ANIMAL’S GREETINGS

Hello my friends

How has your weekend been? Ours has been cold
and wet. It snowed a tad early this morning but the
rain has washed it all away. It might snow again later
in the week. It could all change at the drop of a hat
ya know. The weather channel and all of my weather
programs can just estimate what will happen, but
only God really knows 🙂 I let Benny and Milo out to
go potty early this morning when it was snowing and
Benny was having a blast, but Milo was ready to get
his duties done and get back in the house. 🙂 I think
Benny is a snow dog. He loves snow and loves to play
in it. There’s still a glaze of snow outside our front
door. I was looking out and Benny tried to squeeze
passed me to go outside hehehe. I know he’s only
wanting to go outside and play hehehe and he always
comes in soak and wet. I’m sure there will be plenty
of snow for him to play in. Maybe even Milo will get
into the swing of things, being I love to play in the
snow as well LOL, but prefer much deeper snow
to play in. Yes I am still a kid at heart. I think most
of us are if we would be honest and admit it. Too
often people will try to hide that side of themselves
thinking that it’s wrong to have a child still living
within you. That child within you is what keeps
us going when the old person has become more
agonizing with age. Even my mom has found that
young person alive within her that lets her have
fun. Age is just a number. Ok so it’s onto another
topic hehe. Judy and I did some of our Christmas
pictures Friday and Saturday. Yeppers, we got
out our Santa suits and began taking pictures.
We figured we needed to get em done because
Christmas is just 3 weeks away. So I might put
a few of our Christmas pictures in each articles
stationery up to then 🙂 It’s 42F degrees right
now and that’s the high until Wednesday, but it
seems winter is dropping the temperatures a tad
after that. The Pearce’s Place is still hanging
tight 🙂 Judy and I have begun hibernating 🙂
It seems with the cold weather that neither of
us wants to get out of bed LOL. But get out of
bed we must to at least fix something to eat
and so we do and head off into the computer
room to wake up hehehe being neither of us
feels brave enough to cook when we’ve just
woken up. Of course I spend much of my time
in bed tossing and turning as well as running
back and forth to the rest room, but I am
usually tired as all get out and it takes me a
while to get focused. We’re still doing our
daily ritual hehehe. We’ve decided to ever so
often skip a night of Farmtown. That way
it doesn’t become so monotonous hehehehe.
There isn’t much else that is happening up
this ways, other than the same old stuff of
playing with our pooches 🙂 Benny sure does
love his big brother. Hehehe ya ought to see
how he nudges Milo with his nose to try to
get him to play hehehe. Milo does often get
in a playful mood and then the both of them
are playing chase around the house with the
sounds of tiny horses running amuck hehehe.
Yeppers they do have fun. Judy and I love
watching them play and also playing with
them. They are surely a gift from God, for
they provide us with many smiles each and
every day. Often the smiles are given as we
watch them sleeping in their little beds or
on the floor at our feet. LOL Milo snores 🙂
and other things hehehe. Yeppers God gave
us some wonderful little boys. They both just
went out to go potty and I took a few pictures
of em. We thank God every day for these two
miracles of life. So often we will forget about
the blessings that we have been given and get
focused on the misery. Make your focus today
on the many gifts God has given you no matter
the size. Find the joy in all that you have and
all that you have had. Don’t let the heartaches
to become all you see. Now I think it’s time
for me to be taking a little visit back through
all that I’ve written here to see if I can find
a good word or phrase that might work for
the title for today’s brand new poem. So, it’s
away I go to that place of my recollection that
I like to call RECOLLECT VILLE. I think I
may have stumbled on a good title, but we
shall se huh hehehe. Here goes…..

Don’t Let The Heartaches

Within all your journeys
you might just find true
heartaches of timeframes
that live within you.
Don’t let the heartaches
to take full control.
Let God to help you
to peaceful your soul.
Let not the echoes
of times that you’ve seen
become all the boulders
within every dream.
Find now the blessings
as time goes its way
by finding Jesus
as you kneel and pray.
Don’t let the heartaches
to be all you see.
Find all the blessings
in your history.

