The Sequel

Hello my friends

Here I am once again to tell you of our
misadventures and adventures that have
come our way.  Well,  we didn’t do much
other than go to the store and buy a few
groceries and of course I took pictures as
she drove.  We’ve had a fairly cool week
and it looks as though it will continue as
the temps stay in the 60’s and 70’s.  Not
too bad huh.   Right now it’s 60 F degrees
with a high of 65 for today.  It’s supposed
to rain a little this afternoon,  but I don’t
think it will be but a drizzle.   Tomorrow
is supposed to be cloudy,  but no rain in
the forecast,  so it will be a perfect day for
Judy and I to go and play miniature golf
for my birthday.  Yep,  I’ll be 64 Monday.
I thought I would be worm dirt before I
got this old LOL.   I guess it’s OK.  My
mind and brain are still alert so I’ll keep
on keeping on until God calls me home.
There has been not much excitement in
our little abode.  LOL Benny was acting
silly last night standing right behind me
almost howling at me to give him a treat.
He has been wanting me to hold him a
lot,  but then both of the boys love me to
hold them.  If I’m holding one,  the other
is usually right at my feet looking up as
to say when is it my turn hehehe.  Yep,
it’s rather boring around here which I’m
sure explains why I write so many poems.
LOL.  I’m getting close to having enough
poetry pictures for book 15,  so when I
do that I might get started on publishing
books 13, 14 and 15 if I get in the mood.
I’ve already got book 13 converted and
ready for publishing.  I’ll only have 14
and 15 to format and convert.  Of course
I’m sure I’ll keep on writing until I have
nothing left to write 🙂  God only knows
how many books I’ll end up with hehehe.
I’ve written around 12,000 poems and
2,350 of them are poetry pictures LOL.
So,  yes I do write a lot.  I also take a
lot of pictures 🙂   We had to buy new
external hard drives to put all of the
pictures that her and I take.  Our old
external hard drives were getting full.
Bad news,  we just had a power outage
and it crashed my computer and all I
had saved was what is above.  So  I’ll
attempt to continue,  but I doubt that
I will be able to recall anything that I
wrote before,  so this might be short
and sweet.  I’m sort of ticked that I
lost all that I had written being I was
already finished with this week’s poem.
So,  here goes.  Judy went to a corn
roast yesterday at her sister’s house.
I didn’t go,  being I cannot eat corn
on the cob and I wasn’t really in the
mood for being around all of them.
Judy got a message from her a little
bit ago sending an invite to The Corn
Roast The Sequel.  It will be Labor
Day Monday.  I might go, being Judy
said that they’ll have hamburgers and
hotdogs.   God has been good to us.
LOL aside from the power outage
crashing my computer it has been a
pretty good day.  We feel blessed to
have one another and these 2 loving
little boys/dogs.  We can feel the love
from many angels that watch over
us.  Thank You God for all that You
do for us and all that You will do 🙂
AMEN.  Now I believe I’ll try once
again to read back and find another
word or phrase that I can use for the
title for today’s brand new poem.
So it’s away I go to that place of my
recollection that I always like to call
of found yet another decent title to
use that I haven’t already used and
now to see if I can do anything with
it.  Here goes…

The Sequel

Beginnings begun
create a phase
times that remind
of distant days.
Creating stories
pathways of life
some as beauty
some with strife.
It’s how we view it
the seasons of style
that creates time
of a frown or smile.
Look for the facts
and don’t misread
a word you heard
started from seed.
Create a pathway
a good life to find
to be the sequel
as heaven divine.

Well,   there ya go,  poem number 2.
I’m sure it’s not all that great,  but it
will have to do LOL.  I hope you found
some peace and humor among all of
my ramblings.  There’s not much else to
tell you other than what I tell you every
week and that is,  I wrote some more
poems and haiku.  Yep,  10 more poems
but this time 2 of them are Christmas
poems.  I also wrote 22 more haiku for
all of the haiku lovers out there.  I hope
you can find 1 or 2 of either or both
that you like.  Now I believe it’s time
for me to begin my search for that silly
hardly elusive off switch,  but not before
I wish you a wonderful blessings filled
week.  Remember,  Jesus loves you and
we do too.  Now,   where can that ornery
off switch be trying to hide this time???
Hmm,  does my eye decieve me,  or is
that an off switch dangling from the
light above me LOL.  How in the heck
did you get up there and why are you
up there.  LOL OH you thought that
I wouldn’t look up huh.  Well I did 🙂
Gotcha,  see ya CLICK zzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

God bless from Bill,  Judy,  Benny,  Rocky
and the spirit of Milo Pearce

An ocean of mind
creates a breeze
illuminating sights
timeless degrees.
Formed from life
as a page with flair
enlightening minds
of a breath of air.
Breathe in deeply
and then exhale
enjoy perspectives
of a timeless tale.
There may be eyes
of a distant gaze
watching our steps
in faraway waves.
It might be above
in a sky of blue
eyes looking down
at me and at you.
It may be a feeling
of which you feel
a life illumination
that times reveal.
Search your mind
and find a place
illuminating sights
times to embrace.
Find you a view
of a great elevation
one with blessings
God’s illumination.

