This Christmas

Hello my friends
Happy Day After Christmas

I hope you had a Merry Christmas. Ours was a little
bumpy with car problems and all, but it smoothed out
as time went on. Yet my PC is dying and may not be
able to start it up if I ever shut it down being the power
supply or the processor is quitting. Needless to say
I will have to wait until we either make it to Texas or
I have a little money to mail it to my computer guys in
Greenville Texas. There’s not anyone up here I know
that is that good with PC’s that I can trust with my info
and my eyesight through the many strokes has gotten
too bad to trust myself working on anything in my PC.
Darn it, spend years learning only to lose my eyesight.
But of course I was also wanting Ron and Mandy to
put a larger hard drive in this thing being it is almost
filled to capacity and it requires the ability to move
all the info from this hard drive to the new one and I
have not got that. Oh well, just letting you know that
if or shall I say when I shut my PC down, I may not
be able to restart it, so I will be gone for a long while.
Now it’s off of the problems and onto some good news.
Judy found the recipe for Green Bean Casserole and
made it along with a ham for Christmas. I made the
potatoes LOL hehehe OK I didn’t make the potatoes,
I just cooked them LOL. Ya grow potatoes! Judy and
I exchanged gifts Christmas morning. She bought me
a red coat. I think she loves the fact that I look like
Santa Claus heheheHoHoHo. She also wrote me a
beautiful poem and framed it. I got her one of those
Snuggy’s, but called a Cozy Up from Macy’s instead
of TV. I wanted to at least get her something. We
got the kids something which was our main concern.
I was going to write Judy a poem, but she is running
out of places to hang them hehehe. She already has
3 hanging on the wall that I wrote her. All in all our
Christmas was good. I wish I could of seen my mom,
friends and family for Christmas, but this is the 4th
year I’ve not seen them for Christmas. Maybe things
will be better next year. My mom is going through
some troubled times and I wish I could be there for
her. I talked to my daughter last night on the phone,
but she gotta out of range and lost the signal amidst
our conversation. She sent me an email telling me
she will try to call today. I love you Jamye. I love
Sami too. Tell Sami to call me sometime 🙂 I enjoy
hearing from her as well. Maybe yall can make it
up this way sometime. Oh yea, we had a white
Christmas which was wonderful. It’s supposed to
snow again tonight tomorrow and Tuesday. Can’t
really tell being God is the only ONE that really
knows what it’s gonna do. None the less it is very
white outside 🙂 Judy had to go back to work this
morning. It would be great if the diner had some
benefits such as vacation pay or sick leave, but
that’s life as a cook in a diner. There are many
that are in much worse shape then Judy and I so
we feel blessed. LOL, yes we get a bit perturbed
at times, but that’s our humanity. There is not
one of us that is happy 24-7 with our lives. We
each will meet our moments of derangement and
in those moments we need to seek for Jesus and
His Guidance. Yes God has also given us ways
to deal with our issues, but many times our egos
will prevent us from reaching out and letting ones
know we are in despair. Don’t let pride to take
away your chance for joy. Pride is a good thing
to have, but an over abundance of it can destroy
you as well as all your relationships. Let this
Christmas be a venture with new beginnings as
the magic of giving and receiving is learned on
a different scale. Start the new year with new
eyes and a new heart. Let God show you the
blessings you can receive just by allowing them
to happen. Let love blossom as it never has
before. Let your eyes see what God has put
before you and let your heart hear His rhythms.
Now I believe it’s time for me to begin my little
venture back through all I have written to see
if I can find a good word or phrase that I can
use for the title for today’s poem. So it’s away
I go to that place of my recollection that I like
to call RECOLLECT VILLE. I believe I found
a simple little title that will work wonderfully.
Here goes. Hope you like it 🙂

This Christmas

Now this Christmas
look and see
things you’ve lost
through history.
Things forgotten
in detail
lives of love
found so well.
Let this Christmas
show you true
ways that time
can be as new.
Find within
those memories
ways to sail
the love filled seas.
All the friends
of days gone by
now this Christmas
seek to try.
Let God’s Love
through Jesus Christ
help us open
up our eyes.
Look this Christmas
now and past
see the love
that now can last.

So this will be the last Christmas poem for this year,
hehehehe maybe. Anyways, the new year is upon us
and knocking on the door loudly. Yes, by this time
next week it will be a day after New Years Day with
new beginnings and new chances for a better life if we
would only attempt to do our best. I’ve found that we
often repeat what we allow to repeat which is many
times through our failure to have learned what went
wrong the first time. History in that sense is doomed
to be repeated. Look at all you’ve learned and use the
lessons as best that you can, yet allow your humanity,
for we will most undoubtedly make mistakes. That’s
life hehehe. Well I reckon it’s about time for me to
tell ya what I tell ya every week and that is I wrote
some more poems, yet not but a handful hehehehe.
Hey, it was Christmastime and we spent more of
our time watching Christmas movies and enjoying
being together. I did though write four Christmas
poems on the 21st and sent them to my friend Ben
Geurts in Holland to upload to his Christmas site.
So I will share those poems with you here. Nope
I didn’t write any haiku. I’m almost sure though
that I will have some for you NEXT YEAR LOL.
It’s time now for me to be searching for ye old
off switch, but not before I wish you a wonderful
God filled week. Remember, Jesus loves you and
we do too. Now to find that off switch. Hehehe
found it hiding under the Christmas tree HoHoHo.
See ya CLICK zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

