ANIMAL’S GREETINGS
Hello my friends
Well it’s nearing the end of my Animal’s
Greetings website, but I shall continue
on with my emails as I have done for a
few decades. February 14th or near it
unless I can find a way that I can keep
my website using my Paypal, it will be
gone, but until that time and date, I’ll
continue to post on it and share it so that
others can read my writings. So on with
my rambling 🙂 The weather up this way
has not been too bad. We’ve not gotten
near the cold, ice and snow that we’ve
gotten in the past. It’s 16 F degrees right
now at 6:30 PM and the low for tonight
is supposed to be 11 degrees and that’s
not too bad. Judy’s doing much better
now that the hole in her lung has healed
and they removed the chest tube. She’s
been busy catching up on crocheting 🙂
I went on line last night/Saturday night
and ordered her some more yarn of many
different colors. LOL the yarn is many
skeins of different colors, not one skein
that’s rather colorful hehehe. It snowed
a little bit last Thursday. We still had a
bit of snow left over from the week before.
Yes I took many pictures and I especially
took some pictures on our drive to town
and back to pay the bills last Wednesday.
Yep, we’re a lively bunch LOL. Since
Judy got home, we’re taking things slow
to give her time to continue to heal. She
has re scheduled her doctors appointments
that she had to cancel due to being in the
hospital for 3 weeks. I am so very happy
that she is doing so well. Though she still
has to go for cancer treatments being that
they were unable to remove it all, but I
have faith that she will be OK. God has
been good to us as he has kept His hands
of love over us. We can still feel many
angels and kindly spirits watching over us.
Judy and I feel blessed to be alive and have
each other thru God. We are also thankful
for all of our family and friends as well as
our little boy/dog Rocky to cheer us up.
I pray that you have God in your life and
you are seeing God’s blessings. Thank
You Father God for all that You’ve done
and most surely all that You will do. Now,
I do believe it’s time for me to be reading
back over all that I’ve written here to see
if I can find me a good word or phrase that
I can use for the title for today’s brand new
poem. So, it’s away I go to the little place
of my recollection that I always like to call
RECOLLECT VILLE. Well, I found me
a fairly decent title near the beginning of
my rambling that I used once back in 2004.
Oh well LOL, I’m using it again hehehe.
Find A Way
Look in your life
and find the good
that within the past
was misunderstood.
Find the blessings
that came unto be
that now and then
helped you to see.
So often the past
may look real dim,
but looking closely
were gifts from Him.
God works wonders
in the clouds of time
within the storms
of moments we find.
Blessings are formed
from night unto day
so look for the good
and then find a way.

I hope you liked the poem and maybe even
a little of my rambling. I haven’t much else
to tell you other than what I tell you nearly
every week and that is, I wrote some more
poems and haiku. Yeppers, 10 more poems
and 22 more haiku for all the haiku lovers
out there. I hope that you can find 1 or 2
of either or both that you like. So, now I do
believe it’s time for me to start my search for
that hardly elusive off switch, but not before
I wish you a blessings filled week. Remember,
Jesus loves you and we do too. Now, where
can that ornery off switch be hiding this week.
It’s had more that enough time to look for
a good place to hide being it didn’t even try
last week LOL. Hmm, LOL I think I need
to clean up my menagerie of junk that is on
the top of my desk hehehe. I just heard my
car/house keys rattle. Yep, I can see ya there
hiding under my keys and as normal you can
not sit still which is a good thing being that I
really need to get this mess sent out hehehe.

Walking in a Dream
When within a moment
a dream might appear
as a heartbeat in time
of shadows you hear.
It might seem illusional
this place you remember
and it might be a shadow
of times burning ember.
Synced within a breath
of a memorized scene
life is but a heartbeat
walking in a dream.

Blessings Appear
A sky of beauty
can become alive
creating memories
of a seasonal size.
Open your mind
and let in a breath
allowing the scenes
to become as rest.
Enhancing views
of clouds of design
oh so often as faint
memories in time.
Places remembered
just holding a hand
standing in the sun
on a beach of sand.
Looking from afar
you might perceive
a moment in time
as life to reweave.
A time of passion
of a distant year
found as a breath
as blessings appear.

Pining Yesterdays
An ocean of perception
becomes ripples in time
and all the yesterdays
create waves of design.
The scents of the salt air
become alive in a way
transforming memories
into a timeless display.
We might remember life
as some passing clouds
displaying the sunshine
that a moment endows.
This can be a heartbeat
that dreamers may gaze
found as our memories
we’re pining yesterdays.

Scented Scenery
Doorways to winter
open with a style
scented of blessings
formed as a smile.
Treetops glistening
in a winter’s array
become the scents
of a wonderful day.
The ice and snow
creates sights to view
of scented scenery
that seasons accrue.
Some as passages
to then and beyond
and others as sights
that seem as a song.
Heartbeats of winter
create sights to see
ice and snow life
with scented scenery.

Roads we travel

Stories of a journey
with a snowy view
as time comes alive
on a roadway thru.
Trees that become
as a cold icy stage

that moments attain
found in a doorway
of an icy domain.

Thinking of the things
that give me a smile
I find that wintertime
gives a joyful while.
The snow that glistens
in its seasonal form
displaying life’s sights
the snow does adorn.
Don’t allow moments
that sadness portrays
to lose you in sorrow
and leave you in grays.
Find all the blessings
that a moment instills
and let them to live on
as happiness hills.
A thriving perception
of a heavenly frost
found within blessings
of wintertime thoughts.

Awaken your vision
and see what is there

Venturing pathways
to distant arrays
as we may travel on

God’s hands are artwork
painting living scenes
as time continues onto
so many of our dreams.
Our traveling perceptions
are often held tight
deep within minds eyes
of every scenic sight.
As heartbeats of rhythms
beating like a drum
life’s windows of winter
show a seasonal sun.
Transposing thru clouds
time’s front and center
displaying God’s blessings
in windows of winter.

Emotional Waves
Many of our thoughts
can often be seen
as emotions emotion
in an oceanic dream.
We might find sights
in need of a ship
as waves gain speed
and cause you to tip.
Find with emotions
the strength to reside
and then in time
push the waves aside.
Become as a vessel
of true heavenly love
to fend off the waves
that time is full of.
Seek God’s blessings
in the coming of days
to help you to ride
the emotional waves.

Tomorrow’s thinking
can mess up thoughts for today
losing sight of now.
Threads of a moment
can often become the screws
that might come unscrewed.
Seeking for true love
in places such as a church
you might find liars.
Sense of well being
needs a lot of common sense
to find out the truth.
Years of emotions
can form many disasters
within our thinking.
Heading down dirt roads
we often find ourselves lost
needing directions.
Time is a viewpoint
that we might look at wrongly
due to our hurry.
Times of memories
are as autumn and the leaves
that we remember.
Illusions in clouds
can often become alive
deep within our minds.
Choosing a pathway
you might notice a few things
that may change your mind.
Yesterdays journeys
matter not in now today
unless they are used.
The thrill of a place
might only be the timing,
for time makes moments.
We become stronger
riding out the storms of life,
but there are some tolls.
Shadows of our dreams
often reflect in moments
that others may live.
Chilling out from life
letting time to do its thing
will help you find peace.
Distant illusions
might become reality
and bite us real hard.
Sheltering your truth
due to fear of ones knowing
can prevent friendship.
Looking too deeply
into the depths of others
you might lose some friends.
Trading honesty
for lies for a better life
only destroys it.
The walls that we build
might not only stop bad things,
but also good things.
Today offers time
to change our life’s perspective
and change our journey.
Allowing a breath
within a moment in time
also allows life.
