Hello my friends

I hope your Christmas was a blessed one and you
were able to spend it with family. Judy and I just
hung out around here and enjoyed each other as
well as our little boys. We gave Benny and Milo
their Christmas Stockings which had a bunch of
little doggie toys in them. It was most definitely a
white Christmas. Benny and Milo went out and
played in the snow. Hehehe Benny just a little bit
more than Milo! Benny loves the snow and hops
around in it like a rabbit hehehe. He likes to lay
down in it and roll around. They love to play chase
as they run back and forth tagging one another.
Benny loves his big brother and I think the feeling
is mutual with Milo. They’re in here right now
chewing on their dental bones. I looked outside
a bit ago and it looks like I might have to dig out
our car a bit maybe tomorrow. I’m not gonna
worry about it today. We ain’t going no where
and I will just have to dig it out again tomorrow.
Oh well, it isn’t too awful bad. It has been worse!
Well, I am snorting and sneezing right now due
to my allergies and they are about to drive me
crazy. Judy’s got em too hehehe, but not quite
as bad as me. I have em all year round. There’s
not much else to report from up here. Judy and I
have been enjoying watching it snow and not
having to go anywhere. It’s 19F degrees right
now at 4 PM and it’s almost time for me to feed
the boys as well as Judy and I. Judy’s wanting
pancakes and sausage and I’m wanting eggs
and sausage, so it looks like I will be busy in
the kitchen when I finish here. We take turns
cooking dinner or whatever hehehe. It’s my
turn. She made Mac and Cheese last night 🙂
I know, Mac and Cheese isn’t hard to make,
but she still did dinner none the less hehehehe.
I’m getting hungry. I think I’m gonna have
to type faster or cut this short LOL. It’s still
snowing outside. Expecting about 4 more
inches today and another inch tonight. So
yes we have snow. It don’t look like it’s going
to go away any time soon hehehe. Milo just
informed us that he needs to go outside and
potty, so Judy took him to the front door and
let him out. I’m reasonably sure he gave the
same look that Benny gave when looking
at all of the snow LOL. Judy just stuck her
head in here and said Milo peed on the steps
this time hehehe being he didn’t want to have
to trudge through the snow to do his number.
LOL poor guys and their short little legs 🙂
Benny just hopped through the snow like a lil
rabbit and found a place to potty, but Milo
ain’t that agile hehehe. He be a tad older
than Benny. I might go outside in a bit and
shovel out some flat spots for them to go
potty as well as shovel off the steps which
have a ton of snow on em. Yet once again
I will have to knock off the snow ledge that’s
hanging over our front door hehehe before
it falls and hurts somebody, namely ME 🙂
We’ve been hearing them fall off and on
with a loud KA-BOOM hehehehehehehe.
I’ve gotten used to the sound, but Judy’s
almost jumped out of her skin a few times
when the snow fell LOL. Even Benny and
Milo have started ignoring them hehehehe.
In any sense, we’re together and happy as
the days are counted. God has most surely
blessed our home. I thank God for giving
me the chance to be with Judy and the boys.
Yes, I get saddened time to time about not
being able to see my family and friends that
are way down south, but I am truly grateful
that I have all that I have here now today.
Life is not about always having what you’re
wanting. It’s about being happy with what
you have. Sometimes the pleasures in life
are hidden in the form of acceptance of all
that you cannot change. Let God live within
you and show you all that you have and show
you acceptance. Let not greed to be your
daily perception. Learn to be happy with the
smaller things and not always wanting what
another has or better. Now that I have gone
and rambled once again, I believe it’s time
for me to be taking my little venture back
through all that I’ve written here to see if I
can find a good word or phrase that might
work well for the title for today’s brand new
poem. So, it’s away I go to that place of my
recollection that I like to call RECOLLECT
VILLE. I think I may have found a good
title. Now, let’s see if I can manage to put
together a few good lines in form of poetry
using it hehehehe. Here goes nothing…..

Learn To Be Happy

Let not your greed to
drive you insane
while you are always
seeking to gain.
Learn to be happy
with lesser to view
and you might find a
smile within you.
Don’t just let wanna
to live full of stride.
Learn to be happy
with what’s on inside.
Sometimes our thinking
can make us to grin
if we will learn to
not seek for sin.
Find through perception
of now and today
how to be happy
with lesser array.
Don’t let your wanna
to drive you insane.
Life can be better
with peace sought to gain.

I hope you enjoyed my rambling and maybe
even the poem hehehe. I need to be finding me a
stopping place here so I can fix us all something
to eat and then go outside and shovel the steps
and the driveway so that Benny and Milo can
go outside and potty without having to do it
in deep snow. Oh yea, my granddaughter
called me Christmas day. We talked a long
time. My daughter hollered I love ya daddy 🙂
while me and Sami talked. I wish I could see
them, but it’s not possible as the way things
are sitting with Judy and I and our health
as well as our finances. Oh well, at least
we have the internet and telephone which
they did not have back in the olden days.
Back in the 30’s and thereabouts if you lived
just 40 or 50 miles away, you may never
see your loved ones due to travel time on
a horse and carriage as well as a train, so
I am grateful that I can see pictures of my
daughter, granddaughter as well and my
mom and other loved ones and friends.
We are fortunate now days, but we often
do not see it. Thank God for all that you
have. Now, it’s time for me to begin my
search for that confounded off switch,
but not before I tell you what I tell you
most every week and that is, I wrote
some more poems and haiku. Yeppers,
10 more poems with 7 of them being
sort of Christmassy hehehe. I also wrote
22 more haiku for all of my haiku lovers
out there. I hope you find a few that
you like. Now before I search for that
off switch, I want to wish you all a safe
and happy New Year. May this next
year show you blessings in abundance.
Now to find that off switch. I see ya
you little varment. Hiding under Benny
in his doggie bed won’t save ya hehehe.
Benny tends to love to play with his bed
turning it upside down ever so often as
he rolls around trying to find a good spot.
Gotcha, see ya CLICK zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

God bless from Bill and Judy Pearce

Now on with the poems and haiku
10 and 22 hehehehehehehehehe 🙂

Too Many Times

Too often too many
will just sit and frown
when Christmastime is
coming to town.
Too many people
will just sit and stare
while they are saying
that life isn’t fair.
Too often too many
will let time pass by
while they’re not even then
giving a try.
Don’t let the season
of winters prelude
fall on too many
as just misconstrued.
Let Christmas always
to live in your heart
as that of blessings
that God does impart.

Soon After Christmas

Found down an old road
lights twinkle on
soon after Christmas
dusk unto dawn.
Found in the nighttime
deep in the snow
there are some glimmers
seen to and fro.
Soon after Christmas
still they are shining
giving the essence of
Christmas reminding.
Seen on a hillside
there faraway
there is a glimmer
of Christmas day.
Even the snowflakes
falling so free
soon after Christmas
remind you and me.
Blessings are counted
as each snowflake lands
found after Christmas
in the palm of God’s Hands.
Soon after Christmas
we need to find
the continued reflection
of Christmas type mind.

Peering At Winter

The sights and sounds
that winters bring
are soon joined
as people sing.
Peering at winter
through now and today
we might be found
with a Christmas array.
Scenes all around us
so fluffy and white
might display surely
a Christmassy sight.
Peering at winter
through Christmastimes eyes
there can be newness
each day at sunrise.
All that’s remembered
December and more
peering at winter
our hearts can adore.
Yet we must look passed
those seasons so sad
and see the goodness
of which that we’ve had.
Searching through seasons
of times front and center
we need to find
Christmas peering at winter.

The Shade of Now

A simple sight
of nows perception
might be found
with needed correction.
The shade of now
that now perceives
might be found
as falling leaves.
Yet those leaves
within your sight
might just need
some better light.
The shade of now
might seem so grey
as you’re looking
day after day.
Now’s but a moment
shaded in time
maybe not clearly
within its design.
Let not nows shading
to be all you see,
for time might display
what’s better to be.

