We’ll Continue

Hello my friends

I hope you’re staying safe and well.  Judy
and I are doing well.  So far there have been
no deaths from COVID in the past week in
Maine and that’s great.  Unlike many states,
Maine has been taking many precautions to
keep the virus from spreading and that’s a
good thing.  So what else is going on up this
way?  Well,  the weather has been fairly nice
as it hasn’t been too awful hot.  Right now
at 4 PM it’s 61 F degrees.  I plan on doing a
little mowing Monday.  I put a brand new
lawnmower blade on the lawnmower and I
sharpened the old one to use when the new
one gets dull.  I would mow today,  but the
grass is still a little wet due to the rain that
we had the other day.  It should be dried by
tomorrow enough to mow.  So,  I stopped
for a moment and fixed Judy and I some
brunch.  I only took a small few pictures
this passed week being due to the pandemic
and staying home when Judy goes to the
doctor because they only allow the patient
to come in.  Also last week I went and had
the car inspected where I was once again
by myself and guess what,  the inspection
was free.  The guy told me that all during
June all car inspections are free.  So after
the car inspection I stopped off at Walmart
to buy Judy a dual powered source fan for
when she goes down to her brother’s house
to go through pictures.  The electricity is
off in the house being Ricky passed away
The fan operates on batteries and electricity.
Anyways,  I got home only to find out that
I had gotten the wrong fan and had to go
back to Walmart (an 8 mile one way drive)
and exchange it.  While I was in town I
figured I would go back to VIP and buy
the 2 ton hydraulic jack that I had my eyes
on when I was there waiting on getting our
car inspected LOL.  Our old hydraulic jack
blew a cylinder and leaked really bad.  So,
now I can toss the old jack.  I stopped at
Ricky’s old house and got the decorative
well and brought it home and sat it right
beside our porch.  Judy said she’s gonna
paint it one day.  We’re also planning on
repainting the lighthouse that we made a
few years ago.  It’s showing signs of old
age LOL.  Of course it has been sitting
out in the weather with rain and snow
for a few years.  It still looks good and
the light still comes on at dark.  Though
I do have a replacement light when that
one finally dies 🙂  I just went out to take
a few pictures to put in my stationary,
being I didn’t take many pictures last
week LOL.  I even did a few selfies LOL.
Yep,  life is continuing on here at the old
Pearce’s Place.  Judy and I are enjoying
being together and are looking forwards
to going Miniature Golfing this summer
as well as going on some picture taking
drives.  We’ll continue to don our masks
when in public to stay on the safe side 🙂
At least until we’re sure that it’s safe to
go without them.  God is still watching
over us as is the many angels and spirits
that are with us.  We are very thankful
for all that God has done for us and all
that He will do.  Thank You Father God
for always being here for us.   AMEN..
Now,  I believe it’s time for me to read
back over all that I’ve written here to see
if I can find a good word or phrase that
I can use for the title for today’s brand
new poem.  So,  it’s away I go to that lil
place of my recollections that I always
like to call RECOLLECT VILLE.  It
looks as though I may have stumbled
on a fairly decent title just a few lines
back and now after checking I see that
it has not been used yet,  so used it shall
be.  Here goes…

We’ll Continue

Our life and times
might hit walls
and cause at times
so many stalls,
but with prayer
and spiritual ways
we’ll continue
to another phase.
Don’t go sobbing
searching for ends
for life is life as
Heaven transcends.
Time is a window
a view to perceive
as one view comes
and another leaves.
Find the blessings
within all you do
and just remember
that we’ll continue.

