ANIMAL’S GREETINGS

Hello my friends

How have ya been? The weather over this way has been fairly nice.
It’s 70 F degrees right now and supposed to get up to 77 F degrees.
Not too bad for summertime 🙂 Though tomorrow it’s supposed to get
up to 81 F along with a 70 percent chance of thunderstorms and rain.
It looks rainy outside right now with a 40 percent chance of that wet
stuff LOL. Benny and Milo are doing great. They just got finished
eating. I fed them the same time I fixed Judy and some waffles and
sausage. They ate their dog food and still wanted more hehehehehe.
I told em too bad, you’ve had your quota so quit begging and lie
down in your beds. They are now in their beds sleeping peacefully.
Milo snores LOL! Yesterday Judy went back to Birch Point and
spent a few hours with her daughter. It was Mandy’s birthday,
but my old body was in a lot of pain and I was not able to go after
Judy and I putting together a DVD shelf and me moving all of our
stuff around to make room for it. Judy was also feeling the burn,
but she went anyways for a few hours. Benny and Milo missed her
and were listening closely for her to come home. 🙂 When they heard
the car pull up they both went into a frenzy wanting to go out and
greet her LOL. They are our boys 🙂 Oh yea, My friend Ron from
Century Computer in Texas called to tell me that they managed to get
my info off of my external hard drive and put it on a new hard drive.
He said that he saved a copy of it in case I had problems. Anyways,
it is in the mail 🙂 Thank God for that. Now the beginning of July
I will pack up my old computer and ship it to him to see if they can
fix it. That would be awesome. Of course, we are once again low
on funds this month due to doctor bills and all, but I’ll get it to ya
Ron. Hopefully you will be able to get it to working as it should be
working. I’ll type out a note of the problems that I was having with
it and pack it along with the PC. It would be great to have my old
PC up and running again. I will then maybe just set this one aside
and use it only for emergencies, but it all depends on whether you
are able to fix my Outlook Express or not LOL. So, it’s onto yet
another topic. Hmm, what else is happening up this way? It’s been
rather peaceful around here. Milo is feeling a lot better now after
I gave him some milk to ease up the constipation. Most dogs are
lactose intolerant and it acted like Exlax to him LOL. He was
feeling a bit queasy for a day or so and threw up a few times, but
he’s back to his ornery self now. Begging for treats and playing
with Benny hehehe. They often play chase throughout the house.
Boy it looks rainy outside! All I can say is, come on down hehehe.
Judy and the boys just went into the bedroom to watch TV while
I continue writing. She’s watch Sky Wire. Actually she’s watching
the precursor to it where he gives a talk about what he is going
to do. It actually doesn’t come on till 9 PM. I should be all done
with this and have it sent long before then. It’s only 6 PM right
now. The scenes unfolding in our lives every day display how
that God is always at work doing what He sees best to do. Each
and every day we can see miracles before us. I considered it a
miracle that Ron was able to get my info off of my external hard
drive that had ceased to work. I consider Benny and Milo as
miracles from God. I actually consider most of my life a miracle
from God. There are so many times that I should of died if left
up to only the doctors. My surgeon in Medical City even came
on his day off to visit me when I was not expected to live and
he said you’re in God’s Hands now and he knelt down beside
me and said a prayer with me, and that morning, God put His
mighty fingers in the holes of my intestines and let me to live.
You might not even be aware of the miracles at play in your
life, but they are there. Some miracles call ones home to be
angels to watch over you and I. Our fleshly bodies are not
the end of our very existence but only the beginning. I have
found myself seeing more clearly the works of God as my
life in this body gets closer to its ending. Don’t let sadness
to engulf you when things don’t go your way, because God’s
plans might not be in your vision at the moment. He has only
good that it sought for us, hut often many will stray away and
lose His direction and even seek for a darker course which
leads to Hell. Let your life find His Light within it as you do
the best you can to follow His Will. Though we all fall short
of the grace of God, but through His Son Jesus Christ we
are forgiven and given a place in Heaven. So with that said,
I guess it’s time for me to be taking a little visit back through
all that I’ve written here, to see if I can find a good word or
phrase that I can use for the title for today’s brand new poem.
So, it’s away I go to that place of my recollection that I like to
call RECOLLECT VILLE. I think I stumbled upon a good
title just a bit back in my rambling hehehe. So, now let’s us
see if I can write a good poem using it 🙂 Here’s goes!