God bless from Bill and Judy Pearce

Now on with the poems
4 hehehe seems small huh 🙂
OH yea, I wrote my daughter
and granddaughter a little
poem Monday the 20th which
will make 5 hehehehehe.
I’ll share it first 🙂

Miles Away

Joy comes blending
shadows cast
when we venture
from the past.
Lessons learned
from way back when
help us daily
to begin.
Joy filled echoes
find a way
in our moments
day to day.
Joy comes blending
in a whirl
as the timeframes
then unfurl.
Love of fathers
from a time
fill the hearts of
nows design.
Scenes remembered
deep inside
create ventures
far and wide.
Then time turns
to history
with a young one
then to see.
A grandfather
now holds true
a granddaughters
hopeful view.
Wanting waiting
for the day
to see them both
now miles away.

Seasons Greetings

Seasons greetings
getting great
are with Christmas
I can’t wait.
All the blessings
wished so true
find a way
to come on through.
Maybe not what
we wished for,
but what’s best
not from a store.
Many people
seek attained
all that money
only gained.
Yet it’s heartfelt
Christmas cheer
that will better
make the year.
Keeping Christmas
all the while
with a joyful
happy smile.
Remember Jesus
came that day
to give gifts
the greatest way.
From the heart
with love entire
not with Earthly
wants desire.
Seasons greetings
to you true
and Merry Christmas
from me to you.

Christmas Delish

Found in a window
there in a store
is a great wonder
ones want to explore.
Tiny young children
seek for much joy
found through the moments
of a Christmas toy.
Searching with parents
and on Santa’s lap
children are seen then
with their coat and cap.
Many tell Santa
their own secret wish
something so wondrous
as Christmas delish.
Maybe an easy bake
or a toy soldier,
or something other
for them a little older.
Christmas delish
comes in with smile
with all the things
they wanted a while.
The children all sit
on old Santa’s knee
telling him all that
they’re wanting for free.
Saying sweet Santa
I’ve been good each day
as Santa Claus sees
a much different way.
Have you been good
and tried very well
to be much better
than past times detail?
If you’re real mean
and not doing right
Santa might not come
on Christmas Eve night.
So be much better
than how that you’ve been
and show some love now
that’s not filled with sin.
Give from your heart
what Jesus would ask,
then maybe Santa
will come with his task.
Down through your chimney
to your Christmas tree,
Santa might bring then
some joyful to see.

Don’t Be Greedy

Haunting days
of way back when
come reminding
of our sin.
Times conclusions
from desires
while we’re wanting
what’s not ours.
Haunted moments
come with pain
from the times
of wanted gain.
Christmas bundles
may be found
as some homeless
all around.
Those with problems
not so funny
without food
or any money.
If you have a
dime to give
then why not
help others live!
Maybe a moment
given with love
will make Christmas
all thereof.
Don’t be greedy
this great day.
Show some love
in Christmas way.
Maybe a smile
is all that’s needed
to make others
then succeeded.
Seeing Christmas
truly then
you might help it
to begin.

Being Grateful

Chimes of times
of Christmas songs
sound about
what that belongs.
Songs so joyful
here and there
as some blessings
answered prayer.
Scenes are found
in Christmas days
showing many
great displays.
Lights all lit
from near to far
as we see them
from our car
and when joyful
comes to mind
we sing songs
of Christmastime.
In our hearts
we find so true
sights and sounds
in every view.
Glittering snowflakes
falling down
land so softly
on the ground
painting pictures
far and wide
that of Christmas
deep inside.
In those moments
we can hear
sounds of joy
all through the year.
Being grateful
what we’ve got,
because with love
we’ve got a lot.