I Now Can Recall

Remembering moments
I Now can recall
Christmassy mornings
with trees oh so tall.
Lights all a glistening
twinkling too
I can envision
that wonderful view.
I now can recall
that fantastic sight
as we went driving
on Christmas eve night.
All of the rooftops
with reindeer and sleighs
displayed old Santa
for those Christmas days.
Scenes with a snowman
standing so tall
are many things
I now can recall.
Also lit nicely
were mangers and more
with Baby Jesus
to love and adore.
I now can recall
all those wonderful sights
found during Christmas
my thought reunites.

After Then

Looking passed seashores
of winters arrival
scenes all awaken
the Christmas revival.
Well after then
are the things we remember
looking passed seashores
found in December.
Found after then
are the pages to turn
found as an ocean
that time can discern.
Christmastimes blessings
seen washing ashore
bring us great blessings
with much to adore.
After then comes
then surely the sight
can become heartfelt
that ones can delight.
Seashores of blessings
right now and agin
can be the chances
forgiven from sin.

Heart Pool of Love

A minute of now
brings seasons of time
giving us stages
that we can design.
Scenes in the making
of times push and shove
can become loosely
a heart pool of love.
Learning from mishaps
done then before
can make the heart pool
of love to be more.
Allowing forgiveness
to live and to breathe
a heart pool of love
that ones can conceive.
Let not your anger
to find you alone.
Search for the heart pool
of love to atone.
Found within Jesus
through His Holy Name
a heart pool of love
you then can attain.

Comforting Calm

When in the season
of winters arrival
there is Lord Jesus
to help with survival.
A comforting calm
to gather your view
found in December
a Baby so new.
This little Baby
that God had adorn
gave of Himself
to fleshly be born.
When amidst sadness
seek Him and pray
Jesus my Savoir
please help me today.
See in December
how Christmas arose
giving the blessings
of Hell to oppose.
Found in a manger
that wonderful boy
brought us forgiveness
to be filled with joy.
That comforting calm
from so long ago
still lives and breathes
to help us to grow.

The Snow Comes

The stage is set
for wintertime
here and now
in its design.
The snow comes
again each day
with its own
snow white display.
The setting’s found
as time moves on
as we’re found
that fall is gone.
Snowflakes fall down
from the skies
often landing
in my eyes.
Then as mounds
are risen true
there are pictures
in my view.
The snow comes
as time displays
stages set
for winters days.

The Conversation

The many words
that time has heard
might be found
a bit absurd.
The conversation
found so clear
might be heard
as insincere.
The many sights
we see and touch
might be seen
as much to much.
The conversation
in our mind
might be found
a bit unkind.
Inner thoughts
of words of phrase
might be found
within a haze.
The conversation
that you think
might just be
a ship to sink.
Think it over
clear today
before the words
ones hear you say.

for Dec 29, 2012

Today might be good
no matter how bad it seems.
It could be your view.

Believing in dreams
lets the chances for true love
to be when it’s right.

Beyond our success
are gifts God has given
that we may not see.

Today is a day
that’s filled with many chances
to greaten our lives.

Snow driven mornings
bring the sunlight of the day
to be snow blinding.

Now is a shadow
of what our yesterday was,
but it can be changed.

The lines on a face
might display more than wanted
and reveal the lies.

Long awaited moments
could blow up in our faces
if we’re not ready.

Blaming another
for something you’re not sure of
could end a friendship.

Within a doorway
there are chances to be seen
that time will reveal.

People found yelling
could become lonely in time
unless they pipe down.

Scenes throughout winter
come alive as white snowflakes
fall towards the Earth.

Remembering heartbeats
lets them live and breathe in life
even when they’re gone.

Boarding up anger
could soon become deadly scenes
as walls tumble down.

Finding steppingstones
sometimes means losing footing
once in a great while.

Left over feelings
from yesterdays concussions
might cause you problems.

The wonders of time
come in fractions of minutes
that seconds don’t see.

Averting speed bumps
might also prevent lessons,
but also much pain.

Things we remember
can become problems today
if they are no good.

Losing a snowflake
in the midst of a snow bank
describes many lives.

Clinging to today
when tomorrow is present
might just slow you down.

Wrong ways of running
leads to headways of problems
that might cause despair.

Hello my friends

I hope you’re doing well this great day. Are ya ready
for Christmas? We are as ready as we’re gonna get 🙂
The weather is nice. It’s snowing a little outside right
now. I put the boys out to go potty just a little bit ago
and it was snowing slightly. They are back inside now
and wanting to play. Benny jumped up on the bed and
proceeded into waking Judy up with a good licking hehe.
It looks like we’ll have a white Christmas HoHoHo 🙂
It may not snow Christmas, but we have enough snow
on the ground. It’s 18F degrees right now at 1:50 PM.
Not too bad! We’re used to much worse. It’s supposed
to get down to 3F degrees by tomorrow morning, brrr.
I reckon it will get much colder as the pages of winter
are turned. Most of all, Judy, I and the boys will be
hanging around here in the house enjoying Christmas.
It will be Benny and Milo’s first Christmas with us and
it will be Benny’s first Christmas. Hehehe, I know, he
doesn’t have a clue to what the day is about, but we
do and that’s what matters. They have been trying
to talk more and more. Benny has managed to say
I love you with his toned growls. Milo tries while he
makes all sorts of faces to get the words to come out,
but in time. Yet all he gets out now is bark bark bark.
They are great boys. I don’t know what we would do
without them. Judy’s in the bedroom with them right
now watching cartoons hehehe. There’s not much else
going on. We’ve been wrapping presents and mailing
a few the passed weeks. Not much else. It looks like
Judy and I will be getting pizza from Pizza Hut for
our Christmas dinner hehehe. I love pizza mmmmm.
So, are you going to celebrate Christmas with your
family and or friends? One never needs to be alone
for Christmas. If you happen to know someone that’s
going to be all alone, ask if you can visit. It might
turn their Christmas around. I used to do that all of
the time. Yet now living out here in the boonies, it
makes it hard to do that. The 2 neighbors we have
look as though they are going to be with family.
There’s not much else to report from this side of
the world. Oh yea, as I kept telling everyone that
asked me, the Mayans had not a clue about when
the end was to be. They probably finally realized
that it was dumb to be making calendars that far
in advance and they quit LOL. Or they just all
died and that was the last day they were able to
chisel hehehe. In any case, we are still here just
like the Y2K scare. Some people worry about
the dumbest things. There are a lot of sick people
that thrive on creating scares to see who falls for
them. My thought is, even if they were right, why
worry. If it’s the end, it’s the end. Only God has
control. Not the Mayans and not the psychics.
I try to live as best that I can every day, being
ready for my dying days to join my family and
friends in Heaven. Yes I make a lot of mistakes,
but there’s not one of us that can honestly say
that we have not made a mistake or a thousand.
The only one that can honestly say that He has
made no mistakes is Jesus. God sent Him to be
born of true flesh and blood so that He might
undergo all of our torment without sin and die
for our sins. He can empathize with us because
He understands. He was ridiculed, beat and
accused of many things, yet He only prayed for
them for they knew not what they were doing.
Jesus was brought into our world to give us all
a chance towards Heaven if we’ll turn from our
wicked ways and find Him a place in our hearts.
As I said, we all make mistakes and will continue
until the day we die, but through Jesus we are
forgiven. Of course humanity will find it hard
to forgive us at times, but that is neither here
nor there. Our fleshly bodies are just temporary.
Heaven is peace for eternity. Don’t let this day
to fall away without getting to know God’s Son.
Through God, all things are possible. Now I think
I need to be taking my little venture back through
all that I’ve written here to see if I can find a good
word or phrase that might work well for the title
for today’s brand new poem. I think a found one
earlier in my rambling hehehe. So let’s see what
I can do with it. Here goes……….

