I Know It’s Hard

ANIMAL’S GREETINGS

Hello my friends

How’s life treating ya?  Judy and I are doing OK.  The weather
has been a tad rainy for the passed week,  yet it has been on the
cool side,  so that is good.  It’s supposed to be high of 70 degrees
today.  Not quite Texas weather huh LOL.  Yet I do miss Texas
terribly being a born and raised Texan.  I miss being able to go and
enjoy the swimming pool at the apartments.  Oh well,  that’s life.
I haven’t been feeling all too well the last few weeks,  so I’ve been
staying in the house.  I won’t get into my ailments being I’m sure
you don’t wanna hear about them LOL.  So it’s onwards with the
journal.  As I said before,  the weather has been a bit on the rainy
side,  so Judy and I haven’t done much picture taking or anything
else for that matter.  It looks like according to my PC weather
program,  that it will continue with the rain all week long.  I guess
we will stay inside playing our PC games and maybe watching
a few movies,  TV programs and game shows.  That’s life in the
exciting world of the Pearce’s LOL.  I’ve got a No Pest Strip
hanging right above me in the PC room and it is seeming to shun
the flies pretty well hehehe.  A few manage to make it in to pester
me from time to time,  but very few LOL.  Judy and I have gotten
hooked on Farm Town :).  We’ve begun harvesting each others
crops even hehehe.  Wish the crops and money were real hehehe!
Oh well,  the game cost nothing and it keeps us entertained LOL.
We have many other things that keep us entertained.  I find that
house cleaning keeps me busy when I am strong enough to do it.
Here lately I’ve been too weak.  Yet I need to wash dishes in a bit.
I did laundry yesterday.  That’s my life.  There’s not much to say
about this passed week.  It’s been a pretty regular week with
the same old same old ventures.  I spend a lot of time praying
and attempting to hear answers.  Yet God many time gives the
answers in form of wait.  Yes I said wait!  We must wait on His
timing.  I try to keep my prayers for His Will to be done,  but I
do time to time get impatient and pray for my will as I am sure
that many of you do.  God knows best what’s needed for us at
each turning point in time.  Try to have faith that all will be well
as you let Him have the reins.  I know it’s hard to set our wanna
aside,  but sometimes our wanna can destroy us.  Let God guide
you through the ticking of time.  I guess with that said,  I need
to be taking my little venture back through passed things written
to find a good word or phrase which might do well for the title
for today’s brand new poem. So it’s away I go to that place that
I like to call RECOLLECT VILLE.  I do believe I found a decent
title.  Now let’s see what I can do with it hehehe.  Here goes!!!!

I Know It’s Hard

A lifetime of struggles
might seem out of cue
when the moments time
doesn’t suit you.
I know it’s hard yet
to sometimes find peace
when it is fading fast
west unto east.
It’s our impatience
that sometimes prevails
which in a moments time
paints the details.
A lifetime of struggles
might seem out of phase
when in a blink then
they’re many days.
Let yourself harness
the blessings of wait
as you let Jesus Christ
deal with the date.

I hope you enjoyed my rambling and all and I didn’t bore ya too
awful much LOL.  My eye is blanking out now, so I must hurry
to finish this.  I’ll go ahead and tell ya what I’ve been telling you
for years and years hehehe or at least a bunch of you and that is,
I wrote some more poems.  Yes I wrote some more haiku as well
for my many haiku lovers.  I have one such lover of haiku,  that
her mom has even gotten hooked on it though because of me.
So Raquel,  tell your mom to keep it up,  Hehehe I want to hear
who else that she has infected with the haiku bug LOL.  Ok, so
with that said,  I reckon it’s about time for me to be finding that
old off switch on myself, but before I do that,  Have a wonderful
week and remember Jesus loves you and we do too.  Now where’s
that bloody off switch hiding at????? Caught ya hehehe in the
No Pest Strip LOL..  See ya CLICK zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz!

God bless from Bill and Judy Pearce

Now on with the poems.

P.S.  The first few are rather silly poems. One is about when the
electricity went out from midnight to morning. The others are just
being silly.  Yet the poem At About 6:56 turned into a song as I
sung it to Judy when I finished it LOL….You’ll get a laugh too!!!

The Middle of June

The weather is changing
and bringing to see
signs of a different
moments degree.
Rain is now falling
and cooling the air
feeling as God has
answered our prayer.
We’re just listening
to rain that falls down
while hitting windows
to splash on the ground.
The weather is changing
right now and today
as it is storming
it’s own special way.
I hear the rhythm
as it beats its tune
here as we listen
the middle of June.

Silence In Air

A dark nights dawning
was sureness to be
found with no lighting
of which I could see.
The lights vanquished
its electrical hue
as it seemed something
had torn it into.
Maybe a power line
and then maybe not,
yet I made candles
to be what was sought.
All through the darkness
the silence impaled
piecing the rhythms
that time had detailed.
No ocean playing
on our clock CD player.
Yes there was no sound,
but silence in air.
Then hours later
the lights all came on
saying that darkness
had ended its dawn.

At About 6:56

I hear the thunder
and I hear it roar
at about 6:56
3 hours after 4.
I see the lightning
streaking the sky
saying it’ll rain
Lord I can’t deny.
Dark clouds billowing
high overhead
say what the thunder
has truly said.
I hear the thunder
and I hear it roar
at about 6:56
3 hours after 4.
I feel the raindrops
now on my skin
so I closed the windows
so it won’t blow in.
Storm clouds are brewing
this fantastic sight
at about 6:56
the beginning of night.
Thunders still roaring
its voice loud and clear
saying it’ll rain
real great over here.
The storm is fading
and thunder is too
with all the lightning
a much dimmer hue.
Now in the distance
I see such a sight
a fading of cover
of clouds for the night.
The storm must be over
or maybe it’s not,
for it may be joking
and just rain a lot.

