ANIMAL’S GREETINGS

Hello my friends

It’s summertime up here in Maine, but not too bad temperature wise.
It’s 82 F degrees right now at about 5:00 PM. It’s looking like it will
rain. There’s rain in the forecast off and on throughout the week. I’m
not complaining LOL. Come on rain! It cools things down. Tomorrows
high is supposed to be 70 F degrees and in the mid 70’s for the rest of
the week. It might warm up by next weekend though. Our portable AC
is doing well. It ain’t perfect, but then perfection cost more than we can
afford LOL. The boys are almost due another haircut. I was hoping to
get them a pool yesterday, but when I got to WalMart they had sold
the last of the plastic kiddie pools and all they had left was those little
green turtle pools that are only an inch deep and cost $40.00. What
we wanted was a 6 foot Wide and 1 foot deep plastic pool. We went
on line and found one and ordered it. We should have it in a few days.
The boys seemed to enjoy swimming in their aunt Trudy’s swimming
pool the 4th of July 🙂 Judy and I enjoyed it as well. The pools not that
big. Only 4 foot deep and not sure how wide, but it made do for a fun
day in the sun. We stayed out a tad too long LOL. We’re sunburned.
Oh well, it might be our last time this year to be able to go over and
swim if the weather doesn’t straighten out LOL. Our neighbors bought
their kids a new little swimming pool and they got it aired up and all
yesterday. They have all been playing in it. Though right now it is
just sitting out there with still waters 🙂 I got a lot of great pictures of
us swimming at Trudy’s house. I’ll put a few of them in the stationery.
Right now the boys are busy trying to find a comfy place to lie down
that isn’t too warm. Most times they end up on the end of our bed
facing the air conditioner or in the floor lying face first in the fan 🙂
I doused them water in the shower yesterday and they loved that.
LOL I doused myself first which gave me the idea to do them hehe.
It only lasted for a brief, but it was worth it. So, hmmm what else
is happening here at the Pearce’s Place? Not much. Our 4th of
July was our venture to Trudy’s to go swimming. So nothing much
else happened there. The same as every year no fireworks. We
don’t enjoy shooting off fireworks, but if we could of seen some
from our house it would have been OK LOL. Yet, there were none
to be seen or heard or at least we didn’t get wind of them hehehehe.
I’m trying to finish this journal in time for Judy and I to watch the
American Ninja Warriors hehehe. Also at 10 is Ice Road Truckers.
We love our TV programs LOL. Deadliest Catch is our Tuesday
favorite hehehe. It’s weird that we love the same style programs.
God knew what He was doing when He put us together. God is
always in control whether we realize it or not. He allows lessons
to be learned and only does what He knows should be done. Not
what we think should be done. Yes, we all have free will and with
that many fall prey to the evils of life, but God always gives us
a chance to rectify that, but it is not a choice after we die. Don’t
let the evils of Satan to disrupt your daily life with his lies. Many
times Satan will display promises that are only guaranteed troubles
to darken your path. Our lives can be filled with joy if we will look
beyond the minutes that go wrong. I’m sure you have many times
that you can remember that bring you joy. Sometimes we just need
to slow down and enjoy a breath of air. I guess I’m not going to
make this a real wordy journal this week due to Milo barking for
treats LOL. Benny just sits behind Milo letting him do all of the
begging hehehe 🙂 Ain’t they sweet! I reckon I’m needing to be
taking my little venture back through all that I have written here
to see if I can find a good word or phrase that might work for the
title for today’s brand new poem. So it’s away I go that place
of my recollection that I always like to call RECOLLECT VILLE.
I think I found a good title, but I need to check first and see if I
haven’t already used it LOL. Nope ain’t used it YET, so here
goes with an attempt to put some words together in form of a
poem using it 🙂

Beyond The Minutes

While now might be found
with ventures of pain
there might be rainbows
after the rain.
Beyond the minutes
of here there about
now might conclude as
a much better route.
Leftover heartaches
found now today
can become peaceful
if you will pray.
Let not the sadness
of yesterdays drive
take hold of right now
living alive.
Beyond the minutes
of what all you see
there is a chance for
good history.
Journeys through timeframes
footsteps will go
give us the chances
surely to grow.

Well, there ya go! I hope you enjoyed my rambling and maybe even
the poem hehehe. The boys are sleeping in the floor right behind Judy
and I. It’s 80 F degrees right now at 6 PM so it’s cooling off a little at
a time. Tonight’s supposed to get down to 57 F degrees and tomorrow
it’s supposed to be a high of 70 F 🙂 So that will surely make the boys
feel better as well as Judy and I 😉 So I guess I need to wind this up
so I can get started making stationery, but not before I tell you what
I tell you every week and that is, I wrote some more poems and haiku.
Yeppers 10 more poems and 22 more haiku for all of my haiku lovers
out there. I hope some of them bring you joy or answers to questions.
Now I need to be searching for that confounded off switch, but not
before I wish you a most blessed week. Remember, Jesus loves you
and we do too. OK ya little varmint, where are ya hiding this week?
LOL I think I see him hanging on for dear life to the blades of the box
fan sitting in the floor hehehe. Gotcha ya little whippersnapper hehe
of course after I shut the fan off. See ya CLICK zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

Window of Time

As tomorrow flickers
in nows scenery
the window of time
lets be what will be.
The scenes that displayed
might just fade away
as a window of time
shows different that day.
Windows will open
and close thereunto
providing perception
that might be askew.
A window of time
into what you’ve found
might be a dream world
that’s not coming round.
The counting of minutes
can surely display
a window of time
that might fade away.