Pages of Winter

Seen out my window
are pages of winter
found in my view now
seen front and center.
Pages are turning
as time moves along
ending each day
and starting at dawn.
Some people watch it
just wanting to say
they wish old winter
would just go away.
Yet it is wintertime
that starts the scene
greater for Christmas
as soulful cuisine.
Pages of winter
display all their turning
with many reading,
but not yet discerning.
Let this Christmas to
live in your heart
as all the pages
of winter impart.
Seek for the reason
that Christmas is here
and you might find it
you’re best time of year.

Ok so it turned out the be another Christmas poem.
It is 2 days till Christmas ya know HoHoHo hehehe.
Yeppers, Judy, I and the boys are anxiously awaiting
Christmas. Ok Benny and Milo may not, being they
haven’t a clue of what it’s about. We do and that’s
what matters. We bought them doggie Christmas
stockings and they’re hung right below ours hehehe.
There isn’t much else to talk about, other than what
I forgot to tell ya about last week due to Benny and
Milo wanting attention while I was attempting to
write hehehe. That thing was to tell you about all
of the poems and haiku I wrote. This week I wrote
a few more than 10 poems hehehehehe. I wrote
12 Christmas poems HoHoHo. Also I wrote once
again 22 haiku for all of my haiku lovers out there.
Now I do believe it’s about time for me to begin
searching for that old off switch, but not before
I wish you a most wonderful God filled week and
that off switch. There ya are ya little varment.
Hiding in my Aspirin bottle won’t help ya. The
bottle is clear, plus I need to take two right now
to maybe ease up on the pain in my hip hehehe.
Gotcha, see ya CLICK zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

God bless from Bill and Judy Pearce

Now on with the poems and haiku
10+2 and 22 hehehehehehehehehe 🙂

A Christmas Prayer

A simple thought
of love and care
comes within
a Christmas prayer.
The sights and sounds
that people sing
shows what all
the seasons bring.
Special moments
come to be
a Christmas tree.
A Christmas prayer
comes from true love
that is found
from God above.
A simple thought
that time bestows
makes much greater
Christmas snows.
Seasons blessings
are so great,
a Christmas prayer
of endless date.
Let not Christmas
fall from view.
Let it always
live in you.

Now Might Be

Winters doorways
open wide
letting Christmas
come inside.
Heavens porthole
comes at glance
with snowflakes
that seem to dance.
Floating down
so gracefully
white snow lands
for all to see.
Now might be
just simple times,
but they show
the season shines.
As the blessings
come and go
now might be
as white as snow.
Found with footprints
far and wide
showing Christmas
then applied.
Painted pictures
God has done
from the blessings
through His Son.
All those pictures
come alive
letting Christmas
to survive.

The Whitest Christmas

The seasonal blessings
pour down tons of snow
displayed as glimmers
with every shadow.
The whitest Christmas
comes real soon to see
in form of snowflakes
that God gave for free.
The days are all counted
as seconds will pass
leaving the snowflakes
in mounds greater mass.
The trees are all filled with
snow to the top
painting a picture
that never will stop.
The snow brings designs
to the pages we see
found as a porthole
that’s white as can be.
The whitest Christmas
comes from deep inside
where all the snowflakes
can never hide.
Sharing their blessings
as each one will fall.
The whitest Christmas
displays overall.

Tender Moments

When the beginning
of Christmas is found
Life and it’s blessings
shine all around.
Those tender moments
that time has foreseen
are displayed greatly
in a manger scene.
Minutes and hours
time counted away
became the flavors
of our Christmas Day.
Those tender moments
are now what we find
as many strive for
a business type mind.
We need to bring back
gifts from the heart
that were the blessings
found from the start.
Finding the tender
moments of grace
found within smiles
of a little child’s face.
Also the blessings
given so free
need to be brought back
from history.

Lights That Glisten

Trees of Christmas
shine at night
lights that glisten
colored light.
Painted morsels
on each tree
light the nights
so we can see.
Lights that glisten
as pure gold
have the grace
that time’s foretold.
Found by morning
Christmas day
children searching
every way.
Lights that glisten
become found
with a joyful
sight and sound.
The miracles
of Christmas joy
light the lives
of a girl and boy.
While the lights
that glisten true
ring the seasons
greatest hue.

The Christmas Secret

When many gather
to find themselves found
there in the place
of God’s solid ground
there are so often
the ones gathered there
found so uniquely
just seeking fresh air.
The secret of Christmas
so many don’t see,
because they’re too busy
with their history.
Not seeing the blessings
that we should acclaim
as that of Jesus
and why that He came.
The secret of Christmas
is not one at all
for it’s as clear as
a mountain so tall.
Yet many people
are blind as they glance
while they spend money
as if in a trance.
Christmas isn’t money
or how much you’ve got.
It’s about Jesus
and all that He bought.
Jesus in a manger
Lord God sent to grow
giving the lessons
that we need bestow.
So with the season
of wintertime’s weather
seek for the blessings
of Christmas forever.
Let not mere money
to cause you to fall.
See all the blessings
that God gave to all.

Winter Comes

Winds will blow
as winter comes
as that of
a seasons drums.
Winter’s flavors
come as gold
bringing pages
very cold.
Seen as glimmers
in each day
winter winds will
blow away.
Then as winter
finds its place
Christmas comes with
saving grace.
Scenes all decked out
high and low
in the winters
whitest snow.
Christmas pictures
hung with care
are reminding
God is there.
A manger scene
of timeless hue
becomes as the
Christmas view.
So when winter
comes to be
look and find God’s
Son for free.
Let the seasonal
winds that blow
grow as Christmas
to and fro.
Then as winter
falls away
still remember
that great day.

Windows I’ve Seen

Found within windows
I’ve seen many views
displayed as ventures
of my daily news.
Snow angels made up
with children in snow
also some snowmen
that seem to just grow.
Found as remembered
are prismatic sights
echoing beauty
that then so delights
Found within moments
are hopes for a dream
displayed as goodness
in windows I’ve seen.
Christmastimes pleasure
is found as pure joy
out in the white snow
with a girl or a boy.
Scenes are all growing
as Christmastime’s prayer
displayed as sweetness
and love in the air.
Yes there’s so much that
needs to be done
so we remember
Lord God’s Only Son.
So if you’ve found that
you’ve strayed away
find now the blessings
on this Christmas day.
The windows I’ve seen
are ones I remember,
but I have chosen
to change that December.
The past is the past
and it shall not return,
so find what the season
has to discern.
Find all the blessings
you’ve let slip away
and see the goodness
in now and today.

The Heart of Christmas

The true beating essence
of Christmastimes age
stems from the blessings
turned as a page.
So many heartbeats
will be found each day
kneeling down truly so
while they each pray.
The heart of Christmas
comes from deep inside
found through Lord Jesus
with arms opened wide.
That baby in the manger
laid there with much love
given as a heartbeat
that’s come from above.
The true beating essence
is God’s peace of mind
found as the blessings
that are found Christmastime.

Beyond Today

Places remembered
might come back alive
if we will let them
to deep down survive.
Beyond today now
tomorrow will show
images reminding us
where all we go.
Scenes during Christmas
might come from the past
becoming as echoes
that surely will last.
Every little memory
that we hold so tight
can become living
if they are so right.
Beyond today now
so many Christmas trees
live on all lit up
so far across the seas.
Each family member
no matter their home
live on as the memories
not so alone.
Let not this Christmastime
fall on despair.
Seek for Lord Jesus
in Christmastime prayer.

Soon To Come

Soon the season
will expose
Christmas blessings
whitest snows.
Soon to come
are days to find
many with the
Christmas mind.
Yet so many
might fall prey
to the sadness
day to day.
Letting Christmas
to lose stride
as it dies on
their inside.
Soon to come
are chances seen
to help someone
find their dream.
Help someone to
find the cheer
in this special
time of year.
Let the blessings
from God’s Son
find the peace in
soon to come.