So there ya go. Hehehe I’m writing up until Judy is
ready to go to WalMart. I got my SSD check and we
need some groceries and maybe even stop and get us
each a subway sandwich from Subway. No not Benny
and Milo. They’ll get their regular food hehehe and be
happy LOL. Of course we’ll buy them some more of
their favorite treats being we ran out of them yesterday.
Also, we’re gonna buy a 2 and half gallon automatic
water feeder for these guys. It kills my back every time
I bend over to pick up each water bowl to fill them and
then bend over to put them back in the floor. I’ve still
gotta bend over to feed em, but that’s OK hehehehe.
It’s just that Milo is like a freaking camel and drinks
water like it’s going out of style. I have to fill those
bowls at least 6 times a day in the PC room and the
bedroom LOL. Yea Benny helps with the drinking,
but Milo drinks most of it. I’m working on getting
his teeth cleaned up. When we got him, his teeth
were in horrible shape, but they’re looking better
every day and his breath is getting better as well 🙂
Well, I’ve gotta pause here so we can go to the
store. “I’ll be back”…………………………………………………….
Back!
Hehehe we ended up going to Tractor Supply for
the water container for the dogs and got a 4 gallon
one. We bought Benny and Milo more dog food
and treats as well as medical stuff for them such as
drops for their eyes and ears. Also some food with
Glucosamine and Chondroitin in it for Milo and his
arthritis. Also it has medication for his digestive
system. So we spent a ton of money on them. They
are our little boys and if they were human we would
do the same. Ok maybe not exactly the same hehe,
but we would make sure they were taken care of.
Anyways, back to the journal. I want to ask you
to say a prayer for my step son Chance and his
mom, dad and little sister. Chance needs some
prayer for God’s will to be done. Ok so it’s onto
the ending of this mess. Firstly I wanna tell ya
what I tell ya every week and that is I wrote yet
again more poems and haiku. Yeppers 10 more
poems with 5 once again being Christmas poems.
Also I wrote 22 more haiku for all of my haiku
lovers out there. I hope you find some that you
like. Now it’s time for me to be searching for
that old off switch that loves to play hide and
seek with me :), but not before I wish you a
most wonderful God filled week. Remember,
Jesus loves you and we do too. Now to find
that off switch. There ya are ya little whipper-
snapper. Hiding behind the large water bowl
won’t save ya hehehe. It’s CLEAR hehehehe.

Guiding Force

Soon the snowflakes
will fall down
and be seen from
all around.
The guiding force
from thereunto
will be Lord God
with His view.
Soon dear winter
will be seen
where there once was
grass of green.

of days ahead
will be displayed
not so dead.
Snowflakes falling
will be found
as they’re landing
on the ground.
Leaving trails of
white of course
come from Heavens
Guiding force.

Christmas Snowflakes

Seasons pictures
fall in place
as some snowflakes
on my face.
Christmas snowflakes
come to Earth
and make pictures
daily birth.
Born as hillsides
whitish view
and some meadows
wondrous hue.
Christmas snowflakes
paint each scene
as some magic
from a dream.
Soon those snowflakes
will be laid
rolled around
a snowman made.
Children laughing
playing true
in the snowflakes
daily view.

Red, Blue and Green

Soon with changing
of the days
Christmastime
will so amaze.
As the blessings
come alive.
Christmas trees
will gleam and thrive.
With each sight
red, blue and green
there will be
a manger scene.
Christmas lights
will bring to view
glimmers of Gods
love so true.
Scenes so wondrous
twinkling lights
will be seen
as Christmas sights.
With each glimmer
that is seen
there will be
red, blue and green.