Well,   there ya go.  I hope you liked the
poem and maybe even my rambling LOL.
It’s been cloudy all day,  but there’s no
rain in the forecast.  It’s supposed to be
sunny and a high of 73 F tomorrow,  so
that be great for mowing the grass.  I’m
not waiting till Tuesday to do it being it’s
supposed to be a high of 82 F and then
Wednesday a high of 86.  Nope,  I can’t
handle those temperatures especially if
there’s very little winds.  So I’ll try and do
as much as I can Monday.  So,  that’s all
I’ve got for you aside from what I tell you
almost every week and that is,  I wrote
some more poems and haiku.  Yeppers,
10 more poems,  but no Christmas poems
this week.  Maybe next week.  I also wrote
22 more haiku for all of the haiku lovers
out there.  I hope you can find 1 or 2 of
either or both that you like.  Now I believe
it’s time for me to start my search for that
hardly elusive off switch,  but not before
I wish you a truly blessings filled week.
Remember,  Jesus loves you and we do too.
Now,  where can that ornery off switch be
trying to hide this week????????  Hmmm,
where can that thing be this time????????
LOL I see ya you silly thing.  Hiding behind
my old DVD camera video recorder LOL.
I might not of seen ya if you hadn’t of been
peeking up to see if I could see you hehehe.
Gotcha,  see ya CLICK zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

God bless from Bill,  Judy,  Benny,  Rocky
and the spirit of Milo Pearce

Season’s Memories

Moments envisioned
can become a place
as time that unwinds
to a joyful embrace.
Seasonal snowflakes
that fell one day
become reflections
of a timeless display.
Many passing scenes
that became a view
as times intertwined
deep inside of you.
As an ocean of snow
evolves as a sight
a season’s memories
are painted as white.
Transforming a yard
to a magical scene
as a snowy memoir
written in a dream.
Seeming as an ocean
found so surreal
a season’s memories
with winter’s appeal.
Becoming reflections
of shadows contrast
that lives as an echo
of wintertime’s past.
Remember the sights
as heartfelt degrees
of winter’s portrayals
a season’s memories.

Evening’s Shimmer

The sunlight’s bright
as evening fades
becoming as a path
with scenic shades.
Life’s as a window
with various a view
becoming a glimmer
of old and anew.
An evening’s shimmer
is a stage that begins
shining of creation
as minutes transcend.
Blessings from Heaven
as God given sights
as evening’s shimmer
leading to nights.
Developing dreams
stars twinkle and shine
becoming a night sky
of an awesome design.
Yet evening’s shimmer
is still within phase
as a skyline of colors
gives blessings to gaze.
The colors get darker
and light gets dimmer
as the night says hello
in evening’s shimmer.

Points of Vision

Now meets tomorrow
as a gift from today
visions presented
as an echoes display.
Time is like thunder
that displays our rain
maybe as an ocean
upon a windowpane.
Many are the visions
that fishermen see
points of perception
a time of history.
As sights and sounds
begin their tour
the points of vision
display their allure.
Often our awakening
is with life’s decision
choosing a path
with points of vision.

Morning’s Begun

Waves of a beach
reflect a view
the sun coming up
on an ocean blue.
Life is displaying
the dawn of day
seasonal moments
of a magical way.
Time within sight
becomes alive
pictures connected
as minutes arrive.
Lost in a turnstile
many perceive
the oceanic scenes
waves interweave.
Living as pictures
times to find
with a photograph
each scenic design.
Opening windows
to see a view
stages of creation
with magical hue.
Becoming a scene
a sight of style
as the dawn of day
time did compile.
Becoming a door
with gleaming sun
time tells a story
morning’s begun.

Peaceful Persuasions

Greetings of flavors
scenic apparitions
time seeming ghostly
as viewed conditions.
With a peaceful gaze
as a heart does desire
our life is interwoven
as a rippling attire.
Pouring as a stream
of waters reflections
life continues styles
with many directions.
We might not find
what’s hidden there
within the shadows
of a breath of air.
Leaves may be hiding
what moments bestow
making them blend in
with waters that flow.
Enhancing the sights
with a magical gaze
peaceful persuasions
as a dreamers arrays.
Tinted with glimmers
of summertime sights
textured with beauty
of shimmering lights.
Mesmerizing styles
of scenic equations
create complexity of
peaceful persuasions.

Time Gives Peace

Life is a journey
time ticks away
leaving us seconds
moments display.
All we remember
might be reflected
creating pathways
we need corrected.
The past is made
bridges burned
as times we strived
for lessons learned.
A field of illusion
might come in view
as our life’s design
becomes as anew.
We may perceive
distant thoughts
as a wave of desire
the past days cost.
Releasing choices
of yesterdays minds
learning a new way
with better designs.
God gives a way
to turn around
and find a footing
upon solid ground.
Using the lessons
to give you release
a gift from God as
time gives peace.