So Be Patient

The patient man
might not be seen
as what’s truly
the days cuisine.
Sometimes patience
finds bitter ends
when it’s blown up
all over friends.
If you are hoarding
times said and done
as being patient
in each setting sun,
you might just find
one day so to say
that you will blow up
some other day.
So be patient,
but don’t push it far,
because some moments
might be found ajar.
Let God guide your
patience you seek
as you’re moving
week after week.

Add To be True

A second,  a minute
an hour,  a day
time seems to paint it
with much to say.
Maybe a little
and then maybe not
a second,  a minute
adds up a lot.
Sometimes a second
ticks as it will
with just a little
of time to fulfill,
yet it makes hours
blossom and grow
to all the days
of which we love so.
Heaven is counting
time and agin
a second, a minute
of where that we’ve been.
So make your minutes
to add to be true
as loving Jesus
because He loves you.

Lemon or Lime

Limits on segments
are put into place
sometimes because of
Gods saving grace.
Sometimes a moment
might be abound
so to paint pictures
of all there around,
yet there are moments
seen oh so true
that in our own eyes
look so askew.
Limits on segments
are put into play
sometimes because of
time of the day.
Our view is portioned
in moments of time,
yet God can see what’s
a lemon or lime.

All About Him

Listen to a teardrop
that falls from a face
and hear its rhythm
that’s needing God’s Grace.
Feel the emotions
that so many find
and then acquire
a Jesus Christ mind.
Give out a prayer
and also a hand
to help someone troubled
to daily withstand.
Listen to a heartbeat
of need deep inside
and provide love that
is not denied.
When you see someone
that’s standing alone
tell them of Jesus
and how to atone.
You will find blessings
filled to the brim
when you tell others
all about Him.

My Yesteryear

Right now is silent
as nighttime has come
after the rain fell
from clouds that succumb.
Right now is peaceful
without not a sound
except for the fan blades
that go round and round.
Right now this moment
I seem as to be
hearing the voices
of my history.
Whirlwinds of thinking
in timeframes away
seem to enlighten
of a time and a day.
Right now is silent
and I hear it clear
all of the sweet sounds
of my yesteryear.

God’s Guiding Hue

Hands in a turnstile
may need to grasp
ahold of another
to finish the task.
A minute a moment
may be too much,
so they need someone’s
help as a crutch.
Hands in a turnstile
might seem to sway
as many echoes
of their day to day.
Give out a handhold
to some needing soul
and you may also then
fulfill your goal.
Sometimes an angel
is just me or you
that in a moment
is God’s Guiding Hue.

Saying A Prayer

Within the night sky
the clouds overhead
seem to be as
moonlights riverbed.
Floating as billows
at night above me
they seem to be
as the same as the sea.
yet all is darkness
with depths oh so great,
within the night sky
I anticipate.
I look so deeply
at the pages divine
held in the night sky
with a cloudy design.
God’s Hands are moving
the clouds everywhere
as I sit watching them
saying a prayer.

Haiku
for June 26,  2009

Pictures of people
don’t always display the truth.
Look deep in the heart.

Some hear the echoes
as others hear only sound
of what now beholds.

Grace is a blessing
that’s given to us freely,
yet we must accept.

Watch a mere storm cloud
as it joins one another
to make such a sight.

Truth is a wording
which many don’t comprehend.
Be very careful.

Doorways are opened
and there are many so bad.
Choose your path wisely.

The leaves of the trees
paint portraits of a threshold
with colors of green.

A hand within hand
makes the bond so much stronger.
Be part of the chain.

At a mere second,
moments might seem destitute,
yet it will soon pass.

Longing for true love
opens doors for disaster
if sought for blindly.

A mere glancing blow
to the heart of another
can sometimes kill pride.

Lines on the faces
of people that are troubled
paint many stories.

Gray hair has blossomed
on this old and weary guy,
yet lessons are learned.

The trails that time leads
are the pathways of rhythm
with scenes all the way.

Jumping on a bed
recalls the factor of wrong
within childhood days.

The one that’s timid
may fail to endeavor time
and miss what’s ahead.

Morning is coming
as dawning of a new day.
Welcome it gladly.

A chance is a chance,
but God’s Grace is positive.
Leave nothing to chance.

Fury of design
is the picture of a place
inside of one’s head.

Not but a section,
but a much grander portion
is Jesus Christ’s love.

Taste of the flavors
of the mornings awakenings
and savor them all.

Hold your head high
as you do best that you can.
Perfection is God’s.