A Few Days Till Christmas

Time is now counted
as the season moves along
a few days till Christmas
and a little Christmas song.
Wintertime’s arrival
might display some snow
a few days till Christmas
and Santa’s HoHoHo.
Scenes through December
might have such a sight
as that of twinkling
found in the night.
A few days till Christmas
might sort of seem sad
as ones remember
all that they’ve had.
The shadows of yesterdays
should be well found
with that of Jesus Christ
coming to town.
A baby in a manger
is the reason to smile
a few days till Christmas
and also the while.
Christmastime’s coming
as each day arrives
displaying blessings
that Jesus survives.
That little baby
in the old manger scene
a few days till Christmas
might display in green.
Surely all the people
that fall away
can find God’s blessings
upon Christmas Day.
It might take a miracle,
yet not that hard
maybe by a kind word
or a Christmas card.
A few days till Christmas
gives us a chance
to find all the blessings
that we can enhance.
Let not the seasonal
times thereunto
to bring you a Christmastime
painted as blue.
Let yourself find now
a much better life
as you let Jesus to
remove all your strife.
A few days till Christmas
there is a good way
to find all the blessings
upon Christmas day.

Today might be sad,
but tomorrow holds blessings
that we cannot see.

Scenes found in doorways
might pull us with their beauty
and have evil ways.

Inside of a heart
beats the chances for true love,
that need to be seen.

Portions of Christmas
enlighten many people
with all that has passed.

Finding your footing
needs to be done with knowledge
of what you’re seeking.

In but a moment
today might be forgotten
in tomorrows stride.

Most often flavors
are tasted with our eyesight
before we ingest.

Belonging to now
becomes a threshold of you
and what you’ve chosen.

Segments of beauty
might just be a mere facade
that time will expose.

Truth of a flower
lives on as many petals
while they blow away.

The winds of winter
bring forth scenes we encounter
first in December.

Pointing at troubles
does not solve anything seen.
Action must occur.

Lines in a toy store
might gather so abruptly
that patience wears thin.

Searching for Christmas
will find it inside of you
as heartbeats of joy.

Counting your blessings
could cause you to lose your count,
for they are many.

When seeking true love
let your eyes not deceive you,
for true love’s inside.

Many perceptions
bring us arguments started
about who is right.

Lessons from speed bumps
often leave us with some scars
that we’re not proud of.

Storm clouds of could of
bring us rains of regretful,
so do what you can.

A forest of eyes
gather together to see
what we’re doing wrong.

Our youth is displayed
as our yesterdays are gone
while memories live.

Trying times of now
find a way to bring sadness,
but God makes better.

Your frosty friend Bill 🙂

Hello my friends

How’s the weather down your way? It’s 7F degrees
right now at 5:15 PM. Not too awful bad. Though
it might be a tad hard to write being Benny is in one
of his moods hehehe. He wants to play and barking
at me. Now he’s in the bedroom playing with one of
his squeaky toys. Now he’s barking for Milo or one
of us to come and play with him in the bedroom LOL.
Oh well, Judy said she was thinking about going back
to bed and so she will have the honors of dealing with
fussbudget hehehe. It’s real lively around here today
and Milo don’t want to have any part of it hehehehe.
Judy just went in there and said Benny is throwing
the pillows and sheets off of the bed LOL. I had to
get a late start on writing being Judy and I watched
Christmas movies up until about 8 or 9 this morning.
Yeppers, it was the Hallmark channel all night long.
I fixed Benny and Milo their dinner and then fixed
Judy and I some waffles and sausage for our dinner
aka breakfast hehehe. The boys were in a loving
mood licking me all over the place to get me up
and so I got up and began the day. I’m still pretty
tired as is Judy, for she said that she’s going back
to bed hehehe. Oh well, it’s not like we have any
pressing engagements 🙂 Nope, here at the old
Pearce’s Place it’s pretty laid back. Of course
not in our dogs eyes. It seems that when we lay
down kicks in a play mode with the boys hehehe.
Benny and Milo are now running back and forth
from the front door through the bedroom to this
room. They sound like little tiny horses galloping
at a moderate speed hehehe. We love those boys.
Well, my glass just became empty of chocolate
milk. Looks like I’ll either have to get a Yoohoo
or a Sprite. I got a Yoohoo and the boys followed
me back in here thinking the Yoohoo was for them.
LOL go away!!!! Ok, now they’ve gone back to
their playing in the other room. Oopsy, I forgot
to take the syrup bottle back into the kitchen hehe.
Oh well, I’ll take it on my next trip. In the mean
time onwards with the journal. It’s white outside
still and Benny and Milo are loving it. We might
get a tad more snow beginning tomorrow evening.
God only knows how much we will get. I’m sure
we will get a few inches though if not more. I’m
hoping for more. We shall see! Well the boys
have worn themselves out and are now lying in
the bedroom floor facing each other. We’ve
been taking a few more Christmas pictures of
us, the boys and our Christmas tree HoHoHo.
I’ll have to do some sorting the figure out which
ones are best for my stationery. I think I hear
the boys coming. Hehehe they wanted a treat.
I gave em a chewy bone to keep them busy LOL.
That should tide them over for a while hehehe.
Those two boys are definitely a gift from God.
I couldn’t imagine them not being here. It fills
like they have been here all of the while, but
in reality Benny has only been with us since
March 10 and Milo has only been here since
October 14. Yeppers, they have became a
large part of our lives. They love to snuggle
with Judy and I in bed. Although it does get
a tad crowded time to time and I have to give
a little shove to move em over LOL. This
holiday season will be one of our best ones.
We’ve found pure joy in these two dogs from
Heaven. God knows exactly what we need.
maybe not what we want, but what we need.
This Christmas season let God show you the
gifts of life and chances for a better day as
time moves forwards. I know you might be
suffering from hardships and turmoil, but
they will make a better person out of you.
Don’t let a moment to ruin a lifetime, for
a moment will pass. Heaven is just a prayer
away. Now, I think it’s time for me to be
taking my little venture back through all that
I’ve written here to see if I can find a good
word or phrase that might work well for the
title for today’s brand new poem. So, it’s
away I go to that place of my recollection
that I like to call RECOLLECT VILLE 🙂
I believe I may of found a good title, but the
proof is in the pudding as they all say hehe.
Now let’s see if I can put any good thoughts
together using it hehehe. Here goes!!!!!!!!!!!!

A Little Shove

Minutes tick on
snowflakes fall
times of winter
cover all.
Little children
with each sled
a little shove
away they’ve sped.
Often people
need that too
a little shove of
to and fro
in the life of
troubled snow.
God sends angels
daily found
to be shoves
to help around.
Maybe friends
of then and there
are the shoves
of answered prayer.
So if you are
needing love
look for Lord God’s
little shove.
A little shove
to help succeed
might be all
you really need.

Ok hehehe there ya go. You’re not gonna believe
this but titles are harder for me to come up with
than writing a poem LOL. I’ve written well over
7000 poems and new titles are getting scarce hehe.
Hehehe believe or not, amidst all of them poems
are almost 600 Christmas poems HoHoHo hehe.
Yeppers, I’ve been writing for many a decade.
Hehehe when kids see me at Walmart they think
I’m Santa, being I have that look about me hehe.
LOL who knows, HoHoHo I might be hehehehe.
Judy and I love Christmas. It’s our favorite time
of year just as it was with my family growing up.
I remember going over to my cousins house and
Uncle Wayne dressing up as Santa Claus as he
brought in a big bag of presents. Those are the
days I remember best as also my many years of
delivering Christmas trees to those that could
not afford one. I would go out in the woods and
cut down a few and put em in my car and tarry
out to deliver. I didn’t want anyone to have to
celebrate Christmas without a Christmas tree.
I also made little paper ornaments to put on
their trees. Not many knew of what I did for
Christmas. Not even my own parents. I kept
that part of my life a secret except from a few.
This Christmas season, do something nice for
someone without expecting anything in return
and you will be blessed. Let God’s love shine
through your life. Ok, so I guess it’s time for
me to begin my search for that old off switch,
but not before I wish you all a most joyful and
glorious week. Remember, Jesus loves you
and we do too. Now to find that off switch.
Found it hiding behind the syrup bottle that
never made it back into the kitchen hehehehe.
Gotcha, see ya CLICK zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

God bless from Bill and Judy Pearce

I’m putting out a prayer request for all the families
from the shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary school
in Connecticut. I know those children will have that
nightmare in their dreams for years to come. Please
pray for all of those…..God bless

Now on with the poems and haiku
10 and 22 hehehehehehehehehehe 🙂

Timelines Array

Yesterdays minutes
might seem as to show
timelines of seconds
that are found in snow.
Now might seem cloudy
in timelines array,
but minutes give us
a times better day.
Moments forgotten
or maybe impaired
might be the seasons
that had really cared.
Yesterdays timelines
painted as cynic
might leave regretful
found deep within it.
So use the timelines
of now and today
to make much better
to come from the gray.
Timelines we’ve be through
that now does perceive
need to be lessons
to now interweave.
Found as the moments
are making today
now can show lessons
in a timelines array.