Shopping For Christmas

Hello my friends

I hope you are having a wonderful holiday season.
Christmas is almost upon us. Have you gotten all
of your shopping done hehehe? Does anybody??
LOL I can guess that it is never really truly done!
Judy and I begin shopping for Christmas with the
start of the new year hehehehehe and we still never
succeed. Oh well, it’s not what it’s about anyways!
OK so what’s been happening in your part of the
world? Not much has changed up this way. It’s
still cold as usual. Right now it’s 23F degrees at
12:00 noon. It might get up to 27F degrees today,
but I doubt it. It’s supposed to snow tomorrow and
Tuesday, but not too much. Heck, it might snow
a bit more than that, for God only knows what it
will actually do LOL. The weathermen are most
times just guessing and my weather programs can’t
figure in every change that could come from now to
then. Weather has a way of making weathermen
liars hehehehe. Even my weather programs aren’t
correct all the time. To say what it’s going to be
like outside all over with a 7 or 10 day window is
most times an estimation or hehehehe guesstimation.
I was going to write this journal earlier today, but
I was way to tired from lack of sleep. I’ve rested
my eyes a bit since then. My eyes are still a little
weak and fading, but I think I will make it hehehe.
Onto yet another topic. Judy and I have decided
to just stay home this year and maybe watch some
Christmas movies together. Judy bought a small
ham to cook. She asked me what she should get
and said ham because neither of us like turkey
and we can also have ham sandwiches after we
get our fill of Christmas dinner hehe. I’ll make
us some mashed potatoes and maybe add a few
other items, but hehehe it’s just gonna be us so
why cook for an army LOL? Nope, no sense in
that! The clock on the wall tells me that Judy
will be getting home soon, so I better hurry and
finish this. She has to work Christmas eve, but
only till about 1 PM. Still it would be nice if she
didn’t have to work at all on Christmas Eve, but
that’s life! I hope and pray that the snow sticks
around for Christmas. This year has been weird
with the weather. Last year and years before, we
had tons of snow by now. Well let’s see what God
has in store for us hehehe. I know winter up here
really doesn’t get into full swing until around the
first of January. My fingers are already cracking
and bleeding from the cold. Back to the lotion 🙂
It’s been a good year minus a few speed bumps
here and there with troubled times. I guess there
will always be problems in life. God allows them
as our motivators. If things were to get to easy
going, then we would maybe just get off of our
guard and really end up in trouble. Yes loved
ones will die and friends will leave, but they will
continue to live in your hearts as memories. I
was revisiting some of our old pictures that we
took when we lived in Texas and I thank God for
all of those times. Judy and I have pictures of all
of our visits to Port Aransas as well as pictures
of all of our friends that we’ve come to meet.
I watched a few of the videos that we took off
and on. Yes we have tons of memories and they
will live on inside our hearts and minds. Learn
to be thankful for the time that you’ve had, for
they can still live as joy in your heart. Friends
never really die. They just move on to be found
in another place and time. Well, like I said
before, I better get on the move to finish this
before Judy gets home hehehe, so I’m off to
that place of my recollection through all that
I’ve written here to see if I can find a good
word or phrase that I might be able to use for
the title for today’s brand new poem and it’s
off to that place I like to call RECOLLECT
VILLE. I believe I may have found a good
title, but only time will tell hehehe. Here goes!

Shopping For Christmas

Often so many
seek for some more
to only be found
at the nearest towns store.
Seeking for many
with love here and there
often so many
forget about prayer.
Shopping for Christmas
so often is found
with ones just seeking
and looking around.
Not seeing Jesus
and His wondrous gift
many will end up
just shopping adrift.
Let Christmas blessings
to come and impart
with all that Jesus
can give to your heart.
Find all the love
that you can give true
that will most surely
then live within you.
Seek for the presents
that money can’t buy
and then your Christmas
will then multiply.

©By Bill Pearce
Dec 19, 2010

I hope that message found its way to your heart.
We often will find ourselves seeking material gifts
and not seeing what we can do for one another.
Love is the greatest gift to give. The gift of true
friendship is a blessing that keeps giving. I’m just
the same as you. I will sometimes get lost in the
money game thinking it has to be bought, but I
try to remind myself time to time, that the best
gift to give comes from inside. The gift of a poem
you wrote, a picture your drew or a dinner you
cooked. There are many ways to give a gift that
doesn’t really involve going to a store, but still
buying your loved one a special gift that you wish
to give them is not wrong. Just don’t let it end
there. Let it be seen in your actions. Many will
spend money to keep from having to show true
affection. STOP!!! You know what I mean.
Here’s a dollar now leave me alone. Does that
sound familiar. So many families will fall apart
because of that action. The children grow up
with the same values and it wheels out of control
STOP now and change that pattern if that is you.
Well I guess it’s about time for me to be telling
you what I tell you every week and that is hehe
I wrote 10 more poems. HOHOHO :), this time
6 of them are Christmas poems. Hehehe what
did you expect this close to Christmas? Yes of
course I wrote 22 more haiku for all my haiku
lovers out there. I hope and pray that you find
some joy in my writings. Now I need to begin
my search for that old off switch, but not before
I wish you a most wondrous and joyful week
and Christmas brings you a smile in your heart.
Remember, Jesus loves you and we do too.
He is the reason for the season! Now to find
that off switch that each week tries to elude me.
Hehe found it hidden in my Christmas stocking.
See ya HOHOHO CLICK zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

God bless from Bill and Judy Pearce

Now on with the poems and haiku
10 and 22 hehehehehe 🙂

Windows of Christmas

Windows of Christmas
seen from the past
display the moments
that I wished to last.
Some seen as echoes
heard oh so clear
sounds of my childhood
from yesteryear.
On through the windows
I try to see
all of the fractions
in my memory.
Scenes may be jumbled,
yet found oh so true
things in the windows
of yesterdays view.
Christmas’s blossomed
with every detail
within the windows
remembered so well.
Letters to Santa
with wishes galore
for things remembered
in our towns toy store.
So many windows
open and close
with all the blessings
that Christmas bestows.
Wishing for snowflakes
upon Christmas morn
finds me remembering
Who that was born.
Christmas with loved ones
singing sweet songs
about our great Savior
is how it belongs.
Scenes in the windows
found snowy white
help me remember
that Chrismas Eve night.
Us found in chorus
me, sis, mom and dad
I can remember
the greatest I’ve had.