Your frosty friend Bill 🙂

He Gave Me

ANIMAL’S GREETINGS

Happy Fathers Day

Hello my friends

So how’s your life been treating you?  Mines been as usual,  with
a ton of confusion LOL.  Judy and I have been still playing with all
of the internet games LOL.  It keeps us entertained hehehehehehe.
My farm in Farm Town is growing LOL as if it is going to provide
any crop for us hehehe…..Naw,  it’s just a game :)!  It would be nice
though hehe.  Well,  other than that,  life is pretty much the same as
always around here.  I did yet another conga drum video the other
day.  I play them to keep from banging my head against the walls :).
In other words,  I get a little stir crazy around here being we live
out in the boonies and I have no friends I can visit.  We have a few
neighbors,  but it seems me being an old Texan,  we just don’t seem
to connect.  It’s also a few other things,  but because of it,  it’s pretty
lonely around here due to not having anyone to talk to when Judy’s
at work.  That’s life I guess!  I reckon that will spur me to making
yet another conga drum video or two (or three) :).  The weather up
here has been on the rainy side.  Judy and I were unable to do our
cookout  last week due my health going down hill,  but I am feeling
a little better now.  Not much,  but a little!  I would give anything
to be able to lay down and get some sleep,  yet it seems my dear OLD
messed up body has a different idea LOL.  We will try another day
for the cookout.  Hopefully we will have a few days that it is not
doing the raining thing or the high winds.  Can’t do the high winds
either,  being we have a cheap little grill that will blow over with
the high winds LOL.  Maybe I can put a big rock in the bottom
of it to keep it from tipping hehehe.  No matter,  one day we will
cook out and more than likely a few days.  Judy and I have been
in hopes of buying a bigger better grill for me to cook on,  but that
is in the future.  Maybe one day!  Until then,  this little bugger’s
gonna have to do LOL.  My granddaughter called me last night
as she and her mother (my daughter) were headed to a Jonas
Brothers concert at the Cowboy Stadium or somewhere.  We
talked for a long while as Jamye was searching for a parking
place LOL.  It seems there was a surprise visit to the concert
from Miley Syrus.  Ain’t sure how to spell her name LOL,  but
you know who I’m talking about.  The Achy Breaky guy,  Billy
Rays daughter hehe.   I bet Sami was thrilled.  She said she had
some purple hair and I asked if she had died it or what.  She
said naw hehehe it’s a clip on.  I always love talking to her.  I
wish I could see her as well as all of my family and friends.
I miss them all terribly.  My mom was in a car accident the
other day.  She is OK,  just a bit shaken up.  The other guy
had pieces of his windshield in his face.  Keep them in your
prayers.  My mom is my very best friend.  Her and I’ve always
leaned on each other whenever the other was weak.  We’re
also each others sounding board.  I miss her bunches and wish
now that I could be there to help her,  but all I can do is call
and give her an earache hehehe.  This time of year,  we both
begin thinking about and missing my daddy.  That’s when we
will try to cheer each other up simultaneously :).  God knew
what He was doing when He gave me my mom and dad.  They
are the greatest.  My dad still lives in all of my thoughts and
memories of all he’s said.  He was a great teacher.  He let me
learn what he knew that I needed to learn without running to my
aid to pull me out.  God does that on a greater scale.  He will
let us each one encounter what we are needing and deal with
what we’re needing,  because He knows it is a growing thing.
If He came running to our every crisis and pulled us from
the troubles,  then we would not learn anything.  He allows
what He knows that He must and then He says no more.
I’ve written many poems on that subject haven’t I hehehehe!
Well,  it’s time for me to begin my little venture back through
past things said to try to find a good word or phrase that
I can use for a the title for today’s poem,  that will hopefully
spawn a good poem.  So it’s off to that place which I like to
call RECOLLECT VILLE.  Found a good title.  Now let’s
see what I can do with it,  if anything LOL……Here goes!!!!

He Gave Me

Times in the turning
sometimes feel uneasy
as it seems sometimes
I get a bit queasy.
God gave me minutes
to learn what I need
and when it’s needed
He then takes the lead.
He gave me brain cells
to use every day
to learn to discern
what’s good and what’s gray.
Times repetitions
are the turnstiles I see
when I find lessons
don’t live within me.
God let’s me repeat
until I find true
what that’s the better
for me then to do.
He gave me feelings
to harness inside
so that I’d learn from
the life changing ride.

Now for a Fathers Day poem.  Although I wrote a few the other
day that are in the poetry section below :)….

There For Me

I find that daddy
had been there for me,
even when we found
we did not agree.
He and I connected
as time turned the pages
when in fact we were
older by ages.
I saw much later
what his eyes could see
and found that daddy
was there for me.
He and I argued
as fathers and sons do,
yet I knew daddy
was really so true.
You might of had
many times just the same
as you and your dad
repeat such a pain.
I was so lucky
that at the very end
my daddy became
my very best friend.

Ok so that’s it LOL.  Hope ya liked the poems as well as maybe
a tad of my rambling LOL.  Well the dandelions are back by the
tons after the plowing.  Judy and I have both sneezed our heads
off LOL….  She said she was afraid she was catching a cold and
I said naw,  you’re just finally experience the allergies that I’ve
had for ages.  She said,  she never had allergies.  I said,  now ya
do hehehe.  Our bodies change with age.  God knows mine has!
Well,  I reckon it’s about time to be finding that off switch on my
old body,  but before I do that,  I need to tell ya what I tell ya every
single week and that is,  I wrote some more poems.  10 poems
and 22 haiku.  It seems that 10 and 22 are the magic numbers for
some bizarre reason hehehe.  I hope ya like a few if not all of
the poems and haiku.  Now with that said,  have a wonderful
week and remember Jesus loves you and we do too.   Now where
is that bloody off switch hiding this time????  I know I stuck
it in here somewhere, hehehe.   Found it behind a ton of papers!
See ya :),  CLICK zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

God bless from Bill and Judy Pearce

Now on with the poems.

This first poem is one I did by request of one of my Farm
Town friends.  I hope you enjoy it….