Lives We’ve Seen

Oceans of waves
roll on as a dream
with all the people
that we’ve daily seen.
Many with patterns
found as unique
displayed as oceans
found really deep.
The lives we’ve seen
might come so quick
then be shadows
that timeframes depict
Thresholds of time
might come as despair
as many lives
are treated unfair.
Let not the pathways
lives have portrayed
become as moments
found just to fade.

Christmas Pictures

Scenes hung nicely
for the season
show that Jesus
is the reason.
Christmas pictures
found so great
display things
so wide awake.
Sleigh bells ringing
in the night
are the visions
ones delight.
Christmas pictures
here and there
show the beauty
of God’s care.
Scenes depicting
Christmas trees
on some ships
in deepest seas.
Many different

some of green
and some with snow.
Christmas pictures

scenes of love

Sentimental Journey

Found in our footsteps
timeframes bestow
a sentimental journey
wherever we go.
Sentimental moments
connecting thereto
pathways to Christmas
found in our view.
Sentimental doorways
that we have seen
right now might find
as just but a dream.
A sentimental journey
that time has begun
might be the moments
of a bright shining sun.
Find all the blessings
Lord God’s given free
and then enjoy
the paths history.

Nearer To Christmas

The clock is now ticking
as time moves along
while ones are singing
a great Christmas song.
Nearer to Christmas
the moments are showing
as often outside
it just might be snowing.
The seasonal blessings
which come now at glance
nearer to Christmas
brings song and dance.
Holly for the doorways
and lights thereunto
nearer to Christmas
gives us a view.
Scenes all decorated
with such a sight
that of the seasonal
wondrous delight.
A little manger scene,
Jesus within
shows us how Christmas
did then begin.
Then so mesmerizing
music is heard
that of Silent Night
word after word.
Songs that are playing
on the radio
Jingle Bells Christmas
in fluffy white snow.
Find all the blessings
as Christmastime comes
maybe through scenes
of a drummer who drums.
Seek for the method
of which you can share
and then find Christmas
that none can compare.

Jumping in Snow

When Christmas comes
it gives ones a glow
that which is often
jumping in snow.
Building up snowmen
jolly and tall
with round bellies
so they’ll never fall.
Jumping in snow
makes many feel young
along with the songs
of Christmas they’ve sung.
Letting their inner
child to display
helps them to find
a great Christmas day.
While jumping in snow
you thought as too old,
you might just find
a blessing unfold.
Rhythms of childlike
centuries seen
might make your Christmas
just like a dream.

Winters Revival

As Christmas comes
it brings us a sight
winters revival
found day and night.
Scenery’s changing
as they unfold
often with white snow
fluffy and cold.
Winters revival
comes as a page
turned in a book found
Christmas on stage.
Minutes will pass on
now to another
while we are singing
child, father, mother.
Winters revival
shows us a hue
white as the Heavens
clouds passing through.
Christmastimes pages
turn as a book
giving us beauty
often mistook.
Look now at Christmas
and see what is there
given from Lord God
and filled with prayer.

Believing in Santa

A child sees a dream
of hopeful desire
believing in Santa
in all his entire.
That is so often
what brings us true life
found as a blessing
husband and wife.
Believing is harmless
for it does good
making ones do what
they really should.
Looking for goodness
in what that’s done
believing in Santa
through God’s Own Son.
It’s about giving
and showing you care
while being answers
to someone’s prayer.
Let not your old age
to take away
believing in Santa
Christmastimes day.

I Might Be Mistaken

I might make mistakes
from time and agin,
but lessons still come from
where that I’ve been.
I might be mistaken
as each page is turned,
but I will find then
some lessons discerned.
We all make mistakes
and some more than others
as many leave it to
sisters and brothers.
Blaming mistakes on
everybody else
leaves you to find
the lies of yourself.
You might be mistaken
the very same as me,
so take note and learn
from your history.
I might be mistaken
about all of this,
but the fact then remains
you might be amiss.

Look Now and See

Try now to look now
and see what is there
found now as Christmastime’s
filled full of prayer.
Look now at all that
you have now so fine
and then be grateful
for great Christmastime.
Let not your wanna
to fill up your stride.
Look now and see now
Lord Jesus inside.
Find every blessing
that you don’t deserve
and then be grateful
for God’s grading curve.
So many blessings
are there every day,
yet we will often
not look in that way.
Look now and see now
what Christmas bestows
and let it to be as
a seedling that grows.
Search for that feeling
that Christmastime gives.
It’s in the blessing
that Jesus Christ lives.

Times might show torment,
but Heaven makes peace of it
as time moves forward.

Life is a seedling
needing water, Son and love
to help it to grow.

Wintertime’s pages
turn as the winds blow briskly
while snowflakes will fall.

An evergreens leaves
hold fast and never will change
even with snow on them.

Onlooking people
lose track of what is with them
and miss the beauty.

Wisdom of ages
often comes from ignorance
that times had shown them.

Losing ones temper
leaves them open to regret
what they’ve done and said.

Living above you
finds sorrow in the pockets
as ones come collect.

In but a moment
your life will have moved forwards
and you might miss it.

Imagining yourself
as what that you’re not really,
might unfold sadness.

Finding a true smile
might be one come from a child
with joy of Christmas.

Belief in a ghost
gives it its recognition
to be remembered.

Hearing the wind blow
gives the impression of cold
found in wintertime.

Love is a value
that many will misconceive
as emptiness thrives.

Looking for true love
needs to be done through Jesus
and whom He displays.

Often our judgment
is a roller coaster ride
swaying in the breeze.

Lessons are troubles
that come for us to resolve
often not so great.

Painting a smile on
leaves a lie under the paint,
so try to smile true.

Look for the good times
that life as exposed to you
and remember them.

Today is just time
that’s often just misconceived
within the wrong light.

With every heartbeat
there is a chance for changing,
for there is still breath.

Simply belonging
does not give ones happiness.
Be happy with you.