The Scenes Unfolding

When morning’s arisen
to new days we see
the chances for life
will be what they’ll be.
The scenes unfolding
might not seem the best,
but God has a way of
adding His zest.
Each scene unfolding
might be clouded skies,
but with the raindrops
there’s rainbow’s surprise.
The seasons before us
as each day comes true
might be displaying
our blessings anew.
The scenes unfolding
could be in your gaze
needing you now to
give God your praise.

So, there ya go. I hope that was good enough for ya. I know, it’s
not one of my best, but hey, I gave it a gung ho 🙂 I guess I need
to now see if I forgot to tell you anything hehehe. Oh yea, about
my brother in laws. My brother in law David had to have part of
his tow cut off, because it was black due to no blood flow. Also my
sister’s husband, DD is doing as well as to be expected. He is in
God’s Hands. With cancer as his is, there isn’t anything that can
be done surgically and here lately the medications have not been
working so well. Keep him and my sister, as well as their kids in
your prayers. Peggy and DD have ben married for over 38 years
and I love them dearly. Peggy is my only sister. Yes, she’s the
eldest 🙂 I’m her baby brother although I have always been much
bigger than her LOL. OK so I reckon it’s time for me to be telling
you what I tell you every week and that is, I wrote some more
poems and haiku. Yeppers, 10 more poems and 22 more haiku for
all of my haiku lovers out there. I hope you enjoy them and maybe
even find a few that you take to heart. So now it’s time for me to
begin my search for that confounded off switch, but not before
I wish you a most wonderful God filled week. Remember, Jesus
loves you and we do too. Now, to find that semi elusive off
switch LOL. I think I see it peeking our from behind the router.
LOL find a better hiding spot next time ya silly thing hehehehe.

Sunrays

The sight of sunlight
coming through
brings me thoughts
of life anew.
Little sunrays
shining bright
in this sort of
cloudy sight.
Sunrays glisten
through today
as they bring their
solar ray.
Intense sunshine
shines so proud
throughout every
single cloud.
For the sunrays
that which shine
make there special
rain design.
Rainbows essence
colors gleam
as a sunrays
favorite dream.

Old Style Peace

Peaceful preludes
found each day
might be old styles
various way.
The old style peace
that many found
was so often
without sound.
It’s the peaceful
found so quiet
deep within
the darkest night.
Old style peace from
years ago
was what many
sought to know.
Not this decades
thoughts acquired,
but the peace from
life transpired.
The old style peace
that lived and breathed
in the dreams
that were conceived.
A simple farm life
not so drastic
not as now days
so bombastic.
That old style peace
of way back when
I wish would surely
begin agin.

Rising in Love

As two hearts
can come together
rising in love
could be forever.
The passionate times
of a favored dream
rising in love
could be supreme.
Scenes within them
two then found
rising in love
could then astound.
Moments gathered
rising in love
could be blessings
from God above.
So let the minutes
tick as they may
rising in love
the better way.
Let Lord Jesus
to become a part
rising in love
of a perfect heart.

Travel in Stillness

Wandering traveling
silently still
brings ones so magically
things to fulfill.
Using daydreaming
as your mode of drive,
travel in stillness
then comes so alive.
Footprints of dreamland
take you away
to travel in stillness
a wondrous array.
When you are weary
from now and agin
travel in stillness
to places you’ve been.
Maybe an ocean
with you on the shore
travel in stillness
to see a bit more.
Let not your footsteps
of then fall away.
Travel in stillness
when you’re feeling gray.