My Farm Town Friend

Virtual farm friends
in a real daily world
leaves room daily
for true friends unfurled.
Even in pet worlds
where virtual is seen
friendship can prosper
like a tasty cuisine.
We’re in a journey
that time travels on
as megabyte moments
from dusk unto dawn.
Friends found virtually
can become tight
as hearts uniting
a timeless delight.
We are the friends
of a distant array,
yet we share farmland
day after day.
Even in pet world
a society’s found
where we can somehow
find common ground.
Peace is the answer
when planting a seed,
for it provides all that
we really need.

Don’t Be Persuaded

A minutes persuasion
decides what ones do,
yet it’s a moment
which shows false or true.
Many will urge you
to do as they will,
yet it’s the moments
that prove well or ill.
Don’t let your judgment
be swayed by someone
which that just wants you
to do as they’ve done.
Use your on thinker
to find out what’s right.
Don’t be persuaded
to seek what’s in sight.
Sometimes persuaders
can make a bad call
and their persuasions
become their downfall.

Slow Down A Minute

Hidden are quarries
of clues left and right
dawn to dusk daily
right there in our sight.
Yet many hidden
are not then at all,
for they are standing
right there oh so tall.
We will each sometimes
miss all the view,
due to surroundings
from here thereunto.
Hidden are minutes
that time can entail
that in hurry
does not see so well.
Slow down a minute
and enjoy the scene
maybe of flowers
or just leaves of green.

Soon Will Be Gone

The weather is warming
and grass is bright green
making the mornings
a wonderful scene.
Seasons are changing
with all that I view
as I look outside
and see there and to.
The weather is warming
with morning to noon,
yet it still feels like
it’s May and not June.
May was still frigid
up New England ways
where in Maine mornings
seemed like winters days.
The weather is warming,
yet soon will be gone
as winter comes in
to share a new dawn.

Many Times Days

Butter on biscuits
for a mid morning meal
is what that’s sometimes
for Judy and Bill.
Evenings of TV
and PC games too
are found often
the way that we do.
Days that it’s pretty
and we both feel well
we just might head out
where cameras compel,
for we seek pictures
of scenes such a sight
that we can later
just watch and delight.
Many beginnings
in different arrays
describe me and Judy
on many times days.

Your Wisdom

Wasted is wisdom
when held in the head
and not made visual
in what’s done and said.
Wisdom from ages
of lifetimes of views
helps to distinguish
the old and new shoes.
Don’t waste your wisdom
on a minute detail.
Let it to prosper
as a ship setting sail.
Wasted is wisdom
if nothing’s to gain,
for it is useless
and drives most insane.
Make sure your wisdom
is real good indeed
so as to give you
what you really need.

Daddy I Love You

I sat for a moment
and this came to me.
A thought of a time
we’d just disagree.
Daddy I wish now
I’d listened to you,
for I would of found
that you were so true.
We though much later
became as best friends,
yet it was also
soon coming to ends.
I sat for a moment
and you came in sight.
You with your wisdom
I now see was right.
Daddy I love you
and wish you were here
or wherever
that we can be near.
Thoughts came flooding
as rivers of time
how daddy you were
a true friend of mine.

Fathers Day Minutes

Fathers day pictures
with moments are found
deep in the heartbeats
of some common ground.
I learned a lot
from my father true,
yet my dear daddy
left questions a few.
Why daddy this
and why daddy that
leads all my fathers days
where now I’m at.
Fathers day blessings
reflect unto me
within these eyes now
of green that I see.
Fathers day minutes
remind me so well
how my dear daddy
could surely foretell.
He knew I’d grow up
one day and would find
lessons from pages
from my frame of mind.

Another Design

The wind blows briskly
to where it shall go
out of the room now
and in the window.
It cools the seconds
that time does display
within this season
of now and today.
I feel it blowing
and bringing new air
as it is drying
my freshly washed hair.
The wind makes turnstiles
of windows and doors
and will sometimes
blow papers on floors.
The wind is blowing
with coolness today
and seems to carry
my thoughts far away.
I feel the ocean
in memories of mine
as the wind’s blowing
a special design.
I’ll close my eyes
for a while and listen
to all the breezes
that I’m reminiscing.
I seek the waves
of sweet oceans view
down on the island
of where that I knew.
The wind blows briskly
these thought in my mind,
yet I awaken
to another design.

Trust Him So Well

God is the healer
of minutes and more,
yet it’s a fraction
we see through the door.
God has the answers
that you may not see,
for He sees minutes
in a different degree.
God gives the lessons
that we need to learn,
yet we will often
seek bridges to burn.
God gave us Jesus
to help us to find
ways of connecting
His Own frame of mind.
God gave His Son
so to help us to view
Heaven on one day
and be made anew,
but we must love Him
and trust Him so well,
yet we may find an
eternity in Hell.

Haiku
for June 19, 2009

Hardened memories
set inside a glass doorway
will display the truth.

Those that are yearning
might also be mistaken
for what that’s ahead.

Scenes in a sequence
sometimes seem as the flowers,
yet may be the thorns.

Portraits in rhythm
display the minutes pixels.
They are the picture.

Welcoming morning
with an open minded sight
gives room for hopeful.

A tide washes in
leaving trails of tomorrows
that may wash away.

Limited wisdom
leaves no room for abundance
of lessons to learn.

A fraction of time
is the view of eternity
within eyes of God.

Live each day prayerful
and surely you will blossom
as hopeful prevails.

Fathers and mothers
help the new years to begin
through each brand new child.

Placing a footprint
on a decade of heartbeats
can make quite a wave.

Think it to yourself
before you say what you say.
You may change your mind.