Hello my friends

How are you this wintery weekend :)? It looks like
it might finally begin our snow brigade soon as it grows
larger in the days ahead. Yet, today is just cold with
a few clouds filling the skies here and there. Yeppers
mister winter is bringing his trademark across the way
and it looks like it will be here real soon. It’s running
a little later this year than in the past, but it will soon
be here no matter. Benny and Milo are doing well as
the days bring them closer together. They’re lying in
their little doggie beds in the floor right beside me as
I speak/type hehehe. I just went in to fix Judy and I
some breakfast and they followed me in the kitchen
to see what I was doing LOL. It’s too early to feed
them, so I told them they still have some dried food
with Glucosamine and Chondroitin in it in their food
dish if they’re really hungry hehehe. They’ve almost
emptied the 4 gallon water feeder that we got them.
I may have to fill it back up this evening LOL. I’m
eating while I’m typing and it makes it a slow go :).
There’s not much new that’s happened around here.
It’s 36F degrees right now with a high of 38 and it’s
supposed to be a low of 18F. The temperatures will
be dropping a tad in the next few days. Were still
alive and sort of well 🙂 Though I wish the snows
would hurry and get here. It always puts a smile
on my face as I watch the snowflakes falling from
the sky. I’m sure Benny and Milo will also be glad
when they can play in the deep snow. Anyways,
hopefully onto another topic. We had to order us
another remote control for our TV satellite receiver
being Milo knocked it off into the water bowl on
Monday. We have multiple TV’s but it was to
the one that is in the PC room where we spend
most of our time LOL. The TV remote did no
good if we didn’t have the one for the satellite
receiver also LOL. Anyways, Dish TV sent us
a new one and we got it Thursday. Back to the
regular day in day out schedule LOL. I finished
eating my croissant finally. Now I can focus on
my typing hehehe. Both Benny and Milo are back
in their little beds in the floor beside me. I’ll feed
them at 4 PM. They know when to expect food.
LOL, but they still want food no matter the time.
That’s why I leave a bit of healthy dried food in
their doggie dish that they can snack on if they
are hungry. They don’t ever eat much of it, but
enough to help them both. Milo has a touch of
arthritis and so the dried food has Glucosamine
and Chondroitin in it. It’s good for Benny as
well. It has other nourishments in it for the body.
Yes I am a stickler about taking care of our
boys. Milo has some bad teeth being they were
not cared for before we got him, so we bought
him a doggie toothbrush and toothpaste to
brush his teeth with as well as some dental
spray and dentastix. Also we bought some ear
cleaner for them that prevents and kills ear
mites and ticks and reduces ear odor. We also
bought some eye wash/tear stain remover.
So ya can see, I am a stickler about taking
care of our boys hehehe. We might have to
take Milo to the vet to see if she can help out
with his teeth, but they have cleaned up a
lot and his breath is much better LOL. Boy
did it stink before hehehe! Yep, life at the
Pearce’s Place is just a regular doggie home.
LOL they have the run of the place as anyone
would notice walking into our living room 🙂
They don’t tear up anything, but they do
ever so often leave their toys strewn about
along with a few bones LOL. They have a
toy box and every once in a while will put
their toys back in it, but not often hehehehe.
We usually end up doing it for them, but they
are learning. They’ve learned to bark when
they need to go out to potty. Milo will bark
when he is done and ready to come back in.
Hehehe Benny just lets Milo do the barking
and waits for either Judy or I to let them
back in LOL. Benny ain’t stupid hehehehe.
Yes, the two boys are definitely blessings
from God. Yet I often wish they wouldn’t
lay so close to my legs in bed hehehe. It
makes it hard to relax, but they soon get
the hint and move over after I’ve nudged
them a few times with my legs hehe LOL.
Judy and I thank God for these gifts from
Heaven. They show us unconditional love
as we should do others. God’s love is truly
unconditional, but to get into Heaven, you
must love Him and His Son. Do you love
God and Jesus which are one of the same?
Do you thank God for all of the blessings
you have received even in the moments
that the blessings might be something you
might not want. Yes God knows what we
want, but He knows that what we want
is not always the best for us and so He will
often intercede with His Will. Yet often He
will allow us with our wantings as blessings
to be as lessons to teach us better what we
really need or do not need. Sometimes the
best blessing is a lesson that we gained and
lived through. Don’t let the past to live as
should’ve could’ve. Learn what’s needed
to be learned and make today better while
using the trials and mistakes of the past as
lessons. God gave us a memory for that
purpose. Now I believe it’s about time for
me to be searching back through all that I
have written here to see if I can find a word
or phrase that might work well for the title
for today’s brand new poem. So it’s away
I go to that place of my recollection that I
like to call RECOLLECT VILLE. I think
I may have found a good title not to far back
in my rambling hehehe. Now let’s see what
I can do with it. Here goes………….

Should’ve Could’ve

of all we’ve done
might just be
a setting sun.
Should’ve could’ve
might then be
all that’s in
our memory.
Scenes partaken
far and wide
often bring us
truth inside.
Segments gathered
found in frame
should’ve could’ve
might rename.
Things we’ve been through
now and then
might just teach us
best from sin.
Should’ve could’ve
then might show
where we really
need to go.

Ok so there ya go hehehe. I have no clue of how
I am able to do this every week, but I’m guessing
it’s my gift from God 🙂 How else can you explain
it LOL? Well, Benny is looking up at me with his
little doggie eyes saying dad, it’s 4 PM feed me 🙂
So, I will as soon as I finish this, but not before.
If he is really hungry, he can eat some of the dried
food in the pan hehehe. He don’t care for it much,
but he does eat it when there is nothing else. I just
heard the water bottle glug as Benny was getting
a drink hehehe. It startles him every once in a while
and makes him jump back hehehe. Milo just keeps
on drinking ignoring the glugging of the water bottle
as it refills the water bowl hehehe. Well again I ask
for prayers for my good friend Tiny/Donald. He is
not expected to live but a few more days. I pray
that God brings Him home and shows him that
greater life with a brand new healthy body. He
might even be as tall in heaven as he is here on
Earth. Tiny is 6’11” or was before his health went
bad and of course years took him down. He’s 85.
He’s one of my best friends from the 70’s. God
is in control as always even when it’s looking
gloomy. The brighter side is Heaven. Milo was
just now getting a drink making the water bottle
to gurgle repeatedly hehehe. The bottle is almost
empty. I’ll need to refill it this evening for sure.
It’s amazing, they went through over 4 gallons
of water in a week hehehe. Namely because
they also have a water bowl in the bedroom 🙂
The stay hydrated for sure LOL especially
Milo hehehe. So it’s time for me to be telling
you what I tell you every week and that is,
I wrote some more poems and haiku. Yep,
10 more poems with 4 of them this time being
Christmas poems. Also I wrote once again
22 more haiku for all of my haiku lovers
out there. I hope you find some of either
that finds a place in your heart and mind.
Now it’s time for me to be searching for that
old off switch, but not before I wish you a
most wonderful God filled week. Remember,
Jesus loves you and we do too. Now to find
that off switch. Found ya hehehe. Hiding
inside the water bottle won’t save ya hehe.
It’s clear as well as almost empty LOL 🙂
Gotcha, see ya CLICK zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

God bless from Bill and Judy Pearce

Now on with the poems and haiku
10 and 22 hehehehehehehehehehe 🙂

Searching For Snowflakes

While winter winds blow
with their Christmastimes breath
I find myself searching
for snowflakes it left.
Yet now the seasons
of wintertime’s ways
shows now just only
some cold wintertime’s days.
Searching for snowflakes
I find myself found
standing now looking
at uncovered ground.
Yet soon the snows will
fall down and display
special times moments
of Christmastime’s day.
So I’ll keep searching
for snowflakes of time
that now weigh heavy
on my Christmas mind.

it’s stars in the skies
it soon will end as
the morning reply’s.
Morning will shadow
the night skies cuisine
with all the pictures

Minutes will tick on
as nighttime is done
bringing the ventures

Soon every instance
of nighttime with stars
can be remembered

Morning will come
with great things to see
and then the nighttime
will once again be.

Many So Many

Hope finds a viewpoint
within every day
if we will take time
to kneel down and pray.
Many so many
just leave their self will
found with the sadness
that time does fulfill.
Not letting Jesus
to help them along
many so many
just sing a sad song.
So if the burdens
of life finds you sad
look for the goodness
of which that you’ve had.
Reflect on the blessings
that God’s given you
and then step back now
and get a better view.
Today might be better
than thought it could be,
but many so many
just seek not to see,
Let not your wanna
to hide every blessing
behind all the wantings
your daily caressing.

Pointless Plunder

Often so often
so many will steal
what that’s just minutes
of wanted appeal.
Their pointless plunder
that’s surely perceived
leaves many wanting
all they’ve conceived.
Pointless perception
brings ones a view
that is so often
not so very true.
Often so often
then there over under
many will flaw with
their own pointless plunder.
Finding their wantings
that took firm control
leaving them paying
a life’s heavy toll.

