ANIMAL’S GREETINGS

Hello my friends

Hello everybody.  Well I’m back once
again with more bits of rambling and
whatnot.  The weather has taken a dive
into to 80’s today.  It made it to 85 F
which isn’t too bad as long as it don’t
stay there.  Monday’s high is supposed
to be 65 F degrees.  Yep,  our weather
goes up and down.  Thankfully is does
not stay in the 80’s for but just a few
days and then it’s back to the 60’s and
70’s.  We were going to go to Walmart
today,  but decided to wait and do it
Monday when the weather is cooler 🙂
It was supposed to be mostly sunny
today,  but the clouds didn’t finally
dissipate till an hour ago or so LOL.
Last week Judy went for her Biopsy
and she does not have cancer thank
God.  So Judy has to go for a pet
scan next week and a colonoscopy
scheduled for this week just to make
sure,  but from all the test,  she does
not have lung cancer.  What they saw
was just some scars from when she
had pneumonia a while back.  That
has brought us much more peace in
our lives.  We were both stressed out
over it all,  but thankfully God gave
us a good outcome.  Rocky is still
giving us a hard time LOL.  I refuses
to let us sleep later than 3 PM LOL
and for those of you that have not
kept up,  we are night owls and stay
up till around 3 or 4 AM before we
head to bed and then we watch a few
cartoons to help relax us so that we
can sleep hehehe or at least try to
sleep.  So what else has been going
on around this place?  Well,  while
I was waiting for Judy to get her
biopsy last week I walked over to
the little duck pond that’s always
got ducks gathered at it and I took
a ton of pictures and a couple of
videos of those waterfowl.  They
didn’t seem to mind me much.  I
do it near every year if/when I get
a chance.  Those ducks are there
no matter the weather hehehehehe.
I’ve got pictures and videos of them
all skating on the frozen pond LOL.
I’m guessing that is their home and
they get visits from relatives from
afar ever so often.  My still hoping
to be able to find someone to fix our
roof and our porch roof before the
weather gets too bad.  Due to all of
my vertigo and health I cannot see
myself climbing a latter again to fix
anything.  Oh well,  life goes on and
hopefully God sends help.  Judy’s
behind me crocheting as she often
does.  Though now she’s removing
the sleeves off of her last project
to make them larger and then put
them back on the sweater.  She is
so creative 🙂  I’m not so much in
the creative world,  being all that I
do is write poetry and create poetry
pictures.  She does a lot of stuff 🙂
The temperature is cooling down
now.  It’s 66 degrees right now at
8:30 PM.  Near 20 degrees cooler
than it was at 4 PM LOL.  We are
an exciting bunch aren’t we hehehe.
Thankfully we still have each other
as well as God in our life.  God has
helped us many times that we were
not aware of it.  I’m sure He has
helped you too.   We are thankful
for all that God has done for us as
well as the many angels and kindly
spirits.  I pray that God watches
over you as well.  Father God we
ask this that You use Your power
and send angels and kindly spirits
to all that are in need,  for I feel
that we are all in need no matter
how we might seem to others.
Thank You Father God for every
little thing that You do in our lives
that we may never not be aware of.
Amen and Amen.  OK now I reckon
it’s time for me to be reading back
over all that I’ve written here to see
if I can find a good word or phrase
that I can use as the title for today’s
brand new poem.  So it’s away I go
to that place of my recollection that
I like to call RECOLLECT VILLE.
I think I may have stumbled upon
a fairly decent title just a couple of
lines back and now after checking
I see that it has not been used yet,
so used it shall be.  Here goes…

A Good Word

We might hear
a word or phrase
that one’s said
with many ways.
Words are strong
for they can hurt
and land a heart
down in the dirt.
Give a good word
to help ones find
a peaceful essence
inside their mind.
Use God’s gifts
to create a door
a time and place
to help some more.
Don’t let greed
to fill your heart
for if you do
it’ll tear you apart.
So use your gifts
as life’s song bird
giving the music
of a good word.

Okey dokey,  there ya go.  I hope you
liked the poem and maybe even a lil
of my rambling.  I’m amazed I found
so much stuff to talk about hehehehe.
Anyways,  I reckon it’s time for me to
be telling you what I tell you what I
tell you nearly every week and that is
I wrote some more poems and haiku.
Yep,  10 more poems and 22 more
haiku for all of the haiku lovers out
there.  I hope you can find 1 or 2 of
either or both that you like.  Now,
I do believe it’s time for me to be
searching for that hardly elusive off
switch,  but not before I wish you all
a blessings filled week.  Remember,
Jesus loves you and we do too.  OK
so where can that ornery off switch
be trying to hide this time hehehehe?
Hmm,  I think I see movement right
behind my nose spray.  Can’t you
find any good places to hide you
silly thing LOL.  It’s not that small
of a room 🙂  Try harder next time.

Reflected Minds

Clouds can become
ripples within view
found within waters
of a timeless hue.
Blue sky awakened
as a reflected stage
found in the clouds
as a turn of a page.
We might perceive
a signature style
as reflected minds
filled with a smile.
Times we remember
might be displayed
as a child’s laughter
selling lemonade.
Within life’s waters
we might find times
living and thriving
as reflected minds.