Travel is motion,
yet not always done by foot.
It’s sometimes by mind.

A sentence said clearly
leaves no room for confusion.
Don’t speak in riddles.

Glancing at the sky
I see turning points of time
as clouds drift on by.

Listen to echoes.
You can hear them fade away
with passing of time.

Jumping too quickly
might make you miss the landing
and fall on your face.

Kingdoms with jesters
bond the laughter with sadness
behind doors of time.

Longwinded people
need to take a breath and breathe.
Take time to listen.

A shattered mirror
makes many think of bad luck,
yet it’s only glass.

Luck is a moment
which you may or may not find
as good luck or bad.

Waves that are flowing
are mixtures of emotions
in oceans of thought.

The Fluffy White Clouds

ANIMAL’S GREETINGS

Hello my friends

It’s me again with more rambling LOL.  How have ya been?
I hope the weather has been fair in your part of the world.
It’s been cold and rainy up here for the last month or so LOL.
I guess this is what is supposed to be summer  huh!  Never
really got a glimpse of spring hehehe.  We do though get a
great view of winter and that’s for sure.  Lately, Judy and I
have been just playing on our PC’s at Pet Society, Farm Town
and YoVille :).  Yet I am also on Barn Buddies and others also.
It passes the time LOL.  Yep, life in the Pearce’s household is
anything but exciting hehehe.  The dandelions have all gone
to seed now and will return again I’m sure in a much greater
abundance hehehe.  There are still a few yellow ones hanging
tight outside our front door, but most of the dandelions have
turned white and gone to seed.  I had to stop for a minute to
get the clothes out of the dryer and fold them hehehe.  The
chores never cease :).  There’s not much to say about the past
week,  being it’s been pretty regular hehe,  but I may decide
to cook burgers on the grill for Judy and I on her next days
off.  God willing the weather doesn’t decide to stay in rain
formation LOL.  My health has been so so.  I don’t like to
complain, being it does nobody any good if I do LOL.  I just
wish we lived closer to the mailbox hehe.  It’s a longgg walk
on these messed up legs and feet!!!  It looks like we will get
some more rain today and tomorrow,  yet Tuesday through
Friday we may see some sunshine.  I hope that holds true.
We’ve been opening up the windows ever so often to let a
breeze of fresh air to circulate through the house.  Nothing
like fresh air huh!  God provides the AC at His discretion.
Change is what makes the world go round.  It’s all the many
different changes in time that make each day unique.  Yet
many times we will overlook the beauty of the changes as
we look at the problems concurred.  Yes,  the changes will
bring us some problems,  but it’s the problems that make the
other days to seem great.  Without being sick,  you would
not appreciate being well.  The bad days make us notice the
better days even more so.  Thank God for even the bad days,
for they will shine the light on the good days much brighter.
I myself love to watch the clouds overhead,  for they seem
to paint pictures in the sky.  It may be just me,  but I prefer
a few clouds in the sky.  A plain blue sky to me is boring.
I can at times see God’s Hands amongst the fluffy white
clouds.  I think I need to be stopping here and beginning my
little venture through things I’ve written to search for a
word or phrase that I can use for today’s brand new poem.
So it’s away I go to that place of recollection that I like to
call RECOLLECT VILLE,  yet I don’t think I will have
to journey back too far,  being I stumbled upon a good title
just a bit ago LOL…..So let’s see what I can do with it!

The Fluffy White Clouds

Moments of blue
that form in the sky
need many pictures
to hang way up high
Paintings of white
that God has well done
that seem to decorate
moments of sun.
The fluffy white clouds
with raindrops within
seem to make pictures
to somehow begin.
I sometimes watch
as they form overhead
maybe a house
or a little riverbed.
Moments of blue
are greatened with shrouds
as God adorns with
the fluffy white clouds.

Well, I hope ya liked that hehe.  It was the first thing that came
to mind.  I know it may not be one of my better efforts hehehe,
but hey,  I tried.  I guess I have rambled about all that I need
to ramble,  so I reckon it’s about time for me to be searching
for that old off switch on myself,  BUT,  before I do that, I need
to tell ya what I tell ya every week LOL and that is,  I wrote
some more poems.  Nope I didn’t write any Christmas poems
this time.  Maybe next week :).  My friend Ben Geurts bought
me a web page to share my journals on,  so I will maybe one
day this week try to do some work on it.  It has it’s own email
address and all.  I will have to mess with if it on days that my
potassium level isn’t rock bottom LOL. I cannot even see the
monitor on those days. Matter of fact I can’t even see to walk
through the house hehehe.  Oh well,  it could be worse.  Oh
yea,  back to what I was gonna say hehehe!  Hehe I’m old and
my thoughts drift LOL.  I wrote 10 more poems and 22 more
haiku for ya to read.  I hope ya like a few.  I wrote em all
Saturday.  Ok,  with that said,  have a wonderful week and
remember that Jesus loves you and we do too.  Now where’s
that bloody off switch hiding this time????  Hahahahahaha
it didn’t have to look far.  Right in front of my face.  Later!!!
See ya, CLICK zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

God bless from Bill and Judy Pearce

Now on with the poems.

We May Overlook

The meanings of time
get lost in a book
titled whatever
we may overlook.
We may find flowers,
yet gardens aren’t seen
when looking onwards
from times scene to scene.
All of the meanings
may find in a way
their time to time
in a little dismay.
Many will evade us
as we’re looking on,
on through the day then
and dusk until dawn.
The meanings of time
we don’t understand,
Yet God has control
in the palm of His Hand.

