ANIMAL’S GREETINGS

Hello my friends

It’s been a nice passed few days.  Judy is
doing well.  She went for a follow up last
Friday and the doctor removed all of the
stitches.  Judy has been good about not
letting the pains to stop her from getting
up and walking around.  I am so proud
of her 🙂  At the rate she’s going she may
be back able to get around near as well as
before the operation.  Of course she still
has a ways to go.  I’m just glad to see that
she is up and getting around.  Hopefully
in the next week or so,  she’ll feel up to
going grocery shopping with me.  I hate
doing it all alone.  Also,   I hate driving
and hopefully she will soon be able to do
some driving.  Me with only one good eye
it makes driving a chore.  Anyways,  she
is looking better with each passing day.
Rocky is still a pain in the butt though 🙂
He doesn’t understand that Judy doesn’t
feel well.  I have to constantly yell at him
to tell him to leave her alone and knock
off the begging for treats that he doesn’t
need LOL.  He has a bowl full of food in
the floor 🙂  So what else is going on here
at the Pearce’s Place?  Well I went for a
little picture taking drive last Wednesday
stopping here and there to walk around
and take a few pictures of stuff that I was
unable to get pictures of while Judy was
driving because we were going too fast 🙂
I got quite a few good pictures,  but I do
miss Judy doing the driving.  She has a
couple of doctor appointments this week
that I will be driving her to with one in
Presque Isle and the other one in Bangor.
So please keep my Judy in your prayers.
Next topic.  The weather is showing more
signs of winter in the windows of time 🙂
Yeppers,  Mister Winter is telling us that
he will soon be showing us his abilities in
decorating using snow LOL.  He’s already
done a little of pre decor,  but that’s all
melted away now,  but soon the weather
will remain cold enough to keep the snow
around for a good long while hehehe.  Yep
soon there will be snow as far as the eyes
can see,  or the eye in my case being that
I’ve only got one good eye LOL.  So that
seems to be all that’s going on around this
place at the moment.  Judy just now went
to lie down a bit until I get done writing
this.  So I’ll be waking her to let her know
that I will be fixing dinner.  She normally
gets up then 🙂  Rocky is in there with her
sleeping in his doggy bed next to our bed.
God has continued as He has always to
watch over us and give us help when it’s
needed.  Thank You Father God for all
that You do in our life and most surely
all that You will continue to do.  I pray
that you have God in your life and that
you allow Him to do what He will to help
you in your endeavors.  May you always
be blessed.  Amen.  Now I do believe it’s
time for me to be reading back over all
that I’ve written here to see if I can find
me a good word or phrase that I can use
for the title for today’s brand new poem.
So it’s away I go to that little place of my
recollection that I’ve always liked to call
RECOLLECT VILLE.  It looks as though
I may have found me a fairly decent title
right near the middle of my rambling and
now after checking,  I see that it has not
been used yet,  so used it shall be today 🙂
Here goes…

More Signs

Trials of wonders
sights of scenes
might formulate
some wicked dreams.
Time as a window
unleashes its view
giving more signs
for me and you.
We might not know
the reasons why
that bad ones live
and good ones die,
but the fact of life
is there is a reason
a time for a mind
and age for a season.
We need to believe
that only God knows
why now and again
is of highs and lows.
So look unto Him
for His true designs
and you might see
a few more signs.

Well,  there ya go.  I hope you liked the
poem and maybe even a little bit of my
rambling 🙂  I haven’t much else to tell ya
other than what I tell you every week and
and that is, I wrote some more poems and
haiku.  Yeppers,  10 more poems and 22
more haiku for all of the haiku lovers out
there.  I hope you can find 1 or 2 of either
or both that you like.  Now with that said
I reckon it’s time for me to begin searching
for that hardly elusive off switch,  but not
before I wish you a all blessings filled week.
Remember,  Jesus loves you and we do too.
Okey dokey so where can that ornery off
switch be trying to hide this time time???
LOL you are kidding right.  How in the
heck did you get in the salt shaker and
for that matter how in the world did you
think that I would not see you inside a
clear glass salt shaker that’s sitting right
in front or me Hahahaha.  You dummy.

Clouds on the Ground

The end of summer
becomes many styles
as the leaves of color
with essence of smiles.
Looking up above you
at the leaves of time
you might see a photo
with colors of design.
The colors of moments
may seem as dreams
as the leaves all change
into magical scenes.
They might seem like
the clouds in the sky
when covering earth
as death does apply.
Becoming as a shroud
they gather together
to sit and await for
the wintery weather.
For as the wind blows
so many fall down
landing and creating
clouds on the ground.