Dreams Adrift

Floating in waters
of a sudden rhyme
dreams can become
an awesome design.
Formed reflections
of me and of you
might come to life
as a rippling view.
They may be vague
becoming clearer
as passing essence
seen within a mirror.
Our dreams of life
may be confused
as blessings arrive
to become infused.
Open up your mind
and let God uplift
showing the truth
with dreams adrift.

Through The Ripples

Paddling our feet
or walking around
often moves water
of lifetimes abound.
We might not see
what that is hidden
as people move on
often greed driven.
Don’t allow wants
to create your design
for they’ll so often
become a land mine.
Seek for necessity
as time moves along
learning the lessons
of right and wrong.
Discover yourself
from day unto day
through the ripples
a heartbeat’s array.

Thinking dreams
of a timeless gaze
becomes a shadow
of distant days.
Remembering life
as a peaceful sight
with radiant waters
beaming sunlight.
Recalling a scene
or a passing time
life’s recollections
that times entwine.
Becoming a stage
for time to discover
as scenic reflections
our minds uncover.
Peace can begin
as a beating heart
with recollections
of a work of art.

Morning’s Sun

The curtain’s pulled
a scene’s exposed
maybe of a dream
that time transposed.
Found as a doorway
to a scenic delight
with morning’s sun
alleviating the night.
Time is like an ocean
with waves all about
as some seen ashore
going in ways and out.
It’s just like a page
of rhythms design
as a morning’s sun
tells tales of its time.
It speaks of stories
that have begun
this is the journal
of the morning’s sun.

Winter’s Stage

A road might form
so wintery white
a seasonal style
a Christmassy sight.
It might even seem
as a place of time
creating illusions
to live in the mind.
A cold snowy road
to a distant place
formed as a dream
that many embrace.
It’s a story of time
a road thereunto
in winter’s stage
of a seasonal view.
A Christmassy feel
from age to age,
it is the magic
in a winter’s stage.

Dreaming Christmas

Some tales begin
as a mere memory
one that of a time
wished then to be.
Creating a moment
of a scenic array
dreaming Christmas
such a magical day.
Starting as a story
with words of rhyme
scenes within scenes
of a special design.
Thinking of a time
remembered so well
as snowflakes falling
creating their spell.
Becoming as magic
the season unleashes
painting everything
as winter releases.
Creating artwork
of a timeless cuisine
centered in moments
 of a wintery scene.
As time ticks on
a sight may become
as a blessing of life
and birth of a son.
The words of songs
might ring of joy
dreaming Christmas
just like a little boy.

Seeing Green

Different views
in different styles
display so many
frowns and smiles.
We might not think
the same avenue
while seeing green
within our view.
Time may show
a moment’s array
a leaf of life
of another display.
We might not see
all that’s there
and only perceive
a certain flair.
There are many
seeking the wrong
living their life
as a sad, sad song.
Look for beauty
within each day
found perspective
another way.
Change within
the way you view
to seeing green
and not only blue.
Search for the joy
of a living dream
heavens blessings
as seeing green.

Resonated Sky

The sounds of life
in view of tales
become as stories
a writer compels.
Written as artwork
written as dreams
a resonated sky
of magical scenes.
Encompassing life
of true blue skies
minutes perceived
in a readers eyes.
Perspective of time
as an ageless tale
becomes so alive
as a writers gale.
We might see time
of different hue
one that becomes
as me and you.
Reflecting our eyes
seen in a mirror
what we became
a little bit clearer.
Find what is true
as time goes on
and let it resonate
before it’s gone.
Find your blessings
and let them to fly
becoming then
a resonated sky.

Beginning Rails

We each may find
a life of pain
the beginning rails
of a choo choo train.
We might even see
a path in view
that looks so right,
but a little bit askew.
There may be stuff
laid all around
that may look safe,
but surely confound.
So many moments
come and go
beginnings begun
that moments bestow.
Look for the signs
a time details
before you take on
the beginning rails.

The passing of time
begins with an illusion
that becomes so real.

Tears of a man
are often hidden inside
where ulcers are born.

Walking in the rain
can be a refreshing sight
or sadness to see.

A paper airplane
can fly without an engine,
but it needs some help.

Today begins time
as a counter starts counting
adding the minutes.

Frightened by a storm
many will hide in bad places
thinking it is safe.

Living in a lie
can become many heartbeats
being falsified.

The things that we say
can be repeated in time
as bad memories.

Forms of deception
are often born of a lie
that got out of hand.

The life of a star
might seem to be forever,
but just a short time.

Seasons of despair
will sometimes create journeys
that moments expose.

When one is wasted
on sad intoxication
life might seem too much.

Fears of a haunting
may come from your memories
of something ones said.

Life of a flower
begins as only a seed
that finds strength to grow.

Essence of rainbows
is that of many colors
and a pot of gold.

Stories that we’ve heard
can often become so real
if we imagine.

Listening to rhymes
that a poet reads to you
can become a song.

Passionate people
give forth many forms of hope
that might be sour.

Playing with fire
often means you will get burned
unless it’s contained.

The leaves of autumn
create a stage of colors
that death beautifies.

Now might be a dream
that can become a nightmare
if you don’t wake up.

Beyond the ocean
a sunrise might lay in wait
as night continues.