Leave Room

Me in the center
is not always fine,
for we should be seen
as you and I time.
Being to greedy
with wanna and more
leaves room for Satan
to enter your door.
Me in the center
might some days be good,
yet it so often
is misunderstood.
Make sure your wanna
is not with compel,
because you see others
a little more well.
Me in the center
needs taken in stride
to leave room for Jesus
to be then inside.

Not Just Displaying

In and out footprints
walk as they may
here and there marching
their own special way.
Up and down segues
of pathway’s we trod
need to have moments
for footing of God.
Footprints of people
might leave such a trace
that may just display
their own withered face.
In and out moments
of footprints in time
need to be carrying
a Jesus design.
Not just displaying
the footprints they make,
but also showing
Lord Jesus awake.

Morning To Night

The sky up above me
has clouds painted white
and they are seeming
as a cotton delight.
The pitches of flavors
so fluffy I see
seem to be floating
right there just for me.
I took some pictures,
but they do not show
all of the paintings
from here to and fro.
Only God’s camera
can hold such a view
there up above me
from here thereunto.
He even makes shadows
from clouds fluffy white
to form in my vision
from morning to night.

To Make It To Grow

A field that is plowed
will just fill with weeds
if it’s not given
the care that it needs.
If all you do
is plow up the view
then all you’ll have
are weeds thereunto.
So before plowing
make sure you can find
minutes to gather
the weeds time to time.
Leaving a plowed field
to wait for the rain
guaranties weeds will
grow there again.
A field that is plowed
needs much love and care
to make it to grow
some plants anywhere.

Still Have Our Picnic

It’s time for a cookout
hamburgers and more
so let’s get going
to the grocery store.
Let’s buy some hamburger
to cook on the grill
and have a picnic
just Judy and Bill.
Then maybe others
such as Trudy and Den
may come to gather
as it does begin.
Maybe even Barbara
or Dena or Rick
may come to join in
this little picnic.
If they don’t come then,
I guess you and I
will still have our picnic
up under the sky.

Start With A Smile

See in the mornings
beginnings at work
that might be pictures
of birds as they chirp.
Let every morning
to intensify
all of your gladness
as time ticks on by.
Don’t let the mornings
to just go to waste.
Wake up and smell them
and then have a taste.
See in the mornings
beginnings to see
such as the flavors
of a flower or tree.
Let not the mornings
to just fall from view.
Start with a smile
that might blossom true.

Quickly Winter

Summer is coming,
but yet I can’t see
anything showing
the season to me.
Up here northeastward
I see time again
cold days on most days
in New England Maine.
Seasons are changing
with time they are taking
leaving me thresholds
I’m always mistaking.
Summer is surely
found in the air,
yet I can’t feel it
anytime anywhere.
I’m sure that summer
will one day arrive
and then quickly winter
will come back alive.

Loneliness Enters

Letters from time
are inside my heart
held as a passage
from ending to start.
Words and feelings
with sections entailed
make all the letters
to be quite compelled.
Scenes from moments
are thriving inside
as sometimes minutes
I just cannot hide.
Thinking of friends
that are so far away
are in the letters
a little bit gray.
Loneliness enters
as time moves along,
while I remember
what now is all gone.

Deep In A Dream

Deep in a dream
are seeds to partake
things that are hopeful
and sometimes mistake.
Deep in a dream
are pictures to view
such as the moments
that once were anew.
Deep in a dream
ones can find a way
to find some peaceful
to carry that day.
Deep in a dream
your harvest can reap
things to remember
and things you can keep.
Deep in a dream
are places to find
that can help you
to make up your mind.

Haiku
for June 13,  2009

Temporal moments
connect to and fro to today
making tomorrow.

Many enhancements
can determine either phase
from good times to bad.

God gives decisions
which are choices we’re to choose.
So what do you choose?

Seasons in hurries
make the weather decipher
what is cold or hot.

Patience in portions
is the element needed
for which to prosper.

A simple times glance
could make or break decisions.
It’s how you view it.

Kings and queens jesters
makes the courthouse complete
with laughter enhanced.

Frosty is morning
on a New England summer.
It chills to the bone.

Gazing and today
makes tomorrow hard to see,
for then has no room.

An impatient man
paints the threshold for burden
with pain yet to earn.

When sharing your love
let it not fall prey to age.
Love has no number.

Now is a fragment
that seconds will encompass
as mere points to see.

A wave rolling in
makes the ocean tell stories
while washing away.

Hear as your heartbeat
makes the sounds of a drummer
within your own life.

Heard in the meadows
are the songs of the evening
as voices of birds.

When in a turnstile
let the gate of time be clear
before walking through.

Shadows of mercy
make the days to be hopeful
when God has control.

Upstream are rivers
that flow downstream in moments
while carving a time.

Gears of life will turn
when the timeframes are correct.
Your moment will come.

Weird are the pages
that we many times will find
written in our lives.

Turn a quick corner
and you may stumble and fall.
Take the time to look.

Listed in the wind
are the leaves that blow around.
They make the story.