A Wonderful View

Onwards toy soldiers
marching in time
step now as blessings
in Christmas divine.
March to the music
from here to and fro
found sweetly playing
on the old radio.
Onwards dear Santa
deliver those toys
to all the blessings
of good girls and boys.
Onwards sweet snowflakes
fall from the sky
and land most graceful
to then multiply.
Onwards dear loved ones
now gather your hearts
before you find Christmas
with just broken parts.
Onwards now people
with love oh so true
and make this Christmas
a wonderful view.

Christmas To See

Snow filled driveways
here to afar
make as a runway
for our little car.
White crushed tire marks
seem to inlay
imprinted journeys
of our day to day.
Rhythms of snowflakes
fall into place
while also landing
right here on my face.
Snow so billowy
seems to be found
painting the moments
of all there around.
Snow filled dreams
of yesterdays news
makes as a pattern
for so many views.
Seeming as Heaven
when winter appears
I can remember
my own yesteryears.
Wishing for snowflakes
upon Christmas Day
I now find pictures
in living array.
Painted as doorways
with welcoming signs
I see the snowflakes
of many designs.
The sounds of the wind
blowing so true
I now can find
each day so anew.
Found as the blessings
of Christmas to see
scenes of the ventures
all around me.

In A Nutshell

Life in a nutshell
might seem cracked
as many moments
Sometimes glimmers
from a view
might just seem
to misconstrue.
Many nutshells
from a pile
might appear
without a smile.
Often moments
seen so clear
might be times
of yesteryear.
Points remembered
ones might find
as the tears
within their mind.
Life in a nutshell
time might be
fragments of ones

Built From Snowflakes

Trickling snowflakes
fall down to Earth
so to give hope for
a snowman’s rebirth.
Children are playing
just rolling around
big balls of white snow
all over the ground.
Building a body
from bottom to top
while they continue
with never to stop.
Seeking a carrot
to make its big nose
and maybe snowshoes
to cover its toes.
Then maybe a hat
to cover its head
or maybe leave it
uncovered instead.
Then as they finish
they look with a smile
and see a snowman
that they did compile.
Built from snowflakes
fallen one day
they built a snowman
to daily display.

This Wondrous Season

With this great season
comes time to enjoy
what God has given
from One Baby Boy.
The Christmas season
is brought to display
all of God’s blessings
in a wondrous array.
Times we have stumbled
and found troubled views
Jesus is there then
with His Walking Shoes.
Walking beside us
in days trouble times
Jesus will help us
in our weakened minds.
This wondrous season
of Christmastime scenes
look and find truly
what it is that it means.
Look to the Savior
that God gave in peace
and find the blessings
of a moments release.

Found in Minutes

Long winded minutes
might just compare
with that of short ones
of unwanted pair.
Often the displays
are just but a time
found as unwanted
in our own design.
Sometimes impatience
is painting the hue
of all the times
of then thereunto.
Maybe longwinded
and then maybe not
time might just seem
as a little or a lot.
It’s found in minutes
of moments desire
that paints the picture
of our own entire.
So have some patience
in ones that you know
and maybe one day
you will surely grow.

Right and Wrong

Lessons come
and lessons go
some in time
to help us grow.
Many lessons
come to be
and sometimes
we may not see.
Some are painted
in our view
and some might seem
never through.
Lessons come
as stumbled ways
with the passing
of the days.
So those lessons
are you learning
or are you
just twisting turning?
Let the lessons
live and breathe
as a problem
you perceive.
Don’t continue
life along
just ignoring
right and wrong.

Giving Love

Now is Christmas
coming soon
with a joyful
wondrous tune.
Kindred spirits
bringing true
for me and you.
Sounds of music
oh so clear
in this wondrous
time of year.
Songs of Jesus
and His birth
sound across
this big blue Earth.
Christmastime is
found in place
with the love of
Jesus Grace.
Since the birth
of Him then there
now we all can
have a prayer.
Christmas giving
from the heart
helps the blessings
to impart.
Let this season
find you true
giving love
in all you do.

Moments To keep

Look at the clouds
up over your head
and see them form
a great riverbed.
Look at them now
and see what you find
as you look on
inside of your mind?
See their formations
of here there alike.
Some might just seem
as riding a bike.
You might see a house
or a car driving through.
So tell me now then
tell me do you?
Do you see someone
just looking and smiling
as all the clouds are
quickly compiling?
Look at them now
and form in your eyes
pictures of beauty
up high in the skies.
Can you see blossoms
of flowers that bloom
or maybe valleys
so timeless in June?
Look at the clouds now
and make a wish.
You might see rivers
with many a fish.
Look now and dream
of the clouds you see
and make believe
you’re a bird flying free.
Now close your eyes
and drift off to sleep
making those feelings
some moments to keep.

People mistaken time
with turnstiles of ins and outs
and go the wrong way.

Looks can deceive you.
Don’t let a moments design
to corrupt your sight.