Summer Fun

Splashing in a pool
as sunshine beats down
makes great the moments
of each sight and sound.
That great summer fun
in the blue waters wet
gives me the greatest
I’ll never forget.
That summertime scene
with our family
sister and pooches
are greatest to be.
Our dogs made a splash
as second to none
while they joined in with
that great summer fun.
We stayed so long
that we surely each said
when it’s all over
we’re going to be red.
Yet with the sunburns
and all that surpassed
the great summer fun
most surely did last.
We splashed for hours
in the 4 foot deep pool
acting like children
just let out of school.

While Time Continues

Beyond what we’re thinking
our thoughts might connect
turning into pages
of a written affect.
While time continues
it creates its own style
often seen by many
in a different while.
Things that we’re seeing
so many might perceive
as just a moments time
meant to believe.
So many in a world
with different style views
can be found seeing
the same in the news.
Yet what they’re seeing
might not be the same,
for their perception
might not fully attain.
While time continues
and our lives move on
dusk is still dusk
and dawn is still dawn.

Within A Frown

Sometimes one smiling
might not be so true
for there within them
are moments so blue.
While they look happy
a frown might exist
while they are saddened
for friends that they miss.
Sometimes a curtain
is hung on their eyes
hiding their frowning
from all their goodbyes.
Within a frown there
is sometimes a scene
painted as pictures
found in their dream.
So maybe someone
that you see today
might show a smile
where frowns should display.
They might be trying
to turn upside down
that moment of feeling
that’s within a frown.

Nobody Cares

Looking so clear now
I see how now shares
patterns of lifestyles
that nobody cares.
So many people
just seeing their own
and not realizing
what others have known.
People can sometimes
so hatefully find
just but a lifestyle
of their peace of mind.
Not looking outwards
and seeing who’s hurting
while they are always
just daily deserting.
Don’t let your brothers
and sisters fall prey
to that nobody style
caring today.

Today’s Tomorrow

When now has passed
and left its view
time might show us
something new.
Today’s tomorrow
might not display
what we’re thinking
right now today.
With each second
time might find
today’s tomorrow
not to shine.
Often what’s right now
might not be found
as today’s tomorrow
comes around.
The choices we’re making
as minutes will pass
today’s tomorrow
then comes in contrast.
The things we thought
we had time to do
today’s tomorrow
might change every view.

Glimmers of Heartbeats

People with values
and not just of gain
can find the glimmers of
heartbeats attain.
Two found together
can become as one
glimmers of heartbeats
up under the sun.
True love that’s sought for
beyond what they view
can become heartbeats
of loving found true.
Not letting flesh to
be all you see
can then enlighten
your heartbeats degree.
Glimmers of heartbeats
can then be found
beating as true love
not just sight and sound.

Perfectly Not

Thinking your perfect
can surely explode
as imperfection
displays down to road.
If you are thinking
you’re perfect at all
get ready friend now
for you’re gonna fall.
Yes we are surely
real good to a point
at things that one day
might disappoint.
We’ve each got things that
we might just do better,
but as time moves on
there’s change in the weather.
So don’t think that you will
always be so hot,
for we are all human
and perfectly not.

God gives us blessings
as each day displays
even in the hottest
of summertime days.
June to July
the seasons awaken
as that of maybe
skin burning bacon.
Yet even with that
the days come alive
found as the blessings
June to July.
Each day that displays
is that of God sent
found as a threshold
with summers accent.
June to July
as August is gained
each day will display
with blessings attained.

Fervent Dreams

A hotel of dream world
can fill up your mind
as that of fervent
dreams time to time.
Scenes such as wanting’s
of every desire
those fervent dreams
can become a fire.
Let not your fervor
to become untrue,
for it might end up
with you black and blue.
Your choices daily
can surely become
better if you will
seek for God’s Son.
Then let your fervent
dreams of desire
only be glistened
with God as the fire.
You’ll then find truly
much better to be
found in your fervent
dreams of degree.

Haiku
for July 6, 2013

Today is a time
to do the best that we can,
for it soon is gone.

A portion of spring
lives on throughout summertime
as budding flowers.

Our daily lessons
come sometimes as our shadows
that seem to haunt us.

Many in a group
are not always agreeing,
but going along.

A change in wording
can make all the difference
in anger and smiles.

A journey forwards
might have a few steps backwards
to make you stronger.

While the sunshine shines
it makes many perspectives
with clouds drifting by.

Believing in now
can make reality seen
even if it’s not.

Life is a pathway
leading now from yesterday
onto tomorrow.

A dog’s love is true,
for it is not judgmental
as we are each day.

Truth in a moment
displays after time has passed
weeding out the lies.

The heat of summer
infiltrates every second,
but it’ll subside.

Now will soon pass by
leaving only memories
of all that was done.

Frequent desires
will often turn into flames
that aren’t meant to burn.

Beyond closed windows
are the things that we can see,
but yet cannot hear.

When a flower blooms
it shares its sweet aroma
along with its beauty.

Someone’s sunburned skin
displays their lack of desire
to not stay outside.

Looking for answers
could evolve into questions
about the answers.

While now is displayed
it might seem most important,
but just a façade.

Links to each other
might be in form of heartbeats
and not that of blood.

As a door is closed
God opens another one
to give us choices.

Within a witness
is a viewpoint of their own,
that might be clouded.