The Secret Rhythm

Inside of a rhythm
might find such a beat
that is so secretly
filled up with heat.
The secret rhythm
of which that you hear
might be as
someone’s yesteryear.
Beating repeating
the secrets that shine
that of a wonderful
magical time.
Within its rhythm
might also transpire
that of a true loves
passionate fire.
The secret rhythm
that silently beats
could be the persons
hope that accretes.
Building a flavors
tasty divine
the secret rhythm
could be yours or mine.

Awakening Smiles

Today brings chances
for awakening smiles
living and breathing
as hopeful compiles.
It takes some choices
sometimes and agin
awakening smiles
to let loose a grin.
Often our troubles
might be all we see
and making our smiling
real heard to be.
Yet with a little
effort each day
awakening smiles
can wash away gray.
Search deep within you
and find there agin
something to help you
most surely to grin.
Then that little grin
of which you displayed
might then awaken
a smile to be made.
For its reflection
in somebody’s face
might then make easy
your smile to embrace.

While so many
watch and wait
the la di da
anticipate.
Ones with morals
not so great
found with only
their first rate.
The la di da
of many dreams
often leads to
flooded streams.
Don’t just end up
a la di da
seeking only
Shangri-La.
Let God’s blessings
thrive in you
with the things
you say and do.
The la di da
of pointless phrase
only creates
saddened days.

Future Past

Today’s tomorrow
will be today
as future past
our times inlay.
With every thought
of nows tomorrow
there will be smiles
and also sorrow.
The future past
will then become
as today
will surely come.
The seconds counted
that we see
will then turn
to history.
The future past
of running streams
might become
our endless dreams.
Today will pass
as time moves on
to future past
another dawn.

Failing Eyes

As sight grows dim
in older years
our failing eyes
might seek to swim.
Searching rivers
places seen
found within
our wildest dream.
With failing eyes
our mind becomes
that of travels
beating drum.
Rhythmic portholes
in our brain
take us places
once again.
Our memories
of days gone by
become as glimmers
in our eye.
For failing eyes
that fade away
can still remember
a greater day.

Tranquility

With God above
in you and me
we can find
tranquility.
The peace of love
from Him on high
can become
our apple pie.
Tranquility
that lives and breathes
as the wind
and blowing leaves.
The very essence
we can find
as a God thought
peace of mind.
Letting seasons
in a hurry
fall from you
to end your worry.
Let God fill each
sight you see
with His loves
tranquility.

Haiku
for June 22, 2013

While waiting for love
you might find a few wrong turns
that haven’t any love.

The truth in people
often comes out much later
when they’re in a hole.

With only a thought
we can change our perception
and make things better.

Bitter pills swallowed
will create our emotions
if we allow them.

As summer begins
it awakens many sights
of ones with sunburns.

Lessons come daily,
but many we do not see
until later dates.

Passionate portholes
are often only shadows
of our yesterdays.

Placing importance
needs to be done real wisely,
for some things aren’t good.

The greatest of then
might be remembered badly
while forgetting things.

The Grace of Lord God
comes as Heavenly blessings
from His Only Son.

Sometimes our answers
are as mistaken viewpoints
that lead to problems.

With many shadows
there are many things displayed
that we cannot see.

Without any dreams
we would become very sad
with reality.

Today brings us hope
as yesterday falls away
leaving only thoughts.

Beyond this moment
lies the beginnings of time
of which we can change.

Desiring another
can lead to a troubled heart
if not meant to be.

Gazing out windows
you might see your life fly by
as a tumble weed.

Inside of a mind
holds an imagination
needing a good key.

Peoples sincerity
is often clouded by wants
which sours their meanings.

Wintertime’s snowfall
is thought of through summertime
as a good relief.

When we look ahead
we might miss what’s behind us
and not see the good.

Heartbeats that unite
can blossom into true love
if God is present.