How is a question
many ask when they’re confused,
yet fearing answers.

Christmas beginnings
find ways inside many hearts
through some memories.

Inside a doorway
stands chances to move forwards
or to fall back in.

A feather floats down
as an angel with true love
and gracefully lands.

The hearts that unite
are the ones that grow stronger
through the Grace of God.

Tomorrows lessons
might come in form of today
with speed bumps of time.

Points of a timeframe
may have meanings not so clear.
Only things to argue.

Our lemons in life
can be mere limes in disguise
just waiting to grow.

Snow angels frolic
as many arms and legs
dancing in the snow.

Building a heartbeat
takes a little love and care
and Lord God above.

Watching the snow fall
finds mysteries in the view
as it lands softly.

Manic depression
creates trouble from within
that’s exposed outwards.

Mornings arrival
brings forth a new beginning
with chances to choose.

Missions of mercy
can be made unknowingly
as angels desire.

Descriptive meanings
can often be illusion
painted with a dream.

Heat found in passion
fills the room with emotion
that’s often confused.

Listening to time
might lead you to hear wrongly
if not understood.

A mind in trouble
is someone thinking they know
when having no clue.

Meeting new people
gives way for many chances
with friendships of time.

Fireplaces crackling
brings the essence of Christmas
alive in winter.

Stumbling Blocks

Hello my friends

How are you this weekend? Of course hehehe many of you
will not be reading this until maybe Monday or Tuesday LOL,
so I hope your week has started off well. Wintertime seems
to be here for sure. It’s white out side as far as the eyes can
see. I thought I would get an early start on writing today 🙂
being I want to try and rest my eye real soon. Lack of sleep
is doing me in and my eyesight is getting very weak due to it.
Firstly I want to ask for some unmentioned prayers for my
mom. She is having some problems, not health. I wish we
lived closer to her and I would pop over and give her a hug,
but there are 2100 miles between us. OK, so it’s onto yet
another topic. Judy and I have been watching quite a few
Christmas programs lately. We’re planning on watching
many more before Christmas gets here hehehehehehehehe.
I do miss being able to ride around a look at the Christmas
lights as we did in Texas. There’s not much to see in form
of Christmas lights up here which is understandable being
I can imagine it’s hard to keep them viewable through the
ice and snow. Yet a few people still try and succeed hehe.
I’ve bought some solar Christmas lights, but have not put
them up being I haven’t thought of where to put the solar
cell. The last few years I had it beside the porch and had
to dig it out of tons of snow practically ever day so it would
be able to get a charge from the “sunlight” or whatever
it could get some light from LOL. Don’t wanna have to
go through all of that again. Yet I may have to. Oh well,
I will see what I can do maybe today or tomorrow. The
reason I needed solar Christmas lights is because there
is no electrical outlet outside and I ain’t about to leave
the door cracked open to run a extension cord outside.
That would let in the ccccccccold. It was 6F degree this
morning when Judy went to work. It’s now 12F degrees
at 8:30 AM. It’s supposed to get up the 33F today YEA.
Hehehe hey, that is above freezing ya know. My weather
program says it might snow this evening and on into the
week off and on. So far it’s been a rather mild winter,
but it has yet to of really begun LOL. There are many
more days of winter to be found. January is usually the
worst month. No matter, I’m sure Judy and I will survive.
We spend most of our time holed up in the PC room. It’s
the warmest room in the house hehehe. Our PC’s put
out heat as well as we have a radiator heater in here
that keeps it warm as well. God is always looking out
for us. I on many days can sense Him in the moments
as a smile is cast across the room. We will all at times
lose track of God’s blessings as troubles occur. When
those times come around, look for the light through
the darkness. God is there with His Strength for us
to use when we are weak. Let the darkened times be
the tools to use on future days to help you see how
you somehow made it through GRACE. We each will
survive many things that at the time will seem as the
worse thing that could ever happen and we might even
think we can’t make it, but yet we do with God’s help.
Looking back on time I can see where I survived many
things that at the time I thought not possible. With God
all things are possible. Let His Son live in you as you
carry on with your daily life and you will be OK as each
turnstile presents stumbling blocks of time. It’s those
stumbling blocks that make us stronger. Be thankful.
Now I guess it’s about time for me to begin my little
venture back through all I have written here to see if
I can find a good word or phrase that I can use for the
title for today’s brand new poem. So it’s off I go to that
place of my recollection through all of my rambling 🙂
To that place that I like to call RECOLLECT VILLE.
I believe I may have stumbled upon a good title. Now
let’s see what I can do with it, if anything at all LOL.

Stumbling Blocks

Waves of days
are found and stood
some as bad
and some as good.
Stumbling blocks
are poured in place
sometimes with
God’s hidden Grace.
Troublesome times
of situations
might seem as
just devastations.
Yet the problems
found and seen
might just be
your own cuisine.
Made from all
your own designs
wanted from
the time to times.
Then just maybe
God will send
stumbling blocks
as your best friend.
Meant to change
your ways desires
and extinguish
troubled fires.
Stumbling blocks
of times accord
might be sent
by God our Lord.