Water and Stones

Many times sight
can but only see
what that’s clearly
what life gives free.
Yet below the view
may be well hidden
stones of troubles
purely Hell driven.
Search for the view
that’s soon to grow
into what’s truly
a betterment flow.
God allows ripples
that help us along
water and stones
of right and wrong.
Learn the lessons
from troubled zones
found within life’s
water and stones.

Today’s tomorrow
may be our dreams
of times and places
illusionary scenes.
Past meets present
as time moves on
creating turnstiles
as life’s love song.
Created from times
what we may recall
yesterday’s mindset
may now stand tall
Remember a time
of a distant breeze
smiling heartbeats
of past memories.

Journeys of Roads

Driving a lifestyle
down a winding path
can form confusion
from future to past.
Scenes may pass by
leaving such a sight
as that of a memory
left ways and right.
Creating pathways
that moments expose
showing our journey
the choices we chose.
Give God the reigns
and let Him to drive
creating turnstiles
to keep you alive.
Life with a passage
that Heaven bestows
living much better
on journeys of roads.

Illusions Reality

Clouds of thoughts
can often display
time as an essence
of a passing array.
Formed as a dream
that came in view
and created portals
from old to anew.
Illusions of seconds
might form a sight
seen as our dreams
of clouds of white
Across a landscape
may be some hills
seasons of minutes
that time instills.
Combining visions
into scenes to see
might then create
illusions reality.

Within Frame

Puddles of water
might form a view
as minutes display
a scenic blue hue.
Reflecting the sky
in waters of day
life becomes seen
in awesome array.
Maybe some birds
will gather within
singing their songs
a gift to the wind.
Sounds of nature
reflecting thereon
sung as a moment
a sweet love song.
Find the blessings
within the space
and let them live
upon your face.
Angels from above
will then acclaim
God is much more
 seen within frame.

Rhythms of Flow

The water’s of life
may seem to trickle
flowing as dreams
of a timeless ripple.
Moments move on
creating doorways
ticking as seconds
of so distant days.
Look around you
and see the sights
as rhythms of flow
each season ignites.
Transforming life
into so many things
grasses of moments
as scenic dreams.
Look beyond them
and let hope grow
as heavenly sights
of rhythms of flow.

Starry Day

Brightly shining
the sun up above
gives us warmth
and gives us love.
A starry moment
with a scenic hue
shines so brightly
in a sky of blue.
The time of day
may seem to find
a star glistening
winter’s design.
Reflecting scenes
as snow abound
sunlight shines
on snowy ground.
Creating paintings
in a magical way
sunshine forms
life’s starry day.

Wave Hello

The days of time
may seem to pass
leaving but only
shadows to cast.
Doorways open
and allow a view
as times of day
to give to you.
Give a big wave
and seek peace
within the times
seasons release.
Greet the days
with a little grin
seeking heaven
from deep within.
Life is a blessing
from God above
scenes as dreams
and all thereof.
Open your heart
to heavens flow
then seek the sky
and wave hello.

Clouded Hearts

When love seeks life
within an illusion
they may only find
a lot of confusion.
Time might display
a tormented past
thriving as dreams
that ended too fast.
You might recall
a heartbeat or two
that came your way
distorting the view.
We’ve got choices
that often forget
and end up rivers
that get us real wet.
Use that knowledge
and seek for truth
not just of misery
that ended uncouth.
Clouded perception
may often perceive
the moments in time
of webs we’d weave.
Seek for blessings
that God imparts
and let Him guide
the clouded hearts.

Haiku
for May 27,  2023

Endless is Heaven
as it goes on forever
thriving memories.

Listening to life
you might hear many breathing
as time goes its way.

Resting on laurels
can seem as life’s illusions
as time moves along.

In search of the truth
you might find many liars
that you thought were true.

Evidence of life
might be hidden in places
that we cannot see.

Cherishing something
that’s an object a loved one
can create sadness.

Through a looking glass
we might be able to recap
who we once had been.

Years of destinies
can often become stories
that we now regret.

Living for a moment
might prove to be unhealthy
as life passes by.

Shattered worlds of dream
often become the nightmares
that should not exist.

Seasonal pictures
have a way of reflecting
within our future.

Heartbeats of many
can create rivers of time
that flow forever.

Remembering loved ones
helps them continue in life
even after death.

Holding back a breath
can cause you to suffocate,
so breathe true of life.

In a field of grass
many weeds might be hiding
the same as your life.

Trails that we follow
might have hidden passageways
headed to trouble.

Seeking for some peace
you might discover problems
that you never saw.

Tomorrow’s journey
starts with what we do today,
so make it your best.

Personal forests
might have a few fires within
hidden from our view.

Glancing at the sun
can blind your eyesight quickly,
so don’t look too long.

Blessings of moments
might be times we remember,
but did not see then.

The flavors of life
are often tasted blindly
not knowing the truth.
