
out and start bringing them along with us.  The
dog trailer holds 2 dogs and attaches to the back
of a bicycle.  I might end up being the one pulling
them,  being I can gear down LOL.  I also have
a special prayer request for my sister.  She’s still
going through cancer treatments.  Send her your
prayers and strength please.  Thank you so much.
Now I believe it’s time for me to be telling you what
I tell you almost every week and that is I wrote
some more poems and haiku.  Yeppers,  I wrote
10 more poems and big surprise,  no extras or
Christmas poems this week hehehe.  I also wrote
22 more haiku for all of the haiku lovers out there.
I hope you can find 1 or 2 of either or both that
you like.  Now,  I reckon it’s time for me to start
searching for that cantankerous off switch,  but
not before I wish you a most wonderful weekend
or whatever’s left of it and a truly blessings filled
week.  Remember,  Jesus loves you and we do too.
OK,  you ornery whippersnapper,  where are ya
hiding this week?  I hope you tried a bit harder
to find a good hiding spot.  NOPE,  there ya are
plain as day hanging from the curtain watching
the kids playing with fire LOL.  I guess ya forgot
to hide huh.  Gotcha,  see ya CLICK zzzzzzzzzzzz.

God bless from Bill,  Judy,  Benny,  Rocky
and the spirit of Milo Pearce

P.S  A link to Judy’s new book as at
the end of the journal along with the
others.  Enjoy 🙂

Now it’s on with the poems and haiku
10 and 22 hehehehehehehehehehe 🙂

A Scenic Wave

A glaze of grass
on rolling hills
a scenic wave
most surely spills.
The stage is set
to become found
a scenic wave
with sight and sound.
The winds will blow
in their own way
while creating
a brand new day.
A scenic wave
our eyes might see
as but a part
of history.
The changes made
from day to day
might just be
a scenic wave.

A Breath Of Air

True life moments will unfold
as so many stories told.
Some as pictures,  some as sound
a breath of air is spread around.
Morning’s whisper gives a gaze
of a moment or a phase.
Timeless shadows gleaming true
come to life in thereunto.
Scenes remembered,  times recalled
a breath of air is then enthralled.
As a memoir,  journals written
some might be as true love bitten.
A breath of air within the day
will help you find a better way.
The love of God each day and night
is strength to help us do what’s right.
A simple pause to think agin,
a breath of air will help begin.
Life’s conclusions timeless seen
might make nightmares from a dream.
So through pathways then and there
take some time for a breathe of air.

Second’s Glance

Time is ticking
moving on
as the seconds
move along.
Second’s glance
might just be
as regretful
history.
Those distant days
we remember
are now as
a burning ember.
A second’s glance
might seem more
as a moments
swinging door.
Timeless fashions
song and dance
are as moments
second’s glance.

Moonstruck

Behaviors of many
as the moon comes aglow
is that of a cycle
where crazy thoughts grow.
Moonstruck insanity
is feared and believed
to be of a werewolf
timeless achieved.
Yet my conclusions
tell me so true
that moonstruck emotions
are just but a view.
Factual existence,
I have never known
moonstruck delusions
that many bemoan.
Yet I’m not an expert,
but I’ll tell you now,
moonstruck emotions
I’ve not seen endow.

A Rose Of Deception

A thorn through the heart
that seemed as a rose
can tear you apart
yes I do suppose.
A rose of deception
can become your friend,
a wrongful connection
that has a bitter end.
Sometimes the beauty
of which that you see
is just a mere cutie
with a slight mystery.
A rose of deception
might grow as a weed
showing connections
you think that you need.
Don’t let the lifestyle
of a rose of a lie
to diminish your smile
as they pass on by.
Look for the beauty
that’s deeper than skin
not just a cutie
that might just be sin.

Passing Clouds

A sky of blue
with slight of gray
comes as clouds
to form a day.
Passions clouds
of formations
can become
the sky’s equations.
Painted pictures
times record
a cloudlike ship
to climb aboard.
Those fluffy sights
up in the sky
display their scenes
so very high.
Passing clouds
of thereunto
display scenes
in the sky of blue.

A Stroke Of Luck

Footsteps made
we walked on through
might of been
not good to do.
A stroke of luck
might be your sign
to help you out
with peace to find.
Sometimes lucky
isn’t so true,
for what seems luck,
might not be for you.
God gives moments
beyond our sight
what seems wrong
that might be right.
A stroke of luck
could be your way
of getting by
from day to day.

A Living Puzzle

Life might seem
to be in pieces
hectic moments
less releases.
A living puzzle
times bestowed
with some pieces
heavy load.
Portions dithered
seeming wrong
puzzle pieces
don’t belong.
A living puzzle
of your life
might need pieces
ending strife.
So find moments
that connect
to your puzzles
times effect.
Yet don’t be just
patterned by
your past puzzle
till you die.
A formulation
of your time
can create a
new design
A living puzzle
found displayed
of life’s journey
better made.

Dandelions

A field of yellow
and some green,
becomes as my
favorite dream
As a moment
time’s instilled,
I see beauty
in the field.
Dandelions
far and wide
every time
I look outside.
They get mowed,
but grow right back,
dandelions
do in fact.
Minutes pass
in yellow fields,
dandelions
timeless yields.
As a story
written words,
dandelions
with some birds.
Seasons changing
will inlay
them all gone
with winters way.
Yet until then
I will find
dandelions
on my mind.

When Time Has Ceased

While creation continues
the end is still coming,
time frames encountered
like a horse quickly running.
We cannot see the end,
for we can only see now
with the questions we have
with when and then how.
Yesterdays thinking
is becoming something new
while the door to tomorrow
is coming into view.
So many think they’re right
as the truth will unfold
what they thought was right,
might become something old.
For when time has ceased
and our Earthly bodies die
we’ll find all the answers
of who, where, what and why.

Haiku
for Jun 4,  2016

Tomorrows thinking
gets in the way of today,
like future baggage.

Pointless perception
lives within greedy people,
for they always want.

Dandelion seeds
can become a multitude
with time on its side.

Flavors of dewdrops
are as mornings own sunshine
that drips from the leaves.

Life is a journey
that many will become bored,
while others find peace.

Troubles from our past
can become troubles of now
if we do not learn.

The fabric of time
cane be torn by a moment
and go unnoticed

Looking the wrong way
might find you being struck down
by your ignorance.

The rain of a day
can overwhelm a moment
if you’re unprepared.

A shadows lifestyle
is as much as its owner,
for it’s not alive.

Within a flower
holds the essence of true life
as it is blossomed.

A page worth reading
is that of a good person
that helps others smile.

When last place meets first
the connection is then changed,
for they are the same.

Living proof of God
is the existence of us
and every heartbeat.

Yesterdays flowers
can become today’s splendor
if they are cared for.

Art work of the sky
might begin with some eagles
or clouds floating by.

A few coins of life
might buy you a few good times,
but leave misery.

Heartbeats in rhythm
are as special emotions
connected by God.

Large egos bring sadness,
for truth brings about justice
to point out the facts.

Many that are wealthy
are not contented with life
and so they are sad.

Flourishing rainbows
come arching down from Heaven
as a sign of peace.

Before tomorrow
today needs taken care of
so that you’re ready.