OK so there ya go. I hope that made at least a little bit
of sense to ya. Yes my brain goes into overdrive from
time to time LOL. God gave me this gift and so I use it
as best that I can. Some don’t realize that I choose to
not charge for my words and poetry. I want to share
my gift with as many as possible and if I were to charge
then it would limit to only those with money. There are
many that are barely making it from day to day with
their finances for I truly understand that issue hehehe.
Welcome to our world 🙂 Yet Judy and I make it with
joy to be together. Things will come and go, but it’s
life that needs to be sought. If you lose yourself in the
things of day to day, you might miss the companionship
that another can give. Give a friend or a loved one a
hug. Heck, give a stranger a hug LOL, but make
sure that they know that you are harmless hehehehe.
They may retaliate if they fear you are wanting to
do other. But even a smile can go a long way. Start
the day off with a smile and kind word and see how
many people you can bring joy to. God will surely
bless you. OK so I guess it’s time to cease rambling
AGAIN hehehe and tell ya what I tell ya every week
and that is, I wrote some more poems and haiku.
Yeppers, 10 more poems with 3 of them Christmas
poems. Also 22 more haiku hehe plus one. Hey, I get
into writing mode and sometimes get carried away.
I hope you enjoy some of them, poems and or haiku.
Well it’s about time to be searching for that old off
switch, but before I do that, I must wish you a most
wonderful week. Remember, Jesus loves you and
we do too. Now to find that freaking off switch hehe.
Found it hiding in the bedroom under the covers 🙂
See ya CLICK zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

God bless from Bill and Judy Pearce

Now on with the poems and haiku
10 and 22+1 hehehehehe 🙂

Wintertime’s Weather

Wintertime’s weather
brings in degrees
scenery displayed

Signs of the season

wintertime’s weather

Wintertime’s moments
also display
scenes full of blessings
of great Christmas Day.
Wintertime’s weather
might seem too cold,
but it brings blessings
of Christmas to hold.
Wintertime also
paints us a stage

Wings Faraway

Wings of a bird
fly in the sky
carrying heartbeats
so very high.
Found in the clouds
with minutes of time
wings of a bird
seek for much sublime.
Sought through a moment
found in a place
wings of a bird
find minutes of grace.
Fluttering softly
wind beneath sails
a bird makes a story
through timeless details.
Scenes all around it
change day to day
as the bird fly’s
with wings faraway.

Similar segments

Within a meadow
time might display

Scenes in the distance

Peace in a meadow

Enlighten Christmas Day

Points of time
arrive and play
like a turnstiles
timeless day.
Things remembered
then and gone
points of time

Life envisioned

found in points

Timeless seasons
seem to hold
snowy segments
winter cold.
Christmas scenes
from here to there
points of time
display a prayer.
Found in passion
through and through
things remembered
oh so true.
Many blessings
wrapped with joy
fill the hearts
of a girl and boy.
Points of time
now find a way
to enlighten
Christmas Day.

Dear Christmas

Hear the sounds
of Christmas bells
ringing from
some Christmas tales.
All the stories
told so sweet
figgy pudding
good to eat.
Smell the smell
of scented candles
while your singing
songs of Handel’s.
See the lights
on Christmas trees
with ornaments
upon the leaves.
Find the joy
that comes around
when dear Christmas
comes to town.

Let Time Choose

Glance by glance
ones look and see
what might not
be you or me.
Often glances
are not true,
for they’re not
either me or you.
Time to time
we might display
our emotions
wrong one day.
Then at a glance
someone might see
what that’s not
either you or me.
Let time choose
the view you find
before you say
what’s on your mind.

A Great Delight

Paved with blessings
God is found
as a place
of solid ground.
Peace will blossom
through His Son
with the things
that He hath done.
Patterns format
with our views
found within
our daily news.
Let your vision
see more clear
God’s own format
so sincere.
Paved with blessings
God bestows

through His Name
in the Heartbeat
of The Same.
Through His Son

Where Are Answers?

Where are answers
when confused
and the days
you’re feeling used?
Where are people
when you seek
day to day
and week to week?
These are questions
I ask true
when the minutes
seem so blue.
Then when standing
in the void
I then seek
for what’s enjoyed.
Seeking passed
the questioned sight
and onto
what I delight.
Often segments
seen and done
might leave me
a lonely one,
yet I’ve found
that I have love
that comes from
Lord God above.
Then I think
I must be blind
time to time
with mind to mind.
Now of course
the sights I see
I have found
are given free.
Where are answers
when not seen?
They are found
in self-esteem.
Sometimes ego
can make dense
of your minutes
common sense.

It Takes Action

Minds illusions
can be made
as the signs
of times degrade.
Then our dreams
of our desires
can become
our raging fires.
Burning fragments
false and true
minds illusions
live in you.
It’s OK
to dream a while,
but don’t lose
your moments mile.
Truth is now
today to do.
Don’t just dream
of wishful true.
It takes action
now and then
to make goodness
to begin.