Glistening Trees

Christmastimes doorstep
brings ones to view
scenes so magnificent
red green and blue.
Glistening trees
with lights all aglow
often sprayed lightly
with cans of white snow.
Then found outside
are some blessings to see
maybe a snowman
or a snow covered tree.
Glistening flavors
of Christmastimes scenes
lives as the ventures
found in our dreams
and in the night skies
of wintertime’s freeze
there are the Christmastimes
glistening trees.

Nobody’s Perfect

We all make mistakes
some big and some small
and some might seem as
much larger than all.
Nobody’s perfect,
for we all make mistakes
as life goes forwards
with all it partakes.
Don’t think you’re perfect
and put others down.
Take notice what all
your spreading around.
Often our mistakes
might seem to just flow
as that of rivers
of an over ego.
Many have flaws
that we may not see,
because they are hidden
from both you and me.
Yet we all mimic
that imperfect stride
as nobodies perfect,
but Jesus inside.

Bits and Pieces

Seasons greetings
come at glance
with the sight of
song and dance.
Many blessings
come to be
as the seasons
first holly.
Bits and pieces
found on cue
bring us Christmas
and its view.
Put together
oh so fine
Christmas displays
God Divine.
Through His Son
with love and grace
Christmas gives
a smiling face.
All the blessings
bits and pieces
love then releases.
Spreading cheer
around the world
from The Seed
that God unfurled.

Painted Doorways

Winters pictures
come and go
some with raindrops
some with snow.
Painted doorways
that we see
become as our
Christmas journeys
far and wide
display as we
Many lights are
on each house
showing Christmas
to arouse.
Even trees are
twinkling too
with a sight
red, green and blue.
Painted doorways
found sublime
bring us to
our Christmastime.

Now Can Be Great

Even when troubles
are knocking you down
now can be great
with a smile not a frown.
Often our impressions
of how that we are
brings us the verdict
of moments by far.
Now can be great
if you’ll just try to view
better the moments
of then thereunto.
It takes some thinking
to turn things around
making things better
what had brought you down.
Now can be great
if we’ll just learn to see
what God has given
to both you and me.

It Will Come

Time to time
and now and then
it will come
from where and when.
Time to time
we might be found
standing on
some sinking ground.
Things we’ve seen
from when and where
might become
remembered flair.
Times we’ve pondered
yet to see
might become
our history.
It will come
those times detail
in God’s time
so never fail.
Let God’s choices
said and done
live and breathe
for it will come.

Sometimes a moment
is only a mere moment
and not nothing more.

A flower that blooms
only shows it can blossom,
but not how it smells.

Different people
leave their own style decisions
that look good to them.

Kindred encounters
come as shadows of lifestyles
that may not be true.

The answers to time
are given in the seconds
that minutes portray.

Reviving true love
might not work out so greatly
if that time has passed.

Listening to wind
brings the mind in alignment
to each passing breeze.

A page that’s written
might be found as wrongly done
by perfectionist’s.

Placing a heartbeat
where there is no one to share
might cause you heartache.

Beyond yesterday
lives the minutes of each day
that gives us all hope.

Winter might bring chills,
but the snowflakes that follow
give us much beauty.

Many find answers
in the unlikely places
we thought not to look.

Ignorance is good
when it means to leave alone
what you know not of.

Fields of snowflakes
come as glimmers of Christmas
with billows of white.

When mirrors reflect
they show a persons features
that they may not like.

Believing in God
gives a chance for redemption
through His Saving Grace.

Hearing an echo
gives knowledge of the maker
either alive or dead.

Baking a biscuit
needs you to turn the stove on
and then have patience.

Truth is a language
that many will never speak,
so listen closely.

A glimpse of Christmas
comes as many twinkling lights
on a Christmas tree.

Seasons memories
display as fragments of time
that make us to smile.

Today brings us hope
for a better tomorrow
if we will use it.

Your frosty friend Bill 🙂

Hello my friends

How has your weekend been? Ours has been cold
and wet. It snowed a tad early this morning but the
rain has washed it all away. It might snow again later
in the week. It could all change at the drop of a hat
ya know. The weather channel and all of my weather
programs can just estimate what will happen, but
only God really knows 🙂 I let Benny and Milo out to
go potty early this morning when it was snowing and
Benny was having a blast, but Milo was ready to get
his duties done and get back in the house. 🙂 I think
Benny is a snow dog. He loves snow and loves to play
in it. There’s still a glaze of snow outside our front
door. I was looking out and Benny tried to squeeze
passed me to go outside hehehe. I know he’s only
wanting to go outside and play hehehe and he always
comes in soak and wet. I’m sure there will be plenty
of snow for him to play in. Maybe even Milo will get
into the swing of things, being I love to play in the
snow as well LOL, but prefer much deeper snow
to play in. Yes I am still a kid at heart. I think most
of us are if we would be honest and admit it. Too
often people will try to hide that side of themselves
thinking that it’s wrong to have a child still living
within you. That child within you is what keeps
us going when the old person has become more
agonizing with age. Even my mom has found that
young person alive within her that lets her have
fun. Age is just a number. Ok so it’s onto another
topic hehe. Judy and I did some of our Christmas
pictures Friday and Saturday. Yeppers, we got
out our Santa suits and began taking pictures.
We figured we needed to get em done because
Christmas is just 3 weeks away. So I might put
a few of our Christmas pictures in each articles
stationery up to then 🙂 It’s 42F degrees right
now and that’s the high until Wednesday, but it
seems winter is dropping the temperatures a tad
after that. The Pearce’s Place is still hanging
tight 🙂 Judy and I have begun hibernating 🙂
It seems with the cold weather that neither of
us wants to get out of bed LOL. But get out of
bed we must to at least fix something to eat
and so we do and head off into the computer
room to wake up hehehe being neither of us
feels brave enough to cook when we’ve just
woken up. Of course I spend much of my time
in bed tossing and turning as well as running
back and forth to the rest room, but I am
usually tired as all get out and it takes me a
while to get focused. We’re still doing our
daily ritual hehehe. We’ve decided to ever so
often skip a night of Farmtown. That way
it doesn’t become so monotonous hehehehe.
There isn’t much else that is happening up
this ways, other than the same old stuff of
playing with our pooches 🙂 Benny sure does
love his big brother. Hehehe ya ought to see
how he nudges Milo with his nose to try to
get him to play hehehe. Milo does often get
in a playful mood and then the both of them
are playing chase around the house with the
sounds of tiny horses running amuck hehehe.
Yeppers they do have fun. Judy and I love
watching them play and also playing with
them. They are surely a gift from God, for
they provide us with many smiles each and
every day. Often the smiles are given as we
watch them sleeping in their little beds or
on the floor at our feet. LOL Milo snores 🙂
and other things hehehe. Yeppers God gave
us some wonderful little boys. They both just
went out to go potty and I took a few pictures
of em. We thank God every day for these two
miracles of life. So often we will forget about
the blessings that we have been given and get
focused on the misery. Make your focus today
on the many gifts God has given you no matter
the size. Find the joy in all that you have and
all that you have had. Don’t let the heartaches
to become all you see. Now I think it’s time
for me to be taking a little visit back through
all that I’ve written here to see if I can find
a good word or phrase that might work for
the title for today’s brand new poem. So, it’s
away I go to that place of my recollection that
I like to call RECOLLECT VILLE. I think I
may have stumbled on a good title, but we
shall se huh hehehe. Here goes…..

Don’t Let The Heartaches

Within all your journeys
you might just find true
heartaches of timeframes
that live within you.
Don’t let the heartaches
to take full control.
Let God to help you
to peaceful your soul.
Let not the echoes
of times that you’ve seen
become all the boulders
within every dream.
Find now the blessings
as time goes its way
by finding Jesus
as you kneel and pray.
Don’t let the heartaches
to be all you see.
Find all the blessings
in your history.