Reflective Visions

Ponds of awakening
lake found decisions
become as portholes
hopeful envisions.
Reflecting as waters
of yesterdays flow
as visions insightful
with new ways to go.
Life becomes a path
as ripples thereunto
forming as reflections
within me and you.
Living for a moment
can become a wave
found out of control
in hopes to save.
A mind over matter
can confuse a sight
and become reflected
from wrong to right.
But yet as a turnstile
of seemingly skies
it might become as a
wondrous surprise.
Waters of reflections
might hold a dream
times we remember
a rippling scene.
Look for recreations
of hopeful decisions
found as an echo of
reflective visions.

Within a Bay

Time is patient
waves die down
within a scene
I look around.
Finding a view
that’s best for me
a sign of life
the greatest to see.
Seas fast asleep
in a cove of design
display a place
for ocean’s rhyme.
Mimicking time
with water’s phase
creating styles
of calmer waves.
It might be a bay
a withered view
a time that’s found
as a sea of blue.
Yet may also
become as a stage
a time of life
that’s age to age.
Maybe a dream
or a time of delight
within a bay
of glistening light.
Reflecting scenes
as scenic styles
times of life
with watery smiles.
It might just be
a time and place
bringing to life
a smiling face.
Within the view
is light of day
a dreamers dream
within a bay.

Simple Views

The sights I see
from day to day
are certain scenes
of green to gray.
Life is a speaker
telling its tales
in simple views
that time prevails.
Becoming views
as time moves on
beginning arrays
of new days dawn.
Time’s a window
of new scenery
seasons breezes
blowing the trees.
Scented aromas
of morning’s dew
becomes inhaled
so fresh and anew.
Even the leaves
of nearby trees
sing and dance
within the breeze.
The sights I see
as breaths of air
are alive and well
in summer’s flair.
Summer echoes
times to infuse
as sights of life
with simple views.

Fruits of Nature

Laced with beauty
as orange and green
a rose hip’s sight
is a summery scene.
Either red or orange
a sight to be viewed
as fruits of nature
often misconstrued.
A rose plant grows
and becomes a sight
often as confusion
within the daylight.
So many that view it
think it’s a tomato
a fruit recognized
that only they know.
With similar colors
of a few other plants
it displays others
a recognized glance.
Life is as a magician
that creates scenes
sights intertwined
within many things.
Often as memories
with moments allure
scented of sights
seen heavenly pure.
The seasonal stages
life brings into view
are fruits of nature
for me and for you.

Within a window
you might see an illusion
that becomes as real.

Holding onto chains
of yesterday’s tomorrow
can prevent your growth.

The links to our past
are as shadows of lessons
that many ignore.

Time is a picture
often found as illusions
that we thought were real.

Bittersweet moments
can often become doorways
to futures delight.

Many conclusions
are but only perceptions
of how we perceive.

Tangible blessings
might not be blessings at all,
but nightmares at work.

Beyond a viewpoint
there may be some hidden facts
that you cannot see.

Life’s simplicity
comes in many forms and styles
and many choices.

With only a glance
ones can create perceptions
of their view of you.

Friends can seem hateful
when trying to be friendly
while helping you out.

So many standards
are put on humanity
that need to be changed.

A mere blade of grass
can hide a weed within it
and not have a clue.

When shouting your words
others might only hear words
they don’t understand.

In midst of anger
silence can be catalyst
to fuel emotions.

Binding a storm cloud
with a sky of peacefulness
might show a rainbow.

So many questions
have but only more questions
and have no answers.

Lighthouses of life
can be people that we’ve met
that changed our viewpoints.

Heartbeats of others
can be heard as our echoes
if we’re united.

Each path we travel
has crossroads within each one
giving decisions.

Yearning for true love
that does not belong to you
can form emptiness.

Many challenges
are as tools for the future
to help us along.