Meant As A Laugh

Miracles happen
as angels arrive
helping out someone
to daily survive.
God sends us angels
in shadows of time
sometimes in moments
of dismal design.
Sometimes an angel
might be me or you
sent in a moment
with something to do.
Miracles happen
as angels unite
enhancing moments
of God’s Holy Light.
It might seem folly
in timeless accord,
but it might be then
sent from The Lord.
Given as blessings
meant as a laugh
to help a moment
saddened from past.

Jingling moments
of Christmas bells of winter
announce Santa Claus.

Centered emotions
place heartbeats of survival
surrounded by love.

Time counted sideways
leaves many looking cockeyed
not seeing it clear.

I is a small world
that many choose to thrive in
while not seeing truth.

Many flowers bloom
even as wintertime comes
with tons of white snow.

Sorrowful moments
make way for better designs
to be thankful for.

Life in the fast lane
will wear you down most quickly.
Take time to enjoy.

Letters in sequence
can arrange a good story
or create a lie.

In a mere moment
time can be found as a dream
and lose sight of truth.

Looks can deceive you
leaving you opened to lies
and not who they are.

Yesterdays hard times
can awaken today’s smiles
through your memories.

Learning to rethink
can make the moment thrive
with a bit of chance.

Often our lessons
come from a bitter moment
that time has given.

Slaying a problem
can be sometimes misconceived.
It might cause problems.

The Christmas flowers
enhance the seasonal views
with bright red colors.

The clouds in the sky
can be anything we want
if we imagine.

A simple heartbeat
can make another’s to beat
with a little love.

One misty morning
brings hope for a spring blossom
soon after winter.

Lives are awakened
with the beginnings of time
written in true love.

A heart is shallow
if it seeks only value
through dollar amount.

Ventures of Christmas
are like windows of blessings
with dreams to fulfill.

Predicting moments
can set you up for failure.
Just do your very best.

Onlookers of time
stand and watch as time fly’s by.
They miss the moment.

In His Eyes

Hello my friends

So, are ya ready for Christmas? Hehehe it’s getting nearer every day.
Yeppers, the weather is even beginning to display the atmosphere of
ye old Christmastime. It was snowing this morning, but not much. This
evening it’s supposed to begin snowing again around 1-3 inches worth,
then tomorrow on throughout the week it’s supposed to snow. We’re
supposed to get around 3-? inches tomorrow, but that can either go up
or down with the ticking of time hehehe. I love the snow especially the
first true snow. It’s so pretty falling from the sky. It has been rainy
for the most part the last few days. It felt really depressing with the
gray skies. Life is full of changes. The temperatures are supposed to
drop to the below zero F scale by Thursday. That is more the normal
weather for up this ways hehehe HoHoHo. My health has been a bit
better the last couple of days. There was a while there that I felt that
I was going to go insane from no relief. My side has eased up a bit
now thank God. Judy is still doing fairly well, yet she has not been
feeling the greatest either the last few days due to her health issues.
I guess we’re meant to have good days and bad days huh hehehehe.
Here at the Pearce’s Place we’ve been still doing our regular thing
such as playing FarmTown at FaceBook. We’ve both sort of drifted
from FarmVille being they have way to many messages popping up
which stall the game. I might drift over there sometime this week
to tend to my farm there hehehe. You never know. I haven’t been
to Pet (Cemetery hehe) Society in a while. I might go there one
day this week if I get bored LOL and I do get bored very often up
here in no-man’s-land/NEVER NEVER LAND hehehe. My friend
Brian is gone and so I’m stuck with staring out our front/back door.
The reason I say front/back door is because our front door is facing
the back of the property hehehe. Our back door is facing another
trailer LOL. Not much of a view. Yet, when it’s snowing, the view
out our front door is a magical one. It always seems to take my
breath away. I love to watch as the days canvas is textured with
snow as far as the eyes can see. The evergreen trees in the near
distance begin to sparkle as the snow lands on their limbs and
they turn white through the green. It’s those times that I love to
take my camera out and begin looking for magic. Often I won’t
notice the magic until I view the pictures on my PC monitor, but
most times I can see it so fluently that it makes it hard to choose
where to aim the camera. So I end up with tons of pictures while
searching for those special shots. Yes I love photography. I’ve
loved it even since I was a kid. Yet when I was young, we could
not afford a camera and so no photos were taken. I did though
get a job at the Wills Point Chronicle in TX when in High School
and it gave me a chance to learn about how to make the magic.
I did everything from photos to developing film, plate burning,
Type setting, page work and running the printing press etc etc.
I learned it all while there. I’ve always been one that if interested
in the job or the field, would move at a radical pace of learning.
You can tell what my favorite subject was in Jr. High, High School
and college can’t ya? Hehehehe yep, English, English Lit and
Journalism were my favorites. Poetry has lived in me since I was
a little tike. For some reason I could rattle off a poem without
even thinking about it. Who else do ya know that can write
10 poems and 22 haiku in just a few hours hehe? Don’t ask me,
I don’t know how I do it. God has His Hands in that. He gave
me this gift and I just try my best to use it as best that I can.
He gives us all gifts, but they may not seem like much at the
time. Yet all of our gifts from God are grand in His Eyes.
We might be found wishing to have someone else’s gift in
times of confusion. Find your gift and let it shine. You might
be a caretaker or a friend to ones friendless. You might even
have a happy heart that makes others to glow when you are
around. The gifts are sometimes hidden from view if we let
our wants for another gift to envelope them. Not one is more
important than the other. To God, we are all special and we
need to do our best to enhance His Hands towards ones that
are in need of love through a hug, a kind word or maybe
just a shoulder to lean on. Let God use you today and see
the magic begin. Well, it’s time once again for me to begin
my little quest for a word or phrase through my recollection
in all my ramblings to use for the title for today’s brand new
poem. So it’s away I go to that little place that I like to call
RECOLLECT VILLE. I think I found a good title while I
was writing though. I hope I can write a halfway decent
poem using this title. I guess I’ll never know unless I try.
So here goes nothing LOL…. Yet I hope not!!!!!!