So there ya go. Hehehe I’m writing up until Judy is
ready to go to WalMart. I got my SSD check and we
need some groceries and maybe even stop and get us
each a subway sandwich from Subway. No not Benny
and Milo. They’ll get their regular food hehehe and be
happy LOL. Of course we’ll buy them some more of
their favorite treats being we ran out of them yesterday.
Also, we’re gonna buy a 2 and half gallon automatic
water feeder for these guys. It kills my back every time
I bend over to pick up each water bowl to fill them and
then bend over to put them back in the floor. I’ve still
gotta bend over to feed em, but that’s OK hehehehe.
It’s just that Milo is like a freaking camel and drinks
water like it’s going out of style. I have to fill those
bowls at least 6 times a day in the PC room and the
bedroom LOL. Yea Benny helps with the drinking,
but Milo drinks most of it. I’m working on getting
his teeth cleaned up. When we got him, his teeth
were in horrible shape, but they’re looking better
every day and his breath is getting better as well 🙂
Well, I’ve gotta pause here so we can go to the
store. “I’ll be back”…………………………………………………….
Hehehe we ended up going to Tractor Supply for
the water container for the dogs and got a 4 gallon
one. We bought Benny and Milo more dog food
and treats as well as medical stuff for them such as
drops for their eyes and ears. Also some food with
Glucosamine and Chondroitin in it for Milo and his
arthritis. Also it has medication for his digestive
system. So we spent a ton of money on them. They
are our little boys and if they were human we would
do the same. Ok maybe not exactly the same hehe,
but we would make sure they were taken care of.
Anyways, back to the journal. I want to ask you
to say a prayer for my step son Chance and his
mom, dad and little sister. Chance needs some
prayer for God’s will to be done. Ok so it’s onto
the ending of this mess. Firstly I wanna tell ya
what I tell ya every week and that is I wrote yet
again more poems and haiku. Yeppers 10 more
poems with 5 once again being Christmas poems.
Also I wrote 22 more haiku for all of my haiku
lovers out there. I hope you find some that you
like. Now it’s time for me to be searching for
that old off switch that loves to play hide and
seek with me :), but not before I wish you a
most wonderful God filled week. Remember,
Jesus loves you and we do too. Now to find
that off switch. There ya are ya little whipper-
snapper. Hiding behind the large water bowl
won’t save ya hehehe. It’s CLEAR hehehehe.
Gotcha, see ya CLICK zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

God bless from Bill and Judy Pearce

Now on with the poems and haiku
10 and 22 hehehehehehehehehehe 🙂

Guiding Force

Soon the snowflakes
will fall down
and be seen from
all around.
The guiding force
from thereunto
will be Lord God
with His view.
Soon dear winter
will be seen
where there once was
grass of green.
The guiding force
of days ahead
will be displayed
not so dead.
Snowflakes falling
will be found
as they’re landing
on the ground.
Leaving trails of
white of course
come from Heavens
Guiding force.

Christmas Snowflakes

Seasons pictures
fall in place
as some snowflakes
on my face.
Christmas snowflakes
come to Earth
and make pictures
daily birth.
Born as hillsides
whitish view
and some meadows
wondrous hue.
Christmas snowflakes
paint each scene
as some magic
from a dream.
Soon those snowflakes
will be laid
rolled around
a snowman made.
Children laughing
playing true
in the snowflakes
daily view.

Red, Blue and Green

Soon with changing
of the days
will so amaze.
As the blessings
come alive.
Christmas trees
will gleam and thrive.
With each sight
red, blue and green
there will be
a manger scene.
Christmas lights
will bring to view
glimmers of Gods
love so true.
Scenes so wondrous
twinkling lights
will be seen
as Christmas sights.
With each glimmer
that is seen
there will be
red, blue and green.

Scenes Are Changing

The essence of Christmas
is coming to be
as scenes are changing
with daily to see.
Christmastimes pictures
hang on the trees
scented with fragrance
and melodies.
The scenes are changing
daily we find
as each aroma
lives in our mind.
Each with its blessings
Christmas delight
is found with wonderful
times day and night.
The scenes are changing
as minutes tick on
and soon it will be then
Christmas at dawn.

Moments Persuasion

Now is a moment
that might be found
with many looking
quickly around.
Seeking for minutes
of lesser abrasion
found in the hopeful
moments persuasion.
Often our lifestyles
will just acquire
misery with company
in its attire.
Let not the moments
that many choose
become the troubles
that walk in your shoes.
A moments persuasion
might cause you trouble
making some problems
seeming as double.

Morning Breaks

The sun will be shining
as morning breaks
bringing us ventures
with some mistakes.
Swimming as seconds
found as desires
some as some hopeful
some as Hells fires.
When morning breaks
it will be a sight
beginning a story
that’s after night.
Written as chances
found as a minute
sweet morning breaks
with moments within it.
Look for the blessings
found in each day
as morning breaks
within its own way.

Links of A Chain

We are connecting
links of a chain
as we continue
life and again.
Some may be rusted
ceasing to move
as others quickly
wear out a groove.
The links of a chain
are lives that connect
bringing some ventures
that might reflect.
You and I surely
connect in some time
some maybe sweetly
some seeming slime.
Yet it’s our choices
that can become
later days ventures
lifes beating drum.
Don’t let the times
that seem now insane
become as a pattern
links of a chain.

Soon Comes Christmas

Winters windows
now and then
come as Christmas
to begin.
Soon comes Christmas
to be seen
as the fragrance
of a dream.
Seasons threshold
that walks through
will be blessings
Soon comes Christmas
far and wide
as the season
comes inside.
Sweet dear Christmas
will then fly
as old Santa
in the sky.
Seasons wonders
will be found
as dear Christmas
comes around.

Cloudy Skies

Now as snowflakes
fill the skies
there are signs of
sweet surprise.
Cloudy skies
will come each day
bringing snow
for kids to play.
Making snowmen
they delight
that might come
alive at night.
All the magic
Christmas gives
comes from Heaven
Jesus lives.
Cloudy skies
of Christmastime
live and breathe
of God Divine.
All of the clouds
from up above
are with blessings
filled with love.
Christmas pictures
time partakes
fall as Christmas
white snowflakes.

Evenings Shadows

The days so long
become at rest
evening shadows
do attest.
Soon the days will
then release
as the evenings
bring them peace.
So let shadows
of the day
become peace
to kneel and pray.
Let not problems
that you’ve found
live as troubles
all around.
Evenings shadows
will become
just an echo
less of sun.

The days might mimic
all that you have done wrongly,
but good can be found.

Later decisions
can become filled with regret
for time you wasted.

Today brings decisions
to listen to your wanting
or listen to need.

A mornings sunrise
shows chances beyond your sight
that remain hidden.

People walk blindly
when they head out in the world.
Only Jesus knows.

Letters to Santa
might become disillusioned
by ones that don’t dream.

Wintertime’s doorways
fill the paths of days ahead
with billowy snow.

Mindless portrayals
bring characterization
that might not be right.

Lesser of yourself
can become greater of God
if you allow it.

Pages are written
when our footsteps are laid down
as footprints in time.

The lights of Christmas
shine as glimmers in the night
so joyful to see.

Evenings beginnings
come as the daytime meets night
and nighttime meets stars.

Radiant beauty
finds its way into the day
if you will let it.

Looking passed sadness
there are smiles just sat waiting
for their time and place.

Needless are ventures
that have no true importance
and only bring tears.

Changing appearance
does not change what lives inside.
Looks are just skin deep.

Tomorrows lessons
might be found in now today
which we never learned.

The lines on a face
display our lives emotions
as time perceives them.

Displays of passion
come not as just a favor,
but as God’s true love.

Giving a snowflake
a place of which to find home
also builds a snowman.

When doing good deeds
look for your true reasoning
and see if they’re pure.

Dreaming of Santa
brings joy to many children
in their Christmas dreams.