Lose The Sight

ANIMAL’S GREETINGS

Hello again my friends

How have ya been?  I sure hope the weather has been good
to ya.  It’s been fairly nice around these parts lately aside from
a little rain here and there.  Today it’s supposed to get up to
around 71 degrees F.  I have to add the F for Fahrenheit for
those of you that measure temperature in Celsius, because 71
in Celsius would be 159.8 Fahrenheit and that would really be
global warming LOL.  Anyways,  back to the journal and my
rambling hehehe!  Our landlord plowed the field in front of
our house this passed week for what reason I know not.  His
wife said he is planning on planting a garden and she said that
we could plant stuff too.  Yet as I look at this plowed up field
I wonder who is gonna dig up all those weeds LOL?  Not I :)!
Oh well,  he’s trying.  He may not be through with the plowing.
In any sense,  it has been nice around here weather wise.  We
had a bit of rain yesterday and last night.  Though it looks like
it will be sunny today and tomorrow.  Rain is scheduled for the
rest of the week LOL.  Judy’s place of business is still having
trouble finding good workers.  They had to fire the guy they
hired a month ago due to him not wanting to do the job right
and not getting along with the boss.  That’s life!  They’ve hired
one new guy that is the brother of another that had worked
there back when Judy worked there almost 8 years ago and
I’m hoping for Judy’s sake as well as the others that he does
well.  Well it’s on with the Greetings.  The shadows of spring
are upon us,  yet not in a heavy perspective LOL.  So far, the
only flowers I’ve seen growing are Dandelions/weeds LOL.
I wish I owned a weed eater.  I would try to whack down all
of these dandelions around our house.  I have a machete,  but
it will surely mess up my back and shoulder as well as the
rest of my body swinging it.  I hate getting old.  My old body
can’t even closely do what it used to do when I was younger.
I know,  to you 52 ain’t old,  but I’ve had some rough years
piled upon me as well as many health issues that have sped
up the wear on my body.  I have a degenerating disk disease
that is causing my spine to fuse and it hurts.  Yet,  I can still
walk around and take pictures,  so I am happy LOL.  Ya
gotta do what ya gotta do with what that ya have to do it
with hehehe, or at least give it a try hehehe!  God has given
me many gifts through time,  such as my abilities and in the
past I used and abused them.  Today I try my best to use
them for good and help others to see through the darkness
of the times there upon them and find some good and in the
process I also help myself.  I also get sad due to not being
able to see my friends and family.  I also get sad for not
being able to go to Port Aransas of where part of my heart
is still in existence.  Judy and I both love Port Aransas TX.
Maybe one day,  God willing,  we can go and visit.  In the
mean time,  I reckon here I’ll stay,  so I try to always find
some beauty in the surroundings to magnify in photography.
I thank God for all of the beauty that He has put for me
to view.  Sometimes though, we need to look over the way
to find it.  Take some time out today and search for the
beauty of God’s work in your surroundings.  Let yourself
if not but for a moment to lose the sight of the ugly that
may be in your line of sight and look for a new dawn :).
Let peace then find its way into your heart.  Well,  it’s
about time for me to be searching for a word or phrase
to use for today’s brand new poem in that place found in
my recollection through words I’ve written.  To that place
that I like to call RECOLLECT VILLE.  So, it’s away
I go,  on through the dusty travels of written words and
I do believe I have stumbled upon a good title.  Soooooo,
let’s see what I can do with it Hehehe!!!!!

Lose The Sight

Let your vision
seek the view
of much better
in front of you.
Lose the sight
of dismal days
as you look
on through the haze,
Let your vision
to be found
looking at
what does astound.
View the sky
and clouds above
and then think
of all God’s love.
Glance at flowers
blooming great
and then think
of a better date.
If it’s snowing
then delight
on the vastness
pearly white.
Let your sadness
fall from you
as you let God
to help you.
Lose the sight
of then and there
as you kneel
and say a prayer.

I hope that made some sense to ya.  It does to me and yes
I do take my own advise hehehe.  In most cases I’m talking
to myself LOL.  I spend a lot of time reflecting on the poems
I’ve written,  because God speaks to me through them.  He
has done that for years,  yet for many years I was too drunk
to read and understand the words I had written down.  For
some reason the words evaded me,  but then I awoke and
saw the answers in a recovery clinic 19 years ago.  Yeppers,
I’ve been clean and sober for 19 years this coming June 11th.
My counselor (Larry H) in Glen Oaks Hospital was the one
who started me using my poetry to help me.  He saw some
of my poetry and said hey dude, ya got anymore of this???
Yes he spoke like that hehe!!!  I said yep,  tons.  It’s all at my
parents house though.  He said, call em and have em bring it.
“Dude this will really help” and yes it did and I saw how it
helped me, so I began writing more and sharing it with the
AA and NA as well as prayer chapels and the hospital.
I even for a while had my poetry read on the local radio
station every Sunday morning as the thoughts for the day.
Then in the mid 90’s I got hooked up with the internet
and the Animal’s Greetings came alive.  So that in a sense
is how it all began 🙂 if by chance ya were wondering hehe.
OK so it’s about time for me to be hushing and looking
for that old off switch,  but before I do that I need to tell
you what I tell ya every week and that is,  I wrote some
more poems and haiku.  I even wrote 2 of my old style
poems.  I don’t write that style often,  being the lyrical
is my favorite.  I do hope you enjoy some if not all of
the poems and haiku.  Now,  with that said,  it’s time for
me to wish you a wonderful week.  Remember, Jesus
loves you and we do too.  Now where’s that off switch at
this time?  Hehehe found it in a ton of old thoughts!!!!!!
See ya CLICK zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

God bless from Bill and Judy Pearce

P.S.
Hehehe Judy bought me a hat that says I love Judy :).
Guess I will wear it in place of my Port Aransas hat
ever so often hehehe.  Yet me thinks people already
know that I love Judy,  ya reckon :)!!!!!

Now on with the poems.