In His Eyes

Ventures we make
through our designs
might seem to be
some horrible crimes.
Yet often ventures
from here unto there
are what that’s needed
as answers to prayer.
For God is watching
the shadows we make
as He sends angels
to heal a heartache.
In His Eyes surely
He does perceive
ways that we’re needing
each to believe.
Often our seeking
is sometimes insane,
as we get caught up
in life’s daily game.
For in His Eyes
He surely can see
chances for you
and chances for me.

Did ya get it? Hehehe I know, many of you will still be seen
scratching your head saying what was that all about hehehe.
None the less, I’m hoping a few of you got it. Well, there’s
not much else to rattle about. I guess I need to begin telling
you what I tell you every week and that is, I wrote some more
poems and haiku. Yep, I wrote once agin 10 more poems with
5 of them Christmas poems. Also I wrote 22 more haiku for
all of my haiku lovers out there. I hope some of the poems find
a way to brighten your day. Now, it’s about time for me to be
searching for that old off switch, but not before I wish you a
most wonderful and joyous week. Remember, Jesus loves
you and we do too. Now to find that off switch hehehehehehe
Found ya you little critter LOL. Hiding under the TV remote
control won’t save ya hehehe. I was thinking about watching
TV in a bit,,,,SURPRISE,,,Gotcha, See ya CLICK hehehehe!
Now, off the the Cartoon Network 🙂 LOL…………..

Soon We’ll See

Now outside
are winter rains
falling from
our windowpanes.
Soon we’ll see
the winters snow
along with Santa’s
Ho Ho Ho.
Soon the snow
will be outside
seen with moments
reindeer ride.
Chances blossom
from the sights
coming from
the Christmas nights.
Santa’s sleigh
will be up high
Christmas eve
there in the sky.
Yet now raindrops
fall in place
now and then
upon my face,
but I know that
soon will be
Christmas snow
to surely see.

Sometimes viewpoints
need to see

Often moments
that we view
might just be

Sometimes seeing

might just be

Dreamlands Backdoor

People might seem
to be out of place
from time to time
from face to face.
Sometimes the need
is a timeless scene
painted with issues
of sleep need cuisine.
If you’re the one
that ones have found
without any sleep
not seeming so sound,
try a little thing
that I myself do,
turn on some music
real peaceful for you.
Lay down your head
and listen and dream
maybe for a minute
of a peaceful scene.
If only a moment
of sleep you acquired
at least that moment
some peace was transpired.
So now if sleepless
knocks at your door
take a little catnap
through dreamlands backdoor.

and time to time
page to page

Tune to tune

soon too soon
might be absurd.
Sound to sound

found around
might be too much.
Age to age
and view to view
stage to stage
might not be you.
Sight to sight
and thought to thought
wrong or right
might yes or not.

In our journeys

we might find

Many journeys
far and wide
might be taken
on inside.

Lines seen on faces
might describe hidden ventures
that you cannot see.

A flowers journal
takes place as a mere moment
beginning with spring.

Torrents of rainfall
make a river to prosper
and escape its banks.

Inner most feelings
describe our hidden desires
that only God sees.

A rose is a rose
while it make look different
with other colors.

True hearts that unite
will begin beating as one.
Shallow hearts will die.

The physical day
can seem as a large nightmare
if God is not there.

Thriving companions
are united through friendship
and then through true love.

Answers are written
in the pages of our lifestyles
often with yes or no.

In a minds forest
lies the hope of a dreamer
with trees yet to dream.

See the early birds
in a hurry to prosper
what they do not need.

Anger management
could leave wakes of destruction
if not managed well.

Leaves on the tall trees
fall downwards during Autumn
and blanket the Earth.

Wings of an eagle
take it high up in the sky
while searching below.

Angels of mercy
watch over us everyday
with the wings of God.

A word is written
maybe not upon paper,
but inside the mind.

A Christian novice
needs some guidance from others
The True Word Of God.

Forgiveness in deed
is what helps us to blossom
and become better.

Together with God
we can accomplish much good.
Without, only bad.

Mornings arrival
brings us brand new beginnings
all throughout the day.

Pictures of people
don’t have personality
so do not be fooled.

Schedules are moments
that often need to be changed
due to health issues.