Into The Past

Wondering moments
might seem to be
past time’s reflections
in the scenes we see.
The moments in time
might be of today,
but seem a reflection
of a time faraway.
It might be our eyes
and how we perceive
the moments in time
that our eyes believe.
For as time displays
it might seem illusion
drifting into the past
creating confusion.
The blessings of life
are so often mistook
as we look too fast
at pages of the book.
Heaven has written
words that will last
flowing as the future
and into the past.

Glow of Peace

An evening creates
in its own little way
the things we can see
from day unto day.
Time’s illumination
becomes as pictures
photos to be taken
in cosmic mixtures.
The scenes of life
create and respond
scenes as reflections
on a lake or a pond.
We might even see
some clouds up above
displaying patterns,
showing God’s love.
Take in a moment
and let stress release
finding the blessings,
God’s glow of peace.

River of Dreams

Thinking of thoughts
as a flowing design
can create doorways
deep in our mind.
The aroma of ages
might often instill
a river of dreams
on life’s windowsill.
It may seem as pages
of a book of time
a scented perception
inside of our mind.
Found as a magical
place to remember
that may have been
a time in November.
It might be illusion
or reflected scenes
found in the ripples
of a river of dreams.

Field of Color

One day in November
I saw such a sight
as red colored grasses
that brought delight.
The amber within it
was a wonderful view
that gave my eyesight
a how do you do.
They gave a welcome
of wondrous cuisine
that enhanced my sight
as that of a dream.
Like a stage of time
that gave out a breath
just like a heartbeat
that times do bequest.
Seen as a moment
you recall as no other
it becomes a memoir
of a field of color.

Grasses of Style

Wintertime comes
displaying a sight
scenes as dreams
in snow of white.
Time moves along
as it then unfolds
displaying sights
the season beholds.
Crystallized pages
written in a way
in grasses of style
of their own array.
The season begins
with a winter wind
blowing in breezes
moments transcend.
Creating the stages
of a seasonal smile
began with a sight
of grasses of style.

Ocean’s Allure

The sight of sunrise
over an ocean blue
can create artwork
with a scenic view.
Seen upon a shore
a morning displays
an ocean of ages
found in the waves.
A timeless rhythm
so true and so pure
becomes peaceful
as an ocean’s allure.

Stress of Mind

The waters of life
can create streams
pouring moments
becoming dreams.
Let the time flow
as a breath of air
that is a moment’s
answered prayer.
Waters that ripple
might be a phase
so often as stress
as a passing wave.
Find your peace
within the views
and let God help
your stress defuse.
For as time goes
we need to find
ways to diminish
our stress of mind.

Desires of Peace

Illusions might come
and enter our mind
found as the desires
that we wish to find.
So many perspectives
are within our eyes
maybe as reflections
of some cloudy skies.
Peaceful is created
with a touch of time
that God has seeded
deep within our mind.

as Heaven’s release
that can transform
the desires of peace.

Alluring Trails

Hidden from life
so many things are
here thereabouts
from near to afar.
We might not see
the trails of strive
living as a journey
for ones to arrive.
Our minds of want
might seek a path
that is of darkness
as a shadowy cast.
Look within trails,
locate what’s true
the allures of time
in the things to do.
Find your pathway
of truthful details
and don’t just seek
the alluring trails.

Haiku
for Nov 4,  2023

Between two moments
there may be some point of views
that do not agree.

Traveling too fast
you might miss many places
that you might have loved.

Years in a dreamworld
might only be a moment
that you imagined.

Beyond what we think
the facts might show different
as the truth’s revealed.

Blessings of a dream
can be found when wide awake
as we find God’s will.

Chasing a heartbeat
that is but only a lie
can leave you empty.

Grasses of winter
still exist beneath the snow,
but within slumber.

Yesterdays of life
might have a lot of regrets
that need letting go.

Clinging to a dream
that’s not meant for you to have
can warp your mindset.

Sitting on the fence
not choosing a path for you
can cause you to fall.

Threading a needle
can be a crippling task
without any thread.

Leaping for the moon
can only get you nearer,
for you can’t touch it.

Various choices
can become windows of pain
as reasons persist.

Giving God control
is often hard for many
as they have low faith.

Time within a storm
can seem like years of their life
and be just moments.

Facing what is true
over what you once believed
can create conflicts.

Doorways and windows
might often seem as the same
when you cannot see.

Hearing an echo
from a distant location
might confuse you ears.

Torment from others
can create many ulcers
if you don’t find peace.

Waves of an ocean
can imitate a heartbeat
and struggles within.

Tomorrow’s dreamers
might create many nightmares
if they’re not careful.

Stages of morals
that are within many storms
might change with the times.