Leave The Moments

The quest for peaceful
sometimes finds
places with just
confused minds.
The journey to
and back agin
leaves a few just
with a grin.
The mere quest
for breath of air
finds a few
within a prayer.
Many seek for
sudden peace,
yet some things
they won’t release.
Leave the moments
done and gone
and then quest for
brand new dawn.

Within A Book

Within a page
of written words
there can be
a flock of birds.
Stories read
of long ago
can become
your to and fro.
Within a page
of written time
there can be
a great design.
Words as pavement
for a road
so to carry
a heavy load.
Within a book
of words and more
there might be
an open door.

Wait For The Minute

Wait for the minute
of time ticking true
and then let patience
to live within you.
Hurry from wanna
can drive you insane
and leave you empty
without much to gain.
Wait for a minute
of time now today
as you are kneeling
to God as you pray.
Do not let wanna
to take your control,
because it can surely
empty your soul.
Wait for the minute
that speaks to your heart
before you let wanna
to make you to start.

Points in Time

Some see the curtain
and then rant with rage
yet many others see
a promising stage.
Some see half empty
and others see full,
yet it’s the mixture
that make wise or fool.
Some see a painting
as colors aren’t right
yet others see it
as a fantastic sight.
Some see a storm cloud
and begin to complain
yet many others see
much needed rain.
Some don’t do changes
in life very well,
yet others see them
as Heaven from Hell.
Some find the mornings
as just points in time,
yet others see them
as so very fine.

Learning Times Lake

Now is a threshold
from then unto there
that I am watching
while fanning the air.
Then is a timeframe
that passed right on by
on through the threshold
of wonder and why.
Tomorrow holds minutes
of now then and done
as a mere story
that has not begun.
Now is a threshold
that swings in the wind
leaving me choices
of when to begin.
We have the thresholds
as gates to and fro
that lead to places
we leave and we go.
Every single minute
of choices we make
leads us down rivers
to learning times lake.

They Stuck With You

Friends may come and friends may go,
yet some friendships will stay
even if they’re miles apart
their hearts will find a way.
Times will come and times will go,
yet some time will stand out
and on days you’re all alone
you’ll think what they’re about.
Fragments of a yesteryear
might be the hope you find
that helps you out from day to day
to somehow ease your mind.
People come and people go,
yet some turn into friends
and they make the days ahead
with lesser bitter ends.
Friends may come and friends may go,
yet you’ll find out true,
that some friends are better yet,
because they stuck with you.

A Brand New Plant

The trees are blowing
and they’re sowing
seeds from here to there
while bestowing
all they’re growing
as breezes in the air.
So look quick
to see the trick
of seeds upon the ground
and depict them
brick by brick
as what soon will be found.
The trees are shaking
and they’re making
rustling sounds I hear
while awaking
not forsaking
their seeds so sincere.
The seeds all plant
their times enchant
what soon will be anew
a brand new plant
that stands extant
from God to me and you.

A Moments Time

A plowed up field
is sought to yield
the foods for days ahead,
yet some fields
will just reveal
some dusty trails instead.
A simple scene
from brown to green
may find its sudden day,
yet between
the moments seen
might be a field of hay.
A summers page
from age to age
might be what you remember,
yet the stage
might be a page
remembered as December.
A moments time
of nows design
might just live within you
as you find
that time to time
you do what you must do.

We Need Some Action

Many are wanting
for days here and there
to be of a blessing
and filled with a prayer.
Many are standing
awaiting the view
of simple blessings
to bring forth anew.
Many are watching
the times moving on
while they are seeking
to find a new dawn.
Many though stand there
with hands opened wide
waiting for blessings
to just jump inside.
We need some action
to do as we wait
and then not always
just anticipate.

Folded in Place

So many voices
are muffled each year
while many act as
they just do not hear.
So many heartbeats
are not seen and heard
simply because we
think they’re absurd.
So many people
get lost in the grind
and we don’t see them
their bad state of mind.
So many needing
are found in the waves
of all the oceans
of similar days.
So many echoes
are heard year to year,
yet we will many times
not ever hear.
So many people
are folded in place
and they need Jesus
to save them by grace.

Haiku
for June 6,  2009

Let yourself begin
your tomorrows state of mind
and make it better.

Sort through the flowers
and find the thoughts deep inside
that make brighter days.

Scenes on a hillside
may be needed part of time.
Search for the answers.

Count every breeze
as it blows gently on by
and then find some peace.

What may seem as bad
may be goodness that’s hidden.
Take the time to look.

On muggy mornings
you may need to say a prayer
to get you moving.

Simple little clouds
may combine altogether
and design paintings.

Summer comes slowly
in this New England city
in northeastern Maine.

Upon my doorstep
I am looking far and wide
while searching for spring.

Rivers are flowing
with their directions laid out
as patterns of time.

Leave a little time
for a brand new breath to breathe.
Exhale the bad air.

Sort through emotions
and seek for the right to feel.
Sometimes now is bad.

Study a painting
that is hanging on the wall.
Search for the picture.

Lessons of moments
may be shattered dreams gone by
and they were needed.

Flight of an eagle
shows so proud in the blue sky.
It displays power.

Glance down at the ground
and watch your each footstep.
Try not to stumble.

Gaze up at the sky
while searching for all the stars.
You might be amazed.

A feather blowing
is like a weightless moment
that’s found in the breeze.

Search through your friendships
and I am sure you will find
a few that are true.

Simplify a minute
by not letting every hour
to fill up your view.

Castles in the sand
will most surely wash away.
Build on solid ground.

Each day with seasons
brings the coming of anew
with blessings ahead.