Scenes Are Changing

The essence of Christmas
is coming to be
as scenes are changing
with daily to see.
Christmastimes pictures
hang on the trees
scented with fragrance
and melodies.
The scenes are changing
daily we find
as each aroma
lives in our mind.
Each with its blessings
Christmas delight
is found with wonderful
times day and night.
The scenes are changing
as minutes tick on
and soon it will be then
Christmas at dawn.

Moments Persuasion

Now is a moment
that might be found
with many looking
quickly around.
Seeking for minutes
of lesser abrasion
found in the hopeful
moments persuasion.
Often our lifestyles
will just acquire
misery with company
in its attire.
Let not the moments
that many choose
become the troubles
that walk in your shoes.
A moments persuasion
might cause you trouble
making some problems
seeming as double.

The sun will be shining
as morning breaks
bringing us ventures
with some mistakes.
Swimming as seconds
found as desires
some as some hopeful
some as Hells fires.
When morning breaks
it will be a sight

that’s after night.

with moments within it.
Look for the blessings

Links of A Chain

We are connecting
links of a chain
as we continue
life and again.
Some may be rusted
ceasing to move
as others quickly
wear out a groove.
The links of a chain
are lives that connect
bringing some ventures
that might reflect.
You and I surely
connect in some time
some maybe sweetly
some seeming slime.
Yet it’s our choices
that can become
later days ventures
lifes beating drum.
Don’t let the times
that seem now insane
become as a pattern
links of a chain.

Soon Comes Christmas

Winters windows
now and then
come as Christmas
to begin.
Soon comes Christmas
to be seen
as the fragrance
of a dream.
Seasons threshold
that walks through
will be blessings
thereunto.
Soon comes Christmas
far and wide
as the season
comes inside.
Sweet dear Christmas
will then fly
as old Santa
in the sky.
Seasons wonders
will be found
as dear Christmas
comes around.

Cloudy Skies

Now as snowflakes
fill the skies
there are signs of
sweet surprise.
Cloudy skies
will come each day
bringing snow
for kids to play.
Making snowmen
they delight
that might come
alive at night.
All the magic
Christmas gives
comes from Heaven
Jesus lives.
Cloudy skies
of Christmastime
live and breathe
of God Divine.
All of the clouds
from up above
are with blessings
filled with love.

Evenings Shadows

The days so long
become at rest
evening shadows
do attest.
Soon the days will
then release
as the evenings
bring them peace.
So let shadows
of the day
become peace
to kneel and pray.
Let not problems
that you’ve found

less of sun.

Haiku
for Dec 1, 2012

The days might mimic
all that you have done wrongly,
but good can be found.

Later decisions
can become filled with regret
for time you wasted.

Today brings decisions
to listen to your wanting
or listen to need.

A mornings sunrise
shows chances beyond your sight
that remain hidden.

People walk blindly
when they head out in the world.
Only Jesus knows.

Letters to Santa
might become disillusioned
by ones that don’t dream.

Wintertime’s doorways
fill the paths of days ahead
with billowy snow.

Mindless portrayals
bring characterization
that might not be right.

Lesser of yourself
can become greater of God
if you allow it.

Pages are written
when our footsteps are laid down
as footprints in time.

The lights of Christmas
shine as glimmers in the night
so joyful to see.

Evenings beginnings
come as the daytime meets night
and nighttime meets stars.

Radiant beauty
finds its way into the day
if you will let it.

Looking passed sadness
there are smiles just sat waiting
for their time and place.

Needless are ventures
that have no true importance
and only bring tears.

Changing appearance
does not change what lives inside.
Looks are just skin deep.

Tomorrows lessons
might be found in now today
which we never learned.

The lines on a face
display our lives emotions
as time perceives them.

Displays of passion
come not as just a favor,
but as God’s true love.

Giving a snowflake
a place of which to find home
also builds a snowman.

When doing good deeds
look for your true reasoning
and see if they’re pure.

Dreaming of Santa
brings joy to many children
in their Christmas dreams.
